I had a fear of heights, but I decided to challenge myself!
It wasn't scary at all!
The ocean was beautiful, and the view was amazing!
I would love to do it again if I have the chance!
I just want to be careful about seasickness!

全然怖くなかったです！
とにかく海が綺麗で、景色が最高でした！
また機会があればやりたいです！
ただ船酔いは、気をつけたいです！

My husband and I participated in a 150-meter parasailing experience. It was my second time parasailing, but the last time I did it at another place, it was only about 60 meters, so I thought I’d challenge myself and go for the highest one!

There was only one other couple, a Japanese couple, besides us, so the announcements regarding safety precautions were made in Japanese.

The weather was a bit bad that day, with light rain and wind, which made it quite shaky when we were up in the air, and it was a little scary, but the view was amazing and felt great!

Last time, there were many participants, and we came down quickly once we reached the top, but this time, since there were only two couples, we were able to stay up for a much longer time!

When we came down, our feet just touched the water, but it was a bit cold.

主人と二人で150メートルのパラセイルに参加しました。パラセイルは2回目でしたが、前回は他のとこで確か60メートルくらいのやつだったので、せっかくなら、と一番高いやつに挑戦しました！
参加者は、私たちの他にもう一組日本人のカップルだけだったので、注意事項などのアナウンスは日本語が流れていました。
この日は少し天気が悪く、小雨と風で上空にいるときは、なかなかの揺れで少し怖かったけど、とてもいい眺めで気持ちよかったです！
前回は参加者が多くトップまでいったらすぐ降りてきてたのですが、今回は二組だけだったせいか、とても長い時間飛ばしてもらえました！
降りてきてくるときに足だけ海にポチャンと着水してもらいましたが、少し寒かったです。

My husband and I participated in a semi-private stand-up paddle lesson. We were lucky because there were no other participants, so it was just the two of us! Our instructor was someone who had taught English in Japan, and the lesson was easy to understand as it included some simple Japanese. We learned how to paddle on the beach and quickly went into the sea, focusing mostly on practical experience, which was a lot of fun!

Before we started, I was more nervous than my husband, but in the end, I enjoyed it more than he did! (laughs) The instructor didn't stay right next to us the whole time; he was close at first but then let us enjoy ourselves freely! Another staff member took photos and videos for us, and although I hadn't planned to buy any, there were so many great pictures that I ended up purchasing a few as keepsakes! (laughs)

I only brought enough money for tips, but when I asked, they gave me a voucher, so I could buy them later with a credit card. It was great that I could receive the data on a USB.

Also, March was colder than I expected, so even wearing a long-sleeve rash guard, I felt cold. I'm glad I didn't fall into the sea. My husband, who wore a short-sleeve shirt, fell a few times and said it was very cold.

主人と二人でスタンドアップパドルのセミプライベートレッスンに参加しました。他に参加者はいなく、私たちだけのレッスンとなりラッキーでした！日本で英語の先生をしていた方が私たちの先生で、簡単な日本語を交えながらのレッスンだったのでわかりやすかったです。浜辺で乗り方を教わり、すぐに海に入りほとんどが実践という感じで、とても楽しかったです！
やる前は、主人よりも私の方がビビっていたのですが、結果、私の方が楽しんでしまいました！(笑)
先生もずーっと横についているわけでもなく、最初だけ近くにいてくれましたがほとんど自由に楽しめました！別のスタッフが写真や動画も撮ってくれていて、買うつもりはなかったけど、とてもいい写真が多く記念に写真だけ買いました(笑)
お金もチップ分しか持ってきていなかったので、聞いたら引き換えの紙を渡され、後からでもクレジットカードで買えました。データをUSBでもらえるのでよかったです。
あと、3月は思った以上に寒かったので、長袖のラッシュガード着てても寒かったです。海に落ちなくてよかったです。主人は半袖で何度か落ちてとても寒かったと言っていました。

We started with sightseeing in the morning and entered the center at 1 PM. The daytime shows and the park tour were enjoyable, and both lunch and dinner were delicious. I watched the night show from the front row center and was moved to tears by the dancers' powerful performance. I will definitely go again next time. Thank you very much to the guide who took care of us during this tour. I hope to see you again next year.

