As soon as we boarded, we had a buffet-style lunch. After finishing, we went out to the deck and felt the wind while heading out to Waikiki. The view of the hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head was stunning, and just that alone made me feel great and glad to have participated.

The long-awaited whales appeared, with a pod of about four spouting water and showing their backs and tails repeatedly.

And then, one finally jumped! It leaped vertically, showing us its white and black mottled belly. Lucky!

During the latter part of the cruise, many participants had returned inside the ship, so it was worth staying outside. It was sudden and brief, so I couldn't take a photo, but it was a whale watching tour that left a lasting impression and was very satisfying.

クルージング後半で、参加者の多くは船内に戻っていた時間帯、外で頑張っていた甲斐がありました。突然で、一瞬だったので写真は撮れなかったけど、目に焼き付けて大満足のホエールウォッチングツアーとなりました。

I used the service on December 30. I had a bit of trouble finding the meeting point inside the Sheraton for the bus transfer, which made me a little late, but the staff welcomed me warmly, which was a relief. The ship was large and had a great dinner cruise vibe. Before the course started, there was a buffet with cheese and fruits. There were about four types of cheese, and the blue cheese was particularly delicious.

The course meal included salad, lobster, steak, and dessert. The lobster was very large and satisfying to eat. The steak was tender and tasty. Additionally, the dance show was impressive. It was powerful and captivating, making it hard to look away. There was also a live band, but since everyone was focused on their meals, the applause was sparse, which I thought was a bit unfortunate.

At the end, for some reason, everyone—staff and guests—danced together. It felt like an old disco? I’m not sure if it was because it was the end of the year or if it happens every time, but the staff's energy was so good that it was amusing. Also, thanks to the Friday special, we were able to see fireworks launched from the Hilton while on the ship. The deck was open, so we could enjoy a beautiful sunset, which was satisfying.

Since it was international cuisine, there might be some dishes that suit different tastes, but overall, I thought it was great.

バス送迎ではシェラトン内の集合場所がよくわからず、少し遅れてしまいましたがスタッフの方が快く迎えてくれてホッとしました。
船は大きく、ディナークルーズ感満載で◎。
コースが始まる前に、チーズとフルーツのビュッフェがありました。チーズは4種類ほどあり、特にブルーチーズが美味しかったです。
コース料理は、サラダ、ロブスター、ステーキ、デザートを堪能しました。
ロブスターは非常に大きく、食べ応えがあります。
ステーキは柔らかくておいしかったです。
また、ダンスショーも見応えがありました。迫力があり、ついつい見入ってしまう完成度です。
バンドの生演奏もありましたが、皆が食事に夢中になっており、拍手もまばらだったのは可哀想かなと思いました。
最後には、なぜかスタッフ、客みんなで踊りました。昔のディスコ風？でした。年末だからなのか、毎回なのかわかりませんが、スタッフのノリが良すぎて面白かったです。
また、金曜特典でヒルトンからの打ち上げられる花火を船上から見ることもできました。
デッキが開けているので、サンセットも綺麗に見ることができ満足でした。
海外の料理ということで、口に合う合わないがあるでしょうが、総じて良かったと思います。

Unfortunately, we couldn't see any whales. However, we had a beautiful view of Waikiki and Diamond Head. They were distributing free tickets (without meals) when we got off. We didn't order any meals, but it was possible to order meals on the day of the event.

We enjoyed the cruise. The staff was very attentive to us. Dinner was first. Unfortunately the dinner lasted through the sunset and we were seated on the opposite side of the boat. So didn't really see the sunset. We did the crab legs dinner. It was nice. Make sure you get seconds when they offer. They come around a 1 time. The entertainment was fun. The dancers performed in the middle of the deck. That is why dinner is quick. The Honolulu lights at night are a pretty sight. The night was breezy so bring a sweater to through on in case.

We participated in this tour as a special celebration for my mother's 70th birthday. The exclusive 5-star deck and the opportunity to take a commemorative photo with the captain (though purchasing the photo later incurs a cost) added a special touch, and my mother was very happy. I used it for the first time in several years. The food was good without any issues, but the final dance... it gets everyone excited, but songs like YMCA are quite old. In fact, nothing has changed since five years ago. Also, when disembarking at the end, they didn't properly check if everyone was gathered by bus number, so I almost got left behind. Since I had used it multiple times before, I was able to catch up, but for first-timers, they might get lost and miss the bus. It might be because it's held every day, but I would appreciate more attention to detail in certain areas. (Overall, I think the spirit of service was abundant and good.)

