I had a reservation starting at 5:00 PM, but for some reason, I was guided to a course starting at 5:30 PM and ended up waiting on the beach for an hour feeling anxious. This year in Hawaii seems to be quite cold, and I think it would be tough without a somewhat thick jacket on the water. In fact, there were people wearing thin down jackets. We wore hoodies, but we ended up putting on the windbreakers we had brought as a backup while on the water. Although you won't get splashed by waves, you do have to enter the water when boarding and disembarking, so if you're wearing long pants or a long skirt, it's better to wear something that can be rolled up to above the knees. The reception and everything else is in English. During our time there, about 80% of the guests were from English-speaking countries, except for six Japanese people and a family of four from Korea. Before boarding, there is a photo service that takes pictures without asking, and after disembarking, you're encouraged to purchase them for around $20. For some reason, even though we had our pictures taken, we ended up with none. The sailing itself was wonderful, and even while enjoying drinks on the water, I didn't feel seasick and had a great time.

17:00からを予約していたのですが、なぜか17:30からのコースを案内され、不安なまま1時間砂浜で待つことになりました。
今年のハワイはかなり寒いようで、海上ではやや厚手の上着がないとつらいと思います。実際、薄手のダウンを着ている人もいました。私たちは、パーカーを着ていましたが予備で持っていたウインドブレーカーを海上では着ていました。波をかぶったりすることはないのですが、乗船と下船には水の中に入るので、長ズボンやロングスカートを着用する場合は、膝上までたくし上げられるものにしたほうがいいと思います。受付その他全て英語対応です。私たちの時は、日本人６人と韓国人家族４人以外の8割方は英語圏の方でした。乗船前に、写真を撮るサービスがあり有無を言わさず撮られ、下船後に20ドルくらいで購入を勧められます。私たちはなぜか撮影したにもかかわらず、写真がないという…。セーリング自体はとても素晴らしく、海上でアルコールを飲みながらでしたが酔うこともなく楽しめました。

From the pickup to the end, there were plenty of Japanese people, and I could communicate in Japanese, so I felt secure participating from start to finish. And above all, the food was delicious, which surprised me! Time flew by. Of course, the sandbar was exceptional; being an established place, the quality of the tour was very high!

送迎から日本人だらけで日本語も通じるし、最初から最後まで安心して参加できました。そして何よりご飯が美味しくてびっくり！！あっという間に時間が過ぎました。もちろんサンドバー は格別、老舗なだけあり、ツアーの完成度がとても高かったです！

On February 9th, our family of seven participated. We chose the option with transportation, and the pickup was smooth. Upon arrival, we boarded the boat and immediately had breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, watermelon, pineapple, and drinks of coffee and orange juice—please refer to the photos. After breakfast, we enjoyed about an hour and a half of cruising. The weather was great that day, and we had a wonderful view of the streets of Hawaii and Diamond Head. As for the whales, we saw them very well. At first, there was one, and later on, two came to visit us, and we could see their tails clearly. I believe everyone who participated that day had the best smiles. I read in other reviews that some people experienced seasickness, but since it’s nature, I think it can’t be helped. We were lucky to have a calm sea cruise under clear skies, so we didn’t get seasick. This event was suggested by my wife, and I truly think it was a great decision to go. Thank you very much to all the staff for providing us with such a wonderful experience and memories of our trip.

2月9日に家族7名で参加しました。送迎付きを選択しましたが、スムーズにピックアップしてもらいました。到着し船に乗りすぐに朝食でしたが、スクランブルエッグ、ウィンナー、パン、スイカやパイナップル、飲み物はコーヒーとオレンジジュースで、写真を参考にして下さい。朝食後、約一時間半のクルージングでしたが、当日は天気も良く、ハワイの街並み、ダイアモンドヘッドも良く見え素晴らしいものでした。あと、肝心のクジラですが、本当に良く見えました。最初は一頭、最後の方には二頭がやって来てくれ、いずれも尻尾が良く見え、当日、参加した人全員が最高の笑顔だったと思います。他の人の口コミで船酔いをしたとの書き込みがありましたが、自然相手のことですので仕方ないのではないかと思います。私達は晴天の中で静かな海のクルージングでしたので、船酔いをしなかったのは、本当に幸運でした。今回のイベントは妻の提案で行くことになりましたが、行って本当に良かったと思います。スタッフの皆さん、旅の思い出として、とても良い経験をさせていただき本当にありがとうございました。

I took this tour in March as I wanted to find a tour that would take me snorkeling but not spend a half a day or more doing so. This boat trip was perfect! The catamaran took us just a short ride to swim with turtles. We saw 4 turtles and were able to get super close! Then we took the boat around and saw a TON of dolphins. The crew was awesome and this tour is great if you want a little bit of everything in just 2 hours. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it!

