I decided to go to Wet 'n' Wild after being recommended by my sister who lives in Hawaii. After arriving in Hawaii, I signed up and participated with my son and niece. Since we drove there with a rental car, my wife and daughter went shopping at a nearby shopping mall.

We arrived at the venue about five minutes after the opening time, but the ticket booth was open, and I was able to receive my tickets immediately after showing the voucher. Since bringing food and drinks into the park is prohibited, we had to dispose of our partially consumed drinks at the entrance. The lockers are assigned automatically; you just enter your preferred PIN, and you get a locker right away. A single large locker was sufficient for the three of us.

The facilities have a great variety of slides! Despite it being the year-end holiday season, we were able to ride most of the slides without any wait. There are single and three-person tubes available. You can freely take the tubes placed near the slide exits. We enjoyed our favorite slides and screamed together, having a fantastic time. (The Tornado was closed, and only two boats were in use for the Raging River, so we waited about an hour.)

When I asked the kids if they wanted to have lunch, they said it would be a waste of time, so we enjoyed the attractions, including the lazy river and wave pool, for as long as we could.

Hawaii has great beaches, but Wet 'n' Wild is definitely an experience I recommend! I look forward to enjoying it again next time!

ハワイ在住の妹から勧められ、ウェット・アンド・ワイルドに行くことを決めました。ハワイ到着後に申し込み、息子と姪の３人で参加しました。レンタカーで行ったので、妻と娘はすぐ近くのショッピングモールで買い物です。
開場時刻を５分ほど過ぎて現地に着きましたが、発券所は空いており、バウチャーを見せたらすぐにチケットを受け取ることが出来ました。
園内への飲食物は持ち込みが禁止されているため、飲みかけのドリンクは入り口で捨てていくことになりました。ロッカーも自動販売機で、好きな暗証番号を入力すればすぐにロッカーが割り当てられます。３人分の荷物も大サイズ１つで十分な大きさでした。

施設はスライダーが充実！年末の休暇中にもかかわらず、ほとんどのスライダーに待ち時間なく乗ることが出来ました。浮き輪も１人乗りから３人乗りまであります。スライダーの出口付近に置いてあるものを自由に持っていきます。それぞれ気に入ったスライダーを楽しんだり、３人で一緒に絶叫したりと、思いっきり盛り上がりました。
（トルネードは休止中で、レイジングリバーはボートが２つしか使われてなかったため、１時間ほど待ちました。）
子どもたちにランチを食べるかと聞いたら、遊ぶ時間がもったいないからということで、流れのあるプールや波の出るプールなど、時間いっぱいアトラクションを楽しみました。

ハワイは海もいいけれど、ぜひ体験してほしいウェット・アンド・ワイルドでした。
次回もまた、楽しみたいと思います！

Thrilling! There are many slide rides that are like roller coasters, which are rare in Japan! A 90-degree drop is just the norm, and you might get thrown off your float, no mercy! Haha.
However, be careful as no one speaks Japanese here. I struggled to operate the unmanned machine that only had English instructions for setting the passcode for the coin lockers.
But since there aren't any large-scale pools like this in Japan, if you have the time during your travels, why not give it a try? 😊

There were many exciting attractions, and I had a great time screaming with joy! I opted for the all-you-can-eat plan, but I think it might be better to buy food on-site. The sun was strong, so it might be a good idea to get drinks as well. It wasn't too crowded, probably because it was the day after Veterans Day, so I was satisfied that I could enjoy without waiting in long lines!

I went with friends I usually hang out with. It was a really fun attraction where I got to see a different side of my friends in an extraordinary environment. If I had one request, it would be that there are many slides but perhaps due to the limited number of staff, the system is such that the slides open and close every 30 minutes. I chose the deluxe plan with lunch included. The transportation and attractions were good, but the all-you-can-eat lunch was less impressive than I expected. Even though it was an all-you-can-eat option, it was only available from 12 to 1 PM, and there was no announcement to remind us of the time. What if you get so caught up in the fun that you miss it?

The steak was delicious, but when I drank my cola, I found ants at the bottom! I didn't want that, so I went to throw it away and found 5 or 6 ants in the cup! I thought the color of the cola would hide them, so I tried Sprite next, and then a bee came out... The staff mentioned that they try to catch bugs that get into the drink machine, but I couldn't help but think, are they really serving drinks with bugs in them? That shocking experience left a bigger impression on me than the attractions did.

