Our tour guide Keoki (George) was amazing. He took us throughout the land and showed us all around the area. We didn't know what to expect when we went on this tour and this tour blew our minds. We rode for hours and the scenery was amazing. Keoki went above and beyond and took pictures and videos for us. We learned about the history, plantation and so much more. I love the fact that it's a private tour and only a few people were on the tour.
It made it so much more personal. Thank you Keoki! Looking forward to doing this tour again when we come back to visit.

It was amazing to enjoy two hours of horseback riding at Kualoa Ranch! The initial meeting place and other explanations were provided by a Japanese person, and from the actual horseback riding onward, the guide spoke only in English. They communicated directions like "left" and "right" in Japanese, but everything else was explained in English! (I think it might vary depending on which guide you get.)

The horses each seemed to have different personalities, and it appeared that the order in which they walked the course changed depending on the day. I was at the front, but the guide didn't always walk right in front of me, so there were times when I had to properly control the reins and change direction myself!

The horses were very smart, and I was able to enjoy the natural surroundings and horseback riding in a relaxed manner for the full two hours! The items you can bring while riding are drinks and smartphones, but you are advised to never let go of the reins with your left hand for the entire two hours. So, basically, you will be drinking water or using your smartphone with one hand! You also need to be careful not to drop your smartphone, as you can't pick it up while riding!

最初の集合場所などの説明は日本人の方が行い、実際の乗馬からは英語のみのガイドになりました！
進行方向を教えてくれる右左などの単語は日本語で話してくれましたが、それ以外は英語で説明でした！(たぶんどのガイドさんがついてくれるのかで変わると思います)
お馬さん達もそれぞれ性格が違うようで、その時によって誰がどの順番でコースを歩くのかは変わるようです
(私は先頭だったのですが、常にガイドさんが私の前で歩いていくれているわけではないので、自分手綱をちゃんとコントロールして方向を変えないといけない時がありました！)
お馬さん達も非常に賢く、2時間自然も乗馬もゆったり楽しみながら過ごすことができました！
乗馬中に持ち込める荷物は飲みものとスマホなどでしたが、左手で持つ手綱は2時間絶対離さないようにと注意を受けるので、
基本的には片手で水を飲んだり、スマホを使ったりすることになります！
スマホも落とすと乗馬中は拾えないので、絶対落とさないように注意が必要です！

I was a bit anxious because my English isn't very good, but when I arrived, the Japanese staff explained the meeting point for the tour, the location of the restrooms, and what to bring. The staff for the horseback riding tour spoke English, but some of them spoke a little Japanese and used simple words to make things clear, which was very kind of them. There was also a Japanese video prepared for the horseback riding instructions.
The horses are very smart and will move and stop in sync with the horse in front of them without needing much direction from us.
However, each horse seems to have its own personality; the horse I rode wanted to eat grass right away, making it difficult to pull on the reins, and my arms started to hurt. I was a bit scared that it would lean forward to eat grass and I might fall off.
The scenery was beautiful, and the experience of horseback riding in nature was a valuable one.

英語があまりできないので少し不安でしたが、現地につくと日本人のスタッフの方がツアーの集合場所やトイレの場所、持ち物等の説明してくれます。乗馬ツアーのスタッフの方は英語でしたが、少し日本語を話してくれる方がいたり、わかりやすいように単語で言ってくれたりとみなさん親切で、乗馬の説明は日本語のビデオが用意されていました。
馬はとても賢く、こちらが指示しなくても前の馬に合わせて進んだり止まったりしてくれます。
ただ馬によって個性があるようで、私が乗った馬はすぐに草を食べようとするので手綱を引くのが大変で腕が痛くなり、草を食べようと前傾姿勢になるので落ちるのではと少し怖かったです。
景色はとても綺麗で大自然の中での乗馬体験は貴重な経験になりました。

Guides were fun, knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged to go for it. Sharks were amazing and came so close

Our driver Ruben was great, super friendly and knowledgeable about the island.I would highly recommend the circle Island tour even if you have already done it, you will learn something new every time.

We enjoyed Toa Luau so much! Our children, 2 & 4, had a wonderful time as well. The cast/crew are the same people running the activities before the meal, and serving the meal, then putting on a great show - their hard work and enthusiasm is inspiring <3 I noticed their attention to detail in how smoothly the check-in, meal, and all the transitions went. Highly recommend!

