At the hotel I stopped by later, there was no reservation, and the driver was searching around the hotel and calling the company to confirm, so I thought they were quite thorough.

私の後で寄ったホテルで、予約者が居なくて、ドライバーがホテル内を探し廻ったり、会社に電話して確認したりしてたので、きちんとしてるんだなと思いました。

Everything was great from the time of arrival. We arrived a few hours early to visit the waterfall and botanical garden. Simply beautiful and peaceful. That landed us in time for the luau and we got upgraded to VIP! Warning VIP you may be asked to be part of the show but it’s all fun and games and a great hands on learning experience. Food was buffet style and also amazingly delicious. All in all a great day at a great price.

The Rock-a-Hula show, the largest cast show in Waikiki that blends Polynesian culture with rock and roll, is one of many shows on Oahu. You can see all of them right here at the Royal Hawaiian Center, located in the heart of the town, and the safety in the area is excellent.

It was a whale watching tour, but I was disappointed that we couldn't find any whales. Instead, we saw dolphins, but since you can see dolphins at an aquarium, it wasn't that exciting!

鯨を見るツアーでしたが、鯨は見つからずがっかりでした。鯨の代わりにイルカは見えましたが、イルカは水族館でも見えるのでそれ程の感激はなし！！

The day after the Honolulu Marathon, I participated with two friends. I was worried about muscle pain, but I enjoyed it so much that I forgot all about it due to the refreshing feeling. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but it was not a problem at all. They made it fun and lively. I also got to know the people in my group well, and it created wonderful memories. The zip line was amazing!! I want to participate again.

ホノルルマラソンの翌日に友達と3人で参加しました。
筋肉痛など心配でしたが、そんなことも忘れるくらいの爽快感で楽しむことができました。
日本語を話せるスタッフはいませんでしたが、全然問題ありません。楽しく盛り上げてくださいました。一緒のグループだった人達とも仲良くなれ、とてもよい思い出ができました。
ジップライン最高です！！また参加したいです。

The facilities are clean, and in between the zip line activities, there are experiences similar to an obstacle course, which were really fun! The price is a bit high with the shuttle service included, but I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!!

施設もキレイですし、ジップラインの合間にアスレチックのような体験もあり、とても楽しかったです！送迎付ですと値段は高めですが、大満足すぎて本当にオススメです！！

I made a reservation for the day of travel from the Big Island to Oahu. I received a thorough massage that relieved the slight swelling in my body due to the air pressure! It was a 60-minute course, and I felt so good that I ended up dozing off for a bit (laughs). When I woke up, my body felt refreshed and light (*^^*).

I had a simultaneous treatment with a colleague, and both of our therapists provided attentive service, which left us both satisfied.

By the way, after making the reservation, I was contacted about the payment method, requesting to pay the treatment fee plus tip in cash. However, when I inquired about card payment, they confirmed that the treatment fee could be paid by card. (I later realized that I had already made a prepayment when booking through Veltra (laughs)). I paid the tip in cash, but they offered the amount, which might be appreciated by Japanese people. (Since I just had to pay the specified amount, it was easy for me.)

ハワイ島→オアフ島への移動日に予約しました。気圧で多少むくんだ全身をくまなく揉みほぐしていただきました！60分コースでしたが、途中爆睡してしまうほど気持ちよく(笑)、起きたらスッキリと体が軽かったです(*^^*)
同僚と同時施術でしたが、どちらの担当さんも丁寧な施術で共に満足でした。

ちなみに。
予約後に支払方法について、施術代+Tipを現金でお願いしたいと連絡いただきましたが、カード決済を相談してみましたら施術代はカードOKいただけました。
(後で気付いたのですが、そもそもベルトラの予約時に事前決済済でした(笑))
Tipのみ現金で支払いましたが、金額を申し出ていただけたので、日本人にはありがたいかもしれません。
(指定の金額を払うだけなので私は楽でした)

Participants in their 40s and 50s, as well as a 22-year-old and an 11-year-old, joined in for sailing in pairs. Everyone had a great time. The boat ride to and from the location was refreshing and exhilarating. It takes about 5 minutes to easily get from Hilton Village to the boarding area. For those staying at the Hilton, it's recommended since you can walk there. Just a heads up, you might get a little wet, so be prepared for that!

