I participated in this tour because it departs from Waikiki Beach, making it convenient and time-efficient. Although I don't understand much English, I received a Japanese notice after departure. I was able to see dolphins in the distance and multiple sea turtles. The sea turtles up close are very cute! The view of Diamond Head from the sea while sailing was also wonderful! I was lucky to be with a Japanese person who spoke English, so I got help with things I didn't understand. The staff were all friendly, and I had a great experience.

ワイキキビーチ沿いからの出航で、時間的にもロスがなく便利なのでこのツアーに参加しました。
英語はあまりわからないですが、出航後 日本語表記の注意書きを渡されます。
遠くでイルカも見えて、ウミガメも複数見ることが出来ました。近くで見るウミガメはとても可愛いです！
セーリングで海から見るダイヤモンドヘッドも素晴らしかったです！
たまたま英語を話される日本の方とご一緒出来たので解らないところは助けて貰えてラッキーでした。
スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで楽しい体験が出来ました。

It was a pretty easy, well maintained. Interesting factoids.

We participated as a couple with our two 4-year-old children. During the experience, we were unable to take photos ourselves, as the staff took pictures for us. Therefore, the photos with the dolphins were supposed to be very important memories. However, when we checked the photos at the end during the purchase, one child's photo was missing, and when we asked the staff, they couldn't explain why... It was very disappointing that, even though the photos were included in the price, we didn't have a photo of one of our children.

体験中は自分たちで写真を撮ることはできず、スタッフの方が撮影してくださるシステムだったため、イルカとの写真はとても大事な思い出になるはずでした。ところが、最後購入時に写真を確認すると子ども1人の分が撮影されておらず、スタッフに尋ねても理由は分からないとのこと…。
写真も料金に含まれているのに、子ども1名の写真が残らなかったのは非常に残念でした。

I experienced a submarine for the first time. The submarine itself is not something you can experience often, so it was a valuable and enjoyable experience. However, I didn't see as many fish as I had expected. The boat that takes you to the submarine, and the submarine itself when it's near the surface, can be quite rocky. Neither my husband nor I are prone to seasickness, but we both felt a bit queasy.

初めて潜水艦を体験しました。
潜水艦自体は中々体験できないので、貴重な経験ができて楽しかったです。
ただ、魚は思ったよりも見えませんでした。
潜水艦まで移動する船、そして潜水艦が海面近くにある時はかなり揺れます。
そこまで船酔いする方ではないですが、私も夫も船酔いしました。

I participated with my high school son and middle school daughter. All three of us did parasailing at the same time. One of the staff members at the reception and one of the two staff members on the boat spoke Japanese, so communication wasn't too difficult.

We were able to enjoy a great view of Waikiki from the sea. My daughter was smiling and having fun the whole time. Just before returning to the boat at the end, we lightly touched the water, but we were quickly pulled back up, and I felt that the control was very good.

高校生の息子、中学生の娘、私の3人で参加しました。3人同時にパラセーリングを行いました。受付の方と、ボートに乗り込んだスタッフ2名のうちの1名は日本語ができましたので、コミュニケーションにはそう困りませんでした。

ワイキキを海側から一望することができ、大変よい景色を見ることが出来ました。娘は終始笑顔で楽しんでいました。終盤にボートに戻る直前、海に軽く着水してもらいましたが、すぐに引き上げていただきコントロールが上手だと感じました。

The explanations were all in fast English, so I didn't understand them well, but the scenery was beautiful, and it's no surprise that it has been used in multiple movies. I hope to be able to book a lunch option next time.

Every aspect of the luau was wonderful. The ambience, the view, the dinner, the singing, and the dancers!

It's a real submarine. Although it was made for tourism, you can see the bottom of the ocean in Waikiki. The air conditioning works well, so it's comfortable, and I was able to see small fish and sharks. Unfortunately, I didn't see any sea turtles.

本物の潜水艦です。観光用に作られたものではありますが、ワイキキの海の底を見ることができます。エアコンがきちんと効いているので快適だし、小さな魚やシャークをを見ることができました。残念ながらウミガメは見られませんでした。

Paddling a canoe and riding the waves! I probably expected to get wet, but I really got splashed. I had a very fun experience getting hit by the waves in Waikiki. It's definitely something you should try!

The 1000ft line gave incredible views! The takeoff and landing were smooth and overall it was a great event!

The boat ride was beautiful with views of Waikiki and Diamond Head and my family had smiles all around.

The crew was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the sharks and ocean life!! A win!

Kids had such a blast, with a baby in the family we had to skip the ATV but this tour was nothing short of a blast, so much movie history and the ranch does it up on the grounds!!

