I had a wonderful time from start to finish. The performance and Hawaiian music were absolutely fantastic, and the female duet performing Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley was very exciting. The dancers' movements were sophisticated, and I was so captivated by the final fire dancer that I forgot to breathe.

Lastly, I want to express my gratitude not only to the dancers and singers but also to the table service staff. Thank you for the excellent hospitality; it was thanks to you that I was able to enjoy this memorable time in Hawaii. Mahalo.

最初から最後まで、素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。演奏・ハワイアンミュージックは最高に良かったし、女性のデュエット・マイケル・ジャクソン・エルビスプレスリーを演じた方は、とてもエキサイティングでした。
ダンサーたちの動きは洗練されていて、最後のファイヤーダンスのダンサーは息をするのも忘れるくらい見入ってしまいました。
最後に感謝を伝えたいのは、ダンサーや歌手の皆さんだけではなく、テーブルサービスされているスタッフの方たちもです。最高のもてなしをしていただき、このハワイの思い出深い時間を過ごせたのもあなたたちのおかげです。『Mahalo』

There are few activities that small children can do, and this place has a calm atmosphere with fewer people. The staff was kind, and we were able to enjoy it as a family. Even those who don't ride can walk alongside, allowing for photos during the ride. It became a wonderful memory, spending time exclusively as a family rather than in a group like at places such as Kualoa Ranch.

小さな子供ができる数少ないアクティビティで人も少なくゆっくりとした雰囲気でスタッフの方も優しくて家族で楽しむことが出来ました。乗馬しない方も歩いて付き添う事が出来るので乗馬中の写真なども撮ることができます。クアロアランチのように団体で、ではなく家族オンリーの時間を過ごす事ができる素敵な思い出になりました。

It was great to have only Japanese and Asian participants, which gave it an international feel. I became friends with the Riana couple, who live in Arizona and have a vacation home in Hawaii, and we had a lot of fun joking around together. It might be difficult for those who are not good at English at all, but if you can speak a little, you'll definitely have a good time.

日本人、アジア人の参加が自分たちだけで、海外感が良かったです。アリゾナに在住でハワイに別荘を持ってるリアナ夫妻共お友達になり終始ジョーク言い合って楽しかったです。英語が全くダメな方には難しいかもしれませんが、少し出来れば十分楽しめる感じですよ。

Perhaps because there were many customers, they arrived a little later than the scheduled pickup time. However, there were no issues with the timing, and they took me to the airport without any problems.

お客さんが多いからか、ピックアップ予定の時間より少し遅れてきました。でも時間的には問題なく空港まで連れて行ってくれました。

Check-in at the Outrigger Reef beach tent is at 5:00, and we regroup at 5:20 to board the boat barefoot and set off. There is space behind the bench for bags and sandals. The all-you-can-drink options include Mai Tai, beer, sparkling drinks, and wine. We head out further into the ocean. It can get boring sitting down, so I stood at the front. The boat rocked a lot, but it was fun! Those who are prone to seasickness might struggle. There were only my husband, a girl, and me, the only Japanese people on board. Even without speaking English, we had a great time. Along the way, we saw a rainbow toward Diamond Head! It was so beautiful. The front of the boat gets splashed by the waves, so you will get wet. I was having so much fun that I lost track of what time the sunset was… I didn’t pay much attention since there were a lot of clouds. I recommend this for those who love the ocean and drinks and are okay with being on a boat.

ｱｳﾄﾘｶﾞｰﾘｰﾌの砂浜のﾃﾝﾄで5:00受付、5:20に再集合して裸足で船に乗り込み出発。ベンチの後ろに荷物とサンダルを置くｽﾍﾟｰｽあり。飲み放題の飲み物は、マイタイ、ビール、スパークリンク、ワインなど。沖に向かってどんどん進んでいきます。座っていてもつまらないので、前の方に立ってました。するとものすごく揺れます。でもそれが楽しかった！船に弱い人は無理かも。日本人は私たち夫婦と女の子一人だけ。英語が喋れなくても十分楽しめました。途中ダイアモンドヘッド方面に虹が！すごくきれいでした。先端の方は波が来るので濡れます。楽しすぎて何時夕日が沈んだか分からない位…雲が多かったのであまり気にして見てませんでした。海とお酒が好きで船が大丈夫な人にはお勧めです。

The weather was rainy and quite cold, but I was very excited to finally see a sea turtle. I received a ticket to download photos, but I thought $10 for each photo download was too expensive.

