I'm generally not good with heights and I'm not a big fan of roller coasters, but I felt safe while parasailing and it was really fun to feel like I was floating. Although Japanese wasn't spoken, there were other Japanese people around, so it wasn't a problem at all. Everything went according to schedule without any issues, which was great.

I chose the 90m option, and it was higher than I imagined, with a longer duration. However, if you're going to experience it, I recommend the 90m. Anything more might have too long of a hang time?

Be careful of seasickness. I had never experienced motion sickness before, but I almost felt it for the first time. However, the captain advised me to look far away, and doing that, along with flying in the sky, helped me feel better.

While floating in the air, I watched helicopters and Cessnas, and I think it's a wonderful experience to drift so quietly in the sky. It seems there are other parasailing tours available as well.

The crew takes photos for you, and when you return to land, they sell you the entire set on an SD card for $30, but we didn't buy it.

You'll need a swimsuit and a towel. If you're going to take photos with your phone, a waterproof one is safer. Women were not allowed to wear a skirt over their swimsuits. At the end, they let you dip down to your waist, which feels nice.

By the way, the reason I'm standing with my legs together in the photos is because of the ropes. Have a great trip!

I tried parasailing for the first time.

The weather was great on the day of the activity, and our boat set off with three groups: a group of Japanese people, a group of Westerners, and us.

We headed out to sea for about 15 minutes before taking off into the sky.

We chose the 120m option and were the second group to go.

There were two male staff members who were very friendly, cheerful, and had a playful spirit, which made it a lot of fun.

At first, I was worried because I’m not good with heights, but for some reason, I felt completely at ease and there wasn’t much swaying.

The view of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the vast ocean from above was exceptional, and it was a wonderful experience!

This is our fourth trip to Hawaii, and we are a couple in our 60s and late 50s. Until now, we have never experienced any attractions at the beach, mostly sticking to non-active optional tours like sightseeing in the North Shore, dinner cruises, Polynesian shows, and restaurants. Therefore, we were filled with anxiety about parasailing right up until the last minute!

Our departure time was for the 9 AM course (the second one after 9 AM that day), and the participants included a couple in their 60s, two Japanese women, a Japanese family of four, and us, totaling ten people along with two foreign guides. We boarded the motorboat and headed about 20 minutes offshore, where we paired up and attached parachutes to our backs to float up into the sky.

First, two young women took off, followed by the foreign couple, and everyone seemed to be handling it well. Finally, it was our turn; we attached the parachute to our life jackets and, in no time, we were 90 meters up. There was no wind at that height, and the view of the truly blue ocean below was amazing. In the end, we dipped our lower bodies into the water. The flying time was about 10 to 15 minutes. It was not scary at all and was the best moment!

The two foreign guides explained everything in English, but even someone like me, who hardly speaks English, could understand. They also took photos for us (for $30). I definitely want to try parasailing at 150 meters next time!

上空では、風もなくほんとに青い海を真下に最高の眺め。最後は下半身ドボンしてもらい。飛んでる時間は１０分か１５分でしょうか。まったく怖くもなく最高のひとときでした。
ボートでは外人二人が英語で説明してくれましたが、ほとんど英語できない私でも理解できる程度、写真も撮ってくれて（30ドル)

I'm afraid of heights, but I wasn't scared at all. In fact, it was really fun to see views that I don't usually get to see. It starts suddenly, which is surprising, but you should definitely try it at least once.

We challenged ourselves with three friends, and it was surprisingly slow to ascend and descend, which was a hit with my friend who isn't a fan of thrill rides. It felt like a pleasant stroll in the sky, and I was truly impressed by the wonderful views from 150 meters! The staff were also very friendly and took plenty of photos for us. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Hawaii!

I experienced parasailing for the first time at the age of 50. I was filled with anxiety about whether I could handle the height of 90 meters, but the chatty driver and the cheerful and kind atmosphere of the boat staff made me excited to take on the challenge. During the descent, we even touched the sea, which was so much fun that I truly felt it was worth it!