40台、50台　22歳　11歳で参加。2人ずつでセーリング。みんな楽しめました。行き帰りのボートでの移動も、カセをきって爽快そのもでした。ヒルトンビレッジから乗り場まで、5分位で容易に移動できます。ヒルトンに滞在してる人は、歩いていけるのでお薦めです。ちょっとだけですけど、濡れるのでそれなりの覚悟が必要ですよん

I was able to meet a lot of dolphins, and the instructors were really enthusiastic, which made it a lot of fun.

たくさんのイルカに会うことが出来たのと、インストラクターの皆様も凄く盛り上げてくれたのでとても楽しめました。

I signed up for parasailing. I chose this tour because it allows for more specific time slots compared to other tours, and the travel time is shorter. The initial scheduled date was canceled due to strong winds, but I received the cancellation notice early, so we were able to spend the day meaningfully without wasting time. We had the option to change the date or cancel, and we quickly chose to change the date! If you're considering a date change right before returning home, it can be difficult, so I recommend scheduling weather-dependent activities for the earlier part of your trip!

The explanation for parasailing was in English, but the consent form was in Japanese. We were paired with two other couples who were not Japanese. Since it was our first time, I was nervous about how we would ascend into the sky, but that feeling was only for a moment. We were soon soaring high above!

From the moment we went up, I was amazed by the beautiful scenery! It was breathtaking! The photos cost $30, but unlike some theme parks, you get 75 pictures on an SD card, which is a great deal. Since the photos are ones that can't be taken with a selfie stick, I decided to purchase them.

When a larger person ascended, the boat's speed increased, which added to the fun! My husband said, "I want to do this again. Next time, I want to challenge myself to 150 meters."

当初の予定日は強風で中止に。中止連絡も早めにもらえたので、当日も有意義に無駄なく過ごせました。日程変更かキャンセルを選択可能。私たちは迷わず日程変更！帰国前日などの場合は日程変更が難しいので、天気に左右されるものは旅の前半に予定することをオススメします！
パラセイリングの説明は英語ですが同意書は日本語でした。日本人以外のペア2組とツアーへ。最初だったのでどうやって空にあがるのかわからずドキドキしましたが、それは一瞬。すぐに大空へ！！
上がった瞬間から景色の素晴らしさに感動！感激！
写真は30ドルですが、どこかのテーマパークと違いSDカードで75枚も入っていてお得です。自撮り棒では撮れない写真ばかりなので購入しました。
大柄の人があがる時は、ボートのスピードが速くなりそれもまた楽しめました！
夫も「またやりたい。次回は150mにチャレンジしたい」と言ってました。

They provide personalized advice. It was great that I could choose the length of the board. I wanted to learn every day! The next day, I tried a local spot, and they were able to tell me about the point as well. It's reassuring to have staff who can speak Japanese. Thank you, Jimmy!

Both flights were with Roberts, but there was no confirmation of the voucher. I was only asked about the return flight. If someone else mistakenly boards, I might be left behind.

往復ともロバーツでしたが、バウチャーの確認がありません。帰国便を聞かれただけでした。他人が間違えて乗ったら、自分は置いて行かれるかも知れませんね。

Recently, are the buses from Roberts Hawaii mostly large? Last year on the Big Island was the same. If they are 15 minutes late and still haven't arrived after 5 minutes, we were told to contact them. I asked the concierge to call, and it seems they are running late. I asked for the bus number and the medication time, which put my mind at ease for now. I thought they would be late because the bus was too big and driving slowly. There were hardly even 10 people on board... It was unusually rainy, but the rainbow was beautiful. But I wonder what I should do next time.

最近のロバーツハワイのバスは大型が多いのかなー？
去年のハワイ島もそうだった。
遅れること1５分、5分経っても来ない場合は連絡せよとのこと。
コンシェルジュにお願いして電話してもらって遅れていることらしく
バスナンバーと投薬時間を聞いてひとまず安心。
遅れるはずだーと思ったのはバスが大きすぎてノロノロ運転。
たかだか１０人もいないのに・・
珍しく雨。虹がきれいでした。
でも次回からはどうしようかなー

I always use this service during the Honolulu Marathon. I had to wait a bit, but that's usual. I will use it again!

