The guide, despite being young, had over 10 years of experience, which was reassuring.
Unfortunately, both the air and water temperatures were not high, so it was a bit cold; some people might find it good to have a wetsuit.
When walking towards the sandbar, there are some corals, so having reef shoes would be better, but it's manageable without them.
It was great that we could practice before starting snorkeling and make decisions afterward (snorkeling or playing around the boat).
I played around the boat with my wife (^ - ^;
We were able to see sea turtles up close!!
There were turtles that were used to people, coming close to us and surfacing right in front of us to breathe, showing a lot of personality!
Since the low tide time is already set, I recommend checking in advance if you really want to see the sandbar.
The tides are a natural occurrence...
It would be good to have an underwater camera; rentals are available, but I think it was around 6,000 yen.
We also had a hearty lunch!

残念ながら気温、水温共に高くなく、寒かったので、ある人はウェットスーツがあると良いかも。
サンドバーに向かって歩くときに若干、珊瑚があるのでリーフシューズはあるとより良いかも。
無くても平気ですが…
シュノーケルを始める前に事前に練習と、それを経ての意思決定(シュノーケリング、船の周りで遊ぶ)が出来たので良かったです。
私は妻と共に船の周りで遊びました(^-^;
海亀が本当に間近で見れました！！
人に慣れた亀がおり、自ら近寄って来てくれて、目の前で海面から顔出し呼吸するなどサービス精神旺盛でした♪
干潮の時間は既に決まっているので、どうしてもサンドバー観たい方は事前にチェックをおすすめします。
潮の干満は自然の事なので…
水中で撮れるカメラがあると良いですね、レンタルも出来ますが、6,000円くらいだった気がします。
ランチもガッツリ食べれましたよ～

We made an internet reservation on-site with three guys who got along well. It was all of our first time horseback riding, but we had an incredibly fun time unique to Hawaii. Everything from check-in to the explanations was in English. If that's okay with you, there are no problems at all. I highly recommend it.

A Japanese instructor guided us, making it reassuring even for those who struggle with English. On the day of the trip, the waves were rough, and many people got seasick, so it's better for those who are prone to motion sickness to take medication beforehand.

日本人インストラクターがガイドをしてくれ、英語が苦手な人でも安心。
当日は波が激しかったので、船酔い者続出だったけど、酔いやすい人はよいどめのんでったほうがいいよ。

I participated with my 89-year-old mother. She was hesitant about walking in the sea because of the boat's rocking, but we were very satisfied with our experience! We even got to use an old swimsuit that we had never worn before and made it to the shallow waters. It was a bit chilly, but the wetsuit we borrowed kept us warm.

Large turtles and fish came close to the boat, and it felt like we were in a dragon palace! On top of that, we really appreciated the thoughtful addition of the boat cruise. Thank you so much!

89歳の母を連れての参加でした。船が揺れるのでは、海の中で歩くのはとか、躊躇していましたが参加して大満足！一度も着た事のない昔の水着も活躍、浅瀬まで行けました。肌寒いくらいでしたが、貸していただいた初ウエットスーツで大丈夫でした。
大きな亀や魚が船の近くに来て、竜宮城みたいと！オマケにボートクルーズまで気を使って頂き、本当に有難うございました。

The fireworks were very beautiful and moving.

However, it was very disappointing that the people at the front were drunk, throwing their drinks into the sea and vomiting in the water.

My son (7 years old), who can't swim, was thrilled to chase dolphins and see green sea turtles using a life jacket and snorkel. He was able to see dolphins swimming right under his feet, and those rare sights are etched in his memory. He is now saying he wants to participate in Manta University on the Big Island to meet manta rays next time.

Participating in Dolphin University and experiencing the friendliness of the captain and staff made for a great family outing, and we are very satisfied.

泳げない息子（７歳）が、ライフジャケットとシュノーケルを使ってイルカを追いかけたり、アオウミガメを見たりで、大喜びをしていました。また、泳いでいるイルカが足の下を泳ぐのを見れたり、中々、出会えない光景が目に焼き付いています。息子は今度、ハワイ島でマンタ大学にも参加してマンタに会いたい言っています。
　イルカ大学に参加して、フレンドリーな船長とスタッフの明るさに触れて、いい家族サービスが出来て満足です。

From a beach about an hour by bus from Waikiki, we took a boat to the dolphin habitat. Since it was early in the morning, I boarded the boat still feeling sleepy, but the nice weather and sea breeze woke me up completely. The captain sensed the atmosphere where dolphins might be and stopped the boat. In less than 10 minutes, we arrived at the dolphin habitat, put on our snorkels and fins, and jumped into the sea.

