It was my first time going to Hawaii with my parents. My mother tried parasailing for the first time. At first, she said it was scary, but as she got used to it, she started talking about how beautiful the scenery was and seemed to enjoy it. Thank you!

両親と初めて一緒に行ったハワイ。母は初めてのパラセーリング でしたが、初め怖いと言っていましたが、慣れてくると景色が綺麗ねと話したり余裕も出てきて楽しんでいました。ありがとうございました！

I chose the lounge option, which is $1.00 more expensive than the direct hotel transfer. This is to avoid any delays in my schedule. However, the airport staff informed those on the direct plan that "you can also stop by the lounge!" There was no mention of any additional fees. Does this mean I paid an unnecessary $1.00? I understand fluctuations due to timing and seasonality, but I believe there is a lack of consideration in the communication with guests.

ホテル直行よりも＄1.00高いラウンジ経由を選びました。
予定にロスが生じない為です。
しかし空港スタッフの方が直行プランの方に対し｢ラウンジにも寄れますよ！｣と案内されていました。
追加料金の話はありません。
という事は、私は必要の無い＄1.00を払ったのでしょうか？
タイミングや、シーズナリティによる変動は理解しますが、ゲストに対する言葉の配慮が欠けていると思います。

I participated with my husband.
There were plenty of dolphins, which was satisfying, but it's a shame we couldn't go to the snorkeling point.
Also, it seems that free diving is prohibited on Oahu, so we couldn't dive.
We just floated around with life jackets.
The photos on the site showed beautiful diving (maybe from the Big Island?), and there were no warnings mentioned, so I didn't know and was really looking forward to it, which is disappointing.

夫と参加しました。
イルカはたくさんいて満足なのですが、シュノーケリングポイントにいけなかったのが残念です。
また、オアフ島では素潜りが禁止されているようで、潜れませんでした。
ライフジャケットでぷかぷかするだけ。
サイトの写真では綺麗に潜っていたし（ハワイ島のかな？）注意事項も書いてなかったので知らなくて、すごく楽しみにしていたのに残念。

I was quite anxious about surfing for the first time, but I was able to enjoy it.

The staff communicated clearly by mixing English and Japanese.

There was also an American staff member who had lived in Japan, and he shared interesting stories from that time!

There were staff members who spoke Korean as well, which gave the impression that people of all nationalities could enjoy themselves!

I got seasick from the waves, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication for those who are anxious.

初めてのサーフィンで不安が大きかったですが、楽しむことができました。
英語と日本語を混ぜながら、分かりやすく伝えていただきました。

日本に住んでいたこともあるアメリカ人スタッフもおり、面白く当時の話をしてくれました！

韓国語を話せるスタッフもいて、あらゆる国籍の方にも楽しんでいただける印象でした！

波で酔ってしまいましたので、不安な方は酔い止めをお勧めします。

The shuttle arrived on time. The location was on the opposite side of the "street" as indicated, but since they said in English, "Sorry for not being able to park on the other side," I wasn't concerned. The arrival time was much earlier than scheduled since it wasn't during a major holiday. I was a bit anxious because we were the only ones waiting, and there was no confirmation of names or prints; they just helped with our luggage and we boarded right away. But we arrived safely, so that's good.

時間通りに送迎が来ました。場所は書いてある「通り」の反対側でしたが、英語で「反対側に停められなくてごめんね」と言っていたので気になりませんでした。到着時間も大型連休ではなかったため、予定よりとても早かったです。少し不安だったのは、私たちしか待ってなかったからか、名前の確認もプリントの確認も特になく、荷物を運んでくれ、そのまま乗り込むことになったこと。無事着いたのでいいですが。

I have visited Hawaii several times, but when staying at a hotel near Waikiki Beach, transportation is definitely necessary, so this deal is undoubtedly a good one.

