It was fun and felt like a resort, but since six groups were boarding, we were swaying for over an hour, and the seasickness was intense. Almost everyone got sick. Moreover, we were the sixth group out of six, and when we took off, I felt nauseous and nervous, so my condition was at its worst.

However, once we actually took off, it felt really good, and there was absolutely no fear, so my boyfriend, who has a fear of heights, seemed to enjoy it. But whether we actually flew to the specified height, I couldn't tell at all from a layman's perspective! (laughs)

At the end, we bought the photos taken by the instructor, but they didn't give us our change back. Even though we gave a tip separately...

最後にインストラクターの方が撮ってくれた写真を買うのですが、
お釣りを返してくれませんでした。

The explanation before horseback riding was just a simple Japanese video, so I was honestly quite anxious, but once I got on the horse, all my worries disappeared.

I understood that I needed to follow the horse in front of me, so when the horse in front stopped, I stopped too. When it moved, I moved. All the horses were very smart and didn’t stray off course at all. They are really clever!

This time, in addition to the four of us, there were two Westerners participating individually, making a total of six people plus one guide for the two-hour course.

The guide only knew simple Japanese necessary for horseback riding, like “kick with both feet” and “pull,” so all the explanations about the movie filming along the way were in English. I thought that maybe Japanese people tend to sign up for half-day courses, as there were not many participants in the two-hour course.

At the end, we passed by another group of about 20 people, who were mostly Japanese. They had a Japanese guide. If you want to hear explanations in Japanese, this course might be better for you.

The scenery was absolutely amazing, and the two hours flew by! Many movies, including "Lost," "Jurassic Park," and "Godzilla," were filmed here, and we also passed the filming location for the remake of "Journey to the Center of the Earth," which is scheduled for release in 2012.

It’s quite far from Waikiki to Kualoa Ranch, but if I have the chance, I would love to join the two-hour course again!

乗馬前の説明は簡単な日本語ビデオを見るだけだったので、正直かなり不安でしたが、お馬さんに乗ったら不安も吹っ飛びました。

前の馬についていくことをわかっているので、前の馬が止まったら自分も止まる。動いたら動く。とどの馬もとっても頭がよく、激しくコースを外れることはありません。
本当におりこうさんたちです。

今回、私たち4人のほかに西洋人2名がそれぞれ一人参加で、計6人＋ガイド1名で2時間コースを楽しみました。

ガイドさんは「両足蹴って」とか「引っ張って」とか乗馬に必要な簡単な日本語しかわからない方だったので、途中の映画撮影についての説明などはすべて英語です。日本人はほとんどの方が半日コースなどに申し込まれるからか、日本人の2時間コースの参加は少ないのかなと思いました。

最後、ほかのグループとすれ違いましたが、20名ぐらい？の大人数でほぼ日本人のようでした。こちらは日本人ガイドさんがいらっしゃいました。説明を日本語で聞きたいのならこちらのコースがいいのかもしれません。

ワイキキからクアロア牧場までかなり遠いけど、機会があればまた2時間コースに参加したいです♪

This was by far the best activity that we booked on Oahu. The scenery was gorgeous and the horses were well behaved. The two guides were very knowledgeable about the ranch and you run into some interesting leftover movie/TV sets throughout the valley that make for some great pictures!

I rode with my husband, daughter, and grandchildren. I was very scared before getting on, but after we went up, it felt great, and the view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the sea was wonderful. The staff's response was also enjoyable, making it a great memory.

主人と娘や孫と乗りました。乗る前はとても怖かったですが、上がった後はとても気持ち良く、海からワイキキの浜とダイヤモンドヘッドが臨めて素晴らしかったです。スタッフの対応も楽しく良い思い出になりました。

This is a really convenient luau. In good walking distance or a cab ride away from all the hotels and incredibly delicious food. Be sure to get the Golden Circle, because we did and we had excellent front row type of seating. CHECK IN EARLY TO BYPASS THE CROWD!!!