A year ago, during our stay in Hawaii, we utilized Velta's services, which made it convenient to change reservations on-site, so I booked this tour with a three-star rating domestically.

Thanks to the tour sticker on my chest at the meeting point, several crew members congratulated us as we boarded. We had a window-side table for two on the second floor (below the upper level of the five-star) with a great view, and the food was good.

During the meal, we were called and escorted to the third floor (the top floor) via the elevator, where the front of the ship served as the venue. (When we took photos with the captain during our honeymoon, it was on the outer deck, but it might have been this location due to the strong winds and occasional rain that day.) It felt a bit cramped, but the captain came to our table, which was decorated with beautiful flowers, and we made our vow renewal promises while signing a certificate in the captain's presence. I couldn't fully understand the captain's comments since they were all in English, but I managed to respond with "Yes" whenever he looked my way. 　料理の途中で呼ばれてエスコートされてエレベーターで３F（最上階）に向かい、エレベーターを降りた船の最前面の場所が会場となります。（新婚旅行の時の船長さんとの記念撮影は、外の船主の甲板デッキでしたが、この日は風が強く、時折雨も降ったので、この場所だっだのかもしれません。）少し狭い感じはしますが、きれいな花等で飾られたテーブルの前に船長さんが来ていただき、バウリニューアルの誓いや船長さん立ち合いの証明書サインをして頂きました。船長さんのコメントは全て英語のために十分に理解はできませんでしたが、船長さんが視線を向けるたびに『Yes』と言ってごまかしました。ただ、サポートいただいたフロアーマネージャー？？の方が片言の日本語で流れを説明していただき、加えて式の間は私たち持参のカメラでビデオ＆写真を撮っていただけました。その後このツアーに付いているシャンペンがここで登場し、船長と一緒に乾杯しました。（船長さんのグラスは乗船中のためアップルジュースと言っていました。）
　式の後、２０年前の新婚旅行でもスターオブホノルルに乗船した事を伝えると、立ち会っていただいた３名（船長さん、フロアーマネージャー？黒服のアテンダー）から『Amazing』と言われ、特に船長さんは『３０年前から本船のキャプテンをしているので、２０年前も多分私が乗船したいた』ととても喜んでくれ、加えてテーブルに戻る間も黒服のアテンダーの方も『Amazing』を連発され、私たちの幸せな時間が更に倍増した感覚でした。
　テーブルに戻ってシャンペンを飲みながら食事を続け、もう一つの楽しみも『金曜日の花火』もとてもきれいで、忘れられない時間をいただけた感じです。
　結婚２０年もたてば新婚生活と違って『愛』のような言葉から離れた生活でしたが、今回のバウリニューアルで夫婦お互いに少なからず『初心』を思い出す事が出来たと感じています。
２５、３０周年記念も、このツアーに参加させていただきたいと考えています。

I recommend this for a honeymoon trip.

My wife and I signed up together. We didn't specifically request a window seat, but we ended up with one.

There was a reserved sign on the seats that seemed to be guaranteed window seats. From that, I gather that among the many window seats available, the non-reserved ones are likely on a first-come, first-served basis. (However, I remember that all window seats for three or more people were reserved.)

If you can make your way to the meeting point on your own, arriving a bit early might increase your chances of getting a window seat. (If the reserved window seats are full, I apologize in advance...)

As for the content, it included singing, Polynesian dance, and finally, a lively celebration with everyone. Most of the songs were in English, but they featured local tunes and famous numbers. There was also one song each in Japanese and Korean.

There were songs aimed at honeymooners, which made for great memories.

歌は英語の曲がほとんどですが、現地の曲＆有名なナンバーでした。
日本語の曲と韓国語の曲も1曲ずつありました。

新婚旅行の人を対象とした曲もあり、いい思い出になりました。

I didn't request a window seat, so I was at the same table as a Korean couple, but it didn't bother me much. Since we were right in front of the stage, I was able to enjoy the dance and music. I made a reservation for Friday, so I got to see the fireworks as well. The staff had great energy, and by the end, it felt like a wild dance party. I had eaten steak at a specialty restaurant the day before, so I felt the food was just average.

This is my fourth time. Each time I participated, I changed the number of stars, but I think this one is the best. The food was excellent. The adult atmosphere was nice. It's perfect for honeymoons or anniversaries. If you want to have a lively time, a three-star experience might be more exciting with dancing. I would like to participate again if I have the chance.