Fantastic day of sightseeing the island Branndon was exceptional in telling us history of the island and the sights we saw our driver was exceptional also very adept driver. Would recommend this tour to anyone thank you for the service you supplied

Fantastic afternoon. Well organised, super friendly and had alot if patience with my 10 year old as it was his first time on a ATV. Tracks are well designed. Highly recommend also a bonus we got some good insight to local knowledge and information on the island.

Enjoyed seeing many things. John’s knowledge of the Island educated me of the area. He also made the trip very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to other people.

This was the best vehicle experience I've had in Hawaii!
First of all, driving the 4WD was really fun!
There were various types of terrain, and we drove on slippery surfaces and off-road paths, which is quite an experience that you can't easily have in Japan!
Moreover, the stunning nature and the lively narration by our guide Kioki (I think his American name was Johnny) made the history of Hawaii come alive, and his precise driving support truly enhanced the experience!
Having lived in America for about 10 years, I didn't have any language barriers, but if you don't understand English, you might miss out on about 30% of the fun. Still, I think it's a tour worth participating in!
Also, be prepared to get covered in mud and dust! (laughs)

今までのハワイの乗り物体験で最高でした！
まずは、四駆のDriveは本当に面白い！
色々な路面があり、スリッピーな路面や道なき道も走って、なかなか日本ではできない体験！
そして、豪快な自然となんといっても案内人のキオキ(アメリカ名ジョニーだったかな)さんの軽快な語りでハワイの歴史や的確なドライビングのサポートで本当に楽しまさせていただきました！
　私はアメリカにも10年ほど住んでいたので、言葉の面で不便はありませんが、もし　英語がわからないと楽しさは30%減かもしれませんがそれでも参加すべきツアーだと思いました！
　あと泥水や土ほこりをしっかりかぶりますので覚悟しておいてください(笑)

The show was very entertaining and the dinner buffet was amazing , the Island shows are very entertaining as well we had a remarkable time, the weather was very pleasant but the rain started right after the show was over and we got wet on our way to the bus, even that was a lot of fun .

Weather was ideal for gliding, some clouds but above where we were flying.

Aerobatic exercises are exciting and one is able to experience some G-forces plus weightlessness during the loops. A most enjoyable flight from take off to landing. Would do it again if the opportunity presented itself.

Horseback riding while enjoying the vast scenery was amazing. It was a solid two hours of non-stop riding, with no breaks in between. There was hardly any time to relax. Make sure to use the restroom beforehand. Your butt and legs can get quite tired; researching how to ride might help ease that. The staff members were all wonderful. The accompanying staff took photos along the way and transferred them to my phone afterward. When I come back, I don't think I'll want to try other activities since I already rode last time; I still want to ride again. For such an experience, the price was more than satisfactory.

広大な景色を見ながらの乗馬は最高でした。
2時間みっちりのノンストップ、途中下馬なし。
気を抜く暇はほぼ無いです。
トイレは必ず済ませて起きましょう。
お尻と脚はなかなか疲れます、乗馬の仕方など調べて挑むと軽減されるのかもしれません。
スタッフの皆さんも素敵な方ばかりです。
付き添いのスタッフの方が途中写真を撮ってくれて、終わった後に携帯へ転送してくれます。
また来た時は、前回乗馬はしたから他のアクティビティをとは思わず、まだ乗馬をしたいと思います。あれだけの体験でこの価格は十分に満足できました。

The weather was great, and we were able to enjoy ourselves! The staff was cheerful and really got everyone excited. However, there was one area that we couldn't do, and since there were first-timers, it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't the latest explanation provided.

There was so much to see and do. We thoroughly enjoyed the demonstrations and musical presentations. We learned how to make poi, husk coconuts, and weave palm fronds, among other things. The dinner buffet was the best ever, with so much variety in the wide range of menu items. The theater presentation “The Breath of Life” was outstanding! Kudos to all the young university students who work so hard to provide such a unique cultural experience. Everyone was warm and welcoming. This was our second visit (previous one was in 1986) and we were not disappointed. We would return again in a heartbeat!

