While looking at past experiences, I participated with a bit of worry, thinking that I might not be able to see any whales. In reality, I didn't feel any presence at all until the very end, but I was able to see the spouts (breath) and tails of two whales at the last moment. I was so happy! Also, the view of Oahu from the sea was very beautiful, and I was able to take some lovely photos. I managed to take some pictures of the whales as well, but since there was a distance, if you want impressive photos, it would be best to prepare a telephoto camera or purchase photos from the ship's dedicated photographer.

過去の体験談を見ていたら、くじらを見れないことも多いのかなと少し心配しならがら参加しました。実際途中まで全く気配を感じることもできませんでしたが、最後の最後に２頭のくじらの潮吹き(呼吸)や尾びれを見ることができました。うれしかったです。また海上から見るオアフ島はとてもきれいで素敵な写真を撮ることができました。くじらの写真もとりあえず撮ることができましたが、やはり距離があるので迫力ある写真がほしければ、望遠タイプのカメラを準備するか船の専属カメラマンの写真を購入するのが良さそうです。

I participated in a Japanese language guided tour starting at 10 AM, and not only was I able to enjoy the beautiful underwater scenery, but I also learned about the types of fish, the history of the reefs, and how colors appear underwater. It was a lot of fun!

10時からの日本語解説ツアーに参加したため、美しい海底の景色を眺めるだけでなく、魚の種類や漁礁の歴史や海底での色の見え方等の話が聞けて、とても楽しめました。

The weather was bad, and I couldn't see much because of the waves. By the time I noticed, I could only see the tail for a brief moment.

On the other hand, I was glad to see a beautiful rainbow. I ended up taking a lot of photos of the rainbow.

I was able to encounter many dolphins. The Japanese staff, local guides, and photographers all had a wonderful attitude towards entertaining the guests! I hope to enroll again!

多くのイルカ達と遭遇できました。日本人スタッフさんも、現地ガイドさんも、カメラマンさんも、ゲストを楽しませようとするスタンスが素敵でした！再入学希望です！

We have been to many Luau 's and Chiefs was by far the best.My husband tried making fire and dancing on the stage and i came home with a beautiful hand made bag and a bunch of flowers We had so much fun from begining to end.Loved it,and so much fun on the bus going and coming home with Princess Saou.

I had a great time. Honestly, one of the highlights of my trip. I met some awesome people on the cruise. The only suggestion I would make is to have it be like a real bar in which people can drink what they want. There wasn’t a good variety of drinks for $60 per person but it was still an awesome experience. However the staff had great customer service skills and I’m all about that. Austin the bartender was dope! The most I’ve ever tipped a bartender in my life.

The pickup time and arrival were smooth without any issues. The driver, Kintaro, was friendly and engaged with everyone, making the end of our stay in Waikiki enjoyable.

迎えの時間も到着も問題なくスムーズでした。ドライバーのキンタロウさんも、皆に気さくに話しかけてくれ、ワイキキ滞在の最後を楽しく締めくくれました。

I was able to see dolphins!!! They were so close, I was surprised!! The staff was also really enthusiastic, and it became the best memory of our honeymoon. Thank you!

I was worried about whether I would be able to see any animals since they are wild, but I was surprised to encounter so many dolphins. I was hoping to be lucky and see whales as well, given the season, but unfortunately, I didn't see any.
At this time of year, it can be cold while moving on the boat, so it's better to have something to wear over your clothes.
Next time, I want to challenge myself to see whales.

自然の生き物なので観れるかどうか不安でしたがびっくりするほどたくさんのイルカと出会えました。季節柄クジラも見られるとラッキーだと期待してましたが残念ながら観られませんでした。
いまの時期は船上での移動中は寒いので羽織ものがあった方が良いです。
次はクジラにチャレンジしたいと思ってます。

The cruise was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and the duration of the trip was good. It was nice to receive a nice welcome and get a complimentary drink with the trip. The selection of the food was ok. Overall it was a nice experience and I would do it again.

I read the reviews on Veltra thoroughly and participated in the 150m experience. I'm not good with amusement park roller coasters and try to avoid them as much as possible, so I was a bit worried, but looking at the distant scenery made it less scary and quite enjoyable. The weather was nice, and Diamond Head and the town of Waikiki were very beautiful. My children, who are in 6th grade and 1st year of middle school, also seemed to have a great time. The boat was rocking, and the kids got seasick, so I think it's better to take motion sickness medication. The captain was cheerful, but due to language barriers, I couldn't understand much of what he was saying in English. Still, he entertained us with gestures, and I appreciated his consideration for the seasick kids. We tipped $20 for our family of four.

