Our guides were amazing and the views from the zip line were phenomenal. It was awesome that there were pictures taken by the staff along the way so we didn't have to risk our own phones. 100% would recommend to future travelers.

Our family had a great time on our ATVs. Come in the morning as it is HOT in the sun. And be prepared to get dirty so bring a change of clothes for afterwards. Instructors were super attentive and took lots of pictures which you can opt to purchase. You’re a drive from Shark’s Cove and local food trucks on the North Shore so we made a day of it. Our teenage boys loved this experience!

We had Cousin Elaine and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our tour. She taught us a lot about the culture and history of the islands. She made the tour more personal by remembering our names and by calling us her ohana. This was one of the best tours I’ve been on, we got to stop and see a lot of the northern part of the island.

It was one of the things I wanted to do before I die, so I'm really happy to have achieved it. I have no resistance to jumping, so I didn't feel any fear at all. It was just beautiful! Amazing! It felt like shouting "Banzai!" I struggled with equalizing my ears, and they were making funny noises, haha. When I get the photos, I might cry from laughing because I look so bad.

I think everyone should experience this at least once!

This zip line course is the real deal! Not only they have 8 individual zip lines, but each has it's character and unique feature. We really loved to do different tricks, and also enjoyed some very long zip lines that we haven't experienced anywhere else.

Guides were fun and very helpful, and had 'super human' abilities whenever someone was stuck on a line.

We will definitely come again next time we are visiting the island!

Last year, I was able to enjoy a horseback riding course that featured scenery from movie filming locations, and I was looking forward to it again this year. However, this year, it ended up being just a two-hour ride along a mountain path, which was disappointing. The people in my riding group were similarly frustrated and said they didn't want to participate again. Is it the instructor who decides the course? Was it just bad luck this year? If possible, please let me know.

昨年は、映画ロケ地の景色も楽しめるコースを乗馬することができ、今年も楽しみに申込したところ、今年は山道を、ひたすら2時間乗馬するだけで終わってしまいガッカリでした。一緒に乗馬したグループの人達も同様に不満を爆発しており、2度と参加したくないと言っていました。コースを決めるのは、インストラクターが決めるのですか。今年は運が悪かっただけなのですか。よかったら教えてください。

I was worried because it was stated that English was required, but there was no problem as they communicated in easy-to-understand English words.

Diving while enjoying the wonderful scenery was the best, and it will definitely be an unforgettable experience.

I think the shuttle service from around Waikiki makes it easy to use.

英語が必須と記載があったので心配だったのですが、わかりやすい英単語で貝和してくれたので問題ありませんでした。

素晴らしい景色を眺めながらのダイビングは最高で、忘れられない体験になることは間違いないです。

ワイキキ周辺からの送迎もあるので利用しやすいと思います。

The pineapple farm was a must see for us so it was great and easy to include this alongside a tour of the island!

The experience was awesome! We got to learn and experience a lot of what the native Polynesian cultures were like. Many of the staff are actually university students who help fund most of their education through working here so that is nice to know.

The Buffet was the biggest Buffet hall and selection that I have ever seen- there was live music too and it was all just beautiful. The food was really good too!

The Fire Dance show was just an amazing performance. All the people responsible for making this were so skilled. It looked like everyone was having a great time.

We were The only ones signed up to Haleiwa and they still ran the shuttle. Felt bad for the driver but they held the commitment of our transportation. Driver picked us up on time in both directions and it was a comfortable ride

I was really looking forward to doing skydiving in Hawaii, something that is quite difficult to do in Japan, since I made the reservation. I was worried because it seemed like only English would be used, but everyone was kind and we managed with gestures. The skydiving experience was amazing, and the ocean and sky were beautiful. The person behind me during the tandem jump seemed very trustworthy, which made me feel safe while jumping. It was the best experience. Since it was my first time, I didn't have the opportunity to take in my surroundings at first, so if I go to Hawaii again, I plan to skydive here once more and take my time to enjoy the view.