In Japan, horseback riding experiences usually last about 10 to 20 minutes, but here you can enjoy a longer ride! You can bring items like your phone or a plastic bottle. If you have a bag that you can attach to your waist, it's also okay to bring that.

The local staff seemed to speak some simple Japanese, and they kindly said things like, "Sister, hold the reins." They were very nice. The horses looked calm, so I didn't feel scared at all. I had a great time experiencing this that day! Thank you very much!

I forgot about the tip... I had put my wallet in the locker, and the staff member who helped me went off to her next job quickly, so I couldn't give it in the end. It might be a good idea to keep some cash for tips in your pocket. That way, you can hand it over smoothly after the horseback riding experience.

Experiencing horseback riding in such a beautiful setting has truly become a wonderful memory! If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend signing up. I think it will become a lovely memory! ♡

日本では10〜20分程度の乗馬体験が多いですが、ここは時間たっぷり乗馬が体験できます！！携帯、ペットボトル位であれば持ち込み可。腰につけるタイプのカバンなら持ち込んでもOKでした。
現地のスタッフさんは簡単な日本語を話せるみたいで「オネエサン、タヅナヒイテ」等声をかけてくれました。とっても優しかったです。馬も穏やかそうで怖い思いはしませんでした。この日は楽しく体験することができました！ありがとうございました！！
チップの事を忘れてしまっていて…財布はロッカーにいれちゃったし担当してくれたお姉さんはすぐ次のお仕事に行っちゃったしで…結局渡せませんでした。自分のポケットにチップ分のお札をいれておくといいかもしれません。そしたら乗馬体験が終わったらスマートに渡せると思います。
最高な景色の中で乗馬を体験できるのは本当にいい思い出になりました！迷ってる方はぜひ申し込んでみてください。素敵な思い出になると思います♡

My son and I had a great time. Stephanie did very well! My son (12 yo) asked me how she could remember so much stuff. Really enjoyed the mix of activities as someone who doesn't like driving while traveling and very little of the island is accessible via public transportation.

From start to finish the crew is extremely helpful, and fun! This is the best zip line experience I have ever had, definitely book this for your trip!

There are Japanese staff members, and there are videos and explanations available for Japanese visitors, so it's reassuring! The horseback riding experience goes by in just two hours. It seems that the speed and course can vary depending on the horse's mood that day, so for those who absolutely want to see the filming of the movie, I recommend the bus tour or the buggy ride. It was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery and experience something out of the ordinary, but my knees and back... haha, just a heads up that it will catch up with you later. I would love to experience it again if I have the chance! ^_^

日本人スタッフの方がいたり、日本の方向けにビデオや説明書きがあるので安心です！
乗馬体験は2時間あっという間です。お馬さんのご機嫌でスピードやその日によってコースが違うようなので、映画の撮影を絶対に見たい！という方にはバスのツアーやバギーの方がおすすめです。
綺麗な景色をみて非日常感を味わえてよかったのですが、膝と腰が…笑　後々きますのでご注意ください。機会があればまた体験したいです^_^

My friend really enjoyed it, so we decided to join the tour with transportation included. Since my friend came before the pandemic, it seems that some things have changed. We spoke with a guide who was wearing a badge from Japan and got an explanation, and we toured the center with the guided option. Thanks to the guide's arrangements, we were able to see almost everything in the park, and it was a fulfilling day. My friend said it was even better than the last time they visited, and we were able to have various experiences!

友達がとてもよかったのでもう一度行きたいとのことで送迎付きでツアー参加。
友達は、コロナ前のに来たので少し様子が変わってしまったようで日本のバッチをつけているガイドさんに声をかけて説明してもらい、ガイド付のオプションでセンター内を見学しました。ガイドさんのはからいで園内ほとんど廻れて充実した１日でよかったです。
友達も前回来たときよりも充実してたと言ってました、色々な体験もできました！

This was an amazing place with very informative information about Fiji, Tonga, Tahiti, Somoa, Hawaii, and other Polynesian islands. The Gateway Buffet was good with good variety and the Ha Life of Breath show was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting!

Upon arrival, you will check in and complete the participation procedures using a tablet. Of course, everything is in English. There is no one to help you; you are left to manage on your own. This is to be expected since it's not Japan, and no one is to blame.