ハワイは何度か訪れてはいますが、ワイキキビーチ近くのホテルの時はやっぱり送迎が必要ということでこの割安は間違いないところです。

Although it was the rainy season, it didn't rain, and it was a bit cold, but they lent us wetsuits, so we were able to have a great time! I was very happy to see the Honu so close! The staff were all friendly people! I want to go again during the dry season next time!

The sandbar was very beautiful and impressive. The BBQ lunch was also delicious. I was very happy to see the honu up close.

ホヌも間近で見れて嬉しい限りでした。

Due to the boat departing very late, the tide was a lot higher than what was expected to be. The staff were great however it all depends on the weather and if the boat is ready to leave on time. For the amount you pay, it's a pricy experience.

It was amazing to watch the sunset, drink a Mai Tai, feel the sea breeze, and see the night views of Diamond Head and Waikiki.

夕日を眺めながら、マイタイを飲みながら、潮風をうけながら、ダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの夜景を見るのが、最高でした。

I went to Hawaii for my honeymoon. I have a fear of heights, but since my husband wanted to ride, I thought I would try it for the memories and made a reservation! I chose the maximum height of 150 meters. At first, I completely forgot about the height because it was so beautiful, but suddenly I thought, "Wow, this is high! This is scary!" (laughs) I was filming the whole time with my GoPro, so it became a great memory. I also requested the additional photo for $30, which turned out to be a nice keepsake. I recommend getting photos taken from below; it makes for great memories. Next time I go, I think I'll book around 90 meters. (laughs)

ハネムーンでハワイにいきました。
わたしは、高所恐怖症だったんですが、夫が乗りたいと言っていたので記念に乗ってみようと思い予約させていただきました！
高さは最高の150Mを選びました。でも最初は全然綺麗で高さを忘れていましたが途中から急に、たかっ！こわっ！ってなりました。笑ずっとゴープロでムービー撮ってたのでいい思い出です。
追加料金の写真も30ドルでお願いしましたがいい思い出になりました。下から撮ってもらうのおすすめです。いい思い出になります。次行った時は、90Mくらいで予約しようと思います。笑

I joined because I wanted to swim in the Angel Sea (^O^)／ I was surprised to see so many turtles and a lot of fish near the coral (＾_＾) I needed an underwater camera (^O^)／

天使の海で泳ぎたくて参加しました(^O^)／亀が一杯みれて珊瑚の近くで魚が一杯見れたのはびっくりでした（＾_＾）水中カメラが必要でした(^O^)／

This tour is packed with activities like snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding at the sandbar. During snorkeling, we even encountered sea turtles napping on the coral! Additionally, the lunch, which I wasn't expecting much from, turned out to be an amazing barbecue.

サンドバーにシュノーケリングにサップ体験にと、盛りだくさんのツアーです。シュノーケリングではサンゴでお昼寝する海ガメにも遭遇！また、期待してなかったランチも本格的なBBQで最高でした。

During our honeymoon, we participated in some activities. Suddenly, we had a hula dance experience with several other honeymoon couples. I thought we would just be watching a show, but it turned out to be a fun experience.

ハネムーンの際にアクティビティに参加しました。突然ハネムーンカップル数組でフラダンス体験。ショーを見るだけかと思いましたが楽しい体験ができました。

We participated with two adults and a two-year-old child. The course meal was delicious and the portion size was just right. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making it a very comfortable experience. The show was also wonderful, beautifully blending hula dancing with performances from major artists, and we were thoroughly entertained. The fire dance was spectacular, and even the child was watching intently. It was a fantastic Hawaiian night that flew by without a dull moment. After the show, we could take photos with the stars, which made my mother, a big Elvis fan, very happy. I think people of all ages can enjoy this. I definitely want to participate again when I visit Hawaii. Highly recommended!

