I was hesitant about participating, but after seeing others flying from the beach, I decided to join and registered on the morning of the event. I was able to participate even alone. My Japanese was limited to a few words, but I understood the gist through gestures. I thought it would take about three hours, but since there were only four of us, it finished in about an hour after check-in. I walked back to Waikiki Beach, which took about 20 minutes. The view was great, and I'm glad I took the plunge and participated.

I took motion sickness medication in advance after reading reviews, but I was still seasick and couldn't enjoy it fully, which was disappointing. It's safer for those who are prone to motion sickness to avoid it. After I got seasick, the staff kindly gave me water and ginger candy, which was very nice of them.

Another person who joined us didn't get seasick at all and had a great time. We were the only Japanese people there, and since we didn't understand any English, I was anxious, but it turned out to be totally fine. I gave a $20 tip.

The salad bar offers not only salads but also a wide variety of vegetable-based side dishes! I was delighted to see a generous amount of cheese available. Even if you take a little bit at a time, your plate ends up piled high.

When we were shown to our table, a super friendly staff member named Terry took care of us. After ordering drinks, we headed straight to the side dish bar. I particularly enjoyed the salmon, cheese, and thick asparagus. As I piled my plate high, sausages, chicken, beef, pork, lamb, and more kept coming around. Without refusing, I kept taking a little bit of everything, and my plate quickly became a mountain of food. The pace at which the meat was served was so fast that I felt full in no time, and I don't think we stayed for even an hour.

The shrimp soup was delicious but spicy. The sausages were also spicy, and since there were some spicy dishes mixed in, those who are not good with spice should take a little bit at a time and taste before diving in.

It was quite a windy day, and we set off with another group (there were actually three groups since we were flying in a 2:1 ratio with four people).

We were going pretty fast out to the ocean! While that was great, I, who am not good with the roller coaster-like feeling of floating, was hanging on for dear life...

We were the last to fly, and it was quite high... plus, the support relied almost entirely on my arm strength (grip strength), so I thought if I ran out of energy, it would be over!! I was a bit nervous, haha.

The view of Waikiki from above was beautiful, and the ocean looked different from the beach, a vibrant blue, making me feel like it’s something everyone should try at least once.

The cheerful music and the friendly crew encouraged us, who were scared, saying "You can do it!" which made it fun. On the way back, we encountered a pod of dolphins and got to see them for a bit!

けっこう風がある日で、わたしたちともう1組の2組(4人組で2：1で飛ぶとのことだったので実際には3組)で出発しました。
沖まで出るのに結構なスピード！はいいんですが、ジェットコースター的浮遊感がにがてなわたしはこわいよ～～！！！！としがみついていました…
わたしたちは最終で飛んだんですが、結構たかい……うえに、支えがほぼ自分の腕力(握力)にかかってくるので力尽きたら終わる！！と思いながらいました…笑
上から見るワイキキの町はとてもきれいで、海もビーチの方とは違って青々としていて1回はやってみるものだなと感じました。
陽気な音楽と気のいいクルーさんたちで怖がる我々をがんばれ～～と励ましてくれて楽しかったです、あとは帰りにイルカの群れに遭遇してちょっと見させてもらえました！

I used this service for a round trip between the airport and the hotel for a day trip to a remote island on an early morning flight. I was picked up at the hotel at 3:30 AM, and although I had to wait, the driver arrived after about 45 minutes. Well, since it was a Hawaiian driver, I thought it was just island time, so it wasn't a big deal. On the way back, there was a staff member waiting for me at the baggage claim area, which was easy to understand, and it was nice to have a private transfer.