Some bad "Cons" about this is:
there is no good/ romantic picture taking scenery, chairs are situated very close to eachother so your banging elbows with the next person, its on the top of a parking lot structure and its just surrounded by a bunch of buildings.

Staff was friendly, water is always provided, the Food is BETTER tasting from all the other Luau's I have been too.. so that is a plus.

It was a wonderful sail and beautiful scenery of Diamond Head, Waikiki and Town. The Captain answered all of my daughter's questions, and let me tell you..SHE HAD A LOT of questions!! She even made friends with another little girl on-board. We didn't snorkel because I am not a great swimmer and the waves looked kinda rough, but its ok...me and my daughter was on the top drinking our Orange and Guave juice and enjoying the breeze, relaxing and taking in the scenery.

The Catamaran was clean, comfortable, and had 2 CLEAN bathrooms on-board (Women and Men). The staff was very friendly, always came around to see how we were doing and offering us anything to drink.. Beautiful way to spend your afternoon.. Well done, Thank you Hawaiiactivities.com and Hawaii Nautical!!

I wasn't sure about a Luau IN Waikiki but this one was really enjoyable. You don't have to take a bus 45 minutes each way or more outside of Waikiki, as you have to do with the other Luau's, which is a real plus! The food was excellent with a big assortment so there's really something that everyone would like. There's not really a bad seat in the house either. Of course we were sitting front row and it was pretty cool. Worth the extra bucks, in my opinion. The performers were really top notch. I'm not sure what I expected but they definitely exceeded anything I could have imagined. Definitely the best fire-dancers I've ever seen and I live here, so I've seen many. The whole experience was really fun and impressive. A great way to experience the culture of the islands.

I've been on other snorkeling cruises but was REALLY IMPRESSED with the boat and the crew. The boat was very clean, open and comfortable. Having great his and her bathrooms was a nice plus as well. The crew were fun, informative and professional. They make you feel very comfortable and taken care of. Swimming with the turtles was a total treat. There's a crew member in the water with you the entire time and they are not only looking out for your safety but are answering questions about the fish, turtles and the total area. In addition, they are educating you so you really "swim" away knowing more than when you came. The sailing portion was really relaxing and peaceful. It's great to see Waikiki & Diamond Head Crater from the water and being able to leave on this trip from the Hilton is a real plus. Even the food and snacks were good. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Our friend recommended that we do this cruise and boy was I not disappointed. I have been on several other snorkeling trips before but never have i been so close to turtles! The staff was really amazing and it even comes with 3 free alcoholic drinks! The lunch was very ono as well. Over all a really fun day!

When I participated, there were seven foreigners and four Japanese people. There was also an explanation in Japanese, and I had a lot of fun. If you pay an additional $30, the staff over there will take photos with their camera. They gave me the photos along with an SD card. I think it's a good deal since I got 140 photos with a 2GB card. It seems that it’s also possible for three people, as the foreign guests were a couple with a child.

外国の方は夫婦＋子供で３人で飛んでいたので、３人も可能なようです。

I experienced this after being recommended by a friend who went to Hawaii the year before last. The opportunity to interact with dolphins is quite rare, so it was really great. The Royal Course foot push (where two dolphins push your feet) was so much fun. I tried it twice with my companion, but we couldn't do it well and found it really difficult.

There were also plans to interact with sea lions and Hawaiian leis, and time flew by quickly. At the entrance, you receive a wristband with the times for each program, but the times listed can vary; some are the check-in deadlines (30 minutes before the meeting time) while others are the start times, which can lead to a lot of waiting and rushing. It might be a good idea to confirm the meeting and start times with a staff member who speaks Japanese after receiving the wristband.

