Waking up early was worth it! When we participated, we quickly got to see dolphins, and it seemed like we were close to the snorkeling spot, so we could stay in the water for a long time. We also got to see sea turtles! Since there were a lot of people, I thought some might find it a bit hard to see the dolphins and turtles when everyone gathered around. The staff were all cheerful, and we had a great time (^_^) The ocean was very beautiful too!

There were also slides from the SUP and the boat, and they played the ukulele for us, finishing with a group hula dance, which was a lot of fun. We had a very fulfilling time! For those who are not good at swimming, I think they provide something like a floatation device, so that should be reassuring.

It took about an hour by bus from Waikiki to the ocean, so I thought it would be wise to take motion sickness medication. For lunch, we had cheeseburgers this time! They also prepared snacks, juice, and water!

私たちが参加した時はイルカにもすぐ会えて、シュノーケリングスポットの近くだったようなので長い間海にいることができました。ウミガメにも会えました！人数が多いのでイルカや亀がいると全員が集まってくるので少し見づらい方も中にはいるかなと思いました。スタッフの皆さんも陽気な方ばかりで楽しく過ごすことが出来ました(^_^)海もとても綺麗でした！
SUPや船から滑り台もあり、ウクレレも弾いてくれて最後は全員でフラダンス笑。とても充実した時間を過ごすことができました！泳ぐのが苦手な方は浮くことのできる棒のようなものを渡してくれるはずなので安心かなと思います。
ワイキキから海までバスの時間が1時間？位あったので酔い止め飲んでた方が安心だなと思いました。
お昼ご飯は今回はチーズバーガーでした！スナックとジュース、お水も準備してくれてます！

The journey from the airport to Waikiki was exciting and enjoyable. The staff from Roberts Hawaii were wearing aloha shirts, making them easy to spot.

The sandbar was more beautiful than I expected, and I was moved. Kailua Beach was also breathtaking. The Lanikai Pillbox was steeper than I anticipated and quite challenging.

The waiting time at Senba was about an hour. There isn't much shade, so be careful. It was my first time parasailing, and although I have a slight fear of heights, I decided to go for the highest option at 150 meters. Once I actually experienced it, I felt no fear at all, and it was amazing!

船場での待ち時間が約１時間。日陰も少ないので、注意が必要です。初めてパラセーリング、少し高所恐怖症がある私ですが、せっかくだからと思い150mと1番高いのにしました。実際体験したら、全く恐怖感も無く、最高でした！

It was my first time in Hawaii. The driver guided me at the airport, saying, "This is the Japanese airport," which was very helpful.

I went snorkeling for the first time. To be honest, I'm not a good swimmer and I was scared of not being able to touch the ground, but since I came all the way to Hawaii, I thought I should give it a try at least once. The ocean was so beautiful, and it was a lot of fun swimming while looking at the underwater scenery. I didn't see any dolphins on the first try, and on the second try, I was too tired and just watched from the boat.

For lunch, they give you a hamburger, and you can add tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard while sitting down, so you don't have to worry. The hamburgers and snacks were delicious, and the view was stunning—it was the best! Many people got seasick, so I strongly recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance if you're worried about that.

初めてシュノーケリングをしました。
実は泳ぐのが苦手で地に足が着かないのも怖くて嫌だったのですが、せっかくハワイに来たので1回くらい…と思って参加しました。
海がとても綺麗で、海の中を見ながら泳げてとても楽しかったです。
1回目ではイルカが見れず、2回目は体力がなくて船の上から見ました(^^;
お昼のハンバーガーは貰ってからトマトやレタス、ケチャップやマスタードをつけてくれるので座ってて大丈夫です。
ハンバーガーもスナックも美味しいし景色も綺麗で最高でした！
船酔いする方が多かったので、心配な方は事前に酔い止めを飲むのを強くオススメします。

The staff and guides were all kind, and they took wonderful photos for us. I was a bit anxious about when to give a tip, but they helped by indicating the right timing. I'm glad I went snorkeling.