I don't think my wife and I, being over 60, would go alone... but thanks to our grandchild, we made some wonderful memories. We experienced bodyboarding in the pool. It was a bit embarrassing waiting in line with kids like our grandchild, but once the bodyboarding started, I became a passionate 60-year-old. I would love to experience it again if I get the chance. I participated in the popular Wet 'n Wild! The pickup is at 9:30 AM, so you can take your time in the morning. However, due to traffic, it takes about an hour to arrive at the site by bus. After changing, we quickly visited two pools before it was already noon, and then it was time for the barbecue lunch. I wasn't very hungry, but we headed to lunch. In the afternoon, we experienced the slides and bodyboarding, and before I knew it, it was time to change at 3:00 PM and gather for the bus at 3:30 PM. It all went by so quickly! There are popular and crowded slides, and some slides were on break, so I wish we had a bit more time.

The park itself is small and rather tired but still great fun; esp. for younger kids. When we went (September) it runs with a skeleton staff and they (frustratingly) don't run all rides, all of the time but instead swap them around and so most rides are closed for half of the time. This causes unnecessary queues and limits the number of turns you can have quite a lot. The transport to and from was poorly organised. It was late going and late coming back (we were asked to be out of the park 15 minutes before it closed and then waited 30 mins for our bus to arrive!). However it was still a fun day, but just could have been better!

This is a round-trip bus + ticket only usage. (Meals were purchased separately on-site as needed.)

My child really likes this place, so we decided to come again on this trip. The slides and the tornado ride are still so much fun! Our whole family had a great time.

The air conditioning on the bus can be quite strong, and when it gets a bit cloudy at the location, the wind can feel cold, so it's better to bring a jacket or something.

The rental locker size is just about big enough for one large locker for three family members, but if you get creative, it might work. Since you'll need to store changes of clothes and footwear, having two larger lockers would be safer.

The food isn't anything special, but it's a bit pricey... probably tourist area prices.

Visiting with children. First of all, the number of dynamic attractions that you wouldn't find in Japan! Children over about 130 cm can enjoy all the attractions. We were a bit late because the highway exit gets congested around opening time. If you're going by rental car, I think it's better to arrive early. I was very satisfied with the great tickets I bought from this site!

I enjoyed the various slides! As a participant, here are a few things I noticed:
- Walking barefoot is quite hot!! But it's more efficient (laughs).
- There is free rental for floaties, but the clear floaties in the lazy river and wave pool seem to be first come, first served... Of course, you can also rent another floatie for about $10.
- The all-you-can-drink plan is great, but ordering juice takes quite a bit of time, so it's best to drink heavily when it's not crowded!
- Carrying the large floaties for the slides requires quite a bit of stamina (laughs).
If you join an optional tour, there are time constraints, so please enjoy it as efficiently as possible!

色んなスライダーが楽しめて良かったです♪
体験者として、いくつか気づいたことです。
・裸足で歩くとかなり暑い！！でも、裸足の方が効率的（笑）
・浮き輪の無料レンタルとありますが、流れるプールと波が出るプールにある透明の浮き輪は早い者勝ちのような感じです。。。もちろん10ドルくらいで、別の浮き輪を借りることも出来ます。
・飲み放題プランですが、ジュースを頼むのも結構時間がかかるので、空いてる時にガッツリ飲むのが、BEST♪
・スライダーで使う大きい浮き輪を運ぶのはかなり体力がいります（笑）
オプショナルツアーで参加すると、時間に制約があるので、なるべく効率的に楽しんでくださいね♪

Enjoying Wet 'n' Wild Hawaii with bus transportation included. I had a decent time. There’s a play area for small children, and although I didn’t try it, there’s a super scary roller coaster as well. However, I rented a float for a fee, but there were also free floats available, and the explanation about that was a bit unclear... Still, it was fun, so I might go again next time.

Pickup at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was smooth; the bus filled up just from our location, allowing us to head straight to our destination without stopping at other hotels. We were able to line up near the front of the gate, making entry seamless.

The wristband we received when boarding the bus clearly indicated the bus number for our return, as well as the numbers for the lunch and drink pickup locations on the map, which was very helpful.