一昨年ハワイに行った友達に勧められて体験しました。
イルカと触れ合えるという体験はなかなか出来ないのでとてもよかったです。
ロイヤルコースのフットプッシュ（２頭のイルカに足を押してもらう）は本当に楽しかったです。
一緒に行った２回トライしましたがうまくできず、すごく難しいと言っていました。
他にもシーライオンと触れ合うプランとハワイアンレイと触れ合うプランがセットになっていて時間があっという間に過ぎてしまいました。
入り口で各プログラムの時間が書かれたリストバンドをはめてもらうのですが、記載されている時間があるプログラムはチェックイン締切時間（集合時間の３０分前）だったりまたあるプログラムは開始時間だったりとまちまちですごく待たされたり慌てることになったりと大変でした。
バンドをもらったら日本語ができるスタッフに集合時間や開始時間を確認したほうがいいかもしれません。

I had a wish to swim with dolphins, and it came true! I swam while holding onto the dorsal fin of a dolphin and played with them. However, since it was done in turns, I could only touch the dolphins a little bit.

It was a bit pricey, but I recommend it for those who want to swim with dolphins.

一度イルカと一緒に泳いでみたい！という願いがかないました。
プールの中でイルカの背びれにつかまって泳いだり、
イルカとたわむれました。
でも順番に少しずつなので、実際イルカに触れられるのは少しです。

ちょっと値段は高かったけど、イルカに乗って泳ぎたい人にはおすすめです。

The worst thing about the trip was I had to go home. I did the 7 am tour and the staff was great. The boat was nice and clean everything was way above board. I bought the video and I watched as soon as I got back home on the mainland and I still cant believe the beautiful sharks and how many of them were in the waters it was not what I expected but thankful. If you are reading my post you better do this.. One of the best tours I went on while I was in Hawaii...My last comment I cant wait to do it again someday..

I tried parasailing for the first time with him. At first, the staff told us, "Not this boat! That one!" and it was quite chaotic. In the end, we were able to get on the boat, but it felt a bit invasive.

Parasailing was so much fun! Due to the weather, only two groups, including us, were able to fly... but we were lucky to be the last ones to board the boat despite our packed schedule!

I was nervous until we took off, but the beautiful view of Waikiki and the round rainbow we saw when looking down were amazing!

Since we understood English, we were able to enjoy it, but it might be a bit inconvenient for those who don't speak English. They speak quickly, and I think you might wonder what they are saying.

I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take some medication.

It became a really great memory!☆

彼と一緒に始めてパラセイリングをしてみました。
はじめにスタッフの人に
“こっちの船じゃない！あっちだ！”
と追いやられ、てんやわんやでした。
結局船には乗せてもらえましたがちょっと侵害でした。

パラセイリングはとっても楽しかったです！
お天気の関係で私たちを含めて２組しか飛べませんでしたが…予定びっしりの私たちが一番最後に船に乗り込めてラッキーでした！

飛ぶまではどきどきでしたが、ワイキキのきれいな景色と、なんといっても下を見下ろしたときに見れた丸い虹は最高でした！

英語がわかる私たちだったので楽しめましたが、
英語がわからないとちょっと不便です。
早口ですし、何言ってるのかなぁ？って思ってしまうと思います。

酔いやすい人は酔い止めを飲むことをお勧めします。


とっても良い思い出になりました☆

We participated as a family of two.
There were a total of five participants, which made it feel very homey, and we had a great time in the wagon.
The guide was also entertaining.
This tree, Dole, Haleiwa, canyon horseback riding, garlic shrimp lunch, turtle watching, and arriving at the hotel around 3 PM.
It was my first time horseback riding, and I was a bit anxious, but I was able to ride for an hour and a half, and by the end, I got used to the horse and had a lot of fun.
I had always wanted to try the garlic shrimp from the North Shore, and my wish came true. It was very delicious and impressive.
They adjusted the sightseeing times here and there, allowing us to have a meaningful day. We were also able to do some shopping!
It was truly more enjoyable than I expected. Thank you very much.