With a large group of 60 to 80 Japanese tourists, there were about 40 people on each boat, making it a bit cramped inside. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy with occasional rain, but the crew was very cheerful and energetic, which made it enjoyable. I hope to participate again when the weather is sunny.

日本人の観光客60～80名での大移動で、船1隻辺り40名いたので、船の中では身動きが取りづらかったです。天候もあいにくの曇り時々雨でしたが、クルーの方達がとても明るく元気に盛り上げてくれたので楽しかったです。今度は晴れているときに参加できたら良いなと思います。

I actually wanted to go to Maui, but since I didn't have the time or money, I looked for tours on Oahu. I chose this tour on a whim, thinking that a smaller boat might allow for closer views than a larger one. Plus, it was a bit pricey for a morning tour to ensure I could board again if I didn't see anything. The hotel pickup was on time. I was unsure whether to wear flip-flops or shoes, but since I could leave my shoes before boarding, either option worked.

I thought we would go further out, but we only went to a point where we could see the hotels along Waikiki Beach, heading towards Diamond Head. After a while, I spotted the dorsal fin of a baby whale in the distance, and I was thrilled to see it raise its tail and dive! We stopped there and waited for it to resurface, but it never showed itself again.

We went a bit further but still didn't see any more whales, so we turned around to head back. On the way there and back, we saw a pod of dolphins swimming close enough to capture on camera. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't see more whales. I wondered if the larger, famous boat we passed had gone further or if the afternoon tour would have been better. I can't say for sure if my choice was the right one.

I want to feel satisfied that I saw at least one whale, but I can't shake the feeling that if we had gone further, we might have seen more. So, that's why I gave this rating. Well, I guess it's just the nature of wildlife (laughs).

本当はマウイに行きたかったけれど時間もお金も無いのでオアフ島でツアー探しました。
大きな船よりは小さいほうが至近距離で見れることもあるかと一か八かこのツアーにしました。
しかも見れなかった時に最乗船出来るように少々高い午前中のツアー。
ホテルへのお迎えも時間どおり。
ビーサンで行くか靴で行くか迷ったけど靴は乗船前に預かってもらえたからどちらでも。
もっと沖に行くのかと思いきや、ワイキキビーチのホテル群が見えるくらいの所をダイヤモンドヘッド方向に。
しばらくしたらやや遠くに子クジラの背鰭が見えて尾びれを上げて潜る所は見れて大興奮！
そこで停船し再浮上待つもその後姿を見せることはなく。
また少し先に行くも再びクジラを見ることはなく方向転換して帰路へ。
行きと帰りにイルカの群れが至近距離を泳ぐ姿はカメラにも納められるくらいの時間で見れました。
が、もうちょっとクジラを見れてれば、と思ってたので少しがっかり。
すれ違った大型の有名な船はもっと先まで行っていたのであちらのが良かったのか、はたまた午後のが良かったのか、と色々後悔とまではいかないけれど自分の選択が正解かどうかがわからない。
クジラが一回でも見れたから良しとしたいところですがあの一回が無ければもっと先に探しに行って貰えてもっと見れたのでは、などとのもやもやは消えず。なのでこの評価です。
まあ生き物なので仕方ないかな(笑)

I visited Kailua, Lanikai Beach, and Kailua Town! Renting a bike costs an additional $10, but I think it's worth it to get around in a limited amount of time! The Japanese staff kindly shared information about the town, suggesting that takeout from Boots & Kimo's is better and telling me about shops that only locals know, which helped me navigate efficiently. Also, I was happy that lunch was included ❤︎ The recommended pizza was really delicious! If I have the chance to go again, I would definitely participate once more!

カイルア、ラニカイビーチ、カイルアタウンを周りました！
自転車はプラス$10かかりますが借りた方が限られた時間の中で周ることができると思います！日本人のスタッフの方が丁寧に町のことを教えてくれ、ブーツアンドキモズはテイクアウトの方がいいよとかこんなお店あるよとか現地の人しか知らない知識をきけて順序よく周れました
あと、ランチ付きは嬉しい❤︎オススメのピザはめっちゃ美味しかったです！
行く機会があればまた参加しようと思います！

The pickup was on time, so I was able to wait without feeling anxious. The staff were polite and cheerful, which was wonderful.

For a trip with two people, we will use the shuttle bus. Since there are only 2 or 3 groups sharing, we will arrive in Waikiki in the shortest time. Other companies' large buses (H○○) take quite a while for pick-up and drop-off. Mr. Roberts is polite, cheerful, and has a great vibe.