It was a short stay, but it became my best memory. The sunset, the night view, the expressions of Waikiki town, and the sight of the sun sinking on the horizon with buildings and many yachts were wonderful. Also, on this day, the wind was strong, and the waves were higher than usual for winter, but riding the music and the waves made it the best activity without feeling dizzy. The Americans were very high-energy. Perhaps due to the season, there were few Japanese people around.

短期滞在でしたが、いちばんの思い出に。
夕焼け～夜景とワイキキの町の表情や、水平線に沈む太陽を視界にビル、たくさんのヨットなどの眺めがステキでした。また、この日は風が強く、波は冬場としては高めでしたが、音楽と波にのり、酔うことなく、最高のアクティビティとなりました。アメリカ人はハイテンションでした。時期柄？日本人は少なかったです。

We participated as a family of four.
With a gathering time before 6 AM, our excitement on the bus heading to the port was quite low at first, but gradually lifted thanks to the staff's energetic attitude.
Even though we were in Hawaii, December was surprisingly chilly, and a wetsuit was a must for an additional fee. The boat was spacious enough, and it seemed to vary by day, but we arrived at the dolphin spot relatively quickly. We were able to meet the dolphins safely.
After dolphin watching, we moved to the turtle spot, and after seeing the turtles, we had playtime with activities like SUP and canoeing.
And, on the way back to the port, the captain spotted a whale!!
It was an unexpected encounter that brought our excitement to the max.
The captain and all the staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a fantastic time.
Oh! By the way, lunch consisted of hamburgers and juice eaten on the bus.

家族4人で参加しました。
朝6時前の集合で港へ向かうバスの中でのテンションはなかなか上がりませんでしたが、スタッフの方達の元気の良さに徐々にテンションも上がっていきました。
ハワイとはいっても、12月は流石に肌寒く別料金でしたがウエットスーツはマスト。船も十分な広さが有り、日によるようですがイルカのポイントまで割と直ぐに到着。無事にイルカ達に会うことが出来ました。
イルカウォッチングが終わりカメのポイントに移動、カメを見た後はSUPやカヌー等でのプレイタイムも有りました。
そして、なんと帰港する途中で船長がクジラを発見!!
まさかの遭遇でテンションMAXとなりました。
船の船長以下スタッフ全員がものすごくフレンドリーで目一杯楽しかったです。
あっ! ちなみに昼食はバスの中で食べるハンバーガーとジュースです。

Everything was perfect. A very nice bus ride to the ship, all you can eat snow crab legs diner, the wonderful service & entertainment & of course the beautiful views.

It was a bit chilly, and the water was quite cold. However, the scenery was truly wonderful. The gradient of the sea, the mountains of the islands visible in the distance. During the turtle watch, I got to see many sea turtles, and while snorkeling, there were so many fish that I had never seen in Izu. The burger for lunch was incredibly delicious! The staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work, which made them shine. I expressed my gratitude through a tip. On the way back, there wasn't a changing area, but the restroom stalls were very spacious, so I was able to change without any inconvenience. I think you can have plenty of fun even without going into the sea. On the flight back, I found myself reminiscing and thought, "I want to go again." I felt motivated to work hard.

少し肌寒く、水はわりと冷たい。だけど、景色は本当に素晴らしかったです。海のグラデーション。遠くに見える島の山々。タートルウォッチではたくさんの海ガメにも会えたし、シュノーケリングでは伊豆では見たことない魚がたくさんいました。そしてランチのバーガーがすごく美味しかったです！とても気さくでフレンドリーで楽しそうに仕事をするスタッフの皆さんもキラキラしてました。ありがとうございますの気持ちをチップに込めました。帰り、着替えのスペースはないけど、トイレの個室がすごーく広いので、不便なく着替えもできました。海に入らなくても充分に楽しめると思います。
帰りの飛行機でもしみじみと思い出したりして、また行きたいなー。仕事頑張ろー。と思いました。