天気は雨が降ったり、気温もかなり寒かったですが、念願のウミガメが見れてとても感激しました。写真をダウンロードできるチケットを頂きましたが、写真のダウンロードが１枚$10は高すぎるなと思いました泣

I used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I usually use HIS for transportation, but this time the hotel was Hokulani, and I was informed that with HIS, I wouldn't be dropped off directly at Hokulani (instead, I would be dropped off at the trolley stop at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and have to walk to the hotel). So, I chose Roberts, which drops you off in front of Hokulani.

The bus service was good; the driver was friendly, and the interior was comfortable, with no issues (even though it was a shared ride, it felt like the passengers were somewhat divided by hotel). However, there was quite a wait at the airport for the bus. There were some Westerners at the waiting area, but it seemed like they were trying to gather only Japanese passengers for the bus, waiting for delayed Hawaiian Airlines flight passengers. As a result, the wait was about an hour.

I think this kind of situation is quite expected, and I don't get irritated by it, but I do hope they can improve their operations to be more flexible in such cases. I've never experienced this with HIS (since they are a Japanese company, they seem to be very efficient). I probably won't use this service next time. (I ended up staying at Hokulani because I couldn't get a reservation at Hilton Hawaiian Village.)

空港→ホテル利用です。
いつもはHISの送迎を利用していますが、今回ホテルがホクラニ、HISだとホクラニ前で下車してもらえない（ロイヤルハワイアンショッピングセンターのトロリー乗り場で下車〜歩いてホテルへ）ということだったので、ホクラニ前で下ろしてくれるというロバーツにしました。
バスに関してはドライバーの方も親切、車内も快適で問題なかったですが（混載乗車だけど、ある程度ホテルごとに数台に分散された感じがする）、空港でのバス待ち時間がかなりありました。
バスの待合場所には欧米人らしき人もいたのですが、どうやらバスには日本人ばかりを集めようとしている感じで、遅延したハワイアン航空の便の搭乗客を待っている形となりました。結果、待ちは1時間程度。
こういうことは至って想定内だと思っていますし、これにイライラするようなことはないのですが、こういう場合の臨機応変に対応できるオペレーションは検討してほしいなと思ったりもします。
HISではこういう思いをしたことがないので…（やはりHISは日系なので、非常に手際が良いように感じる）
次回は多分利用しないと思います。（ホクラニに泊まったのもヒルトンハワイアンビレッジの予約が取れず仕方なく…だったので。）

The weather was wonderful, and I was very moved to see a sandbar that was even more beautiful than I had imagined! The water depth in the shallow areas was only up to my ankles, so it was truly like the sandbars I’ve seen on TV! The staff were lively and enthusiastic, which made me and everyone else laugh throughout the experience, leaving a lasting impression.

I recommend taking a good look with your own eyes, as it’s so beautiful that it’s hard to capture in photos!

Since it’s a plan for a large group (about 20 to 30 people), it’s understandable that those who are not confident in snorkeling or are first-timers may not receive personal guidance at a leisurely pace. We had some experience, so we were able to snorkel without any issues, but since everyone swims freely, there was some variation in whether or not people got to see sea turtles. (On this day, it seemed that about half of the participants were able to see them.) Even if you don’t see sea turtles, you can still enjoy seeing other beautiful fish, so I think it’s definitely enjoyable.

For those who really want to snorkel but lack confidence, I recommend looking into different plans.