日本ではなかなか出来ないスカイダイビングをハワイでやろうと、予約した時からとても楽しみにしていました。英語しか使えないみたいに書いてあったから心配しましたが、皆さん親切でジェスチャーでなんとかなりました。スカイダイビングですがとにかく海と空が綺麗でした。タンデムの後ろの方がすごく信頼できそうな方で安心して飛べました。最高の体験が出来ました。初めてでゆっくり周りを見る余裕が初めのうちはなかったので、次回ハワイに行くことがあったらまたここでスカイダイビングをして今度はじっくりまわりを見ようと思いました。

A senior couple, a two-hour horseback ride! I was a bit worried if it would be okay, but I had so much fun. Before the ride, the Japanese explanatory video made everything easy to understand and put my mind at ease.

Anyway, the horses are very smart. The staff member led us confidently. The mountain paths with views of the great outdoors, the narrow trails through the grasslands, and the beautiful slopes overlooking the sea were wonderful. When it started to rain partway through, we got excited and said, "Wow, it's like a scene from a movie!" I highly recommend this for seniors.

シニア夫婦、２時間の乗馬！　大丈夫かなっと不安でしたが　＼(^o^)／　とっても楽しめます。乗馬前に日本語での説明映像で分かり安く安心しました。
とにかく《お馬さんがお利口です。》スタッフのお姉さんが、グイグイとリードしてくれます。大自然の山を見上げる山道・草原の細道・綺麗な海に見惚れながらの坂道ステキです。途中で雨が降ってきた事も『わあ〜シナリオ通りみたいだね』と、盛り上がりました。シニアの方々にお勧めしたいです。

I had a horseback riding experience at Kualoa Ranch!

The scenery was beautiful, and I was able to enjoy both the ocean and the mountains! It was my first time riding, and I was a bit anxious, but the staff were kind, and the horse was very well-behaved! I did end up with a bit of back pain, though, haha.

I was also happy that they asked for my preferences regarding the shuttle bus schedule! Thank you very much!

乗馬も初めてで不安でしたがスタッフさんも優しく、馬もとてもいい子でした！
ただ私は少し腰が痛くなりました、、笑

I was anxious because I couldn't speak English, but checking in was easy with the iPad! If anything came up, I had Google Translate, so it was fine!

This time, there was a staff member who could speak Japanese. The instructor also spoke a little Japanese, which was helpful!

I also requested a shuttle service this time. The driver was very friendly and talked to me a lot (though I only understood a little bit). I gave a $10 tip for the shuttle when I got off! There were some people who didn't give a tip, so I wondered if it was okay not to tip.

The scenery was amazing! I'm glad I could fly in Hawaii! However, my ears hurt a bit from the pressure (laughs).

景色最高！ハワイで飛べて良かったです！

It was a lot of fun to return to my childhood and try various things after a long time. The shops outside had many different items compared to Waikiki, and shopping was enjoyable as well. I want to go again!

Very much enjoyed this small group tour. I would definitely recommend. We had great time! John, our tour guide, was fantastic….

The guide was very unfriendly, and there was almost no explanation or conversation. However, horseback riding in nature felt great! If only the guide had been better, it would have been perfect.

ガイドさんがめっちゃ無愛想で、全く説明とか会話がほぼなかった。ただ大自然の中での乗馬は気持ちが良かった！
ガイドさんさえよければ満点です。

I was worried about being able to ride for two hours, but it went by in no time! The guide was very nice, and although the conversation was only in English, it wasn't inconvenient at all. The horses were also very well-behaved.

Additionally, the guide occasionally took photos and shared them via AirDrop on our way back, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this experience as it creates wonderful memories!

You can store your belongings in a locker, but I recommend keeping some tips in your pocket.

また、ガイドさんが時折り写真を撮ってくれ帰り際にエアドロップで共有いただけたのが嬉しかったです。最高の思い出ができるのでおすすめです！
荷物はロッカーへ入れますが、チップはポッケに忍ばせることをお勧めします。

I was picked up from the Aloha Landing bus stop at the Sheraton Hotel and participated in the tour. Since I was staying at the Sheraton, it was very convenient.

In Hawaii, eating and drinking are generally prohibited on the bus. I heard that bringing Starbucks coffee is not allowed, so please be careful.

It took about an hour and a half to reach Kualoa Ranch due to traffic and unexpected aggressive driving, and we arrived around 12:00. Perhaps because we were late, as soon as we arrived, my name was called, and I was directed to the horseback riding tour registration. First, I was asked to sign something like a consent form, and I received instructions on how to ride through a video in Japanese. After that, the horseback riding tour started right away.