Although it wasn't a Japanese tour, there were no issues with gestures and words. In fact, since the participants in the English tour were all foreigners, the atmosphere was lively, and my worries disappeared as I enjoyed myself. I was also happy to have many photos taken for just $30. When I got off the boat, I tipped $20 for each of the two staff members.

This was everything the other positive reviews said it would be. The crew was patient and thorough in gearing you up and explaining what to expect. They explained what to do in the event of a number of potential issues. But just as importantly, they were friendly, clearly happy to be doing what they were doing and happy to have us aboard.

We got picked up by a fun shuttle driver who quickly got us to the dock and back to our hotel.

I highly recommend Hawaiian Parasail. A good value and a great activity in paradise!

Such an incredibly fun experience for the family! It helped that weather conditions were optimal during our adventure, but what made it complete was the friendly and professional staff and crew. It was my first time in Hawaii and my first time parasailing, and it felt absolutely amazing. I chose the 150m option. I usually can't handle thrill rides and have a slight fear of heights, but being over the ocean made it not matter; the feeling and excitement outweighed any fear, so I wasn't scared at all. Crossing a suspension bridge in VR was scarier for me. My wife tends to get motion sickness, and even though she took motion sickness medication, she still felt nauseous.

We had our annual trip to Hawaii as a couple, and we spotted parasailing in the sky over Waikiki, so we quickly searched online. We were able to make a reservation for the next day, so we signed up right away. The on-site check-in was conducted in Japanese, but the boat crew spoke only English. However, they explained everything in a cheerful and easy-to-understand manner, so as long as you know some basic English words, it’s not a problem. The experience of flying itself is just so much fun!! The views are great, and the feeling of floating is perfect; there was nothing scary about it. If you have the time, I definitely recommend giving it a try. If there’s availability that day, it seems you can even go for another flight!

The wind and scenery on the boat ride were amazing. The captain's performance added great value to the experience. After reading reviews from everyone here, I thought I would challenge myself to the 120 meters since I’m relatively okay with heights, so I signed up. However, I personally dislike roller coasters and find them scary. On the day of the event, the strong winds due to the typhoon made it quite frightening.

At the 120-meter mark, it felt like I was on a trapeze in mid-air. Taking off and landing were exhilarating, so next time I’d like to try the 45 meters or 90 meters!

行き帰りの船の風と景色が最高です。船長のパホーマンスもあり、それだけで充分の価値があります。
その日は私達を合わせて３組だったので、1時間と少しで終わりました。もっと乗って居たかったな〜！かなり揺れるので、酔い止めは必須です。

On the last day before returning home, I participated at 10:30 AM, with plans to check out of the hotel at 10:00 AM and leave Waikiki before 3:00 PM for my 6:35 PM flight.

The pickup location at Sheraton Waikiki Hotel is in a different zone from the main drop-off area and bus landing area, so I was glad I asked the hotel staff for directions. They arrived before the scheduled time, and we departed on time.

I chose the 150-meter height. It was amazing! I would definitely want to try the 300-meter if it were available.

The motion sickness medication worked well, and the cruise was refreshing throughout, including the waiting time. I realized how important sun protection is; it might actually be more comfortable on cloudy days.

I’m not interested in commemorative photos, so I didn’t use the photography service. Instead, I took some pictures of the scenery with my waterproof smartphone in a waterproof film case with a neck strap.

Feeling good, I gave a $20 tip to the boat staff, and they were very happy. I also gave a $1 tip to the cheerful driver (it was the only small amount I had).

帰国する最終日。10時ホテルチェックアウト、18時35分フライトのために15時前にワイキキを去る、という予定の間の10時30分に参加しました。
シェラトンワイキキホテルでのピックアップ場所は、正面送迎エリアやバスランディングエリアとは違うゾーンなので、ホテルスタッフに場所を聞いて良かったです。

I wanted to get a panoramic view of Waikiki Beach, so I joined this tour. My husband and I were the only Japanese people on board. The boat rocked quite a bit, and I felt seasick while waiting for our turn... Even during parasailing, it was still shaky, so I couldn't shake off the nausea, haha. The other guests were really excited at first, but their energy suddenly dropped halfway through, which was amusing, haha. We chose the 150-meter option. The view from above was absolutely amazing!! If you're visiting Hawaii for the first time, definitely give parasailing a try! It's better to take motion sickness medication, haha. Also, please be careful as the check-in area (it looks like a small hut) is a bit hard to find.

