I experienced parasailing, banana boat, and bumper tube. The staff at the reception spoke fluent Japanese, which made me feel at ease! During the experience, there was a foreigner who understood a little Japanese. However, there were no issues since the important parts were communicated in Japanese.

We started with parasailing, followed by the banana boat and bumper tube. It seems that parasailing uses a different boat! The banana boat, bumper tube, and jet ski were all on the same boat.

It was much more intense than doing it in Japan, and I had a really great time! While waiting during parasailing, I took a lot of pictures of the scenery. I noticed that standing up wasn’t frowned upon at all, which made me realize again how different it is from Japan.

They even told jokes, and although I was anxious about doing activities abroad, it ended up being really fun. Next time, I want to try jet skiing!

体験中は日本語が少しわかる外国人の方でした。でも全然大切な部分は日本語通じるので問題なしです。

まずはパラセーリングからの体験でその後バナナボート、バンパーチューブでした。
パラセーリングだけは船が違うみたいです！
バナナボート、バンパーチューブ、ジェットスキーは一緒の船でした。

日本でやるよりもかなり激しくて本当に楽しかったです！
パラセーリング中も自分が待機時間の時は景色をたくさん撮ってました。立っても全然怒られなくて日本とは違うんだなーと改めて感じました(^^)

ジョークを言ってくれたり、海外でアクティビティをやるのが不安でしたが本当に楽しく終われました。
今度はジェットスキーやってみたいです！

It was the best party, with only Japanese people, but everyone was very friendly. The staff was also kind and attentive. This was my second time, and it was great again.

日本人は私達ONLY。でも、とてもFRIENDLYなパーティーで最高でした。
スタッフも優しく丁寧でした。

A wonderful word: the sea. You can overlook the entire town, and it feels great. I definitely recommend it. Experiencing it firsthand is much more amazing than just seeing it from land.

The previous day's bad weather may have caused rough waves, and although I was able to see a few turtles, there were not many fish. It's unfortunate, but it's nature, so there's nothing we can do about it.

前日が悪天候だったためか、波が荒くて魚も少し亀が何とか見れたけど、自然相手だから仕方がないけど、残念でした。

My family loved this tour. The activities we fun and well managed. Kevin was a great tour guide.

I have also watched it in Japan (Maihama), but this time the stage was closer, so I was able to enjoy a different level of excitement compared to last time.

日本（舞浜）でも鑑賞したことが有りますが、今回はステージが近いので前回と違う迫力があり楽しむことが出来ました。

The instructor was cheerful and really got everyone excited, which made it a lot of fun. I thought the wind before taking off might be scary, but once I was in the air, it was completely not scary and very enjoyable. I wished I could have flown for a longer time!

インストラクターの方が陽気な方で盛り上げてくれて、とても楽しめました。
飛ぶ前の風が強く感じて怖いかなと思いましたが、飛び上がってしまえば全く怖くなく、楽しかったです。
もっと長時間飛んでいたかったです！

I originally joined this tour because I love sharks. We took a bus for just under two hours from our hotel in Waikiki to Haleiwa. We gathered at a small shack decorated with shark patterns and set off. There were about 14 or 15 participants, and I was the only Japanese person (the staff were not Japanese either).

The explanations were in English, and the engine noise was loud, so I couldn't understand much, but I managed to get by. Since my eyesight is poor, I borrowed prescription goggles, but they weren't very clear, so I recommend bringing contact lenses if you have vision issues. As others have mentioned, once we arrived at the spot, the waves were high and it was easy to get seasick. I got seasick here too.

However, when we got into the cage, I was so focused on watching the sharks that I forgot about my seasickness. I was very satisfied to see a nearly 3-meter-long tiger shark up close. The shark was calm, and I was moved by its graceful swimming. Unfortunately, I didn't see many other sharks besides that tiger shark. After getting out of the cage, I felt worse and ended up vomiting. There was another person who vomited as well. However, after that, I felt refreshed and was able to enjoy the return trip.

I was a bit anxious about participating alone as a woman, but I had a valuable experience and it was really great! If there are others in a similar situation who are hesitant to join, I encourage you to participate without hesitation!