お天気にも恵まれ、想像以上に綺麗なサンドバーが見られたのでとても感動しました！
浅い所での水深はくるぶし上くらいまでしかなかったので、まさにテレビで見たようなサンドバーでした！
スタッフの方も元気に盛り上げて下さるので、彼を含め私も終始笑っていた事が印象的に残っています。
写真ではなかなかうまく写りきらない程綺麗だと思うのでしっかり目に焼き付ける事をお勧めします！

人数が多いプランなので仕方ないのですが(2〜30人くらい？)シュノーケリングに自信が無い方や初めての方はなかなかゆっくりと個人的指導は受けられないかと思います。
私たちは経験があったので難なくシュノーケリングはできましたが、全員がそれぞれ自由にシュノーケリングで泳ぐのでウミガメが見られるかどうかにばらつきはありました。
(この日は半数くらいの方は見られたようです。)
ウミガメが見られなくても他の魚等は綺麗に見られるので十分楽しめるとは思います(^^)

シュノーケリングは絶対にしたいけど自信がない方は、違うプラン等を見てみる事をお勧めします。

Barely arrived on spot, shark fins started to show around our boat. That alone was already impressive and exciting!
While in the cage, you get to admire them gracefully swim around and under the cage... beauty!

Few tips:

- Waterproof phone pouch with wrist lanyard recommended to take underwater videos, we're so glad we had one! Just make sure not to live the whole experience through your phone ;)

- Even if you're not sea/motion sick, I suggest you have a ginger chew or two (Chimes brand are good). This will help settle your stomach as it can get bumpy under there.

Big thanks to our guides, very chill and knowledgeable!

PS: we also got to see dolphins splashing and following our boat on the way back, that was also priceless!

Wonderful experience ! Me and my friend will never forget it !

The view is amazing. I participated with a digital camera in hand, and although I had a foot strap, the camera was fine. It seems you can choose between no strap, waist, or foot options. When I said "a little," it was about the foot strap. Quite a few people were paragliding while holding their smartphones around their necks or selfie sticks. They won't take responsibility if you fall, though.

We flew in the morning, and the weather was wonderful. We were able to return to Ohana Waikiki Malia Hotel by 9:30.

A couple from California who rode with us joked, "Terrace House?" I couldn't respond well and just laughed. I guess it's famous because Netflix is airing Terrace House.

素晴らしい眺めです。デジカメを手にひもを巻き参加。足じゃぽんありでしたが、カメラは大丈夫でした。
じゃぽんは、なしか、腰までとか足とか選べるようです。
「ちょっと」というと、足じゃぽんくらいでした。結構みんな首からかけたスマホや、自撮り棒カメラもったまま、パラセーリングしてました。落ちても責任はとってもらえませんが。

午前中飛びましたが、素晴らしい天気。
9時半にはオハナワイキキマリアホテルに戻れました。

同乗したカリフォルニアからきたカップルに
「テラスハウス？」と、ボケられました。うまくかえせず笑
ネットフリックスが、テラスハウスをやっているからか有名なのですね。

We used this for our honeymoon trip, and the staff's service was wonderful! When we took the lesson, there were only four of us, including my husband and me, so it was almost a one-on-one lesson, and we were able to stand on the board right away! We had plenty of time, more than we could have asked for, and we had a meaningful experience!

It was great that the guide entertained us and explained how the sandbar was formed.

However, when I stood on the sandbar and looked around, I was surprised to find it was just like, "Oh, so this is what it looks like." I felt that it would be better to see it from above, like in a helicopter, but I had expected that, and I wanted to land on the sandbar at least once.

I recommend it because it's convenient to get to the airport. The pickup also arrives on time, so you can use it with peace of mind without any worries.

The weather was cloudy, and there was no sunlight, so it didn't turn out to be what I was expecting. Checking the weather is important before going.

天気が曇りで、太陽の光がなかったので、あまり期待していたものにはなりませんでした。
行くときは、天気のチェックが重要です。

The sandbar was a bit different from the photos, with a depth reaching from the thighs to the waist. It seems that the water depth changes depending on the season and weather.

At the sandbar, you can walk around and take photos! Our guide also took some pictures for us!

After that, only those who wanted to went snorkeling. The snorkeling spot is a short walk from the sandbar, but I was surprised by how suddenly the water got deep (laughs). Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles while snorkeling.

