It was my first sunset cruise, and I really enjoyed it. Initially, I was disappointed because I was seated in the middle against the wall, and then I realized that the wine I ordered was missing. After negotiating with the staff, I found out that I had been assigned the wrong seat, and a very nice window-side seat was prepared for me. The food was delicious, and the waiter was friendly and helpful. The Hawaiian show was decent, but it was fun to dance to the YMCA song at the end with everyone. I recommend this cruise.

I had visited Hawaii several times with friends, mainly focusing on surfing and not spending much on dinners. However, this time I traveled with my parents, and since it was a trip they invited me on, I made a reservation for dinner.

That said, I didn't want to spend too much, so I booked a reasonably priced course.

The more expensive courses were on the upper deck of the same boat, and most of the Japanese guests went upstairs.

We were on the lower deck since our course was more affordable, but the surroundings were filled with foreign guests. When the performance started, everyone began to dance, creating a very open and lively atmosphere. I especially enjoyed getting to know an older Australian couple, which was wonderful.

I used the dinner sunset cruise again this year, just like last year. I guess the fact that I use it every year means it's enjoyable! Several decades ago, when I was on a tuna boat, I docked at this Aloha Tower and explored the area. Now it has become a market street, but back then, the entire market street was filled with warehouses and was quite empty. I remember the security wasn't very good either.

When boarding the cruise, they have a welcome dance at the pier, so I wish I could have taken a little more time to watch it. Of course, once on board, I enjoyed the food and the great performance. Foreigners are really good at having fun in places like this. I also took a cue from them and, even though I couldn't communicate, I cleared my mind and actively enjoyed dancing. The final YMCA was a lot of fun.

This was not my first cruise, so I honestly didn't find it particularly novel. However, the weather was great, all the staff were friendly, and the dancers were happy to take photos with us, making for a very enjoyable time!

Additionally, the passing staff offered advice on the timing of the sunset and photo opportunities, allowing us to capture beautiful sunset pictures.

For my husband, it was his first cruise, and everything was a huge thrill for him. Seeing his reaction made me very happy as well.
