The service and explanations provided by all the staff were excellent, as they spoke with each customer individually to understand their needs and desires until we disembarked. It was very reassuring to have a Japanese female staff member who could communicate in Japanese. The lunch burgers and drinks were good! After that, the sea turtle watching was well-timed and satisfying! Unfortunately, the snorkeling included with the coral reef watching was affected by sudden rain, bad weather, and cold temperatures, but there was still plenty of time for watching, and the hot drinks provided on board afterward were great. I was initially worried about language barriers with the multinational group on the small boat, but all the staff made it enjoyable! Choosing this tour was definitely the right decision!

The two women, Captain Hosanna and Jamie, who took care of us, were very fluent in Japanese. After explaining in English, they kindly re-explained everything for the Japanese guests, which made us feel very relieved and was great.

During the snorkeling led by Jamie, we were able to swim alongside a mother and baby sea turtle, which was a rare experience to see them up close. Looking beneath the surface, we could see schools of fish up close, and it was truly moving; I'm really glad we came.

On the other hand, during the shuttle bus ride, there was an unexpected stop at Leonard's Malasada wagon, where the driver kept praising it and asking for tips, which was not mentioned in the itinerary. I think such things should be noted. We didn't bring extra money and felt like we just wasted time.

What a great way to spend an afternoon! The company offers plenty of activities for you to stay active if you want out on the sandbar, or you can just chill out and lounge in the sandbar living room. The lunch was awesome! The staff was very friendly and professional. The 2 man band had amazing talent! I truly enjoyed the experience. It was very relaxing and fun. The afternoon snorkeling was wonderful as we could enjoy the corals and many fish. The guides and staff who spoke Japanese were cheerful and made the experience enjoyable.

All the years I've been coming to Oahu, I've never done anything like this excursion! Best money spent on a family outing. It was majestic! The live music was beautiful, the lunch was outstanding! The crew and captain were so friendly and really made you feel included and very welcome, like a trip out with old friends. I cannot say enough about how special and memorable this trip was. The Angel's Sea was amazing. The scenery was beautiful, and the water was so clear that I could see fish swimming with the naked eye. I saw many turtles on the way to the sandbar, and during snorkeling, I encountered a turtle that came out from the rocks and was able to swim close to it, which was truly moving! The lunch with hamburgers grilled on the boat was incredibly delicious, and the kids were thrilled. The staff was friendly, and I had such a great time that I definitely want to go again!

If you're looking for entertainment, a variety of activities (snorkeling, volleyball, SUP, and kayaking), this is the way to go! It's perfect for families. We have gone both in the morning and afternoon due to the morning being booked. If possible, I recommend going in the morning due to the lower tide.

However, the staff were all extremely professional, safe, and fun. The live music was awesome and our two young daughters (3&6) have enjoyed their time they've gone out there.

I previously participated in a similar tour in the Maldives, and while it might have been the timing, I had a hard time seeing sea turtles. However, on this tour in late March, I was able to see over 10 sea turtles. In fact, I found two before boarding the boat at the port.

The crew was also former residents of Japan and spoke fluent Japanese, which surprised me with how fluent they were. They were all very nice, and even my shy daughter seemed to open up to them.

Thank you for providing an experience that allowed my children to snorkel with sea turtles and tropical fish, and play at the sandbar—an experience we couldn't have in Japan.

I've been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time here. The weather was clear, and the ocean was beautiful, so I really enjoyed snorkeling. On the boat, there was also lovely live music, and I was able to spend a very relaxing time. The only downside was that the behavior of the local Japanese staff was harsh, which spoiled my trip. If I go again, I would like to try a different tour.