You will need to input various details such as your address, phone number, and emergency contact. After managing to complete the input and paying the fuel surcharge, you will be asked about the option to purchase video and photos. This is quite inexpensive if paid on-site. You can also purchase it after the experience, and you will receive an email. If you don't buy it, you will receive several reminders (laughs).

It is recommended to buy only the video on-site. Since it is filmed with just one GoPro, the photos are likely just stills taken from the video, and the resolution is quite low. I think it would be better to edit the video yourself.

As for the skydiving experience, it is not scary at all; perhaps it's because you are so high up that you don't feel the ground. You can enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace.

When the parachute opens, it seems to circle several times in preparation for landing. I have never experienced motion sickness, but this made me feel quite nauseous. I felt like I wanted to get down quickly because it was so uncomfortable. I definitely recommend taking anti-nausea medication.

However, even after taking the medication, I would want to participate again (laughs).

現地に到着するとタブレットで搭乗、参加の手続きをします。もちろん全て英語です。誰も助けてくれる人はいません。放置です。もちろん誰が悪いわけではありません。日本ではないので当然です。
住所や電話番号、緊急連絡先など色々な入力が必要です。なんとか入力を終え燃油サーチャージ代を支払うとビデオ写真の撮影オプションを聞かれます。こちらは現地で支払うとかなり安いです。終わった後からでも購入できます。メールがきます。購入しないと何回か案内がきます(笑)
こちらはビデオだけ現地で買うのがおすすめです。GoPro1台での撮影の為、写真は動画の切り抜きと思われます。かなり解像度が低いです。動画を自分で切り取ったらいいと思います。
肝心のスカイダイビングですが何一つ怖くないです高すぎて地面を感じないせいでしょうか。ゆっくり落ち着いて景色を楽しめます。
パラシュートが開くと着地に備えてなのか何度も旋回そます。乗り物酔いとかした事ないですがかなり酔います。はやく降りてほしいと思うぐらい気持ち悪いです。酔い止め薬絶対飲むことおすすめします。
ただ酔い止め飲んでもう1回参加したいですwww

I had the best experience riding horses in a wonderful landscape!

However, the transportation was disappointing. I didn't know that there were only a limited number of buses at specific times, and there was no prior explanation about this. It was only when I arrived on the day that I was handed a paper stating the time of my return bus. Since I wasn't informed in advance, I couldn't even cancel.

Of course, I can tolerate some waiting time, but this was beyond reasonable. It was terrible to wait for over 2.5 hours for the shuttle bus with nothing to do! If the schedule was going to be like that, I would have liked to know beforehand.

Since it was such a waste of time, I called an Uber and went home immediately. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn't take the bus, but I was told there would be no refund due to the cancellation policy. I thought they should have informed us about the shuttle bus waiting for nearly three hours, but there was no point in saying anything, so I just accepted it.

The transportation fee for a large tour bus carrying many people was quite high. If there are multiple people, it's much cheaper, faster, and more efficient to use Uber for round trips.

What should have been a great experience was tarnished by poor management.

素晴らしい風景の中を乗馬ができ、最高の体験でした！

ただ、残念なのが送迎。
指定時間に決められたバス本数のみの送迎だとは知らず、そういった事前説明もなし。当日現地についてから、あなたの帰りの送迎バス時間は何時ですと
書かれている紙を渡されて初めて知ります。事前に知らないのでキャンセルすることすらできません。

もちろん多少の待ち時間は許容できますが、常識を超える長さ。
やることもないのに、ただただ2.5時間以上も送迎バス待機はあまりにひどい！
そういう時間スケジュールになるのなら、事前に教えていただきたかった。

あまりに時間が無駄なので、Uberを呼んですぐ帰りました。
バスに乗らないから返金してほしいときいてみましたが、
当日キャンセルだから返金はないとキャセルポリシーを説明されました。
じゃ、3時間ちかく待たせる送迎バスですと事前に知らせてよって思いましたが、言っても仕方ないので泣き寝入り。

送迎料金が大型観光バスで大人数を運ぶのに、かなりの高額。
複数人いるならUberで往復いくほうが、安くて圧倒的に速く効率的。

せっかくの良い体験のはずが、運営がよくなくて印象が損なわれました。

I chose the 2-hour horseback riding course.
The weather was nice, and the location was perfect.
Unfortunately, the staff accompanying us only spoke English, and I couldn't understand the explanations.
They also took photos for us, which was really great!