I made a reservation as a reward for completing the Honolulu Marathon in December! I was worried about whether it would take place since it often rains during this time. When I arrived at the meeting point, there were a lot of people gathered. I thought it would be good to prepare the following: 1) a windbreaker or raincoat, 2) bottoms that I expected would get wet up to my knees, 3) personally, I wanted leg warmers that I wouldn't mind getting wet since my body would get cold in the second half, 4) I would take off my shoes, and 5) a plastic bag that I could carry diagonally over my shoulder to hold these items (there is storage available, but it might not be usable due to the large number of people). First, I showed my voucher at the nearby desk, then took off my sandals to enter the designated beach. Once the cruising started, the drink bar opened, and the staff served us. We moved to a point where we could enjoy the sunset, but during that time, they let us enjoy some surfing, so be careful of splashes and seasickness. By the way, motion sickness medication is sold at LAWSON in Sheraton Waikiki. After watching the sunset, we enjoyed the night view of Waikiki from the sea for a while. When we went, there were about half Japanese and half people from other countries. There were various people, some actively enjoying conversations and others quietly enjoying the scenery and drinks. In any case, it was a great experience!

12月のホノルルマラソンを完走したご褒美に！と予約しました。この時期、雨がよく降るので決行されるか心配でした。集合場所に行くとたくさん人が集まっていました。用意した方が良いと思ったのは①ウィンドブレーカー又はレインコート、②膝下が濡れると想定されたボトムスを着用、③後半、とにかく身体が冷えるので個人的には濡れても良いレッグウォーマーが欲しくなりました④靴は脱ぎます。⑤これらを入れて肩から斜めがけできるビニール袋（収納場所もあるけど人数が多くて使えない事もあります）。先ずはバウチャーを付近のデスクに見せてから、サンダルを脱いで専用のビーチに入場します。クルージングが始まるとドリンクバーがオープンし、スタッフがサービスしてくれます。途中、サンセットを楽しめるポイントに移動するのですが、その際波乗りを楽しませてくれるので、水飛沫、船酔いには注意です。因みに酔い止め薬はシェラトンワイキキホテルのLAWSONでも販売しています。日が沈むのを見たら次は沖から見えるワイキキの夜景をしばらく楽しみます。私達が行った時は日本人とそれ以外の国の方と半々くらいでした。積極的に会話を楽しまれる方、寡黙に景色とお酒を楽しむ方、様々です。いずれにせよ体験して良かったの一言です！

After the buffet dinner, there was a show, and during the buffet dinner, the staff entertained us with various songs and dances at our tables. Since most of the guests were Japanese, everyone was a bit shy and hesitant, but the staff tried to relax us by saying funny things and making us laugh, creating an atmosphere that suggested we would have a great time that day.

Thanks to the staff's efforts to put us at ease, we were able to chat and bond with the family sitting next to us, contributing to the fun atmosphere even before the show began. When the show started, we were treated to a variety of songs and dances, and both the dancing and performances were of a very high level. At the end, we even got to take photos. The paid photos turned out really well, so we decided to purchase one for everyone. My whole family was happy and said they were glad they came and had a great time.

初めにビュッフェディナーの後ショーがあるのですが、ビュッフェディナ―の時から、スタッフの方達が私たちを楽しませようと、いろんな歌や踊りを食事の席で見せて下さいました。
日本人のお客さんがほとんどだったので、みんな恥ずかしがってもじもじしていましたが、スタッフの皆さんがリラックスさせようと、いろいろ面白いことを言って笑わせてくれたり、食事のときから、今日は楽しく過ごせそうという
雰囲気が漂っていました。
スタッフの皆さんがリラックスさせてくれたので、隣の知らない家族の人達とも話して盛り上がったり、ショーの前から楽しい雰囲気を作ってくれました。
いざ、ショーになり、入れ替わり立ち代わりいろんな歌や踊りを見せてもらって、踊りもパフォーマンスもすごくレベルの高いショーでした。
そして最後には写真まで撮らせてもらいました。
有料の写真もすごくうまく撮って頂いてたので、全員の分を購入しました。
うちの家族のみんなが行って良かった楽しかったと喜んでいました。

