I made a reservation for the experience starting at 10 AM. The meeting time was at 9:30 AM, and after completing the procedures, we departed just before 10 AM. When I arrived at the counter at the scheduled time, a very pleasant woman assisted me. She spoke a little Japanese, but primarily in English. While we waited for our departure, she engaged my child by talking about the crabs and fish, which was nice. I really enjoyed the parasailing experience! The view from 150 meters above the sea was a rare experience that only those who fly can see. I rated it ⭐︎4 because two men on the boat were a bit too businesslike and I thought they could have been more enthusiastic, but I definitely recommend trying parasailing! I put my smartphone in a waterproof case and hung it around my neck with a strap, capturing the views and videos from above. If you're comfortable letting go with one hand, it makes for a great memory!

I took a taxi near the Hilton, but it took some time to find the small ticket booth at the designated location. However, the receptionist was very kind. I arrived earlier than the scheduled time but had to wait. There were ten people at a time, and it was just the four of us along with three foreign couples. We went out to sea by boat, and once the ropes were set, we were able to go parasailing one after another. They helped us with the belt setup inside the boat, and when we flew, we could either land in the water up to our bottoms and be brought back to the boat or just get our toes wet and be lowered into the boat, so my upper body didn’t get wet at all. I didn’t have a change of clothes, so I changed at Ala Moana. You can bring a change bag onto the boat. Since there were four of us in the family and the child is in elementary school, we did it in groups of three. It was special because the child was able to go twice in a row, and they were very satisfied.

You can bring a small bag, like a backpack, onto the boat and keep it under the seat. I took motion sickness medication, but the boat rocked quite a bit, and I ended up feeling sick. My husband and child seemed to be fine. After parasailing, I felt seasick for about half a day, but even considering that, it was a wonderful opportunity that you don't get to experience often.

Cons: Location wasn’t too clear, better signage in the future would be great.

Buoyant donut was too small for the amount or people, so lots of bumping and kicking, including from the trainer. A bigger float donut would be perfect.

Water was murky, but not much can be done about that. Maybe a heads up from the diver if they have an indication of the water condition before hand would help.

Pros: Diver was great in making sure that we got to see a few fish. He also dove down to grab some of the water life and we got a chance to hold them in our hands.

We brought our own snorkel and mouth piece, and diver was very helpful in making sure it was secure to their masks.

Diver was very knowledgeable and got us checked out with our photos and videos in hand very quickly.

Definitely recommend this for super beginners!

I got lost and arrived late for the meeting time, but the staff kindly guided me. The moving boat was going quite fast, and I was filled with fear thinking about being pulled at that speed, but once I took off, I didn't feel the speed in the sky and was able to enjoy the scenery gracefully. Since the boat sways a lot, I think it's better to take motion sickness medication.

We participated with our third-grade daughter as a family of three. We boarded the boat with two other families who also had children. I was worried that if we were paired two by two, one of us would end up with someone else, but all families were able to experience it together.

Since we were staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, the access was excellent as it was just a short walk along the lagoon. On the day of the experience, it was quite windy and the waves were rough, causing the boat to sway a lot, but none of us got seasick. My daughter was nervous during her first parasailing experience and was screaming, but once it was over, she surprisingly said, "I can do it again," which is a typical response for a third-grade girl.

About ten years ago, I had gone parasailing in Cebu, but parasailing in Honolulu was at an overwhelming height! The beauty of the sea and the scenery was amazing! It was the best!!!

As promised, we splashed into the sea, but thanks to the captain's technique, only our feet got wet. I had expected to be soaked, but we were hardly wet at all, and by the time the boat reached the harbor, our feet were dry. お約束の海にバシャンも船長のテクニックで見事に足先だけ。ずぶ濡れを予想して行きましたが、ほとんど濡れず、船が港に着く頃には足も乾いていました。
写真（40ドル、現金でもクレカでもOK）もとても上手に撮ってもらって、本当にいい思い出になりました！
また、次回もトライしたいです。今度は150メートルで。

It was a cruise where we went out to sea while listening to music and then returned. I went up to a height of 150 meters! It was so much fun! It felt like I was in the air longer than I expected, and the views were amazing as they changed directions, making it truly feel like I was flying.

The boat was relatively fast, and the waves were quite strong, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious. I took motion sickness medication before going, but it was still a close call! I wore a swimsuit, but only my toes got wet.

After the activity, I gave a tip when getting off the boat. Later, I purchased the photo data for $40 at the reception. They quickly transferred the data to my smartphone and also gave me an SD card. However, for some reason, the date on the photo data was set to 2020, which was a bit disappointing, but it felt very much like Hawaii, haha.

It was a fun activity in a short amount of time!

窓口スタッフの方も新設にフレンドリーに対応していただき心配もなく乗船、
船上スタッフの方も大変親切に安全に気を使っていただき安心にフライト、
当然ですが強い風の勢いで短時間に150メートル爽快な眺めと体験したことのない感覚で88歳の母も大変喜んで満足しました。
私たち家族は防水カメラ、GOProカメラ等を準備し写真やビデオを撮りましたが船上の揺れ等で少しうまく撮れていませんでした。
また同乗した方は記念写真が欲しかったようで事前にスタッフに希望していなかったようでした。事前アナウンスをされるか、常時船上から撮影をし戻った時に購入の有無を確認するやり方もいいのかなと思いました
