I participated in the afternoon session. The sandbar had water up to my knees even in shallow areas. Still, I was able to take many wonderful photos! The staff members all spoke Japanese and were very proactive in taking pictures and showing great consideration. Also, the lunch was delicious! It was so good that I went back for seconds! Snorkeling was a lot of fun, with sea turtles coming very close and plenty of fish to see!! If you have a GoPro, you can capture the fish and sea turtles underwater, so I definitely recommend bringing one if you have it! It would also be great to have a float. I participated in November, and while it was a warm day, the water was still a bit cold... I recommend bringing a thick hoodie ('ω').

サンドバーは、浅いところでも水が膝上くらいでした。
それでも、素敵な写真がたくさん取れました！
スタッフさんが日本語が話せる方ばっかりで積極的に写真を撮ってくださったり、気配りも素晴らしかったです。
そして、ランチが美味しかったです！
美味しくて、おかわりをしちゃうくらいでした！
シュノーケリングも、ウミガメがとっても近くて魚もいっぱい見れてとても楽しかったです！！
Go Proがあれば、水の中のお魚やウミガメも撮れるので、ある方は絶対持って行った方が良いです！浮きがあればなお良いと思います。
11月の参加で、暖かい日でしたが、それでも水の中が少し寒かった…。厚手のパーカーを持っていくことをお勧めします('ω')

When I arrived at the airport, I felt unwell and had to go back and forth to the restroom multiple times. I thought I wouldn't be able to take the shuttle bus anymore, and that I would have to go by taxi later. However, they arranged for another shuttle bus and took me to Ala Moana.

空港に着いたときに体調を崩して何度もトイレに行ったりきたり。これはもうシャトルバスには乗れないな～、、、あとでタクシーで行くしかないと思っていたのですが、そのあとシャトルバスをまた手配してくれてアラモアナまで送ってくれました。

We had a great experience with the shuttle to Hanauma Bay. The driver was very polite and helpful. The van was comfortable and the timing was perfect. The company representative I talked to on the phone was very helpful and gave me excellent advice on where to park our car while we were on the excursion. I would highly recommend this experience. Well worth the price!

This was the activity I was looking forward to the most before my trip, and it turned out to be the most fun! I really recommend it!

On the day of the activity, my morning schedule ran late, and I nervously called to see if I could change the time. They kindly responded in Japanese to accommodate my limited English, and my time was successfully changed. The gentleman who came to pick us up was very cheerful! Since there were only two groups, including us, I think the waiting time on the boat was short!

Then it was our turn to go up into the air! We chose 150 meters, and I'm glad we did! Looking down was scary, but when I looked up, a wonderful view spread out before me, and it really boosted my spirits! It lasted about five minutes, but I wanted to do it more!

This is definitely an activity I want to do again when I go back to Hawaii!

旅行前から１番楽しみにしていたアクティビティで、結果１番楽しかったです(^^)！！本当におススメです☆
当日午前の予定が押してしまい、時間変更の希望が出来るか恐る恐る電話をかけると、英語が不慣れなこちらに合わせて日本語で対応してくださり、時間もちゃんと変更されていました。お迎えに来てくれるおじさんはとても愉快な方です♪今回行った時間では、私達を含め2組だけでしたので、船上での待機時間は短かったと思います！
そして私達の順番がきていざ空中へ！１５０mにしましたが、これにしてよかった！下を見ると怖いですが、顔を上げると素晴らしい景色が広がっていて、本当にテンションがあがります！！！５分程でしたがもっとやりたかったー(>_<)
またハワイに行ったら絶対やりたいアクティビティです！

I had requested a transfer from the hotel to the airport for six pieces of luggage (two per person for three people), but the driver who came in a taxi told me it would be $5 per piece of luggage. When I called the company listed on the voucher, they said there was no need to pay. When I refused to pay, the driver became furious and insisted on taking me back to the hotel. He seemed threatening, as if I didn't know what he might do if I didn't pay. After contacting the company, they managed to send a different taxi 30 minutes later, but it left me feeling very upset. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable trip. I was fortunate that I was able to get through on the phone, but it was terrifying to think about what would have happened if I hadn't been able to reach them.