午前中の観光から始まり１３時にセンターに入りました。
昼間のショーも園内ツアーも楽しく、ランチやディナーは美味しく、ナイトショーは、前列中央で見ましたがダンサーの皆さんの迫力に感動し、涙が出ました。
次回も必ず行きます。
今回のツアーでお世話になったガイドさん　本当にありがとうございました。
来年　またお会いできるといいです。

I participated with my girlfriend as a graduation trip. The food was delicious, and the pineapple, in particular, was exquisite. We took photos before boarding, and I was very satisfied with the service that offered data for around 1000 yen during the cruise! When I visit Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate again.

I made a mistake with the meeting place, but they came to pick me up from the wrong location. It was really helpful. Thank you very much. The tour afterwards was also a lot of fun. The hamburger for lunch was delicious, and I was completely full!

集合場所を間違えてしまったのですが、間違えてしまったところまで迎えに来てくれました。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。その後のツアーもとても楽しかったです。お昼のハンバーガーも美味しくてお腹一杯になりました！

Surfing itself was as enjoyable as I had expected. I was hoping for a photo shoot, but there was no information about it, so I thought it would be nice to have some guidance.

It was really cold!!
But it was so much fun that I didn't care about that at all!
The sandbar was beautiful, and it was my first time snorkeling, but I had a great time!
I saw a lot of coral and sea turtles, and I even fed some fish; it was a valuable experience!

The BBQ lunch was delicious and the best!
I want to go again!

すごく寒かった！！
でも、そんなことどうでもよくなるぐらい楽しかった！
サンドバーは綺麗で、シュノーケリングも初めてだったけど楽しくできた！
珊瑚やウミガメもたくさん見れたし、魚に餌もあげたり、貴重な体験がたくさんできた！

お昼のBBQランチも美味しくて最高でした！
また行きたい！

I was skeptical about whether I would be able to see whales, but I was able to see a mother and baby whale beautifully. It was truly amazing. There was also an announcement in Japanese on the boat. The boat was clean and nice as well. It became a wonderful memory.

クジラを観れるかどうか半信半疑でしたが、見事に親子のクジラを観ることができました。ほんとに最高でした。船上では日本語のアナウンスもありました。船も綺麗で良かったです。
良い思い出になりました。

This is my second time participating.
There is no Japanese at all, but that makes it fun.
I can somewhat understand the explanations, but that level of understanding is enough to enjoy it.
The staff are all fun people, and I want to participate again.
Also, the staff's speed in remembering participants' names is impressive.

2度目の参加です。
日本語は一切ないですが、それが楽しいです。
説明も何となく分かりますが、何となくで十分楽しいです。
スタッフも楽しい方ばかりでまた、参加したいです。
あと、スタッフの方の参加者の名前を覚える速度は速いです。

So it all started with a super welcoming crew. The captain and both the deckhands were extremely courteous and expressed the spirit of Aloha in welcoming us aboard! Next came an explanation of what the trip would consist of, and I was like, oh yeah, this is gonna be a hoot and a half. Then we were underway on Diesel engines that sounded like the sweet purr of freedom you could only get on the open ocean. We headed out to the turtle cleaning reef, and we were not disappointed. They promised a great snorkel experience and they delivered! We jumped in the water after the best explanation of our safety and snorkel equipment and were immediately greeted by the ocean wildlife! Turtle the size of Kia souls cut in half with flippers! It was incredible. After we had our feel of the little mermaid experience, it was back to the boat where we were served libations by barista/deckhand that could rival those of a well seasoned bar! Drinks were flowing like the rays of sunshine beating down on us. We dropped sail, and cruises on the wind like seagulls on the breeze. It was a glorious experience that I will remember for years to come. When all was said and down, the sails returned to their stowed position, we sailed back to shore on those sweet Diesel engines and touched down gently on the sands of Waikiki. Your crew and company will hold a special place in our hearts as we carry the memories of good times with us. We found our beach!

I used this service to get from the hotel to the airport. Due to the one-way street, our hotel was the first stop, and then we headed to the airport after stopping at two other hotels. Since it was a shared ride, there were other passengers (including non-Japanese) as well, and we exchanged greetings in a friendly atmosphere. Since you can bring up to two suitcases for free, if there’s no reason to take a taxi alone (or with one other person), I would use this service again.

ホテルから空港に行くときに使用。一方通行の都合上うちのホテルは1番目だったのですが、その後2つのホテルを経由して空港に向かいました。混載ですので他の方々も（当然日本人以外も）一緒になり、挨拶交わして和気あいあいとした雰囲気でした。スーツケースも2つまで無料なので1人（または2人）でタクシーを使う理由がないのであれば、また利用すると思います。

This tour was everything I'd hope it would be. I went out with a group of 6 six friends to celebrate my birthday. This was perfect. Great snorkeling and absolutely beautiful views. The tour included three drinks as well. Main Tai's and Coronas were offered free of charge.
I made a great decision coming on this tour. My only wish is that it lasted longer.