ベルトラの体験談をしっかり読んで150mに参加しました。遊園地のジェットコースターとかも得意ではなく、極力乗らないようにしているので心配もありましたが、遠くの景色を見ていると怖さもそれほどなく楽しめました。天気も良かったのでダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの町がとても綺麗でした。
小学校6年と中学1年の子供達も楽しかったようです。
船が揺れて子供達は船酔いしていたので、酔い止めは飲んだほうが良いと思います。
キャプテンも陽気でしたが、学力の問題で英語は何言ってるかよくわかりませんでした。それでも、ジェスチャーなどで楽しませてくれてましたし、船酔いした子供達への気配りはありがたかったです。
チップは家族4人で20ドルにしました。

It was my first time in Hawaii and my first whale watching experience. Towards the end of the cruise, I finally saw a couple of small, cute spouts and just a glimpse of one tail. It seems some people missed the tail. During the cruise, they provided commentary about the whales and the scenery, which kept us entertained. We also got to see a big rainbow after a light rain, so that was a nice bonus.

クルーズ後半にやっと小さめの可愛らしい潮吹き(２匹のよう)と、１匹の尾びれだけチラッと見えました。尾びれは見逃した方もいたよう。クルーズ中は、鯨の生体や景色の事を放送し、退屈しないようしてくれてました。小雨後の大きな虹見れたのでとりあえず○

My first winter in Hawaii, and I was really looking forward to whale watching. It rained and was a bit cold for Hawaii, so at first, we could only catch glimpses of the whales. However, the captain extended our time a bit, and then, ta-da!!! From that point on, we were amazed as mother and baby whales leaped out of the water, making us feel like we were seeing dolphins! It was truly thrilling. We also learned hula dancing on the way back on the boat, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hawaii! Next time, I want to go dolphin watching. Thank you!

初めての冬のハワイで、ずっと楽しみにしていたホエールウォッチング。
雨が降ったり、ハワイにしては寒かったりと、最初はクジラさんがちらちら見えるくらいでしたが、キャプテンが少し時間延長して下さり、そうすると、ジャーンプ！！！
もうそこからは、「え？イルカ？」と思うくらい、親子クジラが飛び跳ねてくれて、もう大感激でした。
フラダンスも帰路の船内で教えて頂き、もうハワイ大満喫でした！
今度はドルフィンウォッチングに行きたいです。

First, we were able to have a close conversation with the performers while enjoying champagne and snacks. We were guided backstage, where we received instructions in English and had photos taken at each step. Although we struggled to understand English, we managed to grasp the general idea and had a valuable experience. The meal was served as a course right after we were seated. Since the course included one cocktail per person, we enjoyed our meal while drinking Chi Chi and Hawaiian beer. And finally, it was showtime! Since it was a special occasion, we were thrilled to shake hands and high-five with the performers. The show was incredibly fun from start to finish, creating unforgettable memories! If you're unsure about which show to attend, I highly recommend this one!!! You will have a great time! Thank you for the wonderful dinner show. When I mentioned it was our honeymoon, we received a surprise bottle of champagne, and I was very touched by that thoughtful gesture. The waitress was also very attentive, and I left a generous tip.

まずシャンパンとおつまみを食べながら出演者と身近にお話出来ました。バックステージに案内され、英語で案内をされ都度写真を撮ってもらえました。英語がなかなか聞き取れない私たちでしたが、なんとなく理解はできて貴重な体験が出来ました。食事はコースで着席後すぐに頂けます。カクテルが1人1杯ついているコースでしたので、チチとハワイアンビールを飲みながら食事を堪能しました。そしていよいよショータイム！前例でしたので、出演者の方との握手やハイタッチがたくさん出来て嬉しかったです。ショーも初めから終わりまで、言葉に表せないほど楽しくむちゃくちゃいい思い出作りになりました！もしどのショーに行こうか迷われている方は、絶対こちらのショーはオススメです！！！すごく楽しめます！素敵なディナーショーをありがとうございました。ハネムーンのことをお伝えすると、サプライズでシャンパンを頂けてそのお心遣いも大変嬉しかったです。ウェイトレスさんのご対応もすごく良く、多めのチップを残させて頂きました。

We participated with six women. A few minutes after setting sail, a whale came to greet us. The sunset was incredibly beautiful as well.

I'm a repeat visitor to Hawaii. I always rely on this service. At the airport, a cheerful young man carried my suitcase to the van. Since I went with a large suitcase that was empty, he seemed surprised by how light it was when stacking it and joked brightly, "Shopping!?" and made me laugh.

