I stayed at a hotel near Kuhio Beach. I changed into my swimsuit at the hotel and took The Bus to get there. There were no particular landmarks at the meeting point, but staff appeared as the time approached. The staff spoke only English. It was a good decision to come in my swimsuit instead of changing there. The meeting point was in front of the restroom, but it was unavailable. There was a restroom on the yacht.
I took motion sickness medication based on other people's reviews, and none of my family of six experienced seasickness. The yacht, with its pink sails against the blue sky, was very beautiful. There were two staff members, who might have been brothers. They were cheerful and very kind. I was a bit anxious about not understanding English, but I felt at ease.
Since I can't swim, I borrowed a life jacket. During snorkeling, we were guided to a spot where we could see sea turtles. I usually practice yoga, and I was interested in SUP yoga, but I hadn't had the opportunity to try it until this trip to Hawaii, so I signed up.
On the day of the activity, it didn't rain, and the temperature was fine. I had to carry the SUP board to the beach myself, and it was quite heavy.
The instructor was not Japanese, but they explained everything in detail, and there were no issues before or after the session.
During the SUP yoga experience, it was quite windy, and there were times when it was hard to hear the instructions (it was dark at night, which made it hard to see), so that was a bit challenging.

(私たち以外は外国人)皆でとても楽しんでいました。
特に、最初のころのボードの上で飛んで90度づつ回転して元に戻るのは、
参加者皆苦労して、出来たのは家族ずれの若い中学生くらいの1名くらい
だけで、あとは海に落ちたりして楽しんでトライしていました。
普段できない体験のヨガ有難うございました。

I checked in at 9:30 for my 10:00 reservation and boarded the boat as soon as the previous group returned. There were two crew members and ten passengers. Right after boarding, we put on life jackets and seat belts, and took turns jumping. I was nervous until we took off, but once we were in the air, the sound of the wind was pleasant, and the blue of the sky and sea was beautiful.