While swimming in the ocean, I had the fun experience of seeing dolphins from various angles! I wonder how the captain can easily tell where the dolphins are. I'm curious...

I was fortunate enough to have three opportunities to see them! For those who have fewer chances, the instructors guide you and create opportunities to see the dolphins, so even if you're not a strong swimmer, you'll be fine!

Additionally, I was able to see dolphins swimming in groups and alongside the boat, which gave a lively and free impression, quite different from what you see in an aquarium. It's important to maintain an environment where wild dolphins can thrive.

At Dolphin University, after dolphin watching, we had free time to enjoy turtles, tropical fish, stand-up paddleboarding, and slides! The staff kept the atmosphere lively, making it a fun experience for families, couples, and friends alike.

Thanks to this experience, I was exhausted and fell asleep on the bus ride back. I graduated safely!

ワイキキからバスで１時間弱の海岸から、船でイルカ生息域まで行きました。
朝早かったので、眠気眼のまま船に乗り込みましたが、良い天気と海の風でスッキリ目が覚めました。
イルカの居そうな雰囲気を船長が察知し船を停留。10分足らずでイルカ生息域までついて、シュノーケルとフィンを身に着け、いざ海へ。
海の中で泳ぎながら、さまざまな角度からイルカを見る体験をすることができ、楽しかったです！
どうやってイルカが居そうな場所が簡単にわかるんだろう。気になる。。。

私は幸運にも３回も機会に恵まれました♪機会が少ない人は、インストラクターの方が誘導してくれて、見る機会を作ってくれるので、泳ぎが得意でない方でも大丈夫！

また、イルカが群れになって泳いでいく姿や、船とともに泳ぐ姿なども見ることができ、水族館で見る姿とは異なり、自由で快活な印象を受けました～。野生のイルカが生息できる環境維持って、必要ですね(^^♪

イルカ大学では、イルカウォッチングの後、自由時間があるため、亀や熱帯魚たち、SUPやスライダーなども楽しむことができました！
スタッフの皆さんも盛り上げてくれるので、家族連れやカップル、友人同士など様々なお客さんがいた中、終始楽しい雰囲気でした。

おかげさまで、帰りのバスでは、疲れて爆睡でしたzzz
無事大学卒業！

Watching the sun set was beautiful! The entertainment and food was good, especially the unlimited crab legs.

The staff spoke only broken Japanese, but most of the communication was in English, and they were friendly with a sense of humor. It felt refreshing to be at a place that was more expensive than the hotel I stayed at in Waikiki.

ワイキキの宿泊ホテルより高く上がり気分爽快でした。

The car didn't arrive even 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. When I tried to borrow a phone from the hotel porter, he said, "It's Hawaii time..." and I waited another 10 minutes. However, the car still didn't come. The porter, who was watching the situation, made an angry phone call, and the car arrived in just under 10 minutes, taking us straight to the airport. There were only my family and I as passengers. I don't know the details, but they really came through for us at the last minute. There were no issues with the flight departure time.

迎えの時間を10分過ぎても車が来ない。
ホテルのポーターに電話を借りようとしたら
「ハワイ時間だから・・・」と言われ10分待つ。
しかし来ない。
状況を見ていたポーターが怒りの電話を掛けてくれ
10分弱で車が来て、そのまま空港へ直行。
乗客は私たち家族のみ。
詳細は分かりませんが、最後の最後にやってくれました。
飛行機の出発時間には、何ら問題はありませんでした。

I was a little anxious since my arrival was via the island's internal flight, but a woman wearing a shirt with "Roberts" on it was there. When I said my name, she guided me to the shuttle bus. I arrived at the hotel without any waiting time. It's very convenient. The staff is friendly.

到着が島内線だったのでチョット不安でしたが
ロバーツのシャツを着た女性の方がいらっしゃって
名前を言ったらシャトルバスまで案内をしてくれました。
待ち時間もなくホテルに到着。
すごく便利です。
スタッフの方はフレンドリーです。

Motion sickness medication is a must (laughs). It shakes quite a bit. But the staff were amazing! They engaged with us to lift our spirits and made us laugh. Of course, I was satisfied to see the dolphins, but what made me the happiest was being able to swim with the sea turtles! Being able to see the sea turtles swimming gracefully at just the right distance is a lifelong memory. Also, the captain's homemade burgers are the best!