Horseback riding was fun. Compared to the bus tours and ATV tours, it seemed like the range of activities was narrower, but if you want to take a closer look at the scenery of Kualoa Ranch, I recommend the horseback riding tour.

After the tour ended, I had a little time before the bus departure, so I bought some souvenirs and returned to the hotel. The $1 shopping bag that was recommended at the register is still one of my favorites.

シェラトンに宿泊していたので、とても楽でした。
ハワイでは、基本的にバスの中は飲食禁止です。スタバのコーヒーは持ち込みNGと言われている方がいましたのでご注意ください。

クアロアランチまでは、渋滞とまさかの煽り運転に巻き込まれて、1時間半ほどかかり、到着は12:00ごろになりました。予定より遅れたためか、到着するなり、すぐに名前を呼ばれ、乗馬のツアーの受付に案内されました。
まずは、同意書のようなものにサインを求められ、乗り方などは日本語の動画で説明を受けました。
その後、乗馬ツアーがすぐにスタートしました。

乗馬は楽しかったです。
バスツアーやバギーツアーに比べて、行動範囲は狭いように思いましたが、クアロアランチの風景をじっくりみたい方には乗馬ツアーはおすすめです。

ツアー終了後、バスの出発まで少し時間あったので、お土産を買い、ホテルへ戻りました。
レジでおすすめされた1ドルのショッピングバックは今でもお気に入りです。

My wife and I participated together!
First of all, neither of us speaks a word of English, but it was not a problem at all! I've read in other people's experiences that there were Japanese speakers, but there weren't any during my time. However, it was no issue.

We used Google Translate, and when receiving explanations, they communicated with gestures, so it was easy. The instructor was kind and very reliable.

The check-in process was simple.

After check-in, we stored our belongings in a coin locker. There was no worry about theft. They provide you with a coin.

I think it's a good idea to purchase the video. There are two versions: one filmed from a third-party perspective by a cameraman, and the other attached to the instructor's arm. The instructor's footage was absolutely fantastic, so I think it's better to use the 100,000 yen for something else instead of flying with the cameraman. On the day, they also asked if I wanted a cameraman, but I said no thank you.

As for my experience, I felt no fear at all. The height was so extraordinary that the awe of the magnificent scenery outweighed any fear.

Also, I think motion sickness medication is essential. When the parachute opens and you descend, it sways a lot, so even with the medication, I felt a bit nauseous.

After the experience, we were given an envelope along with pens or award-like gifts for tips. It had guidance like, if it was good, put in 10; if it was really good, put in 20; if it was incredibly good, put in 30. You can just put in whatever you think is appropriate. Also, if you write a Google review, you can get a T-shirt, so definitely do that.

There was a shuttle service for both going and returning, so I gave the driver $20 (calculating $10 each way) on the way back. It was quite a long distance, so I gave a little extra. They were happy, and we both ended on a good note.

Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience, and I was very satisfied. I want to fly again!

妻と2人で参加しました！
まず、2人とも英語は1ミリも話せませんが、
全然問題なかったです！他の方の体験談では日本語話せる方がいたと記載ありますが、私の時はいませんでした。しかし問題なし。

Google翻訳を使用したり、説明を受ける時もジェスチャーで説明してくれるので余裕でした。
インストラクターの方も優しく、すごい頼りになります。

受付も簡単です。

荷物は受付終了後コインロッカーに預けます。
盗難の心配はなかったです。コインは渡してくれます。

動画は購入した方がいいと思います。
カメラマンが第三者目線で撮影したバージョンか、インストラクターの腕につけての2パターンあると思いますが、インストラクターの撮影で全然素晴らしいので、カメラマンと一緒に飛ぶ分の10万は別のことに使えばいいと思います。
当日も追加でカメラマンはどうですか？と聞かれますが、ノーサンキューと言いました。

体験談として、怖さは全くありませんでした。
非日常すぎる高さのため、怖いより壮大な景色に感動の方が大きいです。

あと酔い止めは必須かと。
パラシュート開いて降りる時、ユラユラユラユラ降りるので、酔い止めあっても少し酔いました。

チップは体験後、ペンや表彰的なプレゼントと共に封筒を渡されます。
そこに、良かったら10。すごくよかったら20。
死ぬほどよかったら30。みたいな案内があるので、自分の思うチップを入れて渡せばOKでした。
あと、Google口コミを書くとTシャツ貰えるので、是非。

行き帰り、送迎ありだったので
帰りに運転手に20ドル（片道10計算）渡しました。結構長い距離なので、気持ち多めに。
喜んでくれてお互い気持ちよく終われました。

以上、本当に素晴らしい体験で大満足でした。
また飛びたいと思います！

At first, I was nervous, but I gradually got used to it and was able to thoroughly enjoy horseback riding. It was my first time riding, but there were no issues. The scenery was amazing, and the staff were very kind.