2時間乗馬コースにしました。
天気も良く、最高のロケーションでした。
同行してくれるスタッフが英語しか話せない人で説明してくれるのですが分からず、残念でした。
写真も撮ってくださり、すごくよかったです！

Wow should I start off with the most delicious authentic hawaiian food I have ever tried..My whole family cleaned their plate..Including the dessert was delicious..The show was amazing so worth the cost..The host keep us laughing

The horses were quite large, and I was nervous at first, but I gradually got used to it and was able to enjoy both the horseback riding and the surrounding scenery. The guide was very supportive and incredibly cute, which made the experience enjoyable throughout. Each horse had its own personality; mine was very smart, as it was in the lead, my son's horse was a glutton and a bit impatient, my husband's horse was the calmest and most experienced, and my daughter's horse was quite laid-back. After the horseback riding, we had a lively discussion about the horses. My son, who rode the gluttonous horse, was desperately trying to control the reins to stop its appetite, and he ended up with blisters on his hands!

By the way, I had no time to take photos, which is my only regret. The tour itself was wonderful, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery of both the sea and the mountains.

Additionally, the Kualoa Burger ($15) we had at the attached cafeteria was exquisite. I regretted not bringing a light jacket because the shuttle bus was quite air-conditioned. The lockers ($5) were convenient as they allowed for all-day access, and credit card payments were accepted. You can bring a water bottle or smartphone in a bag attached to the horse, but there’s no time to drink slowly. Photos can only be taken with one hand, so balance is essential—no dropping allowed.

Our schedule was efficient with a 10 AM pickup, horseback riding at 12:30 PM, and a bus departing at 3:45 PM. However, since there’s a beach within walking distance, I’d like to allow more time to visit it next time. The buggies also looked interesting, so I’d like to try those as well. The burger is a must for next time!

お馬さんがかなり大きくて初めは緊張しましたが徐々に慣れて乗馬も周りの景色も楽しむ余裕が出てきました。ガイドのお姉さんが一生懸命サポートしてくれましたし、とってもキュートな方だったので終始楽しかったです。お馬さんはそれぞれ個性があって、私のお馬さんは先頭を任されるだけあってとても賢い子、息子はその後ろで食いしん坊でせっかちなお馬さん、パパの馬は一番落ち着いててベテランな感じ、娘のお馬さんはかなりののんびり屋さん。乗馬が終わってからもお馬さん談義に花が咲きました。特に食いしん坊なお馬さんに乗っていた息子は彼の食欲を止めるのに手綱を必死で操り手にマメができました笑　
ちなみに写真を撮る余裕は私には全くなく、唯一の心残りです。ツアー自体は景色は海も山も自然を大満喫できて素晴らしかったです。

その他
併設のカフェテリアで食べたクアロアバーガー（$15）は絶品でした。
送迎バスはかなりエアコンがきいてたので羽織ものを持っていけばよかったと後悔しました。
ロッカー（$5）は1日開閉自由なので便利だと思います。クレジットカード払い可。
お馬さんに付けるバッグにペットボトルやスマホを入れて持っていけるけれどゆっくり飲む時間はないです。写真も片手で撮れる方のみ。バランス必須。落とすの厳禁。
我が家は10時pickup、乗馬12時半予約、15時45分発バスで無駄がないスケジュールでしたが、歩いていけるところにビーチがあるので、今度行くときはもう少し時間に余裕を持たせてビーチまで足を伸ばしたいなと思いました。バギーも面白そうだったのでそちらもやってみたいです。バーガーは次回も欠かせません。

This is a must do excursion with family when visiting Oahu. A full day of cultural background, canoe rides to island, interactive activities for everyone. Friendly staff. It's not enough time for us to see all the areas, so definitely will come back again next time. Highly recommend!

We participated in a two-hour horseback riding experience with three family members. The pickup was a bit early at 7:30 AM, but it was quite popular, with two large buses completely full (a group of people going to Kualoa Ranch, not just for horseback riding).