It was the rainy season in Honolulu, but we were blessed with good weather and spent a fun few days there. On the last day, we participated in this tour. Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any wildlife, but as everyone has mentioned, it's nature, so there's nothing we can do about it (^^;

However, at the end, we received a compensation slip. Since it was the last day, I thought it would be nice to offer a small refund or even a commemorative postcard for those who missed out. It would change the feeling of disappointment and make us more excited to come back and see them next time!

But all the staff members were great♪ Thank you very much!

The food was delicious, and the dance performances were powerful and very enjoyable. Since we had children with us, the seating felt a bit cramped, but when we requested lobster, they made sure everyone could have some. I wanted to join in the final dance, but since my child fell asleep, I just watched from the side. Everyone looked like they were having a great time dancing. I definitely want to participate again!

料理もおいしくダンスも迫力がありとても楽しかったです。子供もいたのもあり、席が若干窮屈な感じはありましたが・・・ロブスターもお願いするとみんなの分、食べれるようにしてくれました。最後のダンスは一緒に参加したかったのですが、子供が寝てしまったため、横で見ていました。でもみんなとても楽しそうに踊っていました。ぜひまた参加したいです。

After getting on the bus for the hotel pickup, there was no particular guidance, and we boarded the ship as it was. We set sail right away, and the meal began! The sunset comes quickly, but the night view of Waikiki from the sea was beautiful and moving! There was a table where they teach you how to eat lobster, but it seemed they would peel it for you if you asked. The unlimited blue cheese was really great. Also, the hula was so enjoyable that before I knew it, the ship had arrived at the dock. We quickly got back on the bus for the return trip.

I got dressed up and boarded the boat with my husband. I thought the seats were a bit cramped, but since I got to know the people around us, I considered it a good experience ❤️. The staff's service was excellent, and we were able to eat as much crab as we wanted. The Hawaiian show was amazing to see up close and very impressive. The dance time we all participated in was also a lot of fun.

I was able to check in at the ticket office, and it was a relief to have staff who spoke Japanese. I hadn't checked the dress code and needed to prepare pants, but they kindly arranged everything for me on board. I was able to communicate this with the staff at the ticket office.

The weather was a bit iffy with light rain, but I was impressed by how they guided us with umbrellas. Truly a five-star experience...

I had prepared for it to be cold on the ship, as I had read reviews about it, but it wasn't necessary at all. Our table's waitress was very cheerful and made an effort to enjoy the experience with us. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful time. She was truly a lovely person.

By sunset, the rain had stopped, and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. The sunset was lovely, but the night view was also really stunning.

The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. The cocktails were quite elaborate and are highly recommended.

The live performances and dancing were wonderful, and you can participate as well.

It truly became a great memory. If I have the opportunity to visit Hawaii again, I would love to use this service once more.

チケットオフィス内で受付をするのですが日本語を話せるスタッフがいて助かりました。ドレスコードを確認しておらずパンツを用意する必要があったのですが、とても丁寧な対応で船内で用意していただけることに。そのやり取りをチケットオフィスのスタッフにしていただけました。
天気が微妙で小雨が降っていたのですが、傘をさして誘導していただける対応に感動しました。さすが5スターだなと…
船内は寒いというレビューがあったので準備していましたが特に必要ありませんでした。私達のテーブル担当のウィイトレスの方はとても明るく、一緒に楽しもうとしてくれるスタイル。おかげでこちらも楽しい時間を過ごせました。本当に素敵な方です。
サンセットの時間には何とか雨も上がり綺麗な夕日が見られました。サンセットも素敵でしたが夜景も本当に素敵です。
料理の味も良く、量も丁度良かったです。カクテルも凝ったものが多くオススメです。
生演奏とダンスも素敵です。参加することもできます。
本当に良い思い出になりました。
ハワイを訪れる機会があればまた利用したいです。

The meal, including the lobster and steak, was very satisfying! The cheesecake for dessert was a bit disappointing, though. The staff was entertaining and made me feel a sense of familiarity, which was enjoyable. The only downside was that I boarded on a Friday, but there were no fireworks. If that's something they promote, I would have appreciated a heads-up about whether the fireworks would be happening or not.

On the last day of our company trip, I participated in a dinner cruise. This was my second time, but it was still very enjoyable, no matter how many times I've done it.