After snorkeling, we had lunch, which was very delicious! The meat, in particular, was exquisite!

During lunch, a turtle came close to the boat, and we were able to see it up close! There were also many pufferfish around!

Finally, we got to do some stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and it was a lot of fun. Thank you!

ランチ中に、亀さんが船の近くに来てくれて、間近で見れました！フグさんもたくさん居ました！
最後にSUPもできて、とても楽しめました、ありがとうございます！

We participated as a couple in our fifties. Although we had some concerns about our physical fitness, we decided to sign up because everyone else's experiences sounded enjoyable.

On the day of the tour, we were picked up near our hotel and taken to a shop in Kailua. We had free time in the morning and kayaking in the afternoon. They provided a video on how to spend our free time. Renting bikes to visit Lanikai Beach was appealing, but we ultimately chose to head to Boots & Kimo's for their pancakes. We took out pancakes with macadamia nut sauce and French toast, then went to a nearby Whole Foods to buy iced coffee and smoothies. It had been six months since we last had them, and it was a moment of happiness—definitely delicious!

When we returned to the shop, we thought about having lunch with the coupon we received, but we were too full to eat. I wanted to try the recommended spinach and garlic pizza, but I had to give up due to being stuffed. It felt a bit wasteful.

In the afternoon, it was finally time for kayaking! The wind was strong, and the waves were high, which made me hesitant to start, but with a push from our guide, we reluctantly began. However, once we got on the kayak, it turned out to be manageable. With encouragement and advice from the staff, we set off towards our target island. Our paddling was a bit awkward at first, but we gradually learned and managed to reach the island. The guided tour around the island was very enjoyable. On the way back, we were pushed by the waves and quickly arrived at Kailua Beach. Next time, I definitely want to challenge myself to kayak to the twin islands we saw offshore.

When I signed up for this tour, I thought, "Kayaking for the first time at this age?" and honestly felt quite hesitant when I saw the high waves on the day. However, seeing is believing—it was incredibly fun! I now feel motivated to challenge myself with a more difficult course next time, thanks to this tour. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Chiharu, who took care of us brightly and attentively throughout, and to Tomoki, who supported us in both visible and invisible ways.

アラフィフ夫婦で参加しました。体力的に不安もありましたが、皆さんの体験談を読んで楽しそうだったので、思い切って申し込みました。
当日はホテルの近くでピックアップしてもらって、カイルアのお店へ。私たちは午前中が自由時間で、午後にカヤックでした。自由時間のすごし方はビデオで教えてくれました。自転車を借りてラニカイビーチも魅力的だったのですが、ブーキモのパンケーキに軍配が上がり、私達はカイルアタウンへ。ブーキモでマカデミアナッツソースがかかったパンケーキとフレンチトーストをテイクアウトし、近くのホールフーズへ。アイスコーヒーとスムージーを購入し、半年ぶりに実食！幸せの瞬間、間違いなく旨いです！
で、お店に戻って、いただいたクーポンでランチを食べようと思ったのですが、満腹でランチは回避。おすすめのスピナチ＆ガーリックのピザを食べたかったのですが、満腹で断念。ちょっともったいないことをしました。
午後になり、お目当てのカヤックタイム！この日は風が強く、波も高い状況でかなり引きましたがガイドの方に背中を押され、しぶしぶスタート・・・。でも乗ってみると案外大丈夫で、スタッフの方の声がけやアドバイスもあり、目標の島に向けてスタートできました。最初はぎこちなかったパドリングも少しずつ学習し、何とか島にたどり着くことができました。島一周の散策もガイドの方の解説でとても楽しかったです。帰りは行きとは逆に波に押されてあっという間にカイルアビーチに到着。次回は是非、沖に見えていた双子の島へチャレンジしたいと思います。
このツアーを申し込むときは、「この歳で初カヤック？」とか、当日 波が高い海を見て、正直 かなり腰が引けていましたが、百聞は一見にしかず めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。次回はより難度が高いコースにチャレンジしたい気分になれたのは、このツアーに参加したからこそ実感です。最後に終始、明るく かつ 細やかに面倒を見てくれたちはるさんと、陰に日向に支えてくれたトモキ君に感謝です。

