It was our first activity as soon as we got off our flight. Even though we had jet lag after a 6 hour flight we had the time of my life. My husband and I have never done a dinner cruise before. He is scared of water and gets sea sick fast. From the time we stepped foot on the boat we were greeted, seated quickly, music and entertainment was great, and Marissa our waitress was superb; we loved her and the guitarist they both were totally cool. Everything they brought out was very flavorful, the lobster was succulent not rubbery, steak cooked perfectly, and dessert was delicious. The drinks were also very good especially the blue Hawaiian; it was perfecto. We did not think we would be able to eat everything they were putting in front of us but they gave us just enough time in between each course that made it easier. When it came for the dessert I was so full I didnt think I could eat another bite. We thought we would just take one bite. You know just to try it but as soon as we took one bite it was just too good we both ended up eating it all. At the end they had everyone dancing it was a very fun and delicious experience.

This is completely unacceptable. It's understandable that we couldn't see any whales, but the complete lack of announcements was extremely unkind. The worst! When I called to reboard, the rude response from the Japanese staff was the lowest! If there was even one thing to praise, I would mention it, but there is absolutely nothing, only criticism! I am very disappointed.

I booked the lowest rank (non-window seat, all-you-can-eat crab, low floor) while keeping the budget in mind. Contrary to what others have written about the shows being lackluster, the Hawaiian show was wonderful, and during our return, the entire staff joined us for a dancing time, which was a lot of fun. The crab was delicious and all-you-can-eat, and the crew's service was impeccable. The seating was shared with eight people, but I had no particular complaints. Before going, I had resigned myself to the possibility of it being bad, but it exceeded my expectations and left a very good impression. Since it was Friday night, we also enjoyed the fireworks!

This was my first time using it on my third trip to Hawaii.
At the meeting point, Aloha Tower, you can board without getting lost.
The food was just okay, but the sunset was very beautiful with nothing obstructing the view right in front of me.

I was torn about which boat to choose, but since I had already taken a dinner cruise on the Star of Honolulu, I opted for the slightly smaller Majestic. The weather was nice, and the contrast between Diamond Head and the ocean was beautifully visible.

After heading out for a while, I spotted a whale's spout and was able to see its back and tail. After that, I saw quite a few spouts, but I couldn't confirm their full appearance. The boat was rocking quite a bit, and it seemed like many people were feeling a bit worn out, so it might be a good idea for those who are prone to motion sickness to take some medication beforehand. I bought motion sickness pills at ABC and was fine. If you're worried about foreign medication, it's better to bring extra from Japan!

I went on the night of my arrival. Since I had made a reservation for a window seat with an early option, I was able to enjoy the fireworks from the window. There was a fruit and cheese buffet, and the cheese was incredibly delicious! After a whole lobster was served, a steak came out, so the portions were so large that I regretted not being able to finish everything. If you're not used to eating lobster, you might struggle with breaking it down and not eat it very well. There were two welcome drinks included, so I tried a tropical cocktail that I usually wouldn't drink, and it was tasty. The hula show was the most impressive I've seen so far and definitely worth seeing. For some reason, we ended up dancing in a circle at the end, but the crew members were really into it, which was fun. I recommend going on a Friday.

到着日の夜に行きました。早目にオプションで窓際席確約で予約をしていたので、窓際席で花火を楽しむことが出来ました。
フルーツとチーズバイキングが有り、チーズが凄く美味しかったです！ロブスターが１匹丸々出てきた後に、ステーキが出てきたので、ボリュームが有りすぎて、完食出来なかったのが悔やまれます。ロブスターを食べ慣れていないと、解体に苦労してあんまり上手に食べられない人も居るかも。ウェルカムドリンク+2杯付いてるので、普段は飲まないような南国のカクテルをいただきましたが美味しかったです。フラのショーは今まで見た中で一番迫力が有り、一見の価値が有ると思います。最後に何故か輪になって踊るという状態になりましたが、クルーの方々が盛り上がっていて面白かったです。
金曜日に行くならオススメです。

Since I couldn't check into the hotel until after 1 PM, I was wondering what to do because of jet lag, when I found this tour departing at 12:00. I was picked up from the airport around 9:00 and took the Red Line to Aloha Tower, where I boarded the ship without any issues. I'm glad I was able to make good use of my time.

As the title suggests, whether you can see a jump depends on luck at that moment. After waiting for two hours, I finally caught a glimpse of a dorsal fin and saw it spouting water, but I couldn't help but wish to see a more spectacular sight like in the photos. Still, when I spotted it, I was simply thrilled to see it!