大人2人と2才の子どもと参加しました。
コースのお料理は美味しく量もちょうど良かったです。
スタッフの方も皆さん笑顔で親切でとても居心地が良かったです。
またショーの内容も素晴らしく、見事にフラダンスと大物アーティストたちが融合していて、とても楽しませて頂きました。
ファイヤーダンスは圧巻で子どもも真剣に見ていました。
終始退屈することなくあっという間でとても良いハワイの夜になりました。
ショーの後にスター達と写真も撮れるのでプレスリー好きの母も大喜びでした。
子どもから大人まで世代を問わず楽しめると思います。
ハワイを訪れた際にはまた是非参加したいと思いました。
オススメです。

I thought it would be a leisurely boat ride, but it turned out to be a dynamic sailing experience, pushing forward against high waves. My sons in their twenties also enjoyed it. I was watching the direction of the boat and the waves, and I had a great time without getting seasick. (It might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication just in case.) However, on the way back, it got cloudy, and even though I was wearing a light hoodie, it was very cold.

遊覧船感覚かと思いきや、高い波に向かってグイグイ進むダイナミックなセーリングでした。20代の息子たちも楽しんでいました。私も進行方向と波を見ていたら　船酔いすることなく、楽しかったです。（一応、酔い止めは飲んでおいた方が良いかも）ただ帰りが日が陰って来たので、薄手のパーカーを着ていましたが、とても寒かったです。

I participated with a standard seat. I wasn't expecting much since the luau show I attended at the Hilton on the Big Island was underwhelming, but it turned out to be better than I imagined. The buffet was delicious, and I was satisfied.

The wait time can be long, but arriving early will get you seated closer to the stage. There is a photo opportunity between the opening and being seated, and the long wait time here is a downside.

ハワイ島のヒルトンで参加したルアウショーがイマイチだったので、過度な期待はしていませんでしたが、想像以上に良かったです。
ビュッフェも美味しくて満足できました。

待ち時間は長くなってしまいますが、早めに行く方がステージに近い席に案内されます。
開場してから席につくまでの間に写真撮影があって、ここでも待ち時間が長いのがマイナスポイントです。

I have been coming to Hawaii with my family every year for over 10 times, but this was my first time participating. My mother was worried about seasickness, but she was completely fine. We had a great time enjoying the beautiful scenery, the pleasant atmosphere on the boat, and delicious drinks. I was able to talk with both Japanese and foreign guests, and the staff were very friendly. I'm really glad I participated! My whole family was very satisfied. I definitely want to join again!

ハワイは毎年家族と来ていて10回以上になりますが、初めて参加しました。母は船酔いを心配してましたが、全然大丈夫でした。素敵な景色と船の良い雰囲気と美味しいお酒ですごく楽しめました。日本人の方も外国の方とも話をしたり、スタッフの方も感じがよく、参加して本当によかったです！家族みんな大満足です。またぜひ参加したいです！

The weather was perfectly clear, and the waves were calm. I heard there was a 95% chance of seeing dolphins, so I had high expectations! However, it turned out to be the worst day with no dolphins in sight...

I guess it's understandable since we are dealing with nature, but after spending a lot of money, I only enjoyed a long cruise, a bit of snorkeling, and a hamburger. I even fell asleep while searching for dolphins.

Despite saying we would look for dolphins on the way back from snorkeling, they quickly packed up the snorkeling gear, and the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic.

During the hula experience at the end, the staff danced like it was just another day at work. I wish they could have been a bit more cheerful and engaging.

As a consolation for not seeing dolphins, it seems I can participate in a cheaper dolphin tour for free next time. But it’s not that easy to go to Hawaii...

