A 1-star rating means a seat on the first floor. I attended on a Friday when the Hilton's fireworks were set off, so the indoor space felt a bit cramped. You can choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic welcome drinks. If you want more, you can check the menu and order for yourself. There was also a Japanese menu available. The food was delicious, but since it was crab, it took a long time to eat, and I didn't have the chance to go see the sunset. However, I was able to watch the fireworks from the deck, which was a valuable experience. The itinerary was also written next to the Japanese menu, but it seems that it doesn't always run on time.

It was 3 floor cruise, and we were told to seat on the 1st floor but waitress told us that we can move and go to different floor if the seats are vacant so we did and it was great. At 3rd floor, we saw sunset it was cloudy day but still enjoyed. I totally recommend this place:)

I made a reservation for an anniversary dinner with a course that included cake, champagne, photos, and a guaranteed table. The view was beautiful, we enjoyed plenty of champagne, and the show inside was authentic, allowing us to have a wonderful time!

We participated with my parents and our family, a total of seven people. As soon as we took our seats, we toasted! Dinner began while listening to live singing, and both the crab and steak were delicious. I made an impromptu request for my grandfather's favorite nostalgic songs, and they responded with smiles. The hall staff were friendly and provided attentive service. When the show started, I was moved by how close we were to the dancers! They danced right beside us, which was impressive. We were seated at a central window table. There was a leak from the ceiling (it was a sunny day).
Right after we started our meal, water droplets began falling onto our food and clothes. Our clothes were ruined, and of course, we couldn't eat. Three groups, including us, totaling eight people, faced this unfortunate situation.
Everyone was quite mature about it; no one got angry or excited. Instead, there were wry smiles of disbelief. But the mood definitely plummeted! It took a long time for them to respond, and as the countdown approached, we were finally moved to a new table and given food near the dimly lit back of the ship, close to the door leading outside the cabin.
We were looked at with puzzled expressions by other guests. We couldn't see the show in front of us, and our appetite had already vanished.

On the first night of our honeymoon in Hawaii, we enjoyed the best sunset, delicious food, and entertainment. The portion size of the three-star cuisine was just right; by taking fewer appetizers at the buffet, we could savor the lobster and meat beautifully. Although the live performance was in English, they sang Japanese songs and ended with a well-known song that everyone could enjoy together, which was a lot of fun. We made a reservation for four family members at Five Star on Christmas Eve. It seemed like there was a shortage of staff, as our table was attended by what appeared to be a beginner high school student. The wine cork broke, and after pouring the wine generously into the glasses, they were left unattended even after being empty, so I ended up pouring it myself. The staff didn't provide any advice on the spot, and on the way back in the elevator, we were laughed at for having that particular server. I think it's only natural to follow up if you're aware of the situation, but it seemed like Five Star lacked that kind of consideration.
I ordered the filet steak rare, but it was medium rare. It was probably pre-cooked. The quality of the meat wasn't too bad, so it's a shame.
Five Star is great for enjoying the night view, but this cruise would be better for having fun with a three-star experience.

We participated on the first day of our honeymoon. Since neither of us is a big eater, we made a reservation for the 1-star course. When we got on the shuttle bus, we received stickers to wear on our clothes, but the colors indicated the different courses we had reserved. Ours was the cheaper option, which felt a bit awkward. The dining area on the first floor of the bus was not fully occupied. Overall, the food was average, but the meat was delicious. My husband went back for seconds on the crab several times. The Hawaiian show was impressive, and the dancers in the empty sections of the audience gave it their all. We were also able to go out to the rooftop deck at one point. One disappointing aspect was the room temperature. I had brought a slightly thicker hoodie for warmth, but it was so cold in the dining area that it didn't help at all... I might just be particularly sensitive to the cold. The woman from the Korean couple next to us was in a camisole. The sunset and the night view of Hawaii from the boat were very beautiful. I regret to say that I couldn't fully enjoy it because of the cold, so I give it 3 stars. If you're sensitive to the cold, please make sure to dress warmly.

I made a reservation based on my companion's request. Since we wanted a window seat, I booked with the Celebration Plan. While we did have a seat at the end, there was an aisle between the table and the side of the ship, and there was frequent movement of staff and people moving between the decks, so it wasn't a relaxing experience to enjoy the sunset from the table.
Additionally, since several of my companions were not fond of lobster or beef, I also requested meal changes. However, there was no mention of this on the Veltra voucher, so I emailed the local operator to confirm the changes. When we checked at the table after boarding, the wrong order had been placed.
After showing the floor manager (assistant manager) the final confirmation email from the operator and reiterating our requests, I was told they would check and serve according to our requests. However, in the end, the service did not match our requests.