The tour content is excellent. I tried three times and was able to swim with dolphins each time. I also swam with three honu (sea turtles). They are so large that even big people can easily ride them. This is the biggest honu I've ever seen. Unfortunately, the photos are a downside. As expected, the announcement said that a professional photographer would take everyone's pictures, so you don't need to take photos yourself. At the end, they mentioned that they would email everyone's photos for $60. Since we didn't take many photos ourselves, we ended up with hardly any commemorative pictures. I wish they had mentioned the sales from the beginning.

ツアーの内容は最高です。
３回トライして３回ともイルカと泳げました。 ホヌも三匹と泳げました。とにかくデカイ人が全然乗っても大丈夫なくらいのデカさです。こんなデカイホヌは初めて。残念なのは写真です。結果やはりそうか、と言う内容ですが最初にプロのカメラマンがみんなの写真を撮っていきますから、皆さんは写真撮らなくてもいいですよと言うアナウンス。最後に皆さんの写真を60ドルでデータメールしますとの事。自分たちであまり写真撮らなかったから、記念の写真がほとんどない始末。最初から販売ならそう言って欲しい。

This was my second time participating. Both times, the water level was about knee-high, but I was aware of that since I checked the tide information on this page from VELTRA. My husband was seriously playing volleyball at the sandbar, haha. Snorkeling was a battle against the fear of entering the ocean without being able to touch the bottom after turning 50, but once I saw the beauty underwater, I truly understood the high ratings in the reviews. People over 50 (and even older) can enjoy this too!

2度目の参加でした。
2回とも膝上くらいの水位でしたが、それはきちんと潮の満ち引き情報をVELTRAさんのこのページで確認していたので、承知の上でした。
夫はサンドバーでバレーボールをガチでやっていました笑
シュノーケリングは、50を過ぎて足がつかない海に入る恐怖との戦いでしたが、いざ海の中を見ると感動的な美しさで、レビューの高さを実感しました。
50オーバーの人も（いやもっと上の人もいました）楽しめますよ！

The weather was great, and the staff were amazing. The participants were all Japanese and seemed a bit reserved, but they really got into the spirit! The water was very clear, and it was a miraculous day where I got to see sea turtles, dolphins, and even seals! The scenery I saw that day is still etched in my mind; it was such a wonderful memory!

I was expecting it to be a bit clearer, so I was somewhat disappointed, but I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience on a submarine.

もう少し鮮明に見えると、思っていたので少々期待はずれのところがありましたが、初めての潜水艦堪能できました。

The Polynesian Cultural Center was truly wonderful and moving. I've been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first visit here. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I believe it was worth even more than that. Next time, I would like to participate in a tour of just the gardens. The transportation was also efficient and comfortable.

ポリネシアカルチャーセンターは、大変すばらしく、感動しました。ハワイは何回か行っていますが、こちらは初めて行きました。少々高いかと思いましたがそれ以上の価値があると思いました。次回は園のみの観光があれば参加したいです。送迎も手際よく快適でした。

The venue is on the rooftop of the 6th floor, and every visitor is given a fresh flower lei, which you can take back to Japan. Upon entry, you can take commemorative photos with the dancers, and during the show, seats are sold for $50. Once seated, the buffet starts in order of table rank, and then the show begins. There was a sudden downpour, but the venue staff, who were older gentlemen, distributed raincoats to everyone. The content of the show was stunning, with a different level of excitement compared to Spa Resort Hawaiians in Fukushima Prefecture.

6階屋上が会場で、来場者の全ての方に生花レイをかけてくれて、日本に持ち帰えることも出来ました。
入場するとダンサーの方と記念撮影、ショーの最中に50ドルで席まで販売してきます。
着席するとテーブルランク順にブュッフェスタート、そーするとショーもスタートします。
途中、スコールがありましたが、会場スタッフのおじいちゃん達が一人ひとりにカッパを配ってました。
ショーの内容は圧巻、福島県のスパリゾートハワイアンズとは違った迫力がありました。

The crew was really attentive to the guests, and I thought it was impressive how they managed everything on the ship despite the challenges.