天候ばっちり晴れ。波も穏やか。
95％の確率でイルカが見れると聞いて、かなり期待していました！
しかし、まさかのイルカが見つからないという最悪な日に。。。

自然相手だから仕方ないのでしょうが、高いお金出して、
長時間のクルージングとシュノーケリング少し楽しんでハンバーガー食べただけでした。イルカ探索中に、途中寝てしまいました。

シュノーケリングの帰りにもイルカを探しましょうと言っていた割には、
早々にシュノーケリングセットを片付けられてしまい、
スタッフもその気なさそうでした。

終わり際のフラ体験も、スタッフは毎日のお仕事って感じで踊っていました。
もう少しスタッフの笑顔で盛り上げてくれると良いのにな～って思いました。

イルカが見れなかった代わりに
次回は、少し安めのイルカツアーが無料で参加できるようです。
でも、そんな簡単にハワイに行けないな...。

All the crew members were wonderful, funny, and kind, and I had a great time the whole time!! The food was all delicious!! They also provided thorough explanations about seasickness, which made me feel at ease. The photo tour had slightly bad weather, so they switched to a GoPro, which was a great decision! I was able to swim with sea turtles and even capture it on the GoPro, which was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much!!

フォトツアーも少し天候が悪かったので、Goproに変更してもらいましたが大正解でした！

The sandbar had water depth up to our waists, but we all played beach volleyball and practiced snorkeling. We moved to another spot to see turtles from the boat and snorkeled seriously. They provided food, which attracted beautiful fish, and it was an amazing experience. Even as a beginner, there was no worry about drowning because of the life jackets. The burgers for lunch were delicious, and the cheerful staff were the best! Thank you.

サンドバーは水深が腰あたりまでありましたが、みんなで、ビーチバレーをやったり、シュノーケルの練習をしたりしました。場所を移動してカメを船上から見て、本格的にシュノーケルをしました。エサを巻いてくれるので、綺麗な魚が集まり、感動的でした。初めてでもライフジャケットがあるので、溺れる心配はありませんでした。ランチのバーガーも美味しく、明るいスタッフさんが最高でした！ありがとう。

I was anxious because the pick-up didn't come!!
I went to Mokulua Island with a rental kayak and got to see seals and even a pair of sea turtles while snorkeling.
For lunch, I chose the recommended pizza, which was crispy and delicious.

迎えが来なくて焦りました！！
レンタルカヤックでモクルア島へ行って、アザラシや、シュノーケルではペアのウミガメにも会えました。
ランチはオススメのピザをチョイス、クリスピーで美味しかったです。

I heard that you can swim with dolphins over 90% of the time, but on the day I participated, I could see the dolphins but couldn't swim with them, which was a bit disappointing. Since it's nature, I understand, but I was really looking forward to it... The tour company staff worked hard to find them, but sometimes these things happen.

Also, I participated in the second trip, but the meal was just one spam rice ball and a drink. I was really hungry on the way back. I hope they can improve the meals a bit.

９０％以上でイルカと泳げるらしいのですが、私が参加した日はイルカは見えましたが、イルカとは泳げず少しがっかり。自然相手なので仕方ないですが、楽しみにしていだけに。。。。ツアー会社の方も一生懸命探してくれましたが、こんな日もあります。
それから2便での参加だったのですが、食事がスパム系のおにぎり1個と飲み物だけ。帰りのバスは腹ペコで困りました。食事はもう少し改善して欲しいと思いました。

This was my fourth cruise, following last year. Once we got a little offshore, we stopped the engine and immediately raised the sails, which was so much fun! After all, sailing on a yacht is all about using the wind! Captain Ian was also very enthusiastic and had great conversations. Plus, the free drinks were a nice touch. Every time I come here, I want to go sailing again!

On the last day in Hawaii, I participated in an event. In the morning, it was a bit chilly, and I was a little worried, but by the time the event started, the temperature was just right, and the sunset was beautiful. There was a lively foreign woman who participated with me, and it was a lot of fun. The captain was also kind and enjoyable. The view of Diamond Head and the hotel lights from the boat was very beautiful.

If possible, I would like to request that the reception location be made clearer, as it was difficult to find, and I couldn't understand the explanation in English. I think it would be helpful to have more detailed landmarks for the reception area. Also, I wouldn't mind if the explanation was in English, but it would be nice to receive a Japanese explanation sheet when checking in.

