It was disappointing that the sandbar wasn't fully exposed since we participated close to high tide. However, the water level was about knee-deep, so we had fun playing volleyball with other participants.

I wanted to forget the daily hustle and bustle, so I joined the tour alone and relaxed.

As we headed out to the sea by boat, a beautiful sandy beach suddenly appeared, which felt quite magical.

I checked the low tide times in advance, so everything went according to plan! I was able to see the sandbar.

Depending on the time, the sandbar may not be fully visible, so I definitely recommend checking the low tide times before participating.

Several sea turtles showed up, and I was able to take great photos!!

I participated in September of the year before last. The sandbar was very beautiful. There was a lot of lunch prepared, but it was disappointing that when our turn came, the staff hurried us to "please get into the water quickly," so we couldn't eat much.

I thought the water temperature would be low, so I brought a wetsuit top from Japan. Since I was wearing this, I didn't feel too cold, but most of the other participants were in swimsuits or rash guards and were shivering after getting back on the boat. Many people got cold, and the number of participants for the second snorkeling session significantly decreased. I thought it would be nice if they provided wetsuits given the water temperature.

I think it would be fine during warmer periods, but in the fall, it's a good idea to prepare for the cold. I'm glad we used a tour since it's a place we couldn't go to on our own.

It seems that the weather around the sandbar can be unstable. When I participated, it was sunny and about 28 degrees in Waikiki, but Kaneohe Bay was cloudy with some rain. However, I was able to see the sandbar, so it was still a lot of fun.
Advice for those participating:
It's better to prepare for the cold!!
(Check the weather in Kaneohe Bay on the day, not Waikiki.)

I participated in the early morning plan, and although my stay was only about two hours, I was very satisfied. It was a lucky day as the sandbar was completely exposed due to low tide! I also got to see a rainbow and even a sea turtle, which was amazing! If you're going to the beach, I recommend this place over Hanauma Bay! However, there might be fewer types of fish for snorkeling. The staff were also very friendly, making it fun and taking photos for us.

The guidance to the boat dock was very enjoyable thanks to the driver's stories. Once we arrived at the location, the staff on the boat were cheerful, and we encountered sea turtles four times. The weather was unfortunately not great that day, and I was wondering how it would turn out, but by the time we boarded the boat, the rain had stopped. It wasn't perfectly sunny, but the weather was decent!

We boarded the boat and arrived at the sandbar. The Japanese guide was a really cheerful lady. It was a bit windy, so it was slightly cold, but the scenery was beautiful and we had a great time. I participated in the afternoon session on March 19. It seems there had been a lot of rain just before, causing many cancellations, but the weather was great that day and I didn't feel cold at all. I participated in the tour on the afternoon of March 20. The wind was strong and it was a bit chilly. At the shallowest point, it was about knee-deep.

It was indeed a very beautiful view, and the seawater was clear. I was very impressed when we got off the boat and walked to the sandbar. However, once we reached the sandbar, there wasn't much to do. It might be good to bring a beach ball or something, but walking from the boat to the sandbar is quite challenging, so it might be better not to bring anything...

As for activities at the sandbar, the only things to do are taking photos of the guests (for a fee) and filming a DVD (for a fee). So, until that is finished, we couldn't return to the boat, leaving us with nothing to do. Since it's shallow, we couldn't swim either. Most people were just wading in the water (since it gets cold when you get out), almost like taking a bath.

There were many beginners in snorkeling, and with so many people, it was more about following the staff's instructions and just swimming forward rather than enjoying it slowly. I think it would be better to do snorkeling at a different location.

I was a bit disappointed, especially since my expectations were high.

WOW! From the moment we arrived at the pier (we drove as we had a toddler with us) Jenner was playful and set a great mood. Everyone was excited for a day on the water, even though the weather didn't look too great. The Sandbar was fantastic, it's a unique experience being in the middle of the ocean, walking around. My husband had NEVER snorkeled before and found it hard to put the experience into words; he saw fish he'd only ever seen in documentaries and he was fascinated by the colours and the way they would swim around him... he's now officially addicted. Lunch was really good; well organised, quick and tasty. Our little one kinda freaked out on the boat and the staff were great with cheering him up. Jenner played his guitar while we ate and I've never felt more relaxed and like I was "in Hawaii". シュノーケリングでは、ライフジャケット、シュノーケル、アクアポール（円筒形ビート板）を貸してもらい身支度しました。スノーケリングは初めてでしたので使い方を教えてもらい泳ぎました。サンゴのある所まで泳いで行くと小魚がたくさん泳いでいるのが見えました。シュノーケリングは事前に練習して行く方が遠くまで泳げて楽しめると思いました。水着だけの人は少し寒そうでしたが私は、水着の上に半袖Ｔシャツを着ていたので寒くなかったです。

スタッフの方が日本語で話して説明して下さったのでよくわかり安心できました。また、行く途中に３びき大きなウミガメが泳いでいるのを見ました。楽しいクルーズツアーでした。また、行ってみたいです

Unfortunately, my son was in a bad mood and we couldn't go into the sea, but the scenery was beautiful, and the food we had on the boat (sandwiches and salads) was delicious, so we were very satisfied! I was worried about the weather, but we were blessed with good weather, and the sandbar had very nice conditions with water up to my ankles. This time in Hawaii, we weren't blessed with good weather, as there was a storm with rain and wind right up until the day before the tour. On the day of the tour, when we left Honolulu, the weather was still bad, and I was worried. However, when we arrived at the location, it was cloudy but slightly sunny. Yay!