We had the most fun time on the boat. The water of Waikiki can’t be explained. The staff was very friendly, as they say with a lot of “aloha spirit”. Great music and it’s open bar, you can’t go wrong with any of that. Music was on point, and the whales decided to give us a show as well. Hands down, the best activity in Hawaii, so worthy!!!

I participated in the morning session and chose the 90m option. There were three groups, including us, totaling seven people. The "m" likely refers to the length of the rope, and at 90m, it felt like there was no slack in the rope, making it rise quite high. The 150m option seemed to have a bit of slack, so it didn't look like it was going as high. If it's your first time, I think the 90m option is sufficient since the price is also lower.

It would be nice to have a waterproof phone case that you can hang around your neck to take photos from above. I'm worried about dropping a selfie stick. I wasn't sure about the tipping standard, so I gave $20 each to the two instructors, but it seems that wasn't necessary. They took about 112 photos for us. You can decide whether to purchase them after looking at the photos.

朝イチの参加で90mにしました。
私達を含め３組7人でした。
mは恐らく紐の長さなので、90mだと紐のたるむ部分がなくてかなり上まで上がっている気がしました。150mの方は紐が少したるんでそんなに高く上がっているようには見えませんでした。
初めてなら料金も安いし90mで十分だと思います。
首から下げれる防水のスマホケースがあれば上からも写真が撮れていいと思います。自撮り棒は落としそうで怖いです。
チップは相場がわからず、インストラクターの方2人に1人20ドルずつ渡しましたが、そんなに渡さなくて良かったみたいです
写真は112枚ほどとってくれていました。
一応写真を見てから購入するかを決めれます。

As soon as you exit the airport, you can easily catch a ride, and there are many vehicles available. However, both drivers between the airport and the hotel had poor quality, so since the prices are similar elsewhere, I plan to use a different company next time.

空港を出てすぐに捕まえられるし、配車も多いんだろうけれど、空港～ホテル間のドライバーがどちらも質が悪かったので、値段は余所も大差ないし次回は違う会社を使う予定です。

I usually go with tours from major travel companies, but this time I tried arranging everything myself for the first time. After going through immigration, I immediately found a representative from Roberts Hawaii at the group exit, and we arrived at our destination after stopping at three hotels on a shared bus. The travel time was short, and even with a midday flight, we reached Waikiki quickly. It was very smooth and I felt secure using the service. I plan to use it again next time.

いつもは、大手旅行会社のツアーでしたが、今回は初めての個人手配にしてみました。
入国審査後、団体出口にて直ぐにロバーツハワイの方がおり、混在バスで3つのホテルを経由して到着しました。所要時間も短く、お昼着の便でも直ぐにワイキキです。とてもスムーズかつ安心して利用できました。また次の機会も利用しようと思います。

Every time I go to Hawaii, I use Roberts Hawaii for transportation. Their timing is always perfect, which gives me peace of mind. I look forward to using them again next time.

I was waiting at the front desk 15 minutes before the pickup time, but I was surprised when they arrived 10 minutes early! In my case, we only visited four hotels, so we arrived at the airport before check-in started. I was about fifth in line. Since it was JAL, many other shuttle buses and groups arrived afterward, and the check-in area was very crowded. However, once check-in started, I was able to check in right away, and the security check was also very smooth with hardly any wait! My English is at a basic level, but they just called my name loudly to confirm it, so it’s not a problem if you can’t speak English at all. The fact that they only visit a maximum of five hotels really saves time and reduces stress, so I highly recommend it! I would like to ask Roberts Hawaii again when I come to Hawaii.

ピックアップ時間の15分前にはフロントにて待機してましたが、10分前に迎えに来て頂き早すぎてビックリしました！
私の時は、自身のホテル合わせて4つしかまわらなかったのでチェックイン開始前に空港に到着しました。前から5番目位に並びました。
JALでしたので、その後続々と他社の送迎車や団体が到着しチェックインは大混雑の様子でした。
チェックイン開始後はすぐにチェックインでき、保安検査も大して並ばずとてもスムーズでした！！
私は英語は片言レベルですが、大きい声で名前を呼ばれて名前等を確認されるだけなので英語は話せなくても全く問題ありません。
ホテルを最大で5箇所しかまわらない点がかなり時短になりストレスも無いのでかなりオススメです！
また、ハワイに来る時はロバーツハワイさんにお願いしたいです。

This is my third time, and I always enjoy the different content and songs each year. This year, I was moved by the female singer's voice. The fire show was also dynamic and thrilling; it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

With excitement in our hearts, we boarded the luxurious cruise ship "Star of Honolulu." We chose the "no meal option," but since the gathering was early in the morning, many people were enjoying a buffet breakfast on board.

