Even though I usually wakeboard, I got seasick, and my two friends took motion sickness pills but still felt sick! It seems like it was a bit of a rough day on the waves. The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing! Also, it seems like we should have mentioned that we wanted someone to take our pictures at the beginning (for $30), but we didn't have any. Haha.

The only activity on this trip made me a bit nervous, but the person who picked us up was very cheerful, which helped me relax! The crew didn't speak Japanese, but since I didn't want to get wet, I communicated in English not to drop me in the water, and they asked, "No Japan?" I challenged myself to 150m! The local guide was lively and kept the participants engaged while leading us. The location is a harbor that is about a 10 to 20-minute walk along the coast from the Waikiki area, on the opposite side of Diamond Head, so you can enjoy the scenery while walking there. It might actually be faster to walk than to take a car.

The tip is $10 per person, and the photo data purchase was around $30, if I remember correctly. It's nearly impossible to take photos by ourselves, so we bought the SD card filled with memories to take home. There are many photo data files, and some of them are quite funny (the guide added a little extra touch to some photos). Definitely worth buying!

The view of Diamond Head and all of Waikiki was beautiful, and because it was parasailing from the sea, we had a perspective that we usually can't see. It truly became a wonderful memory.

One unfortunate thing was that I had researched beforehand and knew I could buy photos for $30, so I only brought $30 in cash and a credit card. However, at the end, we were told to give a $20 tip per group on the boat, so I used the $30 for the photo cost. Since I couldn't pay for the photos in cash, I tried to use my credit card, but they said it would be $35 instead of $30. For those purchasing photos, it's best to bring $50 in cash to cover the $20 tip + $30 for the photos to avoid extra charges.

I participated in the 120m jump that started at 9:00. Since I was staying at the Hilton, I walked to the meeting point. We were the last group of three, and the moment we took off was amazing! It was great to see the streets of Waikiki and Diamond Head, which we climbed on the day of our arrival, from the sky. My husband, who has a fear of heights, was thrilled and said, "This is something you have to do!" And of course, we ended with the traditional splash into the ocean! They pulled us up right away, but we made quite a splash, and I ended up with a face full of water. My husband, son (25 years old), and I went for a 150M jump together. We all jumped at the same time. Just to be safe, I took some motion sickness medication, but it wasn't necessary. We were blessed with great weather and enjoyed the stunning views of Hawaii. I didn't change clothes and just laid a bath towel on the car seat to sit on (no one was wet above the waist). The guide for our transportation was cheerful from the start and kindly shared information about delicious restaurants and shopping. Since it ends in a short time, I think we can easily enjoy our plans afterward. It's also nice to head to the hotel pool or beach still in our swimsuits!