I participated in the Japanese guide's time slot.
I recommend it for those who can't snorkel or dive.
I joined for my 5-year-old son.
We could see sharks and turtles, and we received a pamphlet (in Japanese!) with a list of possible sea creatures we might see, so my son was quite happy comparing the pamphlet with what we saw on the ocean floor.
However, the diving time is a bit long at 45 minutes, so towards the end, it can get a little boring.
Also, it felt like the air conditioning was a bit too strong, so I recommend bringing warm items like a shawl or cardigan.
The staff at the dock were very kind and treated my son very nicely, which was great.

日本語ガイドの時間帯に参加しました。
シュノーケリングやダイビングができない人にお勧めです。
私は5歳の息子のために参加しました。
サメやカメなどが見られるし、見られる可能性のある海の生き物の名前のりすとのあるパンフ（日本語！）ももらえるので、息子はパンフと海の底を見比べては、それなりに喜んでおりました。
ただし、潜水時間が45分とやや長めなので、最後の方はやや飽きがきます。
また、空調がやや効きすぎている感があり、ショールやカーデガンなどの防寒グッズと持っていかれることをお勧めします。
船着き場のスタッフの方がとても親切で、息子にとても優しくしてくれましたのも良かったです。

The session I participated in had only two other guests, so I was able to interact with the dolphins a lot!

I was really looking forward to swimming while holding onto the dolphin's dorsal fin, but it seems I misunderstood the course details, as that wasn't included. Instead, I got to lie on the dolphin's back and swim while holding hands! I can't express how happy I felt.

I usually don't buy photos sold at tourist spots, but since the kiss photo with the dolphin could only be taken from the photographer's position, and there was a coupon for a DVD from Alan1.net, I decided to buy one photo and received the DVD.

I'm currently enjoying the afterglow while watching the DVD.

By the way, I’m an adult and can’t swim, but I was able to float with a life jacket, and most of the activities were in a shallow pool where I could stand. So, it was fine. There were times when I had to swim in the pool, but if you're like me and don't have a fear of water, I think you'll manage just fine.

Next time, I want to challenge myself with the Royal Swim!

イルカの背びれにつかまって泳ぐのをとても楽しみにしていたのですが、コース内容を勘違いしていたらしく、背びれにつかまって泳ぐのはなかったのですが、
イルカが仰向けになってそのお腹に乗って、手をつないで泳ぎました！！
もう何て言えばよいのか、本当に幸せな気分になれまし
た。

普段は観光地で売り物の写真は買わない主義なのですが、イルカとのKISS写真はカメラマンさんのポジションからしか撮れないのと、Alan1.netさんのDVDプレゼントクーポンがあったので、写真を1枚買い、DVDをいただきました。

DVDを見て、余韻に浸っています。

因みに私は大人で、泳げないのですが、ライフジャケットで浮けるし、浅いプールで大半が足の着く位置でのアクティビティだったので、大丈夫でした。
泳いでプールの中にいかなきゃいけないときもありましたが、私のように、恐怖心はなくただ泳げない方であればなんとかなると思います。

次回はロイヤルスイムに挑戦したいと思います！！

Participation in each event involves running quickly after the explanation and writing our names on the registration forms for each event.

Once the forms reach capacity, registration closes, and we are told to go to other events.

Since the start and end times of the events are different, we need to manage our time well; otherwise, we won't be able to complete the two morning events.

I found out on-site that horseback riding and the buggy ride cannot be combined.

Well worth the experience for the activity and the views. It is a moderate hike, so if you are overwieght and/or out of shape, it takes a lot of effort. Take water, go earlier rather than later, and don't go on an empty stomach. Very enjoyable.

One of my daughter's requests for this trip to Hawaii was to kiss a dolphin! We participated in a tour that made this dream come true. Since I was pregnant, I couldn't join in, so I took on the role of photographer by the poolside. However, the photos taken by the staff there turned out much nicer, so I recommend purchasing them as a keepsake.