Also, if you are prone to motion sickness, it's definitely better to take some medication beforehand. (I usually don't get motion sickness, but I felt a bit queasy...)

I might have just been unlucky, but I think it's better to approach it with the mindset of "I might see a whale during the cruise, how lucky!" rather than "I will definitely see a whale!"

If I could wish for something, it would be great to have more events on the boat, like experiences with Hawaiian instruments, songs, the meaning of hula dancing, and how to move your hands, etc. There seems to be a lack of connection with the participants.

自分はたまたま運が悪かっただけかもしれませんが、「絶対クジラを見る！と意気込んで行く」というよりは、「クルーズ中にクジラが見えた、ラッキー」という感覚で行くくらいがちょうどいいかなと思いました。
欲を言えば、船の中でイベント毎がもっとあるとよかったです。例えばハワイの楽器体験・歌・フラダンスの意味・手の動かし方等々。参加者との連帯感にかける所がある。

I have been there several times, but this time I found and booked it online. The weather was nice, and the shuttle bus was smooth. The Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner Cruise offered an all-you-can-eat crab and steak course, along with drinks, while we enjoyed live music and hula dance performances. Watching the sunset made the experience so enjoyable that I lost track of time from departure to return. Despite the large crowd, the friendly guidance allowed us to board the return bus smoothly, and we were able to get back to the hotel without any issues.

We participated as a family of six. My 86-year-old mother was in such a good mood that she even joined in the dancing. The sunset was wonderful, and we had a precious time together. However, I rated it four stars because the variety of dishes at the buffet was somewhat lacking.

On the last day of my trip to Hawaii, I went on a sunset cruise. Since we were on a large boat, I didn't have to worry about the waves! The staff were all very friendly and served us with smiles. The show during dinner was also enjoyable and great. I was satisfied as I got to see a beautiful sunset.

I participated with my 4-year-old child and my wife. Previously, we had joined the Alika's Sunset Cruise, but this time we couldn't make a reservation, so we booked this one for the first time. Since we weren't very interested in the food, we chose the cheapest plan, but honestly, we were disappointed. It was a four-story cruise, but not only the food, the hula dancing and other performances were also lacking compared to others. We checked out a slightly more expensive plan, and the number of performers was on a completely different level, and the energy was different as well. If that had been mentioned in the description, I would have regretted not choosing the more expensive plan from the start.

4歳になった子供と妻との３人で参加しました。以前までは、アリーカイのサンセットクルーズに参加していましたが、今回は予約ができなかったため、初めてこちらを予約しました。食事に欲がないので一番安いプランで予約しましたが、正直がっかりしました。四階建？のクルーズだったのですが、食事だけではなくフラなどの踊り等も他と差別をしていました。少し高いプランのを見に行きましたが、演者の数も桁違いですし、盛り上がりが違いました。説明にその辺も書いといてもらえたら、最初から高いプランにしたのにと後悔しています。

This tour was very enjoyable. Even though we didn't get to see but one whale. The captain and crew made every effort to locate them. And we did encounter a whale but the whale didn't want to entertain us which is no fault of the crew. The boat ride itself was nice and relaxing. I would definitely do it again.

The ship was clean, foods were very good, staff are super friendly and attentive and the emcee and dancers are spectacular. Everyone participated either with singing or dancing. I flew from Los Angeles to celebrate a best friend's birthday in January 2017, and made up another friend's and my own birthday (in November). I treated my friends and myself with the Five Star - Luxury French Cuisine with Live Jazz. It's was a great evening with the hula dancer's Happy Birthday song to my friend, the waiters cordial and professional service, delicious meal, conversation/fellowship time, pianist and jazz music performance which was very interactive with the guests, and nice view of the Sunset, Wikikki hotel "forest" and Diamond Head. Everything was perfect! Absolutely loved it. And it's a great and memorial experience for my friends, too! Thank you all for serving us!

I didn't have high expectations for the food, so I chose the cheapest option. However, if the treatment is different, please indicate that! On the lowest floor, the windows were foggy, and the number of dancers was also different. My mother and my elementary school child were so disappointed that they spent most of the time on the deck. The view was nice, and the cookies were delicious, so it was a mixed experience, but I couldn't help but smile wryly. If I had known, I would have chosen the top course. Please provide a proper explanation.

I chose a cruise for my last memory in Hawaii. There were mostly Japanese passengers, but there were also quite a few Chinese and Korean passengers. I was able to see the sunset, and viewing Waikiki from the sea was truly special. I was torn between this and a regular restaurant, but I made the right choice with this one.
