I participated in a luau recommended by my mother's hula teacher. There were no Japanese people at all, so it's great for those who want to fully enjoy a foreign experience. All the explanations were in English, so there were times when I didn't quite understand what was being said, but when I checked with the staff, they kindly explained everything to me.

Upon arrival, there were various activities taking place, and when I participated in the javelin throw, I received a shell lei (it’s okay if you don’t hit the target). You can enjoy hula lessons and a pig roast show even before the luau starts.

The food was surprisingly delicious. The pork was particularly tasty. The card you receive upon participation, which has money loaded onto it, can be used at the large souvenir shop and the spacious drink counter, as well as for photo opportunities. However, it cannot be used at the small souvenir shop and drink counter next to the buffet.

The show was great as well, with various dances to enjoy.

母のフラの先生オススメのルアウということで参加してみました。
日本人は全くいないので、完全なる異国を楽しみたい方はオススメ。説明はすべて英語なので、たまに何言ってるかわからないときがありましたが、改めて担当の方に確認したら丁寧に教えてくれました。
現地に到着したら様々なアクティビティが開催されており、やり投げに参加したら貝のレイをもらえました（当たらなくてもOK）。
フラレッスンや豚の丸焼きショーなど、ルアウ開始前から楽しめます。
食事も想像以上に美味しいです。豚が美味しかったです。
参加時にもらえるお金がチャージされたカードは広いお土産屋さんと広いドリンクカウンター、写真撮影に使えます。ブッフェ右横の小さなお土産屋とドリンクカウンターでは使えません。
ショーも様々なダンスが見れて良かったです。

I participated in the second tour. The weather was amazing, the guide was fantastic, and it was a very enjoyable time. After we arrived at the point, we started playing in the water, but during lunch, the tide was high, so even at a shallow point, I, being 153 cm tall, could barely touch the bottom. It's definitely important to check the tides. After playing for a while, we went snorkeling, but about half of the group stayed on the boat.

I booked a pickup from the Islander to the airport. I was grateful that they arrived on time, but it seemed the driver had some difficulty walking, so I had to handle my own luggage onto the bus. With a stroller and quite a bit of luggage, and since I also have trouble walking, my daughter ended up carrying everything. The foreign passengers who were sharing the ride kindly helped, but I felt quite apologetic and it made me uncomfortable.

I understand that the driver's condition is beyond their control, but since we were paying for the service, I think it would have been better if a staff member from Roberts could have assisted with the luggage. If I were younger and healthier, it might not have bothered me as much, but for someone like me with health issues, it turned into a somewhat disappointing experience.

I had arranged for a different service from Honolulu to the hotel, so I might consider using that service again next time. I don't blame the driver for their condition, but I think it would be good for Roberts to choose staff who can assist customers a bit more in situations like this.

ホノルルからホテルまでは別の業者にお願いをしていたので、もしかすれば次回からはそちらの業者にお願いすることになるかもしれません。足の悪い運転手さんを責める気はありませんが、ロバーツさんの方がもう少しその辺は配慮してお客様のお手伝いをできる方を選ばれるのも良いのではないかと思っております。

Thanks to the lovely Japanese guide Fuko, who greeted us with a smile, I had a great time throughout the trip. She talked a lot about Hawaii while we were on the boat and brought us drinks; she was truly a considerate tour guide. A pod of spinner dolphins swam around the boat for a long time, jumping and showing off their cute appearances. During snorkeling, we saw several green sea turtles. There weren't many fish, but I was very satisfied!

I participated in September. The staff were all very kind, and the instructions were provided in both English and Japanese, which was very considerate. I was a bit anxious since it had been a while since I went snorkeling, but they explained in detail how to put on the gear, safety tips, and what to do if water gets in, which made me feel at ease. Not only did I see dolphins (including mother and baby dolphins!), but I also got to see turtles and even some rare seals, making it a truly fulfilling trip! When I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to experience this tour once more.

I participated in this tour for the first time in seven years. This time, I snorkeled for the first time, and I was so moved that I regretted not doing it before. I was lucky enough to encounter many fish and even saw sea turtles multiple times, which I thought would be a rare occurrence. After getting out of the water, it gets chilly, so I recommend bringing extra beach towels. There were also warm drinks available, which was very helpful. Above all, I was so happy to see our guide, Jamie, again! I definitely want to participate again when I come to Hawaii.

We utilized the afternoon plan for a family of four, including our elementary school-aged son and daughter. We drove to the meeting point with a rental car, and from there, it took about 20 minutes by boat. On the boat, we enjoyed lunch (croissant sandwiches, etc.) and drinks while taking in the scenery. After finishing our meal, we arrived offshore shortly after.