ホテルから空港までの送迎で事前に荷物を６つ（３名で一人２個ずつ）お願いしていたが、迎えに来たのがタクシーでそのドライバーから荷物１個につき５ドルと言われました。バウチャーに記載の会社へ電話をすると支払う必要はないとの事。それで支払いを拒否したところ、激怒され、ホテルまで戻って下されました。お金を払わないと何をするかわからない感じのドライバーでした。会社へお電話をしてなんとか対応をしていただき３０分後に違うタクシーが来ましたが、とても嫌な気持ちになりました。楽しい旅の終わりにとても残念でした。
たまたま電話が通じたので良かったですが、もしつながらなかったらと思うと恐ろしくなりました。

It’s an experiential luau that families with small children and couples can all enjoy, and my family had a fantastic time! Before the show started, there were activities like fire-starting and making headbands using banana leaves, which kept the audience engaged. They celebrated guests who were there for special occasions on stage, danced with the audience, and above all, the chief's stories were very entertaining, making us laugh from the bottom of our stomachs multiple times! The food and Mai Tai cocktails were also very delicious.

The final fire knife dance was impressive! My 2-year-old son watched intently without blinking!

Definitely experience Chief's Luau! The chief and the crew will surely entertain you!!!

小さいお子様連れの家族、カップル、全ての方が楽しめる体験型ルアウで、私達家族もめいいっぱい楽しませていただきました！ショーが始まる前に火起こしやバナナリーフを使用したヘッドバンド作り体験等があり、観客を飽きさせないような構成になっています。記念日で来ている観客をステージでお祝いしたり、観客とのダンス、また、何よりもチーフの話がとても面白く、途中何度もお腹の底から笑わせていただきました！食事やマイタイカクテルもとても美味しかったです。

最後のファイヤーナイフダンスは見応えありです！私の2歳になる息子も瞬きせずにしっかりと観ていました！

Coral has settled on the sunken aircraft and ship right in front of me, and colorful fish are swarming around, allowing me to truly enjoy the natural food chain.

目の前に沈んだ航空機や船に珊瑚が住み付き、色とりどりの魚が群れていて自然の食物連鎖がリアルに楽しめました。

I’m really glad I did it! I went for 120m, but I slightly regret not going for 150m. The driver, Yano, was very friendly and funny, and he wrote down some great restaurant recommendations and took me back to the hotel multiple times. I can’t thank him enough for everything he did. It turned out to be a fun honeymoon!

とっても気持ちよくやってよかったです！120mにしたのですが、150mにしたらよかったなと少し後悔です。ドライバーのヤノさん？とても気さくで面白くて、美味しいお店を書き出してくれたり何度もホテルまで送っていただいたり、終始よくしていただき感謝しかないです。楽しい新婚旅行になりました！

Very beautiful place and our family really enjoy!!

This cruise was a highlight of our trip. We spent our 34th anniversary with delicious food, wonderful music and great company. we had our own private table but had wonderful people sitting next to ours. The live music was relaxing and entertaining throughout the dinner. Our waitress was very courteous and helpful. We hope to spend another anniversary in the future on the Star of Honolulu!! Quyana - Mahalo - thank you.

After entering Kalakaua Avenue, our hotel was the closest one, but we passed it and went to Moana Surfrider. After that, we went around in circles and ended up returning to the same road, so we wasted a lot of time.

This is my third time using this service. It was just as great as last time. There was a slight discrepancy in the arrival time, but they arrived right on time. I will definitely use it again.

At the pool in Japan, large slides often require a fee or have long lines, making it difficult to ride them. However, I was able to enjoy riding multiple times without any hassle.

It seems that floaties are available at each pool for anyone to use, but it started to get a bit crowded in the afternoon, and I couldn't get a floatie to float along the lazy river (laughs). I didn't see anyone bringing their own floaties, but if you really want to use one, it might be a good idea to bring your own.

Also, I heard that the BBQ lunch was all-you-can-eat, but perhaps due to the low number of participants, it wasn't a buffet style. Instead, we were given lunch boxes. The amount was more than enough and it was delicious, so I was totally fine with it, but my partner, who wanted to eat a lot of meat, seemed a bit disappointed.

Lastly, the round-trip bus can get quite cold, so I think it would be good to bring something to wear over your clothes!