As we cruised off the coast of Waikiki, we spotted about three whales, but we could mostly see just their backs. Just when we were about to give up, we finally witnessed a blow (spouting) scene, which brought us a sense of relief.

　期待に胸膨らませながら豪華クルーズ船「スターオブホノルル号」に乗船。
我々は「食事なしコース」を選択しましたが、集合が早朝だったので船内でブッフェ形式の朝食を摂っている人たちも多くいました。
　ワイキキ沖合をクルーズしていると、３頭ほど鯨が見られましたがほとんどが背中の部分のみ、諦めかけていた時ついにブロー(潮吹き)シーンが見られ、まあ何とか安堵の気持ちになりました。

We participated in the Mini Dolphin Encounter with my 6-year-old child and my husband. I was prepared for the English explanation after seeing other people's comments, but perhaps due to the rainy season and the chilly weather, there were only the three of us. At the reception, they asked if we preferred the explanation in English or Japanese, and to my pleasant surprise, we received the entire explanation in Japanese (there was a trainer who spoke Japanese). Thanks to the kind trainer, my child was initially scared but ended up enjoying it, and I was glad we participated. Even though I didn't join in, I was very satisfied because I could watch closely from the side of the lagoon!

6才の子供と主人二人でミニ・ドルフィン・エンカウンターに参加しました。 他の方のコメントを見て英語の説明を覚悟してましたが 雨季で肌寒かったせいか参加は二人だけ。 受付で説明は英語と日本語どちらがいいですか？と聞かれ、嬉しい誤算で終始日本語の説明受けられました。(日本語話せるトレーナーいました) 子供も優しいトレーナーのおかげで初めは怖がってましたが最後は楽しんでる姿見て参加して良かったです。 参加しなかった私もラグーン脇から間近で見る事が出来たので大満足です！

Seeing the sandbar was absolutely breathtaking!! The weather was perfect. We also went snorkeling after and saw so many turtles swimming in the water. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone! The staff were all very nice and helpful and pick up was on time.

I previously participated in a regular sailing to enjoy the sunset, so this time I signed up because I could see the fireworks on Friday night. Watching the fireworks from the boat was a different experience compared to viewing them from Waikiki Beach, and it was great. There was nothing obstructing the view, so I could see the fireworks clearly from the moment they launched and as they continued to go off one after another.

It was a bit disappointing that we stopped the boat early and stayed in the same spot for quite a long time to watch the fireworks. It gets chilly at night, so bringing a windbreaker was definitely the right choice.

以前は、サンセットを楽しむ通常のセーリングに参加したので、今回は金曜夜の花火が見られるということで申し込みました。
船上からの花火観賞は、ワイキキビーチから見るのとは、また違った感じで良かったです。何も遮るものがないので、花火が上がる瞬間から、次々と打ち上がる様子がよく見えました。
花火を見るため、早めに船を停めて結構長時間同じ場所に留まっていたのが、残念。
夜は冷え込むのでウィンドブレーカーは、持って行って正解でした。

The moment I entered the sea, I encountered a sea turtle! After that, I was lucky enough to see dolphins from the boat! The staff were very kind and made me feel comfortable participating in the tour! ❤︎ I definitely want to use this service again.

The fireworks on Friday ended in the blink of an eye, but it was very pleasant to watch and became a great memory. It was fun to enjoy drinks together while being on the yacht.

金曜の花火はあっと言うまに終わりましたがとても心地よく見られて良い思い出になりました。ヨットの中も飲み物を飲みながら皆で盛り上がって楽しかったです

One of the highlights of our trip! Great atmosphere and staff. We had 6 of us ages 22-26 and it was a blast!

The pickup was on time! There was a child who got a bit drunk, but the kind brother took good care of him! The explanations were easy to understand, and he made it fun and exciting, so I would like to participate again!

酔った子がいたのですが、ちゃんと見てくれてすごく優しいお兄さんでした！
説明もわかりやすく、楽しく盛り上げてくれたのでまた参加したいと思いました！