スタッフ、ガイドさんたちがみなさん親切でステキな写真も撮っていただけました。どのタイミングでチップを渡すのかわからずソワソワしていたのですが、むこうからタイミングを示していただけたので助かりました。シュノーケリングやってよかったです。

Check-out at the hotel was at 12 PM, and my pick-up was at 12:30 PM, so I waited by the hotel poolside while having lunch. Since the driver makes a few stops at different hotels in Waikiki, it takes a little time. I wasn't paying close attention to the airline area, but the driver called for me, so that was good. Since you can make a reservation in advance, you can plan your schedule during that time, which is why I always request it.

ホテルのチェックアウトがPM12時でお迎えが12時30分だったので
ホテルのプールサイドでランチしながら待ってました。
ワイキキは何ヶ所かホテル回るのでちょっとは時間かかります。
エアラインの所がきちんと見てなかってドライバーさんが
呼んでくれたのでよかったです。事前に予約できるのでその間の
スケジュールも考えれるのでいつもお願いしてます。

For the past few years, I have been using the shared bus service from HIS between Waikiki and the airport, but this year I decided to use an English-speaking shared bus service since it was $1 cheaper. I was surprised that even though my return flight was around 2:30 PM, the pickup time was at 10:15 AM, which felt very early! Moreover, the bus didn’t arrive at all. Just when I was about to call after the pickup time exceeded 15 minutes, the bus finally showed up, which was a relief.

Once I got on, we seemed to circle around Waikiki hotels. After picking me up, there were still three or four more pickups, which was surprising! That early pickup time was for this reason, I realized.

The HIS limousine allows you to load your suitcase right next to the driver's seat, so even though the seating is cramped, this bus had a luggage area inside, which made it nice to sit comfortably.

On the English website, there are shared bus services from the airport to Waikiki and vice versa for about $20 round trip, so it would be great if Veltra could offer that as well. Even on the English site, they wouldn’t accept a single person, and for someone traveling alone in Hawaii, this seems to be the lowest price for the shared bus from Waikiki to the airport.

Although we circled around Waikiki hotels, it felt like a final farewell as I got to see various hotels and streets in Waikiki, and I thought, "This isn’t so bad after all."

ここ数年はHISのワイキキ→空港の混載バスを利用していましたが、
今年はHISより＄１安いので久しぶりに英語の混載バスを利用しました。
14時半くらいの帰国便なのにピックアップの時間が10時15分で早くてビックリ！
しかも、全然バスが来ない。
ピックアップ15分超えてを電話しようと思ったらバスが来たのでひと安心。
乗り込むとグ～ルグル、ワイキキのホテルを回ったかな？
私をピックアップした後も３，４組のピックアップがありビックリ！
早すぎるピックアップの時間はこのためだったんだ～。と。

HISのリムジンは運転席の横までスーツケースを載せるので
リムジンでもキッチキチの座席ですが、こちらは車内に荷物置き場があり
ゆったり座れるのがよかったです。

英語のサイトでは空港→ワイキキ・ワイキキ→空港で往復＄20くらいの
混載バスがあるのでベルトラでも扱ってもらえるとありがたい。
英語サイトでもひとりの受付はしてもらえず、ひとりハワイでは
ワイキキ→空港の混載バスはこれが底値かな。

ワイキキのホテルをグ～ルグルだったけど、最後のお別れみたいに
いろんなワイキキのホテルやストリートを見られ、これはこれでいいのでは？
と、思いました。

Even though I usually wakeboard, I got seasick, and my two friends took motion sickness pills but still felt sick! It seems like it was a bit of a rough day on the waves. The weather was nice, and the scenery was amazing! Also, it seems like we should have mentioned that we wanted someone to take our pictures at the beginning (for $30), but we didn't have any. Haha.
This is how it goes for those of us who struggle with English... Haha.