日本でのプールだと、大きなスライダーは有料だったり、行列が出来てなかなか乗れなかったりますが、サクサク何度も乗れるのでとても楽しめました。
浮き輪は各プールの所に置いてあり、好きに使っていいみたいなのですが、昼からは少し混み始め、流れるプールで浮き輪をゲットできずに流れられませんでした(笑)かと言って自前の浮き輪を持ってきてる人は見ませんでしたが、絶対に浮き輪を使いたい！という人は持っていった方がいいかもしれません。

あとBBQランチ食べ放題とのことでしたが、参加人数が少なかったのかビュッフェ形式ではなく、ランチパックに入ったお弁当みたいなものを渡されました。十分すぎる量だったし美味しかったので私は全然良かったのですが、肉ばかり食べたい！！と言っていた彼は少し残念そうでした。

あと往復のバスがかなり寒いので、羽織るものがあればよいと思います！

This was my third time. Each time, I rate it as the most enjoyable activity for my family. The hospitality of the guides is excellent. The hamburgers on the boat are delicious too. Don't forget the $5 for beer. We always see sea turtles, but this time we were able to see a manta ray. Everyone was thrilled. I will work hard again to return to the sandbar soon.

これで、３度目でした。毎回家族で一番楽しかったアクティビティと評価しています。とにかく、ガイドの方々のホスピタリティがいいです。船の上のハンバーガーもうまいです。ビール代５ドルも忘れずに。毎回海がめは見れるのですが、今回はマンタ様を拝見できました。一同感激でした。早くサンドバーに
戻る為、またお仕事頑張ります。

We had the time of our life. The crew were hilarious and made us laughed so hard. I would do it again 100 times! It was a huge adrenaline rush up at 1000 feet!

On the last day of our trip, we searched for activities near Waikiki and made a reservation the day before. The other participants were mostly foreigners, and there were no explanations in Japanese, but we managed to follow along. About 10 minutes after departure, snorkeling began. There weren't many fish, but we saw three sea turtles. The ocean was surprisingly beautiful. After that, we enjoyed sailing and took in views of Diamond Head and Waikiki from the sea. We had a lot more fun than we expected, even near Waikiki!

旅行最終日にワイキキ近くでできるアクティビティを探して前日申込みました。
参加者は私達夫婦以外は外人ばかりで、日本語の説明も全くありませんでしたが、流れでついていきました。
出航から10分くらいでシュノーケルが始まりました。魚はあまりいませんでしたが、ホヌは3匹は見れました。海は意外にもキレイでした。
その後セーリングでダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキを海から眺めました。
ワイキキ近くでも予想以上に楽しめました！

I requested Mr. Roberts for the return trip from the hotel to the airport. The service for the trip from Honolulu to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and then to the hotel was also good, and for this return trip, they picked me up according to my flight departure time, so I was able to check in right after arriving at the airport. I recommend booking your airport-hotel transfers in advance before going to Hawaii.

帰りの日ホテル〜空港までロバーツさんでお願いしました。
行きのホノルル〜アラモアナショッピングセンター立ち寄り〜ホテルまで、の対応も良かったですし、この帰りも飛行機の出発時間にあわせて迎えに来て貰えるので空港に着いたらそのままチェックイン出来ました。
ハワイに行く前に行き帰りの空港〜ホテルを予約しておくのをお勧めします。

It was a very peaceful tour, and I think there’s a chance to encounter whales, but I was satisfied to see them clearly! The food was also very delicious. If I had to say something, I wish I had known in advance how far we would be from the whales, as it felt a bit too far.

とても穏やかなツアーで鯨に出会える確率もあるとは思いますが、しっかりと鯨を見させて頂けて満足！料理もとても美味しくて良かった
しいて言うなら、鯨に近づける距離は事前に解っていたらなーって　ちょいと遠過ぎる気がした

Paul Patron was an excellent pilot, made the tour very calm and safe. Informed us interesting facts of the island.This is a MUST do, an experience like no other. We were able to see about 2/3 of Oahu by land on a 10 hr bus tour the day before and then be able to see the same amount of the island in 45 min!! Views were magnificent, just like if you were to see it on National Geographic or something.

I saw dolphins a few times. It might be a luxury, but this is my evaluation of the tour.

First, make sure to arrive early when boarding the boat. The staff will ask you to fill in from the back, but those who know will sit in the front.

Sitting in the front makes it easier to secure a spot near the staff who are aware of where the dolphins are, as people in the front will jump into the sea first.

Also, it’s inconvenient if there’s no basket for your belongings under you, so try to sit where there is a basket.

You will inevitably have to swim close to the staff. Other guests may kick you or push you aside, but keep moving forward without giving up.

After seeing the dolphins, the staff will say, “Those who haven’t seen a dolphin yet, please come to the front,” but those who are at a distance where they can’t see the dolphins at that point cannot move forward.

This is because those who have seen the dolphins do not give up their spots.

