I was worried that there might be a delay due to multiple hotel pickups, but I was relieved when they arrived earlier than scheduled. The driver was also very pleasant, which was great.

複数ホテルによりピックアップなので遅れるのではないかと心配しましたが、時間より早くきて安心しました。ドライバーさんの感じも良く、良かったです。

Airport shuttle services are common in Hawaii these days, but the one-stop option that stops at Ala Moana and allows you to head to Waikiki at your preferred time was truly helpful.
I was able to enjoy my time shopping and having lunch at Ala Moana Shopping Center before check-in. Thank you!

空港の送迎シャトルは最近のハワイでは良くありますが、アラモアナに立ち寄り好きな時間にワイキキに向かえるワンストップは本当に助かりました。
チェックインまでの時間をアラモアナショッピングセンターで買い物したりランチしたりと楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました！

It was my first time trying SUP, and they taught me very carefully! We started practicing on a calm river, and once I got used to it, we moved to the ocean, which was reassuring. On the day, the wind was very strong, and it was quite difficult to move forward, but I managed to reach the island. It's a nice memory that the instructor praised me as well.

Also, I left my phone in the locker, but the instructor took a lot of pictures, so it was fine! (Requests are also welcome.)

You can enjoy local food for meals. I felt like a true local boy! (laughs) In the afternoon, we cycled to Lanikai Beach and had a great time! It was such a fun experience that made me want to do SUP again in Japan!

SUPは初めてでしたが、とても丁寧に教えていただきました！
最初は穏やかな川から練習を始めて、慣れてきたら海に出るので安心です。
当日とても風が強く、なかなか前に進まない状況でしたが、何とか島に着くことができました。インストラクターの方に褒めていただいたのもいい思い出です。
また、携帯はロッカーに置いていきますが、インストラクターの方がたくさん撮ってくださるので、大丈夫です！

Swimming with dolphins was so much fun!! The crew was very cheerful and enjoyable too!! The sky and the sea were both a deep blue and very beautiful!!

Didn’t know what to expect at the beginning of the tour as it was a long one including a helicopter ride. But everything was just perfect! We were picked up from our hotel on time. Had a wonderful guide at Big Island. The helicopter ride was simply breathtaking they actually did it before time which gave us time for an extra ride of the city after it. Would highly recommend this tour.

It was my first time participating in a tour, and I really enjoyed it! Since it was a special trip for our honeymoon, I felt it was the right decision to sign up! I would love to join again next time!

It was cold and cloudy, and the water level was up to my waist, but the staff helped to lift our spirits and were kind to my child. The food was delicious as well. We were able to see many sea turtles while snorkeling, and even a sea turtle came to play near my son, who was waiting on the boat and couldn't snorkel. I heard there are laws that prohibit getting too close to sea turtles, but it surprised us when one approached us.

It was a windy day, and there were moments when I felt a sense of fear as I was lifted up, but contrary to what I expected, I hardly felt any wind at altitude. I enjoyed the flight while watching the sea shining in the sunset. It was quite high, so of course, there was a sense of fear, but it was safe and enjoyable. I requested some photos, and I particularly liked the one where the captain posed with a shark trying to bite the rope. In the end, you just dip your backside into the water, but they quickly increase the boat's speed and pull you back up. It’s a great conversation starter and an attraction I highly recommend.

風のある日で、途中吹き上げられたりした時は恐怖感もありましたが、思っていたのと違い、上空では殆ど風も感じず、夕日で光る海を見ながらのフライトで楽しめました。結構高いので、恐怖感は勿論ありますが、安全で楽しめます。写真をお願いしましたが、ロープにサメが噛みつこうとしているもの（キャプテンが手にサメをはめて撮ってくれました。）が気に入ってます。最後は、お尻だけ水にドボンしますが、直ぐにボートのスピードを上げ、引き上げてくれます。
話題にもなり、オススメのアトラクションです。

You can be taken to the Waikiki area along with other passengers. Since there is a sense of urgency, the waiting time for the bus and the time spent going to other hotels can be a bit frustrating. Considering the cost, it's a bit of a luxury to wish for more. Overall, I think it was good, especially since there were no particular troubles.