Currently, there's a campaign where if you buy photos, you receive a DVD, so I made sure to get that as well. It was great!

As for my daughter, she was a bit nervous seeing the dolphins up close, but it turned into a wonderful memory. Once she gets a little older, I would love for her to participate in a program where she can play with the dolphins!

今回のハワイ旅行の娘のリクエストの一つ。イルカさんにキスしたい！！という夢を叶える事ができるツアーということで参加させていただきました。
私は妊娠中という事で参加はできなかったのでプールサイドで撮影係に徹していたのですが、現地で撮影していただいた物のほうが綺麗に撮れていましたので思い出に購入をお勧めします。
今キャンペーン中で写真を購入するとＤＶＤを頂けるとという事でしっかりもらってきました。よかったですよ。

肝心の娘は間近で見るイルカにかたまり　緊張したようですがいい思い出ができました。
もう少し大きくなったら今度はイルカと遊べるプログラムのほうにも参加してみたいです！

All in all, was a good experience. The entertainment was excellent. Much less people than at the Polynesian Cultural Center lu'au which was very nice. The only problem was the server who was extremely rude and sarcastic and made a part of the night very unpleasant.

My new husband and I booked a private ride with the Hawaii Polo Club while on our honeymoon. I've been on several other guided horseback trail rides in the past, but this was a little different. For one thing, the horses are actually polo-horses, not the standard "follow-the-leader" horses of a typical ranch. Because of this, you are better off if you have at least a little experience in handling horses. There were a few times that loud noises or unfamiliar things on the path caused some skittishness.

One thing that made me a little uncomfortable was that my activity voucher said we would need to sign a liability waiver before the ride. I assume this is a standard practice, but the staff at the club just saddled up our horses, and off we went. No forms, no waivers, they didnt even tell us their names, nor did they ask ours. Good thing (for them) our slightly skittish horses didnt dump us on our heads.

We thought we could hike to the waterfall and then go snorkeling. From what I had read that would be a possibility. Both were morning options. He parked centrally then we walked to meet him. For the price I should not have expected to be taken to each destination I suppose, but I did. Still we had a good time and swimming in the waterfall was GREAT

It was a trip to Hawaii for me, my son, and my 75-year-old mother. However, since my mother's legs were not in good condition before departure, my son and I participated in optional activities separately from her. She joined the submarine tour alone.

The transportation service was said to be kind and attentive. Since the explanation was in Japanese, it was easy to understand and enjoy. She was able to see turtles and many fish swimming.

Additionally, she noticed that Cessnas and boats were intentionally sunk in the fish tanks, where divers were seen diving. For small children, elderly people, or those who want to avoid getting sunburned at the sea, I recommend the submarine and similar activities. Since it's Hawaii, please make sure to see the fish swimming.

Those who have experienced snorkeling or sea walking might find it a bit lacking.

私と息子、母の三人のハワイ旅行でしたが、７５歳の母の脚の具合が出発前から、良くなかったので、私と息子、母とオプショナルを分けて参加しました。サブマリンは母が一人で参加。
送迎も親切で丁寧だったそうです。
日本語説明の時間帯だったので、わかりやすく楽しむことができました。亀や多くの魚が泳ぐ姿が見えたそうです。
また、セスナや船が魚たちの魚槽に、意図的に沈めてありダイバーたちが潜っているのも見えたそうです。
小さな子供やお年寄りの方、海で日に焼けたくない方は、潜水艦などがおすすめです。せっかくのハワイなので、是非、魚たちの泳ぐ姿を見てください。
シュノーケリングやシーウオークを体験された方は、少し物足りないかもしれません。

We participated in late March with three generations of our family. This is a unique experience that I can recommend to anyone who loves dolphins. The hotel shuttle service was smooth, and there were explanations in Japanese at the site, so there were no issues. However, during the actual dolphin session, only English was used. But I think it’s manageable since they communicate with gestures.