酔い止めは必須です（笑）結構揺れます。でもスタッフの皆様はさすがです！
私たちの気分を紛らわそうと声をかけてくれたり、笑わせてくれたりしました。イルカを見ることが出来たのはもちろん満足なのですが、私が一番うれしかったのは、ウミガメと一緒に泳ぐことが出来たことです！スイスイ優雅に泳ぐウミガメを近からず遠からずの距離で見ることができたのは一生の思い出ですね。あと船長お手製のハンバーガーは最高です！

It is very windy on the boat, so a jacket is essential. I was quite disappointed that I couldn't encounter any whales, but in the end, I was able to see a whale, so it was really great!

船の上はとても風が強いので、上着は必須です。
なかなかクジラに遭遇できず、残念に思っていたが、最後の最後にクジラを見ることが出来たのでとてもよかったです！

The weather was nice, and it felt great. I could see a beautiful view over the blue sea. It felt wonderful to soar high in the sky! I definitely want to do it again.

I made a last-minute reservation just one day ago and went! It was fun! The round-trip shuttle service to and from the hotel was great!

1日前に直前予約して、いきました！
たのしかったです！ホテルまでの行き帰り送迎もあるし、よかったです！

On the day, there were three groups of customers who seemed to have made reservations. After being guided to the car, we waited for a while, and then several more groups of customers who seemed to have made same-day applications boarded. We arrived at the hotel after visiting several hotels in Waikiki (excluding SPG). It took about an hour. I was disappointed because I thought I had signed up based on reviews that said we would arrive quickly since we would only be visiting SPG hotels. Was my application incorrect?

当日、予約をしていたと思われるお客が3組。
車に案内されてからしばらく待たされて、当日申込みと思われるお客がさらに数組乗車。
ワイキキのホテル（ＳＰＧ以外）を数か所巡ってからホテルに到着。
1時間位かかりました。
ＳＰＧホテルだけを回るので早く到着できます、という口コミを見て申し込んだつもりだったので、がっかりしています。
私の申し込みが間違っていたのでしょうか。

I would highly recommend doing this adventure! This was my second time but my husband, and 2 kids (ages 10 & 7) first time. Easy to find the location and the people were very friendly. It was easy to do and once you catch the wave, it's so exhilarating. It is very cool to see Waikiki Beach from the ocean too! Such a great memory to share with my family.

The place I wanted to visit the most in Hawaii this time!! Since the selected locations were only in the Waikiki area, I stayed at the Ala Moana Hotel and walked nearby ^ - ^ I was told it would be called in both Japanese and English, but it was all in English ^ - ^
The local guide was Japanese and very cheerful and wonderful (^^) I was able to see honu (sea turtles) and it was amazing!! I also saw manta rays!!
When getting off the boat to the sandbar, it was a bit deep (about waist-deep for me at 160 cm), which surprised me, but as you go towards the center, it becomes about calf-deep! If you ask the crew or captain for photos, they take great pictures for you! They can even take you on board w

今回のハワイでは一番行きたかったところ！！ピックされる場所が、ワイキキエリアだけだったため、アラモアナ ホテルに宿泊した私は近くまで歩きました^ - ^日本語と英語で呼ばれるってことだったけど、全部英語でした^ - ^
現地のガイドの方は日本人の方で、すごく明るくて素敵な方でした(^^)ホヌも見ることができて最高！！マンタも見れました！！
船からサンドバーに降りる時、少し深くて（160センチの私で腰くらい）びっくりしたけど、中心に行くと、ふくらはぎくらいの深さになります！クルーやキャプテンに写真を頼むと、いい感じに写真撮ってくれます！のせられますw
お天気も良くとっても綺麗でした！！

Unfortunately, it started cloudy and then it rained, so I was disappointed that I couldn't see the sunset... Since I arrived on the same day, I didn't eat much during the day, which made me regret having just a light snack. However, I drank a lot and managed to enjoy myself to some extent.

We participated in a trip to Hawaii with my two nieces and my husband, making it a memorable experience on April 27, during the first half of Golden Week. Since we were staying at the Hilton, we walked to the nearby harbor meeting point, which was easy to find. Only my nieces actually "flew," while my husband and I observed from the boat that was towing them, so I thought we would be sharing the experience with other participants, but luckily it was a private tour. Right after boarding, we quickly bonded with the local American crew, and the atmosphere was friendly and cheerful, allowing our whole family to have a great time! However, the moment when my nieces suddenly soared high into the sky during the takeoff was a bit nerve-wracking. It was just a little over a 30-minute experience, but both my nieces and we were able to create unforgettable memories!