他のお客さんも同乗してワイキキ地区まで送っていただけます。はやる気持ちがあるので、バスの待ち時間や自分以外のホテルに回る時間は、少しじれったいです。コストを考えると贅沢な欲です。特にトラブルもありませんでしたので、概ね良かったと思います。

When I first signed up, it was labeled as VIP, so I couldn't imagine the scale of it, but the VIP treatment far exceeded my expectations. Before the show started, we had dinner indoors (while those who weren't VIP had to eat outside). The menu was available in Japanese, and there were staff members who spoke Japanese well, which made me feel very comfortable. I have allergies, so I informed the staff about them at the beginning. Not only did they remove the allergenic items, but they also provided alternatives, and I was really happy with their thorough response.

Dinner lasted about an hour and a half, and after that, the show began. There were various performances, including hula dancing, Michael Jackson songs, and Disney tunes, and everyone in the venue was able to enjoy it together. After the show ended, there was also an opportunity for photos with the cast, so I was able to enjoy it until the very end! I would love to participate again when I go to Hawaii.

最初申し込んだ時はVIPと書いてあったのでどのぐらいの規模のものか想像できませんでしたが、自分の想像をはるかに超えるVIP待遇でした。ショーが始まる前に室内でご飯を食べました（VIP以外は外）。メニュー表も日本語対応、スタッフも日本語が上手な方がいらっしゃいましたのでとっても安心しました。私は、アレルギーを持っていましたので、最初にスタッフにそれは除くように言っていました。アレルギーのものを除かれるだけではなく、他のものと変えて提供してくださり対応がしっかりしていて本当に嬉しかったです。
ご飯の時間が約１時間半ぐらいあり、終わった後にショーが開園します。フラダンスやマイケルジャクソン、ディズニーの曲様々なショーがあり、会場一体で楽しむことができました。ショー閉園後は、キャストの方との写真撮影もありましたので最後まで楽しむことができました！！またハワイに行った時は参加したいと思います。

In the Waikiki area, designated pickup locations are specified, and you will head to the airport while making stops along the way. It's not a private transfer, so it takes a bit longer, but since you get to see the townscape of Waikiki, I didn't feel particularly stressed.

ワイキキ地区で各ピックアップ場所が指定され、回りながら空港まで向かいます。貸し切りではないので、少し時間はかかりますが、ワイキキの町並みを見ながらでしたので、特にストレスは感じませんでした。

I went to the sandbar with a friend.
All the tour participants were Japanese, and the guide was also from Japan, so I felt安心しました.
We enjoyed a variety of activities like walking on the sandbar, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding. A turtle even came to play nearby!
The buffet was delicious too. They grilled the meat on the spot, so we could enjoy it warm.
I'm glad I was able to participate.

友達と2人でサンドバーへ行きました。
ツアー参加者は全員日本人で、ガイドさんも日本の方だったので安心しました。
サンドバーの散歩、シュノーケル、SUPで満遍なく遊びました。カメも近くまで遊びに来てくれました！
あとビュッフェも美味しかったです。その場でお肉を焼いて下さったので、温かいものが頂けました。
参加できて良かったです。

I used the service again this time. I arrived about ten minutes late, so I was a bit nervous while waiting. I understand there can be various circumstances like traffic jams, but I would appreciate it if you could contact me when you're going to be more than five minutes late. Other than that, there were no particular issues. I would like to use the service again next time.

約束時間より１０分ほど遅れて到着したので、待っている間は少々ドキドキしてしまいました。
道路渋滞等、様々な事情があると思いますが、５分以上遅れるときは連絡をいただけるとありがたいかな？と思います。

There's no guarantee that you'll definitely see dolphins, but I did.