ハワイの最終日に参加しました。朝は肌寒く少し心配していましたが、参加する頃には丁度良い気温でサンセットも綺麗でした。一緒に参加した方にノリの良い外国人の女性がいらして、とても楽しかったです。船長さんも優しく楽しい方でした。船上から見るダイヤモンドヘッド・ホテルの灯りはとても綺麗でした。
出来ればのお願いですが、受付の場所が分かりづらい、説明も英語で分からないので、受付の場所はもう少し詳しく目印があればと思いました。
また説明は英語でも構わないので、日本語で書いた説明用紙を受付時に頂けると良いなぁ〜と思いました。

It was a bit disappointing that the water level was slightly higher at the sandbar for my first visit, but the ocean was beautiful, and that was enough! The hamburger for lunch was delicious too! Above all, the crew members were all wonderful, and if I go to Hawaii again, I will definitely join this cruise again!!! It was incredibly fun from start to finish!!! Thank you very much!!

初めてのサンドバーで、少し水位が上がっていたのが残念でしたが、とにかく海が綺麗で、それだけで十分でした！

I was nervous and excited for my first parasailing experience, but once it started, I was truly overwhelmed by the beautiful scenery of Hawaii! The weather was great, and there was a rainbow, it was the best!! I want to go parasailing again when I visit Hawaii!!! It was really amazing!!!

I participated in the morning tour. (Since I was staying in Haleiwa, I joined the tour alone from the local area.) The reception booth is open early in the morning, so you just need to say your name and then wait at the designated spot to board the boat. Since it was a completely English tour, I honestly felt a bit anxious because I'm not very good at English.

Once I got on the boat, the captain-like person came out after a while and started talking about the precautions with some jokes mixed in. Honestly, I couldn't understand what he was saying at all (I think he was explaining something like not to lean on the cage or stick your feet out, or you might get eaten by a shark). However, after that, he talked about how the teams would be divided and the order of entry into the cage, which I managed to understand.

Then, following the instructions, when it was time, we put on our underwater masks and snorkels and entered the water. No fins were allowed; we were barefoot. I wasn't timing it, but we were given plenty of time, enough to get bored. However, since there were quite a few people in the cage, it felt like we were just floating around and observing the sharks underwater. I tried to dive down and observe once, but I got scolded for that.

That said, the sharks didn't seem to be interested in humans, and while I was nervous when I first entered, the fear gradually faded away. In the end, there were even people taking pictures while hanging their feet over the edge of the cage. It seems there were no restrictions on bringing cameras or videos; for those who didn't have one, they were available for rent for a fee.

After about ten minutes of watching, I started to get bored and thought, "Is this ever going to end?" However, throughout the time we were in the cage, the sharks were always nearby, swimming around. They might have been throwing out some food.

Once all the teams finished, we headed straight back to the port. There wasn't really anything else to see.

Even though I participated alone, my lack of English skills and communication ability made it feel quite isolating. All the other participants were young American students who were all chattering among themselves, and I felt a bit left out. I ended up just looking off into the distance by myself.

Still, I think it was good to experience something I normally wouldn't get to do. By the way, the captain seemed like a nice person. He was considerate of me being alone.

P.S.: After reading others' impressions, I noticed something different from my experience: the boat's swaying. It might have been better in the morning, or maybe the waves were just calm that day, but it was very comfortable. No participants seemed to get seasick, so the conditions were probably good.

Also, a note of caution: there were a lot of jellyfish, possibly due to the season. They were small and looked like trash, so it was hard to avoid them. If you're bare-skinned, you might get stung quite a bit. I recommend wearing a rash guard that covers your arms just in case.