GW前半を利用して姪たち２人と私たち夫婦の４人でのハワイ旅行の「めだま」として４月27日に参加しました。ヒルトンに滞在していたためすぐお隣のハーバーの集合場所（すぐわかりました）へは徒歩で行きました。実際に「飛行（なのかしら）」するのは姪たち２人だけで私たち夫婦は牽引するボートからの見学でしたので、他の参加者さんたちとの「相乗り」かな、と考えていましたがラッキーなことに貸切でした。乗船直後から現地のアメリカ人クルーの人たちともすぐに打ち解け終始和気あいあいの雰囲気で家族全員とても楽しめました！ただ飛空準備体勢から姪っ子たちが「あっ」という間に空高く舞い上がって行く瞬間はちょっとドキドキしました。わずか３０分あまりの体験でしたが姪たちも私たちも忘れられない思い出を作ることが出来ました！

The sea turtle watching was a lot of fun, with the staff providing great support! I was lucky to see a manta ray, which only appears occasionally! They also informed us about what we could and couldn't do at the sandbar, allowing us to enjoy ourselves without any danger. There were light snacks and drinks provided, making it a fulfilling tour for the price.

たまにしか現れないマンタにも会えてラッキーでした！
サンドバーでもやっていいことダメなことを教えて下さり、危険もなく楽しみました。
軽食やドリンクも用意されてて価格の割には充実したツアーでした。

When I arrived in Hawaii, the staff was there to guide me, but I had to wait for an hour and the driving was rough. However, I will use this service again next time; the people were nice. Thank you.

I joined the tour on the recommendation of a local friend, and the crew was really fun, making it enjoyable even for those who don't understand much English! The weather was great, and it was truly the best! I would love to join again if I have the chance! It can be a bit windy and chilly on the boat, so I think it's a good idea to bring a light jacket.

現地の友達に勧められて参加したツアーでしたが、船員さんも凄くノリが良く英語があまり分からなくても楽しめました！天気も良くて本当に最高でした！！また機会があれば参加したいと思いました！船の上は少し風も強く肌寒いので、薄手のジャンパーぐらいは持って行った方がいいと思います。

The day began with an exciting morning call, and while rubbing my sleepy eyes, I listened to the safety instructions and equipment explanations in the stylish bus, which really got my spirits up. Above all, the high energy of the staff was infectious. With their thoughtful attention to detail and unique personalities, the atmosphere on the boat felt like a party, and it was so much fun.

At the dolphin point, I was thrilled to see dolphins swimming slowly right beneath me. At another spot, the water was so clear it felt like I was not even underwater, and I had wonderful memories swimming with sea turtles and tropical fish, losing track of time. I also enjoyed the slide, trampoline, and hula lessons, and I definitely want to participate again next time.

It's a tour that interacts with nature, but there’s so much more to enjoy beyond just the dolphins, so I highly recommend it.

*To those participating: Depending on the season, I recommend renting a wetsuit. My wife loved the logo and ended up buying it.*

Hmm... The pre-release buzz was too good, so my expectations might have been raised. It felt very average. The tour guide was a bit intimidating.

The parasailing was the highlight of our visit to Honolulu! Check in was easy and the crew was fantastic. They made the activity that much more special and fun. Would highly recommend!

The whole tour from start to finish was breath taking! Truely an experience of a lifetime. To be able to go under the waters depths and see the hawaiian pyramids and see the marine life in their natural habitat . Loved it

I had an incredibly fun time. However, it might be a bit scary because it's quite expensive. Since you go out to sea by boat, I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're prone to seasickness. In the end, you definitely have to get your feet wet, so I think it's essential to participate in swimwear.

めちゃめちゃ楽しかったです。あとは、高すぎて少し恐怖を感じることもあるかもしれません。船で沖まで出るので船酔いしやすい人は酔い止めの服用をお勧めします。最後は必ず足だけ水中に浸かりますので、水着での参加必須だと思いました。

My flight arrived from the Big Island after 10 PM. I was turned away by other companies due to the late hour, and I was referred to this service. Since it was late at night, I was really worried if someone would actually come, but as promised, I found someone in a yellow or green aloha shirt who introduced themselves and safely delivered me to my hotel, which was a relief. I was told that they wouldn't display a name or call out, so I wished they would at least stand in a noticeable spot. I had to search quite a bit for the person in the aloha shirt...

ハワイ島からの到着便が２２時過ぎでした。
他社から時間外、という事で送迎を断られてしまい、こちらを紹介して頂きました。
夜中という事もあり、本当に来てもらえるのか不安でしたが約束通り、黄色、又は緑色のアロハシャツのかたを見つけ、名乗り出て無事にホテルまで届けて頂き、安心しました。
名前を掲示したり、呼んだりする事はないという事なので、せめて分かりやすいところに立っていて欲しかったです。
ご担当のアロハシャツの方をかなり探しました…