First of all, it was tough getting up early, but there is a shuttle service to take you close to the departure point. There were quite a few Japanese people, and with a Japanese guide, I had nothing to worry about.
- Even if you usually don’t get seasick, I recommend taking motion sickness medication. I usually don’t get seasick, but even with medication, I felt nauseous towards the end. The boat sways so much that you can’t stand unless it’s anchored somewhere. The waves were high, and just floating in the water made me feel sick. There’s a toilet on the boat, so you can throw up without worrying about others (there are special bags available). They were selling motion sickness bands, but it seems to vary from person to person...
- If you can’t swim, don’t worry. I hadn’t swum in years and had no experience with snorkeling, so I was anxious, but they give you a briefing before swimming, and you wear a life jacket, so you definitely won’t sink. I felt very safe while snorkeling.
- It’s quite cold, so I think it’s better to rent a wetsuit. If you want to swim in a cute swimsuit, you’ll definitely need a cover-up and a towel.
- It was nice to have light snacks. They provided pineapple, snacks, and cheeseburgers to refresh your palate. For those who got seasick, the cheeseburger was a bit much, but they also give you a takeout bag. I got sick, so the pineapple and lemon water helped me.
- The crew performed a hula dance and were very lively, making it a fun and exciting experience.

I was able to see dolphins during my second snorkeling session. Since dolphins are fast, I found that sticking closely to the crew was key to seeing them. Swimming with a pod of dolphins was an indescribable experience. I even saw a baby dolphin. While watching from the boat, I saw them do spin jumps. I also caught a glimpse of a whale. It was moving to connect with nature.

After that, we moved to a snorkeling spot where we could freely play on slides and boats. There were turtles and lots of tropical fish.

I feel a bit guilty saying this, but if you board the boat last, you can sit towards the back. Being at the back means you get to enter the water first, so I was able to closely follow the crew and see the dolphins. There were some people who didn’t see any dolphins this time, but it really depends on timing.

You can’t take pictures with the dolphins or turtles; you need to keep your distance. It’s all about observing from afar. I did feel nauseous towards the end, but until then, I had a great time, so I have no complaints about this tour. All my anxieties were resolved, and I was able to participate! It was a safe, secure, and very enjoyable experience! If you’re considering joining, I highly recommend it! Just make sure to take precautions against motion sickness!

イルカに必ず会える保証はないですが、会えました。
まず早朝でしんどいですが近くまで送迎があります。結構日本人が多く、日本人ガイドもいて何も心配ありませんでした。
・普段酔わない方も酔い止め必須。普段酔いやすい私が酔い止めのんでも終盤吐きました。船がどこかにつかまらないと立っていられないくらい揺れます。波も高いので泳いで浮いてるだけでも酔いました。船にトイレもあるので人目を気にせずに吐けます(専用の袋があります)
酔い止めバンドを販売していましたが個人差があるみたいです…
・泳げない人でも大丈夫。何年も泳いだことない、シュノーケリング未経験な私は不安でしたが泳ぐ前にレクチャーしてくれるし、ライフジャケット着るので絶対に沈みません。とても安心してシュノーケリングできました。
・かなり寒いのでウェットスーツレンタルした方がいいと思います。可愛く水着で泳ぎたい方は上着とタオル必須です。
・軽食つきが有難い。お口直しのパイナップル、スナック、チーズバーガーが配られます。酔った人にチーズバーガーは追い討ちでしたがもちろんテイクアウト用の袋もくれます。私は酔ったのでパイナップル、レモンウォーターに助けられました。
・クルーがフラダンス披露してくれたり、ノリノリなのでとてもワクワク楽しいです。

イルカを2回目のシュノーケリングで見ることができました。イルカは早いのでしっかりクルーの先頭についていく事が見るコツかなぁと。群れで泳ぐイルカはなんとも言えない感動でした。子供のイルカもみれました。また船からもウォッチングしていたらスピンジャンプしてくれました。少しだけクジラも見ることができました。自然に触れられて感動です。
その後シュノーケリングする場所へ移動し、滑り台やボートなど自由に遊べます。カメもいましたし、熱帯魚がたくさんいました。

こんな事を書くとずるいですが、船に乗る時、最後にのると船の後ろらへんに座れます。後ろにいると海に入るのが先になるのでクルーにしっかりついていってイルカを見ることができました。今回はいませんでしたが、中には見れない人もいるみたいです。本当にタイミングです。
またイルカやカメと写真が撮れる、ということはないです。近寄ったりはダメなので。あくまでも遠くから見る、という感じです。
私は終盤によって吐きましたが、それまではとても楽しかったのでこのツアー文句ナシです。
私の不安も全部解消されて参加できました！安心、安全、とっても楽しい経験でした！
参加を検討されてる方、是非した方がいいですよ！
必ず酔い止め対策は誰でもしてくださいね！