The lockers require a check-in process at the counter rather than using coins, so if you delay, you might end up in a line. It's also a good idea to secure shaded deck chairs early.

The slides had almost no wait time, with the longest one, RAGING RIVER, taking about 15 minutes. We were able to enjoy all the slides except for the children's and those that were closed.

The BBQ lunch was delicious, and since we could eat at tables in a covered area, I felt it was a great choice.

After 3 PM, the women's changing room (with partitions and curtains) gets crowded. Many people seemed to be changing in the restroom stalls, so if you want to use the changing space, it's best to go with some extra time.

Since it was a weekday, there was no waiting time, and we fully enjoyed the water slides! I was thrilled by the exhilarating four-person and two-person boats, as well as the slide where you go down in a forward-leaning position, which you can't experience in Japan! I used a one-day pass. I arrived a little early by rental car. Even when the time came, I couldn't find anyone from Veltra, so I waited for a while. On August 24, 15 (Monday), we went with three family members using a rental car. We chose Monday because we heard weekends can be crowded, and it was definitely the right choice!! We arrived right at 10:30 when the park opened. After presenting our voucher at the ticket booth and receiving our admission tickets, we were able to enter smoothly. It was almost like having the place to ourselves! We enjoyed all the attractions without any waiting time. However, we did have to wait a bit for the Shaka ride. Both adults and kids had a great time. Every ride was thrilling. We thoroughly enjoyed experiences that you can't have in Japan. Thanks to that, we played until 4:00 PM. Weekdays might be the way to go!!!

I participated with my elementary school children and family. As soon as we arrived, we eagerly challenged ourselves to the slides. I thought the kids might be scared and not ride the big slides, but that worry was unnecessary. The two children kept challenging themselves to various slides multiple times.

For lunch, I thought we would just grab something simple at the food court, and when I placed my order, I was surprised by the American-sized portions after a long time. I couldn't help but exclaim, "What on earth is this...?" After eating, we floated in the lazy river with rented inner tubes. We had a great time as a family.

As for the deck chairs available on-site, they were quite full everywhere. There is a resting area in the middle of the lazy river, and it seemed to be the least crowded spot.

My daughter (5 years old) is quite timid and could only go to the baby pool, but she was very happy with the various types of slides available.

It was a crowded day, so there were no free rental floaties for the wave pool. (I was dissatisfied that bringing our own floaties was prohibited.)

Without a life jacket, we weren't even allowed into the wave pool area, and when I tried to borrow one, there was a long line, so I gave up.

Also, since we didn't opt for a meal plan, it took about 20 to 30 minutes to place an order at the concession stand around 11:30, and it took about 15 minutes to receive the items.

I regretted not choosing the lunch package.

Worth every penny - If you like water parks

We were visiting Hawaii with three girls - ages 8, 8 & 10. They love water parks and we wanted a day away from the usual things, so we booked the deluxe package at Wet'n' Wild. The bus pick-up was convenient and on time. Upon arrival, there is some disorganization, and they have to "unload" and "check-in" the buses one by one. After this 15 minute delay, we were given tote bags (fairly decent logo shopping bags, that can hold a towel and some clothes) and the park was open! We had a delightful "private body board lesson", which is essentially private access to the wave pool for 30 minutes...well worth it! The rides are as advertised, very good to excellent for water parks. If you like big drops, Flyin' Hawaiian is it! The barbecue that is included is worth it: good salad, fruit, hot dogs, barbecue chicken and beef strips, all all you can eat. THIS IS A BIG DEAL, AS YOU CANNOT BRING FOOD INTO THE PARK, AND IF YOU HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING, THE LINES ARE LONG AND YOU WILL SPEND $15-20 FOR FRIES AND A BURGER. The unlimited soft drinks are a great deal also (you go to the "receipts" line at the snack bar and skip the big line to buy things...and it is all you can drink...be sure to grab one for the road). You will need a locker ($14-19, you get $5 back), but all else is included. A very enjoyable day, and a good deal for the price. It is very much worth paying the premium for the deluxe package.

Last time, I chose the all-you-can-eat BBQ plan, and honestly, I thought I didn't need the BBQ plan, so I switched to this plan. However, I still think bodyboarding is necessary. It's not possible with this plan... I don't need the all-you-can-eat option, but I do want to go bodyboarding.