最初は緊張しましたが、徐々に慣れてきてたっぷりと乗馬を楽しむことができました。初めての乗馬でしたが問題なかったです。景色が最高で、スタッフの方もとても親切でした。

It was an amazing flight with very professional pilots. We were able to stay up for 40 minutes and catch amazing views of the ocean runway and mountains. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Thank you for treating us like family and we will forever be friends. Thank you Mr. Bill!!!

The horseback riding experience along the beach was very pleasant, and the horses were calm, so I felt safe riding them.

We participated as a couple, and there were five other participants along with two guides. One led the way while the other checked on everyone’s situation and provided support, which was reassuring.

They also take photos at the beach, making for great memories. This is a tour I would like to join again the next time I visit Hawaii.

After horseback riding, you can enjoy a leisurely lunch in Haleiwa and explore the shops, so I highly recommend it.

乗馬の後は、ハレイワの街でゆっくりランチをしたり

I went horseback riding for two hours!

Riding a horse while surrounded by the beautiful sea on my right and the natural mountains that served as the backdrop for Jurassic World on my left was an experience that you can't have in Japan.

- At first, both my friend and I were scared because the horse was much larger than we imagined, but after about 20 minutes, we grew attached.

- There was a low-rated comment mentioning that the return time was set for 5:00 PM, but I think that's the person's responsibility. In the reservation details, you can choose your preferred departure and return times, and if you respond with something like "anytime is fine," the organizers might prioritize their own schedule. If you want to return at 1:00 PM, just state that, and there won't be any issues.

- The staff who guide you at first can speak Japanese, so there's no need to worry.

- The horseback riding staff only speak English.

- Depending on the horse's personality, some horses can be difficult to control, so it’s a bit of luck. However, it’s enjoyable. My horse dislikes being pulled when told to stop. The horse in front of me often stops suddenly for some reason. My friend's horse is too laid-back and tends to lag behind during the tour, stopping to urinate and defecate three times each.

2時間の乗馬をしました！

右手は、綺麗な海、左手はジュラシックワールドの舞台となった大自然の山々を巡りながら馬を乗るのは日本だとまず味わえない体験になりました。

・最初は、馬が想像以上に大きいので彼女も私も怖かったですが20分もすれば、愛着湧きます。

・低評価コメで、帰りの時間が17:00になった！と記載した方もおりますが、それはその人の責任かと。事前の予約の文面に、行き帰りの希望時間を選択でき、そこの選択欄でどちらでも良い！みたいな回答をすると、主催者側の都合で、後回しにされるので、帰りが13:00希望なら13:00と記載すれば何ら問題ありません。

・日本語が話せるスタッフが最初ガイドするので、不安もいりません。

・乗馬のスタッフは、英語オンリーだそうです

・馬の性格によりきりで、馬のコントロールが難しい馬がいますので、そこは運次第。でも、楽しめます。○私の馬は止まれで引っ張られるのが嫌い。　○私の前の馬は、なぜか急に止まることが多い　○彼女の馬はマイペースすぎて、ツアー中、オシッコとうんちを3回ずつ、行い列から遅れがち　など

Had a blast and would definitely return once we’re on the island. Facility was perfect and the crew/guide were very polite and accomodating.

Anyone who plans to visit Hawaii must see the show- Breath of life. It’s one hr thirty minutes long but it’s worth every minute of it.

The Gateaway buffet has plenty of dishes to offer and we had like 2:30hr to savor the food. My favorite was Tuna Sashimi, cut fresh from a fish on display. Every station has four different varieties of dish.

The villages are fantastic. Each one is unique in terms of activities and entertainment. Staff were mainly Uni students.

I have 5 star rating to PCC.