普段ウェイクボードをする私でも船酔いし、友達二人も酔い止めを飲んでいたのに、船酔いしました！ちょっと波が荒い日だったみたです。天気はよく景色は最高でした！あと最初に写真を撮ってほしい人は(30ドル)言っておかないといけなかったみたいで、私達のはありませんでした。笑

The view was amazing, but looking straight down can make you lose your balance, so I think it's not scary to look straight ahead or to the side.

見渡す景色は最高でしたが、真下を向くとバランスを崩しやすいので、真正面や真横を向くと怖くないと思います。

There were dolphins, and I jumped in. They quickly swam away, and I hoped for a chance to try again, but that was it. I didn't even get lunch on the bus ride back, so I was really hungry.

イルカがいて飛び込みました。
すぐに泳ぎ去り、再チャレンジを期待しましたが、おしまいでした。
ランチが帰りのバスまでもらえなくて、腹ペコでした。

This was a highlight of my trip! Worth every penny to just be out on the water at such a beautiful time of day. The captain of the boat was great and i loved the music they played. I met some cool people and it was very laid back! I would definitely do it again.

I wanted to ride the Star of Honolulu, but after seeing reviews about the buffet being overcrowded, I chose this one instead. It was a good decision as we were shown to our reserved seats and it wasn't cramped at all!

The Atlantis is three stories tall. There was a photo opportunity before the cruise, and you can purchase the photos later. (You can choose between just photos or photos & data, and I recommend the photos & data option. You can check the data via email right away.)

I made a reservation for the dinner buffet instead of just appetizers. We were seated on the second floor, which is recommended because there are hula shows and live performances. Plus, our seats were close to the show! I was able to dance with the dancers, which made for a great memory.

Although the selection of the buffet was limited, I still ended up quite full. Additionally, each table has a designated server, so you can order drinks from them, but the drinks do take a little while to arrive. When ordering drinks, you have to leave your credit card with them until the check is settled, which was a bit nerve-wracking... I think there might have been other options, but I can't remember. Fortunately, nothing went wrong.

Before the fireworks, we went out to the deck to watch, and after the fireworks, we returned to the second floor for a finale interactive dance show with the staff.

In the end, everyone got excited, and it was a lot of fun! It became a wonderful memory!

スターオブホノルルに乗りたかったのですが、ビュッフェ形式のランクものは、ギュウギュウに詰め込まれるという口コミを見て、こちらにしました。
予約席に通してもらえ、ギュウギュウ詰めにもならず、正解でした！

アトランティスは3階建て。
クルーズ前に写真撮影があり、後から購入できます。
（写真のみと写真&データ購入が選べるので、写真&データがオススメ。メールでデータがすぐに確認できます。）

アペタイザーではなく、ディナービュッフェで予約。
通されたのは2階席でした。
2階席は、フラショーや生演奏があるのでオススメです。しかも、ショーに近い席でした！
ダンサーさんと一緒に踊ることができ、いい思い出となりました。

ビュッフェの数は少ないですが、けっこうお腹いっぱいになります。
また、テーブルごとに担当者がつくので、ドリンクはその方に頼めばいいのですが、ドリンクが出てくるのは若干遅いです。
ドリンクを注文する時は、クレジットカードを最初からチェックするまでずっと預けるのですが、これが少し怖かったです…他にも方法があったと思うのですが、覚えておりません。
一応、何事もなかったです。

花火の前にはデッキへ出て鑑賞し、花火鑑賞後に、また2階席に戻ると、スタッフの方々とフィナーレの参加型ダンスショーがありました。

最後はみんなで盛り上がって、とても楽しかったです！いい思い出になりました！

It took about 20 minutes by boat to reach the submarine, and we enjoyed the journey as well ^ - ^

It's not often that you get to experience being on a submarine, and I participated with seven friends, filled with excitement. The best part was that we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle! ♡

The staff's service was also very good, and I was very satisfied!!

