From the start this cruise was amazing, We checked in and got the royal treatment. Escorted to the upper deck where we were greeted by the captain and offered snacks and drinks. We were then seated and bring on the food, every dish was great. Brandon our server was great, he mad sure everything was to our satisfaction. The maitre d came and got us just before sunset and took us out on deck where the Captain was waiting and we renewed our vows. It was very romantic. I would do this again.

Myself and my husband could not fault the experience that we had when we renewed our wedding vows. The food was great, the staff were fantastic and the ceremony that was provided was private and personal - just what we wanted. It was the perfect end to the day.

My wife and I participated together. We joined without much expectation, but a humpback whale jumped right in front of us!! It was so exciting to see the tail slapping the surface of the water, and the dynamic jumps called breaching using its pectoral fins, just like we often see on TV!! How can you not be thrilled by this!!! The staff also said, "very very lucky!!" and were excited. It was a great tour.

I've been on this tour many times. This early morning cruise did not have activities. Normally there is lei making, hula dancing and ukulele lessons.

Whales are hit or miss. I've seen some fantastic activity from this cruise!

Recommended for all, but be warned the morning cruise will not have the additional activities.

First of all, the one-way free shuttle from the airport was appreciated, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see any whales. The captain changed locations several times and made an effort, but it just didn't happen. I had high hopes since they said they saw them multiple times the day before. However, I did receive a free ticket for the next time, but I didn't see any whales on the second trip either.

In addition, the assistant manager Crystal Tagudin stopped by our table and chat with us for a while to make sure that our expectations were met. This was my second whale watching experience, and I was able to see them well again this time. My friend, who was on their first whale watching trip, was also thrilled. I considered joining another boat, but after consulting with the staff at the desk, I chose this one with a great view, and it was the right decision. The food was delicious, and the ride was smooth, which was nice.

I was swept away by the sunset, full moon, dancers, mai tis, whale watching and our MC for the evening. Because I was traveling solo I was the center of focus majority of the evening :) (I didn't mind) The level of participation and energy from everyone in the room was mind blowing. Can not wait to return, but with a significant other.

I saw a whale!! クジラいましたー！！

It's a very large and impressive ship! After departing, we enjoyed exploring the interior and lounging on the rooftop summer beds. Once things settled down, we were able to see two whales!! It was a bit disappointing that they were a little far away (we couldn't get too close due to regulations), but from then on, we cruised while watching the whales spouting water. Gradually, the initial excitement faded, and it felt less special. Looking back, I realize how luxurious it was.

Additionally, you can enjoy views of Diamond Head and other sights from the sea, making it a simple yet enjoyable cruise. When we boarded, there was smoke billowing from a volcano behind Diamond Head, and fighter jets were flying low and loud, which felt a bit like a Disneyland attraction (laughs).

The whales were too far away for good photos.

Also, the interior of the ship clearly had separate floors for Japanese and foreign guests (possibly due to the language of the announcements), but we were directed to the foreign guest floor. Everything was announced in English, but the foreign guest floor was less crowded and had a nice international travel vibe, which I really enjoyed!

出港からしばらく、館内を散策したり屋上のサマーベッドに寝そべったりして楽しみましたが、
ひととおり落ち着いた頃、2頭のクジラに会えました！！
ちょっと遠目(規定であまり近寄れないとのこと)だったのが残念でしたが、
以降はずーっとクジラの吹く潮を見ながらのクルージングになりました。
だんだん当初のキャーキャー感もなくなり、もはや珍しくもない雰囲気。
今思えば、とっても贅沢だったなーと感じています。

また、ダイヤモンドヘッドなど洋上から眺められるので、
単純にクルージングとしても楽しめます。
私たちが乗船した際は、ダイヤモンドヘッドの奥の火山？から煙がもくもく出ており、
戦闘機が低く爆音でたくさん飛んでいたので、
なんだかディズニーランドのアトラクションのようなでした（笑）

クジラはとにかく遠目なのでよい写真は撮れません。

また、船内は日本人と外国人で明確にフロアが分かれている(アナウンス言語の問題かもしれません)のですが、
私たちは外国人フロアの案内でした。
本当に全て英語アナウンスですが、
外国人フロアの方が空いていましたし海外旅行感があって、
私はとっても楽しめました！

Navatek Cruise was Awesome!!!!

I took my best friend and 14 year old son on this dinner cruise. We arrived early, got good seats. The dinner was delicious, the staff was very friendly and informative, and the view was gorgeous and priceless!! We went on the cruise on Friday evening so we were able to enjoy the fireworks as well as the beautiful ocean, sunset and view of O'ahu from the sea. Everyone definitely must add this to their to do list even if born and raised in Honolulu!!

Since there were many guests, the seats were quite cramped. I reserved a window-side table for two, but I felt a bit uncomfortable with the person next to me being so close. I quickly finished my meal and enjoyed the fireworks outside. Everyone seemed to enjoy the singing and dancing together.

We participated as a couple. The staff were very kind, and although I'm not very good at English, I didn't have any trouble. The food and the onboard shows were also very satisfying. However, the vow renewal was a bit underwhelming. During the meal, we were called to the edge of the deck with something like "Come here for a moment," where the captain performed the ceremony, but it didn't have the excitement of a wedding. Well, that might be expected. Still, making our vows with Diamond Head in the background was a wonderful memory. We were told to dress formally, so we both wore aloha shirts, but it seemed like we were in the minority and stood out a bit. The people around us didn't seem to be dressed so formally.

お料理や船内のショーなどもとても満足いくものでした。

それでも船の上から見るダイアモンドヘッドをバックに愛を誓えてのはとてもいい思い出となりました。
当日は正装でとのことなので夫婦そろってアロハシャツを決め込んでいきましたが、そんな人は少数派？で若干浮いていました。周りの人はそんなにきっちりしている感じもなかったです。