The booking was easy to make and the round-trip bus ride was a definite plus - the driver dropped us off at our hotel as a courtesy. The boat ride was pleasant and the food was decent and bountiful. The crew was very friendly and excelled at their jobs. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to help passengers with motion sickness by providing a bottle of essential oils. The sky was cloudy on this particular evening, a sunset was not seen. However, the lights of Honolulu were gorgeous and the overall atmosphere was most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this excursion, I only advise that you try to plan accordingly in terms of weather so that you may see a sunset. One thing to keep in mind during the winter months is whale sightings are possible. Thank you to the crew

I signed up for the tour at my child's request. The slides were all thrilling and impressive, something you don't find in Japan, and my child had a blast enjoying them repeatedly. I think even adults who love thrills would find it irresistible. It was crowded since it was the weekend, and many local families were there. It felt interesting to be part of a local weekend event.

There was only one shop open, and the line for lunch was long, so it was a good decision to opt for the BBQ lunch (though the variety and taste were just okay).

I recommend it for families with children!

こどものリクエストでツアーに申込ました。
日本には無いような迫力満点のスライダーばかりで、こどもが大はしゃぎで繰り返し何度も楽しんでいました。大人でも絶叫好きにはたまらないと思います。週末のため混んでいて、ローカルのファミリーが大勢来ていました。現地の日常の週末イベントに参加しているようで面白かったです。
売店が一店舗しか営業しておらず、ランチタイムは長蛇の列だったため、BBQランチ付きにして正解でした。（バリエーションと味はまあまでしたが。）

こどもがいるファミリーにはおすすめです！

I arrived earlier than scheduled, but I was greeted with a smile. Everything was in English, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The horses were really cute, and riding in such beautiful scenery was a lot of fun. It was very quiet, so it felt like a private experience! The prices are reasonable, and I hope more people get to enjoy this.

時間より早く着きましたが、笑顔で対応してもらえました。すべて英語ですが、スタッフの方もとても優しくて親切です。馬もとっても可愛いし、綺麗な景色の中の乗馬はとても楽しかったです。すごく空いているので、貸切です！！

My way of spending time before checking into the hotel has changed. It was great to be able to choose the time to go to Waikiki according to my activities. I extended my trip to Whole Foods and enjoyed Ward and Ala Moana. I was really glad to make effective use of my time without spending transportation costs from Waikiki. I would like to use this service again next time.

ホテルチェックインまでの間の過ごし方が変わりました。ワイキキへ行く時間も選択でき活動に合わせて選べて良かったです。私は、ホールフーズまで足を伸ばしワード、アラモアナと楽しめました。わざわざワイキキからの交通費を使わず時間の有効活用でき本当に良かったです。次回も利用したいと思います。

You can board from the center of Waikiki, and the views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the sea were very refreshing. Additionally, it was an amazing experience to see dolphins and sea turtles up close to the yacht. Even though it was sunny over the ocean, it was cool and comfortable.

ワイキキの中心から乗船でき、海側からのダイアモンドヘッドやワイキキビーチの景色がとても新鮮でした。また、イルカや海亀もヨットのすぐ近くで見る事が出来で最高の体験でした。海の上は晴れていても涼しくて快適です。

First of all, the guide was skilled and provided a fun introduction. The dolphins escaped from the initial spot, but the captain quickly decided to move to another location. I had a great time.

まずは　ガイドさんが上手で楽しい導入でした。イルカは、はじめのポイントから逃げてしまいましたが、船長の判断で直ぐにポイントを移動。とても楽しめました。

We booked as the ending of our trip in Honolulu. It was very relaxing. Food was ok and the drinks a bit weak for the price and the pricing was not clear. But the sailing was smooth, the crew was friendly, and the view was spectacular.

I participated in a tour starting in the afternoon.