沖まで20分くらいかけて船で、潜水艦の所まで行く道中も楽しめました^ - ^

潜水艦なんて中々乗る経験が出来ないのと、ワクワク感いっぱいで友達7人で参加させていただきましたが運が良い事にウミガメが観れた事が一番嬉しかったです♡

スタッフさんの対応もとても良く満足でした！！

This time, I used it with a friend. When I experienced it before, there wasn't much shaking, but this time it was intense... The other passengers were excited, but my friend got seasick and seemed to have a terrible time... It really depends on the weather and sea conditions on the day, so I think those who are prone to seasickness should consider it carefully. I enjoyed it! The sunset viewed from the sea was beautiful. The staff's response was good, and I would like to use it again.

今回は友人と利用しました。
以前私が体験したときは、そんなに揺れもなかったのですが、今回は揺れが凄まじく・・・
同乗の方々はテンションが上がっていましたが、友人は船酔いしてしまい、まったく楽しめなかったようです・・・
当日の天候や海の状況次第なのでなんとも言えませんが、船酔いしやすい方はよく検討した方がよろしいかと思います。
私は楽しめました！海上から見るサンセットは素敵でした。
スタッフの対応もよく、また利用したいです。

The crew was very entertaining! At first, I thought it would be scary, but once we took off, I felt no fear at all. In fact, it felt more stable than the boat, even though it was shaking a bit, haha. I did feel quite nauseous from the boat ride, so it might be good to have some motion sickness medication available.

We were in a group of four, and since we boarded the boat one group at a time, there was some waiting time. For those who are prone to motion sickness, that might be tough. However, it truly turned out to be a wonderful experience! If you can endure the nausea, it will become a fantastic memory!

最初は怖いと思っていましたが、飛んでしまったら全く怖さなどなく、むしろ船より揺れる感じは安定感がありました笑
船酔いで結構気持ち悪くなってしまったので、酔い止めがあるといいかもしれないです。
私たちは4組一緒に船に乗り、一組ずつ順番なので、船での待ち時間があります。その間、酔いやすい人はきついかもしれないです汗
ただ、本当にとても素敵な時間になりました！酔いは我慢すれば最高の思い出になります！！

The weather was great! The hamburgers were delicious! It's just a shame that I couldn't see many sea turtles.

I had a great time with my close friends at the beautiful sea, playing with sea turtles and enjoying snorkeling! The barbecue was incredibly delicious, and the staff were so much fun; it was the best! I was so happy to laugh so much on a magical carpet floating on the sea. I want to go again! Hawaii is amazing. This tour was awesome!

At first I thought this would not be enough time but we were able to spend as much or little time as needed on whatever we wanted to do. The crew were helpful in training us beginners on SUP. I recommend this for advanced or beginners of all ages.

After arriving at the airport, there was someone holding a sign for "Roberts Hawaii" right at the exit. I communicated my name to this person, and after confirming my reservation, they guided me to the bus stop. It was great that the bus stop was so close to the exit. I'm not very good at English, but the guide clearly communicated to the staff waiting at the bus stop, saying, "This luggage is for the XX Hotel," so I felt reassured. Thank you again!

空港到着後、出口すぐで
「Roberts hawaii」の案内板をもった方がいらっしゃいました。
この方に名前を伝え、予約を確認頂いたあと、バス乗り場までご案内頂きました。
出口からすぐの場所が乗り場で有難いです。
英語は苦手なのですが、案内の方が、バス乗り場で待機するスタッフに「この荷物、〇〇ホテルまで」としっかり伝えてくださったので、安心でした。
また宜しくお願いします。

We arrived at the hotel almost on time, and the driver, full of service spirit, took us to the airport while introducing us to places associated with former President Obama. I could only catch bits of the English, so I could only understand it vaguely, but the other passengers (mostly Westerners) seemed very happy.

When we arrived at the airport and were getting off, I missed hearing "AirAsia" and got off at the wrong stop, but that was my mistake.