I splurged a bit and got the Diamond Seat. Since it's priority entry, you hardly have to wait. The stage is close. You get some snacks before the meal (other grades don’t include this). You can start the buffet right away. Anyway, the stage is so close that the atmosphere is incredible. Everything is in English, so I can't fully understand, but I get the gist and enjoy it quite a bit, so no worries. It was drizzling, but they provided ponchos. Right after entering, there's the customary photo opportunity. They come around to sell photos during the meal, but it's fine to decline. The photos are quite expensive at $50, but I usually buy them as a keepsake at other shows too. Looking around, it seems like Japanese people are declining while foreigners are buying. The buffet isn't luxurious, but it's not bad. The hula and luau were wonderful. If you participate, definitely go for the Diamond Seat. The middle grade is directly in front, but it's behind the Diamond.

ちょっと奮発してダイアモンドシートにしました。
優先入場ですのでほとんど待ちません。ステージが近いです。食事前のおつまみが付きます（他のグレードはなし）。ブッフェは最初にスタートできます。とにかくステージが近いので臨場感半端ないです。全て英語なので完全に理解できませんが、何となく理解できてそこそこ楽しめます、心配ありません。雨交じりでしたがポンチョの配布もありました。入場直後にお約束の写真撮影があります。食事中に売りに来ますが断って問題ありません。写真は50ドルとかなりお高いですが、まあ記念にと他のショーでも購入しています。周りを見ると日本人は断り外国人は買っている感じです。ブッフェも豪華ではないですが悪くないです。フラ、ルアウとも素晴らしかったです。参加されるならダイアモンドシートですね。真ん中のグレードは正面ですが、ダイアモンドの後方です。

This helicopter tour was booked right after we decided on our trip to Hawaii because my wife wanted to ride it. We waited for three months, excitedly counting down the days on the Veltra website!

To be honest, I'm not great with heights, and even though I was strapped in with a four-point seatbelt, I was still worried and gripping the handrail tightly. Without windows, it felt thrilling as if I might fall. You can feel the wind, and it gets cold, so a long-sleeve jacket is a must.

We took off from Inouye Airport and floated gently, making almost a full circle around Oahu, starting with Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. We also saw a waterfall in the mountains along the way.

Time flew by, and we returned safely! It was a valuable experience, and I had a lot of fun. I want to thank the pilot and the staff.

今回のヘリコプターツアーは、ハワイ旅行が決まって、嫁が乗りたいと言って、すぐに予約しました。
待つこと3ケ月、ワクワクして待っていました。
ベルトラのホームページにも、あと何日とカウントダウン！
実のところ私は、高いところが苦手で、ヘリコプターに乗って4点式シートベルトをして、もう落ちないはずですが、心配で吊り手を握り締めていました。σ(^_^;)
窓がないので、落ちそうでスリル満点。
風を感じ、寒いので長袖ジャケットが必須です。
フワッと浮くとイノウエ空港から離陸し、ワイキキビーチ、ダイヤモンドヘッドを始め、オワフ島を左回りにほぼ一周しました。
途中山中の滝も見ました。
あっという間に時間が過ぎて、無事帰還！
貴重な体験をしました。とても楽しかったです。
パイロット、スタッフの方に感謝します。

It was a wonderful time with a professional group. From check-in, we were greeted with "Aloha~" and smiles. They properly prepared a table for one, and I enjoyed the show from the front row. The red meat steak was tender, and the Mai Tai was delicious.

It started with a hula show, and then Elvis made his appearance, bringing the atmosphere to a peak! The excitement was overwhelming. There were many cheers from the white group on the second floor. The lady next to me was warned about taking flash photos, though.

Just like the recreation of Elvis on stage, they didn't forget to provide fan service to the audience. Next came Michael's light steps! The collaboration show of rock and hula that followed exceeded all expectations, leaving us with excitement and a pleasant aftertaste. The photo with the female performer also became a great memory. I highly recommend it!