The bus driver was a cheerful local woman who was studying Japanese. For almost an hour on the way to the location, she worked hard to provide an easy-to-understand guide.

On the boat from the port to the sandbar, there was a Japanese guide who explained the details in Japanese, which was very helpful.

One thing you should definitely bring is underwater goggles. Before going turtle watching, there’s time to play at the sandbar, but snorkeling gear isn’t provided there yet, so having underwater goggles to play around with, especially when the tide is low, greatly enhances the fun!

When we participated, the water was about chest-high, so the underwater goggles were useful, and others mentioned they wished they had brought theirs too.

While the water might be clearer at low tide, the water clarity is high regardless of the tide level, so it’s not a problem at all. In fact, the clarity is even more noticeable, and I enjoyed swimming around even with the high tide!

During the turtle watching, we were able to see them resting among the coral reefs and also got to see them gracefully coming up to the surface up close, which was great.

However, turtle watching takes place in deep water, so while you wear a life jacket and float, you end up swimming for quite a while, which can be tiring.

After the turtle watching, we were treated to a much-anticipated barbecue lunch. While the tour participants were playing in the sea, the captain and crew were grilling meat on the boat, and when we returned from the water, a delicious aroma filled the air.

We enjoyed a barbecue buffet while sipping warm tea and coffee to warm up our chilled bodies.

I’ll be clear about this.

This barbecue was the most delicious part of my trip to Hawaii!

The bone-in short ribs and chicken were incredibly tasty! The rice was perfectly cooked, and it paired wonderfully with the chili beans!

The view from the boat was amazing, and after swimming and getting tired, I ate heartily. The pineapple for dessert was also delicious.

I made the best memories!

昼からのツアーに参加しました。

バスの運転手は現地の陽気な女性の方で日本語は勉強中との事でした。
でも現地までの1時間弱、ずっと一生懸命解りやすくガイドしてくれました。


港からサンドバーまでのボートには日本人のガイドの方がいましたので、細かい注意事項など日本語できちんと説明してくれました。


是非持っていったほうがいいものは水中ゴーグルです。
ウミガメウオッチングをする前にサンドバーで遊ぶ時間があるのですが、そこではまだシュノーケルが配布されませんので、干潮時以外は潜ったりして遊ぶのに水中ゴーグルがあれば楽しさ倍増です！


私達が参加した時は胸の高さくらいまで海水があったので、水中ゴーグルが役に立ちましたし、他の方も持ってくればよかったと言ってました。


干潮時の方がキレイかも知れませんが、とにかく海水の透明度が高いので潮位が高くても全く問題ないです。
むしろ透明度がより分かるし泳いで遊べるので私は潮位が高くて楽しめました♪


ウミガメウオッチングではサンゴ礁の間で休んでる所も見れたし、そこからふわ〜と海面に上がって来るところも間近で見れてよかったです。


ただウミガメウオッチングは足の着かない所で行うので、ライフジャケットは付けてるので勝手に浮いてはいるのですが、数十分泳ぎっぱなしになるので結構疲れます。


ウミガメウオッチングが終わるとお待ちかねのバーベキューランチです。
ツアー参加者が海で遊んでる間にキャプテンとクルーが船上で肉を焼いてくれていて、私達が海から戻ってくると香ばしい香りが漂っていました☆


海で冷えた体に準備されてあるあったかいお茶やコーヒーを飲みながらバーベキュービュッフェをいただきます。


ハッキリいいます。


このバーベキュー、今回のハワイ旅行で一番の美味しかったです♪♪

海上からの眺めは最高だし泳いで疲れて腹が減ってるのもあってモリモリ食べました。

The lounge is essentially a luggage storage area called a lounge.
It’s stated that anything other than suitcases incurs a fee to be stored in lockers.
There were three women, and one of them was very pleasant, but the other two Japanese staff members had very poor attitudes. They treated other customers in the same way.
The staff at the airport during boarding did not speak Japanese, but they were very friendly, which was nice.