もともとサメが好きでこのツアーに参加しました。ワイキキのホテルからバスで2時間弱かけてハレイワまで向かいました。サメの柄の小さな小屋に集合して出発しました。参加者は14、5人で日本人は私1人だけでした（スタッフの方も日本人ではない）。
説明は英語かつエンジンの音がうるさくあまり理解できませんでしたが、なんとかなりました笑。視力が低いので、度ありのゴーグルを借りましたが、あまり見えやすくはなかったので目がよくない方はコンタクトを持って行くことをおすすめします。他の方も言っている通り、スポットについてからは波が高く酔いやすいです。当方もここで酔いました。
しかし、ケージに入る際はサメを見ることに夢中で酔っていることを忘れました。体長３メートル弱のタイガーシャークを一匹、近くで見ることができとても満足でした。サメは穏やかで、優雅に泳ぐ姿に感動しました。しかしそのタイガーシャーク以外のサメはほとんど見れませんでした。ケージから出た後、酔いが酷くなり吐いてしまいました。私以外にももう1人吐いてる方がいました。しかし、その後はスッキリして帰港を楽しむことができました。
女1人の参加で少し不安でしたが貴重な経験ができてとても良かったです！同じ境遇で参加を迷っている方がいたらぜひ迷わず参加してみてください！！

We went out to sea in a boat with a few groups and had a little boat riding experience, followed by parasailing in turns. We set up the parachute from the boat and took off from the moving boat. Gradually, the rope is extended, and we float up. The price varies depending on the length of the rope, and I chose the longest one at 150m. However, since we were moving in the boat, I couldn't tell if we actually reached 150m in height, but as you can see in the photos, it was really high. Of course, there’s no sound while flying. The flight lasts a few minutes, but it feels much longer.

As we ascended, my excitement grew, and I felt it was definitely worth it. Since I was holding my smartphone, I had to connect it to my arm with a strap; if I dropped it, I wouldn't be able to retrieve it from the sea. Be careful!

何組か一緒にボートで沖まで行き、ちょっとしたボートの乗船体験もでき、順番にパラセーリングです。船の上からパラシュートをセットして、走るボートの上から飛び立ちます。徐々にロープを伸ばして行きフワッと飛び立ちます。ロープの長さで金額が違いますが、私は1番長い150mを選択。でもボートで走りながらの為高さが150mなのか、斜めに上がる為分かりませんが、、、写真でもわかる様にすごく高いです。勿論飛んでる時は音がしません。数分のフライトですが、すごく長く感じます^_^
上がるとテンションも上がり、やって良かったなと、実感します。スマホを持ちながらなので腕にひもを繋いでないと、落としたら海なので探せません。ご注意を！

It was thrilling, and I definitely want to participate again on my next trip to Hawaii. The instructors and the boat operators were fun people, and I was able to enjoy it without feeling scared!

The show itself was impressive and satisfying, but I was concerned about the cold indoors. It's better to bring a light long-sleeve shirt, even if you tend to get warm.

This was a great experience for my family. The rain did not stop us from enjoying the sites and learning about Hawaiin culture. Our tour guide was awesome and knowledgeable!

At first, I was worried about whether I would be okay with heights, but once I got on the boat and it was our turn, soaring high into the sky, I felt amazing and was thrilled by the view.

最初は高所大丈夫かなと心配でしたが、いざボートに乗り込んで自分達の順番がきて、空高く舞い上がってみると、最高の気分、景色で興奮しました。

Aside from having a very hard time finding the place at the Four Seasons where the program was to take place, we had a wonderful time, learned fascinating information about the night sky and got to be guided through the sky with a powerful telescope. At the end of the session, our astronomer sent us photos of the planets and star clusters that we were able to see.

We participated as a family. We took a boat with about eight guests and went out to sea, where we were able to go parasailing in groups of two or three. The staff on the boat kept the atmosphere lively, and throughout the activity, the passengers enjoyed a friendly and cheerful time together.

ボートの上ではスタッフさんが盛り上げてくれますし、アクティビティを通して、乗客も和気あいあいとしました。

The stage was close, and I could feel the breath and tension of the performers right in front of me. As expected from Cirque du Soleil, they skillfully blended Hawaii's nature with acrobatics. There was a sense of unity that brought people from all over the world together. The tall man in front of me noticed my height (156 cm) and kindly switched seats with the woman next to him. I was grateful for his gentlemanly behavior.