I was busy with work and managed to finish my travel booking in a short amount of time, and then it was off to Hawaii! However, when I arrived and looked at the voucher, I realized I had mistakenly booked the return date as the arrival date... I hurried to find an employee, but my mind went blank and I couldn't explain the situation. Fortunately, a female driver was able to take me to my hotel. I wasn't confident in my English, so I had Card Plaza mediate and confirm the situation, and I was relieved to hear that they could change the reservation date. I'm very grateful for the flexible response from Roberts Hawaii. I will definitely use their services again next time I travel.

仕事に追われて僅かな時間で旅行の予約を終えて、さぁハワイだ！
と、到着してバウチャーを見ると到着日を帰国日と間違えて予約・・・。
慌てて係員さんを探すも頭が真っ白になって事情を説明出来ず。
が、女性ドライバーさんが目的地へのホテルまで送って頂けました。
英会話に自信が無かったのでカードプラザを仲介して確認して貰い、
予約日を振り替えたから大丈夫との返事が聞けて助かりました。
ロバーツハワイさんの柔軟な対応に感謝するばかりです。
次回も渡航する時は是非とも利用させて頂きます。

It was January, but the weather was nice and we had a great time. We saw a lot of sea turtles, and the hamburgers we ate on the beautiful ocean were the best! The sandbar was an experience like no other and was truly moving. The kids enjoyed playing beach volleyball. Our Japanese guide was very fun and showed us various scenic photo spots. The staff was lively, and we had a wonderful time. Even with small children, we were able to enjoy ourselves very much.

1月でしたが、天気も良くすっごく楽しかったです。
ウミガメもたくさん見れたし、天気のいい大海原の上で食べるハンバーガーも最高でした！
サンドバーには今までに体験したことがなく感動しました。子供はビーチバレーをして楽しんでました^_^
日本語のガイドさんもとても楽しい方で、色々な写真の絶景ポイントを教えてもらいました。
スタッフさんもノリノリでとてもいい時間を過ごせました。
小さな子供がいてもとても楽しめました。

I participated on January 28, 2019.
This boat didn't have a Japanese guide, so it was mostly foreigners, but in the end, this tour was great.
The pick-up was handled by a cheerful and friendly lady, and there were no particular issues. The boat was smaller compared to other whale-watching boats, which made it easier to see the whales.
There was a large cruise ship in a similar area, but it was crowded with people and far away, so a smaller boat is definitely more comfortable for viewing. Well, if you really want to see them up close, going to Maui would be the best option...
It might be a bit warmer when it's sunny, but since it was somewhat cloudy, it got cold if you were exposed to the wind for too long. Warm clothing is essential. Foreigners seemed to handle the cold well, even in short sleeves, but ordinary Japanese people would definitely need a thick jacket.
I took motion sickness medication just in case, but it was at a level where I thought it might be okay without it. However, this depends on the sea conditions, so I think it's better to have it just in case.
It seemed like there were 2 to 3 whales, and they occasionally showed themselves. They were found relatively quickly, which was a bit surprising. The timing might have been good as well; January to mid-February is said to be the best season. I hope this information is helpful for those planning to go.

2019.1.28に参加しました。
この船は日本語ガイドがないので外国の方ばかりでしたが、結果的にはこのツアーで良かったです。
送迎も明るく気さくなお姉さんで特に問題はなく、船は他のホエールウオッチング船に比べて小さめだったので鯨たちが見やすかったと思います。
似たような場所に大型客船がいましたが、人は鈴なりになっているし距離は遠いしで、小型の船の方が絶対快適に見れますね。まあ、本当に間近で見ようと思ったらマウイ島に行くのがベストでしょうが…
晴れているともう少し暖かいかもですが、やや雲っていたので長く風に吹かれていると寒いです。防寒着は必須です。外国の方は寒さに強いので半袖でも平気そうでしたが、普通の日本人は厚手の上着がないと無理だと思います。
酔い止めは念のため飲んで行きましたが、無くても大丈夫かな？という程度でした。でもこれは海の状態に寄るので、持っておいたほうがいいと思います。
鯨達は2〜3頭いるようで、時々姿を見せました。割とすぐに見つかったので、拍子抜けする位でした。時期も良かったのかもしれません。1月-2月中旬がベストシーズンだそうです。これから行かれる方の参考になれば嬉しいです。

I used Roberts a month ago, and it was the same driver. He seemed to like jokes, and the foreigners were laughing heartily, but I couldn't understand any English. The car was of a type with the cargo area inside, and it felt like the passengers had to help a bit with loading and unloading the luggage.