ラウンジはラウンジという名の荷物置き場。
スーツケース以外は有料でロッカーに入れるということ。
３名女性がいて１名はとても感じが良かったがあとの二人の日本人の対応がすごく悪かった。他のお客様に対してもそういう対応をしていた。
空港で乗車の際のスタッフは日本語は話さないが、とてもフレンドリーだったのがよかった。

There were three of us, a young couple of two, and a group of five foreign family members.
We went armed in a jeep.
The explanations were all in English, but we managed somehow.
I got hungry from morning until we returned, so I would have appreciated some light snacks or a stop at a store on the way back.
The scenery was beautiful and it was fun, so I wish we could have taken more photos.

説明は全部英語でしたが、、まぁなんとかなりました
朝から帰りまでお腹が空いちゃうので、簡単な軽食でもあるか、帰りお店にでも寄ってもらえると嬉しかったかな

The explanations were easy to understand, and I had a great time. The lunch pizza was delicious, and I was able to rent a bicycle for shopping. I also took out the pancakes from Boots and Kimo's, and I was very satisfied.

In the end, I was able to see both dolphins and turtles! It was a valuable experience! The captain worked hard to find three spots: the dolphin point, the turtle point, and the snorkeling point. However, we went quite far offshore, so I got really seasick. They provided spam onigiri, snacks, and juice, but I couldn't enjoy the light meal (I took it home). The crew members were trustworthy, and I relied on them despite feeling seasick.

For those who will participate in the future, I recommend preparing motion sickness medication and getting to bed early the night before to adjust your condition. Also, your belongings can get quite wet from the splashes on the boat. It was pretty cold during the transfer between points. I rented a wetsuit for $10. I wonder if the tightness of the wetsuit made my seasickness worse, but those who didn't wear one got stung by jellyfish, so it's a tough call.

I purchased photos from the accompanying photographer for $50. We didn't have many pictures of ourselves swimming; most were of the dolphins and some from the boat. The camera quality wasn't very good, but since I wasn't confident in my swimming and didn't have the luxury to take underwater shots, I consider it a memory price.

On the way back, I learned about Turtle University, and if I ever come back to Hawaii, I would like to join another tour!

結果的にイルカも亀も見れました！貴重な経験です！
イルカのポイント→亀のポイント→シュノーケリングのポイント、3箇所目指してキャプテンが頑張って探してくれます。
しかしけっこう沖合まで出るので船酔いがひどく、、スパムおにぎりやスナック菓子、ジュース、たくさん出してくれましたが軽食は楽しめませんでした。（持ち帰りました）
クルー達も信頼できる方たちで、船酔いのなか頼りにしていました。
これから参加される方は酔い止めを用意とあとは前日早めに就寝して体調を整えるほうがいいかと(^_^;)
あと持ち物は船の中でも波しぶきでけっこう濡れてしまいます。各ポイントに移動中に風が結構寒かったです。$10でウェットスーツを借りました。ウェットスーツの締付けにより船酔いが加速したのかも…とも思いますが着てない方はくらげに刺されてましたので…うーんという感じですね。
$50で同行カメラマンの写真を購入しました。あまり泳いでる自分たちの写真はなく、イルカの姿、あとは船上の写真でした。あまりカメラの画質がよくありませんでしたが、泳ぎに自信もなく水中で撮る余裕はもちろんないので思い出価格ですね。
帰りにカメ大学というのもあると知り、いつかまたハワイに来れたら別のツアーに参加したいです(^^)

It was convenient. I came to Hawaii alone as a woman, so I had some worries, but it was very helpful that I could make reservations easily in Japanese.

便利です。女性1人でハワイに来たので不安もありましたが、日本語対応で予約も簡単でとても助かりました。

I participated alone! There was another person who joined solo, so I didn't have any particular issues. It was my first time surfing, but they taught me carefully from the basics, which was great. I was really happy when I managed to ride the waves well. I think anyone who wants to try something new should definitely give it a go!

1人で参加しました！他にも1人参加の方がいましたし特に困ることはありませんでした。初めてのサーフィンでしたが、初心者向けで1から丁寧に教えて頂けました。上手く乗れたときは本当に嬉しかったです。新しいことに挑戦したい方はぜひ参加してみるといいと思います！
