I decided to go for 150 meters based on reviews. I think the boat operators are great at entertaining. Parasailing was a bit thrilling, but up in the sky, it felt like a silent other world. The view was amazing! Even when coming down, the operator kept us entertained. I think it's fine to bring your own phone, but they also take a lot of photos for an additional fee. The location was about a 10-minute walk from the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so we were able to get there easily. The start time was 9:15, but due to equipment troubles, it was postponed to 11:00. There were 11 people in total, including us, with two crew members and the captain. Parasailing was my first experience, and it was exhilarating. I had the precious opportunity to see the beautiful scenery of Hawaii from the ocean. OMG!! What an experience! Soaring above beautiful blue waters with sunny skies! The captain and his mate were entertaining and engaging. They gave a mini lesson, took pics and were understanding with our autistic son whom went first with his dad! The location was super convenient since it was right in the back of our hotel! Our time was suppose to be later but they were able to move us up which apllowed us to get to our next activity on time. If you are fearful suck it up and jump right in! It's a decision you would not regret!

Pickup was on time, and we got on the boat on the almost immediately.

The 2 guides were great!

The parasailing experience was great with fantastic views all around. The only downside was that since the wind was towards the direction of the sun, all the photos were just silhouettes and our faces couldn't be seen. This is nothing against the company, who were great :)

The boat trip included four families, all of whom were Japanese. When it was our turn on the boat, they asked if we wanted to take pictures. I forgot the exact amount, but after getting off the boat, they gave us an SD card with the photos. We also gave a tip when we got off the boat, so some cash was necessary. During the parasailing, we went down to the water's surface, so we got wet, but the weather was great that day, and it became a wonderful memory. I highly recommend it!