Upon arrival, the Japanese group gathered with a Japanese staff member who explained the starting procedures, shops, and restrooms. We were informed that only a waist bag could be worn while riding (backpacks are not allowed; smartphones and drinks can be placed in a bag attached to the saddle), so we needed to use a locker. However, when I tried to pay with a card, the touch sensor was overly sensitive, and I couldn't complete the transaction, but the Japanese staff member helped me out. In the end, I paid with cash... $5 felt a bit steep.

After that (from here, it was in English), we reviewed the safety instructions, signed a consent form, watched a Japanese explanation video, and then began riding. I had never done proper horseback riding before, but the horses were smart and moved in a single file. My elementary school daughter had no trouble at all.

We walked slowly through the forest and entered the world of Jurassic World. Besides horseback riding, there were buggies, buses, and bicycles, but the horses leisurely moved through the backyard where those vehicles couldn't go. So, the buggy group looked like a gang of speeders!

Honestly, I didn't remember much about Jurassic World, but the weather was nice, and the scenery was magnificent and beautiful, which was moving. The horseback riding didn't cover all the filming locations of the movie, so for those who want to visit the filming sites, I think it's better to join a dedicated tour (by bus?).

The two hours flew by! The horse I rode, Dino, was a bit crazy and often stopped or tried to turn around, but it was still very comfortable. Each horse has its own personality.

As expected, when getting off the horse, my legs didn't move well, and I felt a bit wobbly. My backside was a little sore too! We had lunch before the return bus, but surprisingly, there wasn't much time.

While I thought a buggy ride would be nice next time, the scenery and atmosphere while horseback riding was truly an exceptional experience, so I would love to go again.

家族3人で2時間の乗馬体験に参加しました。
朝7:30と少し早いピックアップでしたが、大型バス2台が満員の人気振り。
（乗馬に限らずクアロアランチに行く人達の集団）
到着すると日本人グループは日本人スタッフの方に着いて集合し、それぞれの開始方法やお店、トイレの説明をしてもらえます。
乗馬はウエストバッグしか付けられない（リュックとかはダメ。スマホや飲み物は鞍に付けられる袋を借りて入れられます）とのことで、ロッカーに入れる必要があるんですが、カードで払おうとするとタッチセンサーの感度がよすぎてうまく払えなく、ここも日本人スタッフの方がお手伝いしてくれました。結局、紙幣で払ったんですが・・・。5ドルはちょっと高いな。
その後（ここからは英語）注意事項を見て、同意のサインして、日本語の説明ビデオを見て乗馬開始。
ちゃんとした乗馬したことはなかったんですが、お馬さんはかしこいのでちゃんと1列で進んでくれます。小学生の娘でも全然平気。
ゆっくり歩いて森の中を進み、ジュラシックワールドの世界へ。
乗馬以外にバギーやバス、自転車が走っていますが、馬はそれらが入れないバックヤードをのんびり進んでいきます。なのでバギー隊が暴走族に見えますw
正直ジュラシックワールドはあんまり覚えてなかったですがw、天気もよく、景色が壮大で綺麗だったので感動しました。
乗馬は映画のロケ地を全部回る訳ではなかったので、ロケ地巡りがしたい方はそれ専用のツアー（バス？）に行かれた方がいいと思います。
2時間はあっという間！
私の乗った馬、ディノ君はクレージーだったらしく、よく立ち止まったり、Uターンしようとしたりしましたが、全然快適でした。個性ありますよね。
お約束は馬から降りるときに足がうまく動かず、がくっとなります。おしりも少し痛いw
帰りのバスまではお昼ご飯食べてましたが、意外と時間は少なかったです。
次はバギーもいいなと思いつつ、乗馬しながらのあの景色、雰囲気は本当に格別な体験だったのでまた行きたいと思いました。

The Oahu Island tour was perfect for seeing a lot of the island. I appreciated that the group was smaller than some of the other tour companies we saw riding around- it allowed us to have a more personal experience. Our tour guide, John, was a wealth of knowledge about the island, its history, and its residents, and I enjoyed spending the day with him! John’s trained eye also helped us find turtles during our stop, which was a huge help! This tour was a good mix of everything - from local food to breathtaking views. I would recommend this tour be one of your first stops on your visit to Oahu, as there are many things you see along your drive that you may want to revisit during your trip (and your guide can help you determine which ones are worth your money!)