１か月前にもロバーツを利用しているが、同じ運転手だった。ジョークが好きらしく外人はゲラゲラ笑っていたが、英語が分からない当方はさっぱり。車は荷台が内部にあるタイプで、荷物の上げ下げを客も多少は手伝ってやらなければいけないような雰囲気だった。

The pickup time at the hotel was 11:05, and the driver arrived right on time. We confirmed our names on the driver's device and waited for other customers before heading to the airport. The bus was nearly full, but it didn't feel cramped at all; the seats were comfortable, and even though the ride to the airport was short, I was able to enjoy a pleasant journey. The driver repeatedly reminded us to check for our belongings, saying, "Don't forget your wallet, phone, bag, etc.!" I always use Roberts Hawaii's shuttle whenever I come to Hawaii, and I've never had any issues. It's always a reliable service, so I will continue to use it in the future!

ホテルへのお迎え時間が11時5分でしたが、時間ぴったりにドライバーさんがお迎えに来てくださいました。ドライバーさんが持っている端末で名前を確認し、他のお客様を待っていざ空港へ。
バス車内はほぼ満席でしたが、窮屈な印象は全くなく、椅子も座りやすく、空港ま短い時間ですが、快適に乗車することができました。
車内に忘れ物がないように、何度も”お財布、携帯、カバン等忘れずに！”と注意喚起していました。
ハワイに来るたびロバーツハワイのシャトルを利用していますが、全く問題なく、いつも安心して使えるので、今後も利用します！

Since my trip to Hawaii is from a country other than Japan, I always use the Roberts Hawaii shuttle for airport transfers. After arriving, as soon as I exit through the personal exit, there are plenty of staff wearing Roberts Hawaii shuttle uniforms, so I can check in right there by providing my reservation details. (The staff each have devices, so they can smoothly confirm and assist with reservations.)

After that, I hand my suitcase to the staff, and they accurately inform me of the meeting point, so there's no chance of getting lost. Many buses from Roberts Hawaii shuttle come to the airport, and they call out names to guide everyone to the correct bus.

When boarding, the driver also confirms the hotel where I'm staying to ensure there are no mistakes, which provides great peace of mind. The driver gives a guided tour in English from the airport to my hotel in Waikiki, so I arrive in no time. I definitely want to use this service every time I go to Hawaii in the future.

ハワイ渡航が日本以外の国からなので、空港送迎便は必ずロバーツハワイのシャトルを利用しています。到着後、個人出口から出るとすぐにロバーツハワイシャトルの制服を着たスタッフがたくさんいるので、予約内容を伝えるとすぐにその場でチェックインができます。（スタッフは各自端末を持っているのでスムーズに予約を確認、対応してくれます）
その後、スーツケースをスタッフへ渡し、待ち合わせ場所も的確に教えてくれますので、迷うことはありません。
ロバーツハワイシャトルのバスは何台も空港に来ますが、
誰がどのバスに乗るかも、しっかり名前を呼んでくれて案内してくれます。
乗車時にも再度宿泊先ホテルをドライバーさんが確認し、乗り間違いのないように段階を踏んで聞いてくれるので、とても安心できます。
空港からワイキキのホテルまでもドライバーさんが（英語で）ガイドをしてくれながらなので、あっという間に到着します。
ハワイへ行く時は今後も毎回利用したいと思います。

This is my second time using this service, and both times have been disappointing. They offer 24-hour support, so I have no choice but to rely on them.

When I inquired about the travel time between the airport and Waikiki, I was told it would take 90 minutes. It's clear that it shouldn't take that long unless there's traffic, so I was wondering why it takes so long. It turns out that it takes time for passengers to gather at the airport, and once we arrive in Waikiki, they drive around to drop off each hotel, which causes delays. I understand that this is unavoidable, but...

During my first experience, the driver took a long detour even though the hotel was nearby, going back and forth on the same road, which took forever. When I directly asked why they were being so inefficient, the driver seemed a bit down, but it felt like they thought passengers wouldn't know the area. They just kept saying "Aloha" to brush it off, which left me feeling really upset.

This time, I managed to find the staff at the airport and checked in. I was told, "Please wait on the sofa; I'll call you when all the passengers have gathered." But while I was waiting on the sofa, looking at my phone, I was left behind without realizing it.

This is unbelievable; what's going on?