I couldn't see any sea turtles, so I definitely want to see them next time I come.

クルーの皆さんがすごくお客さんの事を見ていて、船の上で大変なのにすごいなと思って見ていました。

Excellent food and entertainment. The show was outstanding and the buffet style was great to be able to try several new foods

It was very beautiful, and I was able to observe the seabed slowly. Along the way, I also saw sea turtles and many fish, which made me satisfied.

The boat to the submarine was very rocky, and I ended up feeling seasick. On the way back, we stopped on the water for about 10 minutes before heading to the port for photo sales, which made me feel sick again.

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience that I wouldn't normally have.

帰りの船で写真の販売の為、港へ向けて出発するのに10分前後海上で

I used a shuttle from the Ilikai Hotel to the airport. On the day of travel, the bus arrived about 20 minutes later than scheduled due to road conditions. I became anxious after about 10 minutes past the scheduled time and called to confirm my reservation. It was uncomfortable waiting for about 30 minutes since the boarding area was outdoors. Once on the large bus, it was comfortable.

イリカイホテルから空港までシャトルを利用しました。
当日は道路状況の影響で予定時間より約20分程度遅くバスが到着しました。
予定時間を10分程度経過した時点で不安になり電話で予約確認しました。
乗車場所が野外だったこともあり約３０分間待機したのは苦痛でした。
大型バスに乗車後は快適でした。

I have been to Hawaii many times, but this time I challenged myself to try surfing for the first time! I decided to join the tour after reading the reviews. Since I wasn't sure about the location of the lesson, I opted for the pickup service, but I think I could go there on my own next time. Although the lesson wasn't in Japanese, there was someone who could instruct in Japanese! Moreover, it was a surprising reunion with someone I had met multiple times in the past at a certain place. I realized that it required more physical strength than I had imagined. I haven't mastered surfing completely, so I would like to participate in this tour again when I have the chance. Even as a beginner, they provide proper instruction, so I was able to stand up a few times. It was fun!

今まで何度もハワイへ行っていますが、今回、初サーフィンに挑戦！！こちらの口こみをみて、ツアー参加を決めました。
レッスン場所の位置がわからなかったので、送迎ありにしましたが、次回参加するときは自分達で行けると思う場所にありました。日本語レッスンにはしていませんでしたが、日本語で指導していただける方！！しかも、とある所で過去に何回もお会いしている方で、ビックリの再会でした。想像していたより、体力を使うことがわかりました。全部サーフィンをマスターしたわけではないので、また機会をみて、このツアーに参加したいと思います。確かに初めてでも、ちゃんと指導してくれるので、何回かは、立てます。楽しかったです。

Snorkelers like ourselves had adequate support. They were also pretty comical as well! Seeing the sea turtles was awesome! One crew member even dove down to to the reef to retrieve my dropped cell phone! I had so many priceless photos and memories from my Dad’s funeral on the phone, that I would not have been able to replace them. Thank you for the incredible experience.

The last time I went to Hawaii, I enjoyed a dinner cruise where I could relax and savor my meal while cruising, but this sailing experience made me feel even closer to the ocean. It was truly wonderful to be splashed by the waves and to connect with nature! I could feel the ocean's blue up close, the wind on my skin, and the pleasant buzz from the Mai Tai and beer added to the sense of freedom. The sailing staff were very friendly and even danced with us, which made it so much fun! I definitely want to do this again when I go back to Hawaii!

前回ハワイへ行った時はディナークルーズに乗りゆっくり食事をしながらクルージングを楽しみましたが、このセイリングはもっと海を身近に感じ、特には波しぶきもかぶり自然と対話する素晴らしいものでした！
海が近く海の青さを実感でき、風を直接肌で受け、程よいアルコール（マイタイとビールを頂きました！）で更に開放感
そしてセイリングスタッフとダンスを踊っていただき、とてもフレンドリーな方達でとても楽しかったです！
またハワイに行ったら乗りたいと思います！