We joined the second session in the morning (11:00), but the water felt cold. It would be good to have a rash guard, and many children were shivering, so if you have someone who gets cold easily, bringing a long-sleeved jacket would be convenient to warm up after the session.

The facility is not large, so even small children can enjoy it. Everyone wears life jackets that fit their size, which is reassuring. However, children who are not used to seawater or dislike getting water on their faces may get upset and not enjoy the experience.

If there are observers, it’s possible to take photos from a distance. Our family had someone taking pictures, and they managed to capture some shots with a small digital camera at maximum zoom. There are also photos and DVDs available for purchase taken by the park's photographers. Honestly, they were very well taken, so I bought some, although not all. I also purchased one DVD and plan to make copies for our family.

こんな体験、なかなかできないのでイルカが好きな方にはオススメできます。
ホテルからの送迎も問題なくおこなわれ、現地でも日本語での説明がありましたので困ることはありませんでしたが、実際のイルカとのセッション中では英語のみです。でも身振り手振りで教えているので問題ないと思います。

午前中、2回目(11：00)に参加しましたが、水は冷たく感じました。ラッシュガードがあると良いですし、子供は震える子が沢山いたので、冷え性の方を含めて長袖の上着も持参された方が終わった後、しばらくは体を温められるので便利です。

大きな施設ではないので、小さなお子さんでも楽しめます。全員がサイズに合ったライフジャケットを着用するので安心です。ただ、海水に慣れていなかったり、顔に水がかかると嫌がるお子さんはぐずったりして参加しても楽しめないかもしれません。

見学する方がいれば遠くから写真を撮ることは可能です。我が家でも見学者が撮影していましたが、小型のデジカメで一番ズームをした状態でなんとか撮影できました。
パークのカメラマンが撮影してくれる写真とＤＶＤが販売されています。正直、すごくよく撮れているので全部ではありませんでしたが購入しました。ＤＶＤも１枚購入し、参加家族内でコピーしようとおもっています。

The usual choice for horseback riding was Kualoa Ranch, but since the reviews for their horseback riding weren't very good, I searched online and found this ranch that offers a tour with transportation included. I had been using Alan for optional activities in Hawaii, so I made a reservation.
The horses here are very smart, and even beginners can enjoy horseback riding with peace of mind. They walk at a very leisurely pace, which might be a bit unsatisfying for experienced riders, but I was able to take photos with one hand while enjoying the scenery in the mountains.
The trail goes through some very enchanting trees, and the view of the North Shore from the top of the mountain was absolutely beautiful.
I think it's definitely an experience worth having when you visit Hawaii.

乗馬の出来る牧場はクアロア牧場とお決まりでしたが、乗馬の評判はあまりよくないので、ネットで検索していたらこちらの牧場で送迎つきのツアーを見つけました。以前からハワイのオプショナル利用はアランを使っていたので予約しました。
ここにいる馬達はとても賢くて初心者でも安心して乗馬が楽しめます。とてもゆつくりしたペースで歩くので経験者には物足りないかもしれませんが山の中の景色を楽しみながら片手で写真を撮ることもできました。
山道ではとても幻想的な木々の中を通っていき山の上から見るノースショアの海は最高に綺麗でした。
ハワイに行ったら是非とも経験した方がいいと思います。

I always appreciate Alan1's service. This is my second visit to Kualoa Ranch. During my first visit, I participated in a package that included transportation and allowed me to choose four activities, but I felt that the one-hour horseback riding was not enough. So this time, I signed up for a two-hour horseback riding course. The two-hour option offers a different route and allows you to go further in with a buggy, so I was able to fully enjoy the experience. However, since there was no transportation provided, it was quite challenging to get there from Waikiki on my own. I took the bus from Ala Moana, which took quite a bit of time, and since there are not many buses, I ended up spending a lot of time on travel before and after. It felt wasteful. Especially on the way back, the bus did not pass by at the scheduled time, and I had to wait nearly an hour for the next bus after the previous one had just left. It was getting quite dark, and I became anxious about whether I would make it back to Waikiki safely. I wish there were an option to request transportation for those who do not rent a car, even if it is at a higher price. I would like to go horseback riding again if the opportunity arises, and I would be happy if a transportation-inclusive plan is available by then.