When I went, the water depth was just enough for an adult like me to stand a little, rather than being at a sandbar.

Once offshore, we enjoyed kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, which thrilled the kids. During snorkeling, I was able to see many fish even as a beginner when diving in areas with coral. またスタッフが4-5名は随時近くに居てくれるので、多少小さな子がいても安心して遊ばせることができると思いました。

また、オプションでバンパーボートを予約したのですが、この日は波が少しあったので当日バナナボートに変更、そこそこのスピードで牽引され子供たちもスリルを楽しんだほか、大きなウミガメがボートのすぐ横まで寄ってきて感動しました。
ハレイワ湾で見たウミガメよりもだいぶ大きく、スタッフに聞いたところこの辺りは外敵が少ないため、大きく成長できるんだとか。

12時過ぎから16時ころまで4時間弱、楽しむことができるツアーで、参加中も日本語が話せるスタッフもいたので、英語が得意でない方にも安心して参加できるツアーだと思います。

私が参加したのは午後で6組で20名ちょっとくらいが参加、当日の午前のツアーで下船された方は非常に多く倍以上は参加者がいたのではと思います。空いているとアクティビティも楽しめる時間が長くなると思うので、混み具合で多少印象は変わるかもしれません。

東オアフの絶景ラインもマカプウトレッキングしたいと思っていたのですが、次の便が来るまでかなり時間が開いていたため、下車を断念し、バスの車窓から眺めるだけにしました。
また、運転手さんによっては日本語がカタコトの方がいらして一生懸命観光スポットの説明をしてくださるのですが、全て英語のため、あまり理解できませんでした。
円安で価格が高い事もあり、比較的空いているのでその点は快適です。
以前の様にレアレアマガジン購入で一日券無料や、数日券割引などのクーポンサービスを復活させていただきたいです。

I signed up for this as a highlight of my trip to Hawaii. Since my travel schedule was not set and I applied relatively close to the date, I couldn't get my preferred seats and ended up reserving a lower-tier seat. Although it wasn't a front-row seat, it was close to the stage (second row from the front), and I was able to enjoy a powerful show. The composition was varied and kept me entertained for the full 90 minutes. There was a time during the show for audience participation, which was nostalgic and fun. (I won't go into detail to avoid spoilers.) I think the acrobatic show would be enjoyable for children as well. If you have the time, I definitely recommend checking it out.

I was looking forward to going to Tropical Farm and Haleiwa this time. Although I chose the tour based on the itinerary when I signed up, I was handed a card outlining the day's schedule after being picked up. We made several stops at famous (Instagram-worthy) beaches, but it felt very rushed, with only 10 to 15 minutes at each location (and 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch and exploring Haleiwa). It was quite hectic, going in and out in the heat. Honestly, I wished we could just stay in the car at the beach for a bit. In the morning, we stopped for a restroom break and those who wanted to buy from Leonard's, which sells from a food truck, were given the opportunity. Since we had to eat in the car, the smell of oil was quite overwhelming for me, as I wasn't in the mood to eat at that moment. For lunch, it was also from a food truck, and I struggled to find something I wanted to eat in the heat. The only nice part was being able to sit down and enjoy a coffee at a café in Haleiwa. The driver spoke Japanese well, and our conversations were very enjoyable, but honestly, while this tour might be great for younger people, I found it lacking in satisfaction and ended up feeling tired. It's a shame...

今回はトロピカルファームとハレイワ方面に行くことを楽しみにしていました。申し込み時にツアーの流れを見て選んではいたものの、実際にピックアップしてもらい1日のツアーの流れを案内したカードを渡されましたが…。有名どころ（インスタ映えの）ビーチに細かく寄ったりしつつ、トロピカルファーム、ハレイワ、コーヒーファームにもよるということで、各所10〜15分（昼食とハレイワ散策のみ1時間ないし1時間半）で大変慌ただしく、暑い中出たり入ったりでした。暑い中での移動なので、正直途中のビーチはもう車待機したいなとも思いました。朝イチ、キッチンカーで売りに来ているレナーズを購入希望する人はどうぞっとトイレ休憩を兼ねて停車されました。車内で食べることになるので、今食べたい気分ではなかった私にとっては車内に広がる油の匂いはかなりしんどかったです。昼食もフードトラックなので暑い中食べたいものが見つからず。唯一ハレイワのカフェでゆっくり座ってコーヒーを飲むことができたのは良かったです。ドライバーの方も日本語が上手でお話は非常に楽しかったですが、正直ツアースケジュールとしては若い人同士ならいいかもしれませんが、私としては満足感に欠けて、疲れてしまう内容でした。残念…。