The staff warns not to touch the dolphins beforehand, but even when someone tried to touch them, they didn’t seem to pay much attention.

It’s possible that the group I participated in had a lot of people, and that’s why there were such guests.

At the very least, I felt that it was an unfair tour where some people could see many dolphins while others could not, even though we all paid the same amount.

I don’t think the number of people who can board the boat is the same as the number of people who can enjoy the tour.

It’s dangerous to be kicked by fins, and I think it would have been better to sign up for an experience where you can swim with dolphins at an aquarium instead of insisting on wild dolphins.

贅沢かもしれませんが、それでもツアーとしては
この評価です。

まず、船に乗る際は早めに行きましょう。
スタッフに奥から詰めるように言われますが
分かっている人は手前に座ります。

手前に座っている人から海に飛び込むため
イルカの場所を把握しているスタッフさんの
近くの場所を確保しやすいからです。

また、自分の下に荷物のかごがないと不便なので
下にかごがある場所に座りましょう。

スタッフさんの近くまで泳ぐのは必至で泳ぎます。
他のお客さんに蹴られますし、手で押しのけられますが負けずに進みましょう。

イルカを見た後スタッフの方が
「一度もイルカを見ていない人は前に」といいますが
その時点でイルカが見えない距離にいる人は
前に行けません。

イルカを見た人が前を譲らないからです。

イルカには触らないようにとスタッフの方が事前に注意していますが
触ろうとした人がいても、特に注意をしていませんでした。

私が参加した回が人数が多く、たまたまそういうお客さんだった
可能性もありますが、

すくなくとも、同じお金を払い同じ回に参加したとしても
たくさん見れる人と見れない人がいる不公平なツアーだと感じました。

船に乗れる人数とツアーを楽しめる人数は同じではないと思います。

フィンのついた足で蹴られるので危ないですし
別に野生のイルカにこだわらなくても
水族館のイルカと泳げるものに申し込んだ方がよかったと思っています。

I have used Roberts Hawaii for shuttle service before and trust them, so I booked the shuttle bus between the airport and hotel for this trip as well.

There is a new service option to stop by the Ala Moana lounge, and I thought it might cost extra, but it didn't. I was dropped off at Ala Moana, could store my luggage, and would be taken from Ala Moana to the hotel at the time I had previously chosen.

The hotel I had booked was at a somewhat inconvenient distance from Ala Moana, and I thought it would be a hassle to walk or use the Waikiki Trolley, so I was half resigned to not going to Ala Moana this time. However, on the day I arrived, I was able to go to Ala Moana, enjoy nearly a full day of shopping, and then get a ride back to the hotel, arriving just in time for check-in. I was able to make good use of my day.

Arriving in Hawaii and going straight to the hotel in the morning would mean waiting until check-in time, so I was able to use my time effectively without worrying about transportation from Ala Moana to the hotel, making for a fulfilling first day.

I liked the original goods at the Roberts Hawaii lounge and quickly purchased a T-shirt. I would like to use their services again next time.

以前も送迎でロバーツハワイを使用したことがあって信頼しているので、今回の旅行でも空港とホテル間のシャトルバスを申し込みました。
アラモアナのラウンジ立ち寄りという、新しいサービスが選べるようになっていて、お金かかるのかと思いきや、余分なお金はかからず、アラモアナで一旦下ろしてもらい、荷物も預けることができ、あらかじめ決めておいた希望時間にアラモアナからホテルまで送ってもらえるとのことでした。
予約していたホテルが、アラモアナから中途半端な距離で、歩くのも面倒だし、ワイキキトロリーを使うにもあまり便利なところではないと思ったので、今回はアラモアナには行かないかも。。。と半ば諦めていたのですが、着いたその日にアラモアナに行けて、ほぼ１日ショッピングを楽しめ、またホテルまで送ってもらえたので、チェックインの時間にちょうどホテルに着くこともでき、１日が有効に使えました。
ハワイに到着して、そのまま朝にホテルへ行ってもチェックインの時間まで待つことになるので、時間も有効に使えて、アラモアナからホテルまでの足も気にすること無く、充実した初日でした。
ロバーツハワイのラウンジにあったオリジナルグッズが気に入り、Tシャツを早速購入しました。
次回もまた利用したいと思います。

We had the most wonderful morning! The boat was clean and the staff was excellent. We even saw dolphins! We will definitely be taking this tour again!

