I was anxious since I had no experience with horseback riding, but I enjoyed it very much. After watching a simple video explanation, I got on the horse right away, and the horse was so smart that I didn't really have to give any commands. The guide was very attentive to everyone and led us well. She was a very cute guide. I don't think you can often experience horseback riding in such magnificent scenery. I have experienced various optional tours overseas, but this was the best. After jumping out of the boat and rising a little, it was nice to touch the water once. Then, we quickly ascended to the sky, and it was dynamic. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from above was amazing. The flying time was about 10 minutes, but it was a great tour overall.

I booked tickets to match my travel schedule since it opened at the end of last year. I was able to purchase discounted tickets through Veltra on a first-come, first-served basis. Although I was seated in the back, the tiered seating allowed for an unobstructed view. Time flew by, and the entire audience gave a standing ovation. Although it's not cheap due to the weak yen, it's a show I want to see again when I visit Hawaii next time.

I would like to watch from a different seat next time. There was a line to get into the venue. When entering, we had to show a QR code, but for some reason, we got stuck and had to line up again, which was disappointing.

Walking on the vast green areas like in the photo is rare, and you mostly proceed along mountain paths. I only saw one good movie filming location (which wasn't particularly striking), so if you're expecting movie-related attractions, a bus tour of the filming locations might be a good option.

I've seen almost all of the Cirque du Soleil shows, and this one had a beautiful production that was perfect for Hawaii. However, my seat was right to the side, which was disappointing. I would like to see it from the front next time; can I choose that option with Veltra? The seating is crucial for the show, so that's the only downside. Overall, I was satisfied with the show itself.

If it wasn’t for our tour guide, Dave, our adventure would have been very unsatisfactory. There was far far too much driving. The caves were inaccessible for most of us as the rocks were slippery. The stairs were steep, and there weren’t enough hiking sticks to go around. we stopped for quite a bit of time just to have lunch, which to me was very unnecessary. A snack would’ve sufficed. Then we drove, which seemed to be forever to go see the most recent lava flow… Which was quite interesting but somewhat repetitive. Again, if it wasn’t for our tour guide, Dave, his personality, information and enthusiasm It would’ve been a bust. Again far far far too much driving for what we actually could get out and enjoy and see.
