The bus driver for the round trip didn't seem to speak Japanese. On the way there, he explained the overall flow and the consent form in English, but I couldn't catch it well. 亀が見られなかったのが残念です。こればかりは仕方ないですね。また参加してみたいです。

We took our 10-month-old baby along for the adventure. They provided life jackets for babies, which made us feel safe while boarding. I thought we could sit the baby on the sand, but unfortunately, the water depth at the sandbar was about 120 cm, so we ended up putting the baby in a float. I guess that's just luck at that moment...

The sea turtle watching was great; we were able to see many sea turtles, which was satisfying. The guide was energetic and very kind in taking care of the baby, which we really appreciated.

Since it was the afternoon, the sandbar was deeper than expected, and the water level was high enough that women could barely keep their faces above water. We did see sea turtles, but snorkeling was interrupted due to a massive jellyfish bloom, causing nearly half of the participants to get stung and panic ensued, leading to a halt after about ten minutes. Since we are dealing with nature, such situations are somewhat unavoidable, but I was disappointed as I was looking forward to snorkeling. The staff's response was very good, so I would like to try again if the opportunity arises.

First time to the islands for my fiancee and I, and we weren't sure on what to do. So many different activities and excursions to choose from, it's like how do you know which one to do???
Well, we are sure glad we chose this one!!! So much fun in every aspect!! The scenery is amazing in itself so it was hard to complain. But the tour was awesome, we loved hanging out at the sandbar, having a few drinks, taking great pictures, and playing volleyball. Oh and the lunch....seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had!! Then snorkeling on the reef was so much fun!! Got to see so much marine life and also the sea turtles!! But most of all what made the tour truly amazing, was the awesome staff! They made us feel so welcome!! They were super friendly, truly knowledgeable, and all around good people.
If their is one thing I took away from this tour is that, the staff/people make it truly wonderful. This tour is a MUST is you're going to Oahu.

We were picked up at the hotel at 7 AM and traveled by large bus to the pier. I was worried about the heavy rain in the mountains along the way, but fortunately, by the time we boarded the boat, the rain had stopped. It was cloudy, but the sun started to shine, which was great. As I had researched beforehand, the water was about knee-deep, and we couldn't see the sandbar. The snorkeling experience was serious, and the staff provided thorough instructions while we wore life jackets. The corals and fish were beautiful, but if the weather had been a bit better, they might have looked even more stunning. The experience is quite dependent on the weather. We opted for a morning-only tour, and that was sufficient.

Although we didn't land on the sandbar, we had fun snorkeling and enjoyed free drinks and a barbecue (hamburgers) on board, which I liked. We walked to the point where the sandbar suddenly gets deep, which took about 5 to 10 minutes. I got stung by a jellyfish during that time. The staff had warned us to be careful. The jellyfish were small, so it was quite difficult to spot them if you weren't paying attention.

A tip to avoid getting stung by jellyfish: don't walk at the front! I was at the front and got stung. 私はその時にくらげに刺されました。スタッフの人も注意を促してましたが。小さいクラゲですので、よほど注意していないと見つけるのは困難です。
クラゲに刺されないコツ！　先頭を歩かない！先頭を泳がない！私は先頭を歩いていて刺されました。
さされると、結構痛いですね。チクチクした痛みですが、クラゲの足が長いので、結構広範囲に痛いです。さされた後は小さいイボになり、数日は後が残ります。子供だと掻いてしまったり、少し大変かも知れません。お気をつけ下さい。
シュノーケリングはたくさんの人が参加するので。濁っていてよく見えません。スタッフの人がパン？を与えて魚を寄せていました。
終わったらチップをお願いされます。強要はされないので、入れない人も結構いました。
スタッフの方は明るくてよい感じでした。

We received annoying comments like "keep your distance from the person in front" and "swim faster," which made it frustrating. The sandbar itself was a valuable experience, but overall, it didn't leave a lasting impression. I won't be doing this again.

The ocean and sandbar were great, but the guide was very friendly, kind, appropriate, and fun, making me feel glad to have participated in this tour. I think it would have been nice to have a waterproof camera, but I understand that any water damage would be my own responsibility.

みんなハワイ在住の日本人または日本人とのハーフの方たちで、日本語は当然通じるし、ハワイ在住ならではの情報や世間話しなど、とても安心して楽しめました。全スタッフさんがママさんだったので、
子供連れでも安心で、ママさんならではの気遣いなど、うれしい場面が多かったですね。

The sandbar was only waist-deep, which was disappointing.