朝一のツアーに参加しました。（ハレイワに滞在していたので現地から一人で参加）
朝早くから受付のブースは空いているので、名前を言ってあとは指定された場所で待機していれば乗船できます。
完全な英語ツアーなので英語があまり得意ではない僕にとっては正直、不安でした。
船に乗り込むとしばらくして船長さんらしき人が出てきて何やら冗談混じりで注意事項を話し始めます。正直何言ってるか全然わからないw
（多分ケージにもたれかかったり、足出すなよ。サメに喰われるぞ的な説明だったかと）
ただ、その後ケージに入るチーム分けと入る順番を話してくれてこれは何とかなりました。
あとは指示に従って時間になれば水中マスクとシュノーケルをつけて入ります。フィンはなし。素足です。
時間を計っていたわけではないですが、飽きるくらい十分の時間が与えられます。
ただオリに入る人数がそこそこ多いのでプカプカ浮きながら水中を見てサメを観察する感じです。一回頭から潜って観察したんですが、やるなって怒られました。
とはいえ、サメは人間に興味無さそうだし、入った時はドキドキですが、だんだんと恐怖感は無くなります。
しまいにはオリに足かけて潜って写真撮ってる人もいました。
カメラとかビデオの持ち込み、撮影は制限無いようです。ない人には貸し出しも有料でしてるみたいでした。
さすがに10分も見ると飽きてきて、もう終わらないかなぁなんて思ってしまいました。ただオリの中にいる間中、サメはずっと近くにいてウロウロしてくれてました。エサでも撒いてるのかも。
全チーム見終わったらすぐ港に直帰。ほかに特に何かを見るということもありませんでした。

一人での参加ですが、僕にあまり英語力とコミュ力がなかったのもありますが、結構なアウェイ感です。他の参加者がみんなアメリカの学生さんみたいな若い人ばっかりだったのて内輪でキャッキャやってて、ちょっとその中には入れないなあと。遠くを見ながらのボッチでした。

まあそれでも普段体験出来ない事が出来たんで良かったかなと思います。
ちなみに船長さんはなかなかいい人そうでしたよ。ボッチの僕にも気をつかってくれてました。


追記：他の皆さんの感想みて僕の時と違うと思ったのは揺れ。朝一がいいのか、たまたま波が少なかったのか、快適そのものでした。参加者で酔ってるひとは誰もおらず環境は良かったのかも。
あと、注意点ですが、季節柄かも知れませんが、めっちゃクラゲがいます。しかも小さくてゴミみたいなやつなので避けようがない。
裸だとかなりチクチクやられるかも知れません。腕が隠れるラッシュガードを念のため着ていくことをお勧めします。

We, a couple over 50, challenged ourselves to try zip-lining. It was our first experience, but the Japanese explanations were very kind and reassuring for beginners, allowing us to take on the challenge with confidence. It became a wonderful memory to do something we would never do in Japan while in Hawaii.

50歳過ぎた夫婦でジップラインに挑戦しました。私も家内も初めての経験でしたが、日本語の説明も初心者にも、とても親切で安心に挑戦することが出来ました。日本では絶対しないことをハワイでやれたことにとても良い思い出となりました。

I participated in this plan during my first trip to Hawaii. I was curious about what a show themed around Hawaii and rock music would be like, and since it included dinner, I thought it would be a perfect way to spend an evening in Hawaii. I joined from a VIP seat close to the stage, which allowed me to see the show up close. The performers, who were in special makeup representing stars connected to Hawaii, delivered a highly impressive performance that I really enjoyed. The course meal was ample for an average person, and after enjoying the food and drinks, we watched a show that lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes, which flew by. If you're going to Hawaii, I highly recommend experiencing this at least once.

初めてのハワイ旅行でこちらのプランに参加しました。ハワイ＋ロックというテーマのショーがどのようなものか気になって一度見たいと思い、そしてディナーもセットなのでハワイ旅行の一夜を過ごすには十分だと思いました。ステージ近くのVIP席で参加したのでショーを間近で見られ、またハワイにゆかりのあるスターの特殊メイクをした演者のパフォーマンスはなかなかに完成度も高く、楽しめました。料理のコースも一般的な方なら十分な量で、料理とお酒を楽しんだあとに１時間15分程度のショーを見ましたがあっという間に時間が過ぎました。ハワイにいくなら一度は体験してみてはいかがでしょうか。