空港〜ワイキキ間はどれくらい時間かかるのか問い合わせたら90分と言われる
渋滞でもない限り90分もかかる距離じゃないのは明らかだから、何でそんなにかかるんだろー？と思ってたら
空港での乗客の集合に時間がかかるのと
ワイキキに着いてからも
各ホテルに送ってくれるせいで
ワイキキの中をグルグル動くからでした。
それは仕方ないことなんたけど、、

1回目はドライバーが
近くのホテルなのにわざわざ遠回りしたり
同じ道を何度も行ったり来たりしながら送迎し
めちゃくちゃ時間かかった。
直接なんでそんな非効率な周り方するのか尋ねたら、ちょっとションボリしてたけど
地理関係を乗客が知らないとでも思ってるのか
すべてアロハーって言って誤魔化してる感じ
すごく気分悪かった

今回は空港でちゃんとスタッフを見つけ
チェックインし"
そこのソファで待っててね、乗客が揃ったら声かけるから"と言われたので
ソファで携帯触りながら待ってたら
いつの間にか置いてかれてたし。

あり得ないでしょ、どうなってんの笑

My husband and I participated together. The weather in Honolulu wasn't great, so I was wondering how it would turn out, but Kailua was on the other side of the mountain, and the weather was perfect!

For an additional fee, we rented bikes and went to Lanikai Beach beyond Kailua Beach. It was unbelievably beautiful. The staff member helped us reserve pancakes from Boots & Kimo's, and even though it was takeout, we were able to eat without waiting in line! Shopping at Whole Foods Market and Target was also a breeze on the bike.

I was really happy that we stopped by Leonard's to have malasadas on the way back! Thank you very much.

主人と2人で参加しました。
ホノルルは天気が良くなく、どうなるかと思いましたが、カイルアは山の向こう側だったので、最高の天気でした！

別料金ですが自転車を借りてカイルアビーチの先のラニカイビーチまで行きました。びっくりするほど綺麗でした。
スタッフのお姉さんにブーツアンドギモスのパンケーキも予約して頂き、テイクアウトですが並ばずに食べられました！
Whole Foods Market、targetの買い物も自転車で楽々でした。

帰り道にレナーズのマラサダを食べにお店に寄って頂いたのも本当に嬉しかったです！ありがとうございました。

It was unfortunately rainy on the day, but during the parasailing, the sun came out and a round rainbow appeared below! I felt like I had the rainbow in Hawaii all to myself. I'm glad I decided to try it. It was so much fun.

当日はあいにくの雨でしたがパラセーリングの途中で陽が射し、眼下に円い虹が！
ハワイの虹を独り占めしたような気分になりました。
思い切って体験して良かったです。とても楽しかったです。

Last year, I participated in a tour swimming with dolphins from another company, but this time I joined Dolphin University.

On this day, it was quite difficult to find a spot where the dolphin pod was gathering, but once the snorkeling point was confirmed, I enjoyed watching the dolphins swim right by my feet.

During snorkeling, the staff guides you to where the dolphins are, but those who swim slowly might not make it in time. My fourth-grade son was able to keep up easily.

The slide set up from the boat after snorkeling was also fun, and we got to play on it multiple times.

It's a good idea to bring an action cam for underwater filming.

去年は他社のイルカと一緒に泳ぐツアーに参加しましたが、今回はイルカ大学に参加しました。

この日はイルカの群れが集まっている場所がなかなか見つかりませんでしたが、シュノーケリングポイントが確定してからはイルカの群れが足元を泳いでいくのが楽しめました。

シュノーケリング中にイルカのいる場所までスタッフのみなさんが誘導してくれますが、泳ぎの遅い方は間に合わないかもしれません。
小学４年生の息子は余裕で間に合っていました。

シュノーケリング後にボートから設営されるスライダーも楽しく何度も遊ばせてもらいました。

水中で撮影できるアクションカムを持っていくと良いですよ。

I boarded the ship, listened to lively music, enjoyed delicious drinks, and watched the sunset. The location was absolutely perfect! It's no problem at all if you don't understand English. I was thrilled when I spotted a whale in the distance. I went in January, and it was a bit chilly, so I think those participating in the winter should bring a thicker jacket, like a hoodie, instead of just a cardigan to enjoy without worrying about the cold. I want to ride again and again!

英語が分からなくても全然問題ないです。
遠くにクジラが見えた時は興奮しました。1月に利用しましたが少し肌寒かったので、冬の時期に参加される方はカーディガンよりパーカー等少し厚めの上着があった方が、寒さを気にせず楽しめると思います。
また何度でも乗りたいです！