二人での旅ではシャトルバスを利用します。

早く着きますね。
他社の大型バス（Ｈ○○）の送迎は結構時間がかかります。
ロバーツさんは、丁寧で明るくていい感じです。

Had a great time from the time of pick up all throughout to the Center , the driver and the assistant Cousin Vette was funny and very knowledgeable of the culture since he was from Samoa . It was a great experience to learn about different cultures and histories inside the Polynesian Cultural Center, glad we added this to our bucket list

I booked a plan that includes transportation! The bus arrived on time, and all the staff spoke English. Even if there was a language barrier, the staff tried to communicate with gestures, so it all worked out! The zip line was so much fun! It's fine even if you have a fear of heights! The fruit tomatoes and apple bananas from the farm were delicious too!

バスも予定時刻通り迎えにきてくれて、スタッフさんは全て英語。言葉が通じなくてもスタッフさんもジェスチャーで伝えようとしてくれるのでなんとかなります！！
ジップラインはめっちゃ楽しかったです！高所恐怖症でも大丈夫！！農場で取れるフルーツトマトやアップルバナナも美味しかったです！

The tour lasts about 3 hours and includes 7 zip lines. 1) They teach you various sliding styles, 2) You can take commemorative photos at scenic spots! 3) Tomatoes, macadamia nuts, bananas. 4) The harness and rules are very thorough, so you can feel safe and there’s no risk of falling, which means you can also take photos with a smartphone selfie stick. 5) They talked to us in English about various things before sliding, but I didn’t understand… 6) The price is on the higher side, but I think it was worth the experience.

約3時間のツアーで、７本のジップラインがある。１）いろいろな滑降スタイルを教えてくれます、２）景色がよいところで、記念撮影！３）トマト、マカダミアナッツ、バナナ　４）ハーネスやルールも万全かなり安心で、落下することは無いでしょう、よって、スマホ自撮り棒で撮影も出来ます。　５）滑走する前にいろいろと英語で話してくれましたが？？英語がわからず…　６）金額的には、高めですが体験して良かったと思います。　

I was glad to see many whales, but I thought I would be able to see them a bit closer. Overall, I am satisfied.

たくさんクジラが見れたので良かったのですが、もう少し近くで見られると思ってました。

We participated as a family!
Even as adults, we were screaming with excitement, and it was so much fun!
We returned to our childhood and spent the time sliding around with the kids, and before we knew it, time flew by.
I definitely want to go again!

I participated on a sunny day in February. The staff were cheerful and bright, making it a fun experience. We were able to see wild dolphins. However, we didn't see as many as we had hoped from the photos, and the time we spent watching them was brief. This can depend on the weather and luck. On the day we participated, it was quite windy and the waves were high, which made it cold and required some stamina. Some participants experienced seasickness.

They put a lot of effort into searching for dolphins. It took a while to find them, and we ran out of time for snorkeling, but we did see whales as well.

Since our belongings got wet from the high waves, I recommend protecting anything you don't want to get wet with sturdy plastic. Also, due to the dolphin search and road congestion, the return time can be a bit delayed, so it's better not to schedule anything too tight after the tour.

2月の晴れた日に参加しました。スタッフのみなさんは笑顔で明るく楽しかったです。野生のイルカが見られました。写真で期待していたほどは見られず、見た時間は少しでした。これについては天候や運もあります。参加した日は風が強く、波も高かったので寒くて体力もいりました。参加者の中には船酔いする人もいました。
イルカ探しを一生懸命してくれます。イルカ探しに時間がかかり、時間切れでシュノーケリングができなくなりましたが、クジラも見られました。
高波で荷物が濡れたので、濡らしたくないものはしっかりビニールで防ぐことを勧めます。
イルカ探しや道路混雑で帰りの時間が少し遅くなることもあるので、ツアー後の予定をギリギリに入れない方が良いです。

At first, I thought it wouldn't be much since the price was low, but the crew was great at getting everyone excited. Even though I couldn't speak Japanese, it didn't matter; they worked hard to engage us with gestures. There were many foreigners, but we could all enjoy the experience together. When the fireworks went off, the excitement peaked again.

It was truly fun, and if I come to Hawaii again, I definitely plan to join this again.

Absolutely beautiful! Omg, I can't even describe this beauty. Breathtaking & amazing. Being able to enjoy this creation of nature was beyond beautiful. My boyfriend enjoyed it too but I was mesmerized. Worth every penny of our tour.
We did Captain Bob's Kaneohe Bay Sandbar Snorkel Adventure & BBQ Lunch Boat Tour & it was excellent.
The crew was was just amazing. They were super nice, sweet, courteous.
Loved everything about this tour.