世界中の人々とひとつになる一体感がありました。前の席の方が背の高い男性で、後ろの私(156cm)に気付き隣りの女性とチェンジしてくるました。紳士的行動にありがたかったです。

The initial date I had booked was canceled due to weather conditions. It wasn't raining, but it was probably quite windy. I received an email about the cancellation around 8:00 AM on the day of the event, so I recommend checking your email before heading to the location. If the event is canceled, you can choose to either get a refund or reschedule. I opted to reschedule. The process is completed on the Veltra website. Since bad weather is unavoidable, if you really want to go parasailing, it's a good idea to incorporate it into the earlier part of your Hawaii trip so that you can reschedule if it gets canceled. I appreciate that safety is prioritized.

It was my first time parasailing, and I was a bit scared, so I chose the 120m option. Even at 120m, it was high enough, and the view was beautiful, which made me very satisfied. The boat was small and quite fast, so it's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand. I filmed a video of my parasailing experience with a GoPro, and I'm glad I got some very immersive footage.

At one point, I was splashed into the sea and got a little wet, so it's better to wear a swimsuit. If you're bringing a camera or smartphone, I think it's a good idea to put it in a waterproof case just in case. Since I participated in January, it was a bit chilly, and wearing a rash guard was just right.

最初に申し込んでいた日は天候のためキャンセルになりました。雨は降っていませんでしたが、おそらく風が強かったのでしょう。当日の朝8:00頃メールでキャンセルの連絡があったため、当日現地に向かう前にメールチェックするのがおすすめです。キャンセルになった場合、払い戻すか、日程変更するか選べます。私は日程変更しました。手続きはベルトラのサイトで完結します。天候不良はどうしようもないので、パラセーリングを絶対したい場合はハワイ旅行の最初の方の日程に組み込んでおいて、キャンセルになっても日程変更できるようにしておくのも手です。安全第一で実施していただきありがたいです。

初パラセーリングで怖さもあり、高さ120mを選びました。120mでも十分高く、景色もとても綺麗で満足しました。船は小型でかなりスピードが出ます。酔い止めは飲んでいった方がいいです。
GoProでパラセーリング中の動画を撮影しましたが、とても臨場感がある動画が撮れて良かったです。
途中、海にドボンされ、少し濡れるので水着で行った方がいいです。カメラやスマホを持ち込む際は念の為防水ケースなどに入れると良いと思います。
1月の参加ということもあり、少し肌寒く、ラッシュガードを羽織っての参加でちょうど良かったです。

The Hawaii version of Cirque du Soleil "AUANA." The performances without safety ropes, high-altitude balancing, juggling, and skating—every performer was truly amazing! The entire show had a structure that made you feel the essence of Hawaii, and the sense of unity, as if all the guests were participating together, was really wonderful.

ハワイバージョンのシルク・ド・ソレイユ「AUANA」。命綱なしのパフォーマンスや高所のバランス、ジャグリングにスケートなど、どのパフォーマーも本当にすごい！の一言。演目全てにハワイを感じられる構成と、ゲストも全員で演じているような一体感がとても良かった。

Premier seat reservation for a family of four.
I was hoping to be seated on the front side, but we ended up on the edge of the front row. I was worried about whether we would be able to see properly, but it turned out to be quite impressive because we were so close (though we did get a little splashed).
I think the theater has good visibility with steps in all the seats, but if you have small children, it might be wise to be careful with your seat selection. If a larger person from Europe or America sits in front of you, you might not be able to see.

正面側になれば良かったのですが、最前列の端側でした。ちゃんと見えるかなと不安でしたが、端側でも問題ないどころか近いためかなり迫力があります。(少し水が掛かります)
全ての席に段差があり見やすい劇場かと思いますが、小さいお子さんがいる場合は席の選択を気を付けたほうがいいかも。前の席に欧米のカラダが大きな方が座ると見えないかもしれません。

This was my first luau and I really didn't know what to expect. I was greatly impressed with the quality of the program, the enthusiasm of the performers and the outstanding cuisine we enjoyed for the meal. The evening with the Toa Luau group was an unforgettable highlight to our visit to Hawaii. In addition to the luau, we had the opportunity to hike to the waterfall while enjoying the beauty of the botanical garden. As I said, the whole experience was unforgettable.

I have seen Cirque du Soleil about eight times around the world. This time, I watched it in Hawaii, and it was so moving that I was brought to tears. The precision of the performances was, of course, impressive, but each individual composition was also wonderful. My family who accompanied me was also touched. I highly recommend that whether you come to Hawaii for travel, study abroad, or business, you make sure to see it.