いつもalan1にお世話になっております。２度目のクアロア牧場です。１度目は４種目選択する送迎付きのものに参加しましたが、前回乗馬１時間が物足りなかったので今回乗馬だけ２時間コースを申し込みました。やはり２時間だとコースも違ってバギーで行く奥の方まで行けるので十分満喫できました。ただ、送迎がないのでワイキキから自力で行かなければならないのが大変でした。アラモアナからBUSに乗ってかなり時間を要したし、本数も少ないので前後の移動時間にかなり時間を割くことになったのがもったいなかったです。特に帰りがバス停を通過する時間が定刻でないのと、ちょうど前のBUSが行った後だったのか次のBUSを１時間弱待つことになり、辺りは真っ暗になってきて無事ワイキキまでたどり着けるのか気疲れしてしまいました。オプションでレンタカーで行かない人用に割高でも送迎を頼めるようになっているといいのにと思いました。また機会があれば乗馬に行きたいのでその頃には送迎付きプランも設定されていれば嬉しいです。

This time, my family participated in different activities (horseback riding and the pineapple train), but our guide, Musashi, adjusted the schedule to allow us to spend as much time together as possible. 今回家族で別々の内容での参加(乗馬とパイナップル列車)でしたが、ガイドのムサシさんが出来るだけ家族一緒に行動できるようにと時間を調整してピックアップしてくれたので、とても楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました~

I finally got to meet the dolphins I had been dreaming about! I learned how to train them and took on the challenge. Amazing! Dolphins are so smart!

Even though I was just an amateur customer giving instructions, they followed along perfectly, and I was really impressed!

However, I almost missed out on the experience. I got passed over and had to protest in broken English to the white instructor before I could finally interact with them. It felt like I was being blamed for something, which was quite unpleasant.

All the explanations were in fast English, and she didn’t speak a word of broken Japanese. I managed to understand, but it was frustrating... Even though this is a tourist spot in Hawaii, I didn’t appreciate her refusal to use any Japanese. She didn’t smile at all.

I’m sure there are good instructors out there, but...

The staff's response rating is ☆☆ because of this experience.

In contrast, the Japanese female staff were extremely kind and saved the day.

It was mentioned that it’s better not to bring extra money, but they sell photos of you interacting with the dolphins for $16 each, so I recommend bringing some cash for that. The photos turn out so beautifully that you’ll want to buy them. You can take three poses per person. There are lockers available, but the showers are just old-fashioned water showers.

素人の客の指示なのに、ちゃんと動いてくれて感激！

でも、危うくやらせてもらえないところでした。抜かされてしまい、白人のインストラクターに拙い英語で抗議して、やっと触れ合うことができました。何だか私が悪いみたいな顔をされて、不愉快でした。
説明は全て早い英語で、片言の日本語も話しません。何とか理解したので良かったですが・・・ハワイの観光場所なのに、日本語を一切拒否するような彼女には好感がもてませんでした。笑顔がない人でした。
良いインストラクターもいるのでしょうが・・・

スタッフの対応評価が、☆☆　なのは、そのためです。

それに引き換え、日本人の女性スタッフは非常に親切で救われました。

余分なお金は持っていかない方が良いと書いてありましたが、イルカと触れ合っている写真が１枚１６ドルで販売するので、その分も持って行くことをお勧めします。余りにも綺麗に撮れているので買いたくなりますよ。一人３ポーズあります。　　一応、ロッカーはあります。　シャワーは、旧式の水シャワーのみです。