We experienced this with four adults and one child (6 years old). Although JALPAK also offers parasailing, it wasn't suitable for our child's age, so we opted for this Hawaiian Parasail, which allows children from five years old.

Depending on the weather, we had a wonderful experience with a stunning view of Diamond Head.

It was a good decision to pay for the $30 photo package. We got 143 photos over two flights, totaling 453MB. They filled almost the entire 512MB SD card. They even took pictures from postcard-like angles, which could be used for New Year's cards.

I wished I could have taken photos while flying, so I put my camera in my pocket when we took off, but it was too risky to take it out. Ideally, it would be great if they offered rentals for something like a GoPro.

We were picked up for the trip, but we decided to walk back to play at the Hilton Lagoon. Even aside from the lagoon, if you walk through the Hilton or next to the Ilikai Hotel, you can easily reach the various trolley bus stops for your next destination. 天候等によるでしょうがダイヤモンドヘッドまで一望でき素晴らしい体験ができました。

３０ドルの写真撮影も頼んで正解でした。２フライトで143枚453MB。512MBのSDのほぼ満タンまで撮影してくれました。ポストカード的なアングルでも撮ってくれるので、年賀状にも使えそうです。

飛んでる最中に撮影出来たらと思い、カメラをポケットに入れて飛び立ちましたが落としそうでとても取り出せませんでしたので、欲を言えばGOPROなんかをレンタル出来たらいいと思いました。

行きは迎えに来てもらいましたが、ヒルトンラグーンで遊ぶため帰りは歩きにしました。ラグーンは別にしても、徒歩でヒルトンを抜けるかイリカイホテルの横を行けば各種トロリーバスの乗り場まで出られるので、そのまま次の目的地まで行きやすいのも良いですね。
そういう意味では、簡易的でも更衣室があればベストですね。

We rode a motorboat in groups of three and took turns flying out over the ocean. 3組でモーターボートに乗り、沖にでて1組ずつ飛びました。一番最初だったのでドキドキしましたが、足がボートから離れた瞬間、ふわっと飛びあがる感覚が気もちイイ！！あっという間に大空へ高く舞い上がりました。空と海が広くひろがり、周りには島やビル。深い海なのに青いのがわかる綺麗な海。中学生と小6の子どもたちと3人だったので、一緒に飛べるのか不安でしたが、問題なく飛べてワイワイ話しながら風を感じることができました。私が真ん中かと思ったら一番軽い息子が真ん中。私と娘は座っているのに、息子は立っているような状態でした。でもまあ、そんな細かいことはどうでも。予め英語でキャプテンに「濡れたい。」と言っていたら、最後にジャボン！としてくれました。また、予め写真をお願いしていたので、写真も沢山撮ってもらえました。そんなに撮っているように見えなかったのに150枚くらいとか。みんなの嬉しそうな顔や景色が映っていました。残念ながらお天気が快晴ではなかったので、景色の写真はちょっと暗い感じでしたが、良い表情が沢山あって、とてもよかったです。写真はとりあえず頼んでおくといいです。船から降りて、パソコンで何枚かチェックして、良かったら買う、あまり良い写真じゃなかったら買わない、という制度でした。チップは払う必要はなかったです。というか、払う暇はありませんでした。たぶん込みかな。ホテルからの送迎をしてくれた運転手さんもとてもいい人で、「景色がよくて、最高だ。絶対楽しいことを保証する。」と言っていましたし、終わった後も「楽しかった？やっぱり。良かっただろ？」とずっと明るくお話をしてくれてドライブも楽しかったです。

Before turning 60, we decided to challenge ourselves with a 90M sailing trip in Hawaii as a memorable experience for our first visit! The handsome instructor was very kind and dandy. The view of Waikiki from the sky was amazing! For an additional $30, he took over 50 great photos for us.