今までシルクドソレイユは８回ほど全世界で鑑賞してきました。　今回ハワイで鑑賞しましたが、涙が出るほど感動しました。　演技のキレはもちろんですが、一つ一つの構成が素晴らしかった。　同伴の家族も感動していました。　ぜひハワイに旅行、留学、ビジネスどれで来ても、鑑賞する事お勧めします。

I participated in a tour that ended in the morning. The weather wasn't very good, and it was a bit chilly, but I didn't feel as cold as I thought I would when I got into the water. During snorkeling, there were many colorful fish, and I encountered a turtle a couple of times. Additionally, there was a pod of dolphins a little further out, making it a satisfying tour in a short amount of time. Next time I come to Hawaii, I want to recommend it to my friends and join them.

午前中で終了するツアーでしたので参加してみました。余り良い天候ではなく、少し肌寒い気温でしたが海に入ると思ったより寒く感じませんでした。シュノーケリングでは様々な色の魚がたくさんいて、カメさんにも２度程遭遇デキました。更に少し先の方にはイルカの群れがいてたりと短時間で色々と満足デキたツアーでした。次回、ハワイに来た時には友人達に勧めて一緒に参加したいです。

Absolutely loved this activity!!! Our tour guides Vea, Everette, and Emely were amazing and made our tour so much fun! Definitely a must when in Hawai’i!

I rode for two hours.
I was able to enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and mountains in the great outdoors. I was excited to visit a location that served as the setting for the 1993 film Jurassic Park.
Since I was riding for two hours straight, be careful of muscle soreness.

The weather was a bit bad, with many clouds, but Diamond Head looked very beautiful. Also, it was a great experience to see the rainbow at such a beautiful moment! The explanations and reception were provided in Japanese and simple English.

5/5 stars! Celebrated my husband's birthday at Dolphin Quest Oahu and we had an absolute blast! Despite the windy weather, our whole family created unforgettable memories together!

We had a great experience parasailing. It was definitely a highlight of our trip. The crew was friendly, experienced, and we felt safe and well taken care of. Our group consisted of 2 adults and 4 teens (15 & 17 y/o). We were combined with one other family of 5.

First of all, the driver was great. Being Japanese made me feel at ease. Thanks to their service-oriented spirit and the various information they provided, I was able to fully enjoy the North Shore even in a short time. It was my first time horseback riding, and I was worried, but the thorough explanation of the precautions in the vehicle allowed everything to proceed smoothly. The local female staff were also kind, and my son, who is in the third year of middle school, enjoyed horseback riding as well. He said it was the best part of our trip. I was also satisfied with the delicious restaurants they recommended. The ocean was very beautiful, and I would love to go to the North Shore again.

I enjoyed a thrilling and exciting time. My son, who is in his third year of middle school, was also happy. Although my reservation was confirmed, the email from Veltra only registered one ticket, so I had to pick up another ticket at the service counter. However, the staff were kind, and even though the two of us couldn't speak English, we were assisted without any difficulty. It seems better to head to the reception early, as there were many people who entered just before the show started. I also remember seeing a note that drinks could only be purchased inside the venue, but it was quite vague. When I asked the staff checking tickets if I could bring in a plastic bottle, they just ignored the question.

予約は通っていましたが、ベルトラさんから送られてきたメールでは1名分しかチケット登録されていなくて、サービスカウンターでもう一人分のチケットを受け取る必要が生じましたが、スタッフの方も優しくて、英語喋れない二人でも苦労なく対応してもらえました。
こういうこともあるので、早めに受付に向かう方が良さそうです。
ただ、ほとんどの方は開演直前になって入場して来られる感じでした。
また飲み物は店内購入以外持ち込めないような記載があった気がしますが、わりとアバウトで、ペットボトル持込可能かをチケット確認のスタッフに聞いたら、スルーでした。

It was a two-hour experience of rain coming and going. I was worried about whether I could enjoy it, but the misty scenery was fantastic. I was anxious about riding for two hours, but the smart horse mostly moved on its own. The instructor used a little Japanese, but it was mostly in English. I couldn't understand most of it, but I had a very enjoyable time riding for the first time in the great outdoors. Thank you very much.