サービス精神の溢れるドライバーで
オバマ元大統領に因んだ土地をわざわざ紹介しながら空港へ向かって下さいました。
英語が所々しか聞き取れず、こんな感じかな？としか理解できなかったのですが、
他の乗客（ほぼ欧米人）はとても大喜び といった感じでした。

空港に着いて降りる際、
「エアアジア」を聞きそびれ、降り間違えてしまいましたが、それはこちらの落ち度です。

The weather was nice, there weren't too many people, the guide was fun, and we got to see dolphins. The baby spinner dolphins jumped and spun a lot, and I definitely want to participate again.

天気も良く、人数も多過ぎず、ガイドさんも楽しく、盛り上がってイルカが見れました。 ベビースピナーが沢山ジャンプスピンを見せてくれて、また是非参加したいと思いました。

It was a shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning, and since it was my first time, I didn't know where to get off. However, the kind driver helped me out, and it was the best service. The driver was also friendly to the other passengers, which I really appreciated!

早朝の空港までの送迎シャトルバスでしたが初めてのこともあり降車場所が分かりませんでしたが、親切な運転手が教えてくれて最高の対応でした。他の乗車客にも親切な対応をしていて好感が持てました❗

The sea was blue, the mountains were beautiful, and there were many dolphins and sea turtles... It was an incredibly wonderful experience. The staff were all fun people, and I had a great time. Since it was an early morning tour, I had plenty of time in the afternoon, which was very nice. Next, I want to enroll in Manta University on the Big Island.

信じられないくらい素敵な体験でした。
スタッフも皆さん楽しい方々で、いい時間を過ごせました。
朝早くからのツアーだったので、昼からもたっぷり時間があり、とても良かったです。
次はハワイ島でマンタ大学に入学したいです。

Thank you for coming on time despite it being early in the morning. I feel reassured knowing that Mr. Roberts will pick me up according to my flight schedule. The fixed rate is also appealing, as there's no need to worry about calculating tips. However, since it's a shared ride, it does take some time as we stop at various hotels.

早朝にもかかわらず時間通りに来て貰えてお世話になりました。ロバーツさんにお願いすると搭乗便に合わせて迎えに来てくれるので安心です。料金も定額なので、面倒なチップの計算も必要ないところも魅力です。ただ混乗なので色々なホテルを回っていくのでその分時間を取られます。

I was picked up in the domestic terminal, but this time the person who came to greet me was wearing a yellow aloha shirt instead of the trademark green or blue aloha shirt that Mr. Roberts usually wears, so I didn't notice him right away even though he was very close by. It was due to my preconceived notions, though...

国内線ロビーに迎えに来て貰ったのですが、今回は迎えの方がロバーツさんのトレードマークのグリーンかブルーのアロハではなく、黄色いアロハを着ていたので、すぐ近くに居たのになかなか気がつきませんでした。こちらの先入観のせいですが…。

I was quite anxious about participating alone as a woman and my limited English skills, but surfing in Hawaii was something I had wanted to do for three years, so I decided to go for it!

To my surprise, I heard a lot of Japanese being spoken here and there! There were people who chatted with me and created a fun atmosphere, and the person in charge, who was American, also used some broken Japanese like "more forward." Thanks to their support, I was able to stand on the board from my very first try! It was so much fun that I decided to start surfing back in Japan too!

英語もつたなく、女性の1人参加ということで不安は多々ありましたが、ハワイでサーフィンするのは3年越しのやりたかったことだったので思い切って参加してみました！

すると、割とあちらこちらで日本語が飛び交ってる…！色々喋りかけてくれて、楽しい雰囲気にしてくれる人や、担当してくれた方もアメリカの方でしたが「もっと前」などカタコトの日本語も駆使してくれましたよ^^
その方のサポートもあり、1回目からボードに立つことができました！！
すごく楽しかったので、日本でもサーフィン始めようと思いました☆