The application through the travel agency was expensive, so I applied for the plan with Veltra this time. I was grateful that they dropped us off at each airline. I will use it again.

It was close to Waikiki, simple, and very good. This was my second time parasailing in Hawaii. Previously, I did parasailing combined with snorkeling at Hanauma, but I was disappointed because the instructor there was of Chinese descent and quite indifferent. This time, I felt it was very good.

ワイキキからも近くシンプルで非常に良かったです。
ハワイでは2度目のパラセーリングになりました。
以前 ハナウマシュノーケルとセットのパラセーリングをしましたが ハナウマのインストラクターが中国系の人で素っ気なく残念な思いをした分 今回は 非常に良く感じました。

Beginners can ride too! As mentioned, I was able to ride. Jimmy, who taught me, explained everything clearly. The staff also engaged in conversation, helping to ease my nerves. After changing, we took photos and played games, which was a lot of fun. I highly recommend it!

教えてくれたジミーさんがわかりやすく教えてくれました。

This was absolutely amazing!! It had everything! We had a fabulous meal of steak and lobster, watched the Polynesian show which was amazing and saw whales several times for the first time! We had the Captain renew our vows after 21 years together. He did it at the helm of the ship and the view was absolutely beautiful! I would definitely do this again, the crew was amazing and our every need was tended to! It was the absolutely perfect way to spend our 21st anniversary!!!

Horseback riding on the beach was fabulous. Beautiful and very relaxing. Our ride was 11/2 hours long which was just perfect. We wanted the sunset ride but it was booked, so reserve early. The horses are well groomed and cared for. Highly recommend this experience.

We participated as a family. At first, it was scary, but since we got used to the gentle course before moving to higher altitudes, we were able to enjoy it without anxiety. There was an instructor who spoke a little Japanese, which was helpful. It would have been even more fun if we could speak English.

Since there are times when you need to hold onto the equipment with both hands, it would be convenient to have a case to hang your smartphone around your neck. I think it would be concerning if you only had it in your back pocket and it fell out.

When we were there, there was water available, but unfortunately, there were no bananas or other fruits (not sure if they ran out?).

Overall, it was a fun and great experience.

家族で参加。最初は怖かったのですが、優しいコースで慣れてから高地に上がるので不安なく楽しめました。
少し日本語が話せるインストラクターさんがいたので助かりました。
英語が出来たらもっと楽しかったでしょうね。
両手で器具につかまることもあるので　スマホを首からぶら下げられるケース等があると便利です。お尻のポケットだけでは　もし落としたら…と不安になると思います。
私たちの時は水はありましたが、バナナなどフルーツはなく（数が尽きたのか分かりません？）残念でした。

でも楽しくいい体験ができました。

Dumped us off at the corner road to the hotel with 5 bags to haul ourselves saying vehicle wouldn't fit to go to lobby. They have smaller vehicles because I saw one arrive the hotel another day. They should know which vehicles accommodate which hotels and plan accordingly. Won't use this service again. Price too high for the inferior service provided.

Tour guide outstanding. Exceeded all our needs and provided excellent guide service and advice. Treated us special from the moment we met until our departure. Thanks very much for translating Chinese for my wife and daughter and making their experience memorable. Had the best time ever! Definitely need to do this again with same guide. Thank you!

Picks us up at corner of road, not at hotel lobby. Had 5 bags to maneuver ourselves.

This is my second time participating. Last time, I only caught a glimpse of the tail towards the end of the cruise, but this time, I was able to see both the spout and the tail several times! If you go expecting something like the promotional photos, you might feel disappointed. Everything from check-in to disembarking the boat is in English, so I was a bit worried about what to do in case of an emergency, but the boat itself was large and stable, so I felt safe on board. It was great to see the views of Waikiki and the east side of Diamond Head from a different perspective.

2回目の参加です。前回は、クルーズ終わり頃に尾がチラッと見えただけでしたが、今回は、潮吹きも尾も何度か見ることができました！
宣伝写真のようなのを期待して行くと、残念な気になると思います。
受付から船を降りるまで、すべて英語なので、万が一の時はどうしよう•••と思いましたが、船自体は大きくて揺れも少なく、安心して乗っていられました。
沖からのワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドの東側など普段と違う方角からの景色が観られて良かったです。

I was satisfied with everything.
From the transportation to the service on the boat,
seeing the sunset and Waikiki from the sea, and finally even spotting a whale made for a very enjoyable time.
The staff's response was also wonderful.
