When I went to the reception, I was informed that the previous customer hadn't left yet, so the start time was pushed back by about 30 minutes.

The staff seemed to have limited Japanese skills, but they were familiar with Japanese customers, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Parasailing offered beautiful views of the sky and sea, and Diamond Head was stunning; it was an amazing experience. There is a risk of falling into the sea, and I regret not bringing an action camera.

Since the previous group and some people from the same group got sick, I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness bring some medication.

One thing I found a bit concerning was that while I think you specify the height in advance, it wasn't confirmed on-site, and I'm not sure if adjustments were made regarding the height with the previous group. They wrap a ring around your wrist at the reception, so perhaps the boat staff adjusts it based on that.

Overall, I am very satisfied!

I had a great time!
I experienced the 150m jump, and it was very pleasant and fun.
I couldn't communicate in Japanese, but that wasn't a problem.
All the staff were cheerful, and I had no worries at all.
I participated in the 8 o'clock session, and it was about 80% Japanese and 20% foreigners. When we came down, everyone waiting was a foreigner. It's more fun if you go in with high energy since you can enjoy it with the people on board.

We participated as a group of six across three generations. Initially, I thought my grandparents would wait at the hotel since they wouldn't be doing parasailing, but they were able to join us on the boat as companions. They ended up enjoying the cruising experience more than expected and said it was really nice.

The four of us rode in different combinations: first with the two kids and my mother, and then with the two kids and my father. The children got to experience it twice without any additional fees, which felt like a little bonus.

We had 96 photos taken, and the SD card cost $30. I tried to take pictures while parasailing myself, but it was hard to get good shots from a distance, so I was glad to have those taken for us.

It was a lot of fun, but I did struggle with how much to tip at the end, so I think it would be better if that was included from the start.

It was so much fun that we were laughing the whole time. The experience lasted about six and a half minutes, which was longer than I expected, and that was great. Up in the air, it was incredibly quiet, and we could see Diamond Head very well. I think early morning is better since it might be hot during the day. 9歳の息子は高いところが苦手なので、ボートで見学だったのですが、心配していた船酔いも、念のために服用した酔い止めが効いていたのか全くなく、ボートで沖に出るだけでも、風が気持ちよく、とても楽しかったようです。

私たちが乗船した時は他に3組の方々がいらっしゃったのですが、アジア人は私たちだけ。

しかしみんなが一体となり、音楽をガンガンかけ、アメリカのノリで楽しめたのも良かったです。

Our family was called first, and while we were being set up, they offered to take pictures during the flight for $30. My first experience with parasailing was amazing. After arriving in the morning, I took part in the activity, and even though I had been sound asleep on the way to the departure port (about 10 minutes from the hotel), I was wide awake by the time they put on the equipment. I felt a bit anxious while waiting my turn, but once I was pulled up high into the sky, with Waikiki below me, I felt no fear at all and was completely moved by the experience. The guides also helped ease my tension a lot.

I tried it at 150m, but we were the only Japanese participants, and the guide mostly spoke English, which made me a bit anxious. However, once I took off, the situation changed completely! Not only could I enjoy the breathtaking views of Hawaii from the sky, but the beautiful ocean was truly "Blue Hawaii"!

When we booked our vacation, I knew this activity was the MUST DO of our time in Honolulu! It was awesome! Too bad I got motion sickness on the boat while we waited for other patrons to sail. If you're sensitive like me, take dramamine an hour before you sail. The staff was as accommodating as can be expected in the middle of the ocean! The photos captured are amazing and well worth the extra $30.

The experience was great. The only negative I have is I was suppose to get my military discount refunded after I showed my ID at the time of check in. I still haven't received anything. I definitely would like my refund. Also the parking where Veltra suggested I parked at Ilikai hotel don't validate for free parking. That was $7.00 an hour for two hours. When I could have parked right next to the event and paid for the tickets at the counter I think next time I'll just get my tickets through the counter.