The sunset is beautiful. If you want to feel the essence of Hawaii, I recommend this. The food is generally delicious, and there is a good variety. The cruise lasts about two hours, so the kids might get a little bored, but I think it's a good value for adults to enjoy at a leisurely pace.

夕陽がきれい。ハワイらしさをまず感じるなら、おススメです。料理も普通に美味しく、品揃えもあります。
クルーズ時間が2時間くらいありますので、子供が少し飽きてきますが、大人がゆっくり楽しむにはコスパ良いと思います。

We had a great cruise out on the bay with a fantastic sunset. We had our own drinks, which was great. The crew were perfect and helpful with anything you need. Recommend highly

I used it because it was cost-effective.

I only used it for the return trip in February and October. However, both times it arrived late.

In February, it was about 15 minutes late.

In October, it was 30 minutes late. I was worried I might not make it in time for the flight check-in.

コスパがいいので利用しました。

2月と10月に復路のみ利用です。
でも2回共時間に遅れてきました。

2月は15分位遅れてきました。

10月は30分遅れてきました。
飛行機のチェックインに間に合わないかもとヒヤヒヤしました。

I had a great experience with SUP. The trainers and staff were all very nice, and I had a lot of fun. When we arrived, we had some free time first, and we went cycling for about 20 minutes to nearby Lanikai Beach. The turquoise blue beach was beautiful, and we even saw sea turtles! I was able to borrow snorkeling gear from the office beforehand, so I brought it along. After returning from the beach, we had pizza for lunch (you get a voucher), and it was very delicious! In the afternoon, we did SUP, but the wind was strong and the waves were big, so we practiced in the river first before heading out to the ocean. We aimed for a nearby island, but because the waves were high, we had to turn back without landing on the island. It was a shame we couldn't go to the island, but it was still a very enjoyable experience.

SUPの体験をしました。トレーナーの方もスタッフの方もみなさんとても良い人で楽しかったです。到着したら、最初に自由時間があり、20分位のサイクリングで近くのラニカイビーチへ行きました。ターコイズブルーのビーチでとても綺麗でウミガメも見れました！シュノーケリンググッズを事前に事務所で借りられたので持っていきました。ビーチから帰ってきてからランチはピザを食べて、（ただ券を貰えます）とても美味しかったです！午後からSUPでしたが、風が強くて波が大きかったので、最初は川で練習をして、その後海へ出ました。近くにある島を目指して漕ぐのですが、波が高かったので、島へは上陸せずに途中で引き返す形になりました。島へ行けなかったのは残念ですが、とても楽しい体験になりました。

I wanted to play in the ocean in Hawaii, but since I was traveling alone, it seemed lonely, so I signed up for a SUP shuttle, lunch, and guided tour.
Our guide, Mieko, was bright and supportive, and we somehow made it to the island. It was a challenge for me, but thanks to her, I was able to achieve it.
The photos taken on the island show the beautiful blue of the sky and sea! I was also happy to see myself paddling with a bit of a wobbly stance in the pictures. The young couple I was with were also very nice.
It was so much fun!! Next time, I'll go with my husband. Thank you!!

ハワイの海で遊びたかったけど、なんせ1人旅。寂しそうなのでSUPの送迎、ランチ、ガイド付きツアーに申し込みました。
ガイドのミエコさんが明るく、力強くサポートしてくれて、なんとか島まで到達。私にとってはチャレンジでしたが、お陰で達成できました。
島で撮って貰った写真も空と海の青がとっても綺麗！へっぴり腰でパドルを漕いでる自分も写真で見れて、嬉しかったです。ご一緒した若いご夫婦もとても感じの良いお2人でした。
とても楽しかった！！次回は主人と行きますね。ありがとう！！

The boat departed the pier just after the posted time. There’s a cash bar onboard and they have the must-haves there; Mai Tai, pina colada, among others. Buffet was open after the sail went up, about 15 minutes into the cruise. Basic stuff, chicken, rice, egg rolls, but nicely done. It’s mid November so the sunset was about 5:50, and on the one side the setting sun, the other Diamond Head and Waikiki, it really is a very nice setting for photos. The crew was friendly and took good care of us. We turned back after an hour and the last 30 minutes or so you also get the night view of Waikiki as the last light disappeared behind the horizon.
Make sure you take a Dramamine If you get sick on boats, because with all the activities in the area wakes can turn even the calmest sea into a roller coaster, and it was pretty windy that day. Also if you don’t show up on time the driver won’t wait, and you’ll just have to get a taxi or uber to the on-site check-in point.