自分も場内も最高潮 ！大興奮の嵐。 二階の白人グループからも かけ声多数。
隣のおばさんは フラッシュ撮影で注意されてたけど。 エルヴィス・オン・ステージの再現よろしく、客席へのファンサービスも欠かさない。
次はマイケルの軽やかなステップ！、、次々と繰り出されるロック フラのコラボショーは 想像を遥かに越え、興奮と心地好い余韻を残してくれた。女性とのファイル写真も良い思い出になりました。是非お薦めです。

Four of us went on a private tour for sunset views on th beach and it was a great decision. I highly recommend this experience, awesome staff, horses, and views on this trail. A must when visiting Oahu!

The weather was wonderful, and I was able to see very beautiful scenery! It was a strange feeling to stand with my feet in the water surrounded by mountains. When I took photos, it felt just like being at the Salar de Uyuni. I was satisfied to be able to go snorkeling in a place that is hard to reach on my own and even saw a sea turtle. If I had to say something, the lunch included in the tour was a bit disappointing, but considering we were on the water, I guess it can't be helped. Even with that, it was a highly satisfying tour.

お天気にも恵まれ、とても綺麗な景色を見ることができました！
山に囲まれた海上に、足をつけて立てる不思議な感覚でした。写真を撮るとまるでウユニ塩湖にいるような感じになりました。
個人ではなかなか行けないようなところでシュノーケリングでき、ウミガメも見れて満足です。
強いてゆうなら、ツアーに含まれているランチはイマイチだったかなと思いますが海の上だし仕方ないかなぁ。それを差し引いても満足度の高いツアーでした。

The pickup was at 4:15 AM, but they arrived on time, and the cheerful driver took me to the airport. The van was also clean, which was great.

早朝4:15時のピックアップでしたが、時間通りに迎えに来てくれ、朗らかなドライバーさんに空港まで送ってもらえました。車もキレイなバンで良かったです。

I participated in a tour to swim in the ocean for the first time in a while. It really felt like a dream to be able to swim with dolphins. There were many dolphins swimming together, looking so happy. I was also glad to see two turtles that brought happiness. It was a lot of fun.

久しぶりに海で泳ぐツアーに参加しました。イルカと一緒にドルフィンスイムが出来るなんて本当に夢のように思います。
たくさんのイルカが群れをなして、気持ち良さそうに泳いでました。
また幸せを運んでくれる亀さん二匹を見えて良かったです。

Cruise on blue water is cool. Right music and enjoy unlimit drinks. Energing crew. Message for remind is great. Will return oN my next vacation here. Would recommend to my friends .

I participated in a lesson at 8:30 AM with one adult and one 6-year-old child. It was my first experience with surfing, and since I'm not a strong swimmer, I was quite nervous. I walked to Waikiki Beach to ensure I wouldn't be late for the meeting time, and I was immediately impressed by the wonderful location!

With my excitement building, the lesson began with a one-on-one session with an American trainer. He mixed in some broken Japanese and gave us simple explanations on the beach before we quickly grabbed our surfboards and headed to the ocean. Before I knew it, we started practicing standing on the board, following the American style of teaching.

Despite some failures and being guided by the trainer, I managed to stand up on the board. A photographer also entered the water and captured amazing footage, making the dream-like experience pass by in no time.

Even after returning home, I'm still excited while watching the footage. Thank you for the fun lesson!

朝1番8:30からの予約で大人一人と6歳の子供一人の二人で参加しました サーフィンは初めての経験で泳ぎも得意ではないので内心ビクビクでした 集合時間に遅れない様歩いてワイキキビーチに行き先ずは素晴らしいロケーションに感動!
テンションが高まる中でアメリカ人トレーナーと一対一でレッスン開始 片言の日本語を交え簡単な浜辺での説明を受けて早速サーフボードを抱えて海へ あれよあれよと思う中 習うより慣れろとばかりにボードに立つ練習開始 聞いてはいましたがアメリカ流レッスンです
トレーナーに乗せられ失敗しながらも何とか立ち上がれました カメラマンも海に入って素晴らしい映像も撮っていただき夢のような時間があっという間に過ぎ去りました
帰国後も映像を観ながら盛り上がっています 楽しいレッスンありがとうございました