This time, it might be because we had the place exclusively for our family, but the kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff really shone through, and it was an activity filled with the desire to create many memories! We started with the banana boat and then moved on to the bumper tube, but after falling into the sea from the banana boat, my 7-year-old got scared and said he didn't want to do the bumper tube. The staff encouraged him, saying, "We won't let you fall, so give it a try!" and he decided to experience it. My son was very satisfied with the experience! Thanks to the playful staff, we had a wonderful time, and what I still remember is the smiles of all the staff! My son has completely warmed up to the staff and is saying he wants to see them again, wondering if they are doing well. They even helped us by driving us to a hotel that wasn't part of our original plan. Additionally, they took good care of the hat that my daughter forgot, and when we went to pick it up later, they greeted us with smiles. I want to see everyone again! Oh, and they took a lot of videos on my smartphone, so we can look back on them. What incredible hospitality!

今回は我が家だけの貸し切りだったのも理由かもしれませんが、スタッフ皆さんの優しさと心配り、沢山思い出を作ってもらいたいという気持ちがとても伝わるアクティビティでした！
バナナボートから始まってバンパーチューブと続きましたが、バナナボートで海に落ちたのをきっかけに7歳が怖がってしまいバンパーチューブをやりたくないと言い始めました。絶対に落とさないからチャレンジしてみな！とスタッフに言われ、体験することに。息子も大満足で体験することができました！遊び心をもったスタッフの方のおかげで、素敵な時間を過ごせ、今も思い出すのはスタッフの皆さんの笑顔です！息子はすっかりスタッフの方になついて、元気にしてるかな、また会いたいと言っています。予定になかった宿泊先のホテルまで送ってくださり、助かりました。そして娘が忘れてしまった帽子もきちんと保管してくださっていて、後日取りに行った際も笑顔で出迎えてくださりました。
また皆さんに会いたいです！
そうそう！スマホでたくさん動画を撮ってくれて見返すことができています。なんというホスピタリティ！

They took us out on a banana boat and a bumper tube just for the two of us, and we enjoyed both for about 15 minutes each! Before we started, they took our smartphones to capture some photos, which made for some wonderful memories.

バナナボートもバンパーチューブも私たち2人だけのために船を出してくれ、どちらも15分ずつぐらい楽しませてくれました！開始前にスマホを渡して写真撮影もしてくださり、とてもいい思い出になりました。

My 9-year-old daughter participated. Since it was a surfing experience in shallow waters, I felt more at ease as a parent with her wearing a life jacket. She really practiced surfing and was able to stand on the board properly within an hour. She felt a sense of accomplishment and said it was a really great experience! Additionally, although there was an extra charge, they also filmed a video, and the quality of the final product is good.

9歳の娘が参加しました。遠浅な所で波乗り体験なので、出来ればライフジャケットを着用するのが親としては安心です。本当にサーフィンを練習するので一時間もすればきちんと板の上に立てる様になりまし、子供も達成感とすごーく体験して良かった！との感想でした。また，追加料金ではありますが、動画も撮影してくれて、仕上がりもいいです。

The luau show and the fire show were wonderful. The tattoo experience was also great, and I got a unique flower design. I could choose designs like turtles or tribal patterns for the tattoo. Of course, since it was done with a permanent marker, it faded by the next day.
The food was just okay—neither good nor bad.
I was able to see a beautiful sunset from the venue, and on Friday night, I watched fireworks that were among the best I've ever seen.

ルアウショーも、ファイヤーショーも素敵でした。タトゥー体験も素敵で個性的な花を描いてもらいました。タトゥーは亀とか部族の柄も選べました。もちろん油性マジックなので、次の日には消えました。
食事内容はまあまあです。可もなく不可もなくといった感じ。
会場から素敵な夕日も見れたし、金曜日の夜で花火を見たのですが、人生最高に近い花火でした。

I was nervous about the first experience, but the crew really got everyone excited, and I had an amazing time. Also, my daughter got seasick and I felt bad for the inconvenience, but they were very considerate until the end, which made me very happy.

The Xplore ride was really fun and brought out the kid in me! If you know a little about VR and Mixed Reality, this experience starts off with Mixed Reality with nice fish and marine life around you and some light educational sections on Waikiki and the beaches. The ride does transition into full VR at times with underwater volcanic vents, above ground volcanic eruption, a 360 visual aerial view above the islands (nice!), and an underwater route with all sorts of aquatic creatures around you, known to be local to the islands and some nice coral (this was my favorite part). There is more light educational pieces dispersed in these full on VR parts as well. The movement of the bus really gives you the sense of “traveling” through the VR worlds and even the fish “swimming” through the bus in Mixed Reality was enhanced by the movement. Our host was wonderful and really explained everything well! The driver was very friendly too. The experience can be heard in Japanese or English. Too me, the only negative, though the headsets are of very high quality, was the pass through video of the outside was a bit unfocused when it was too far in the distance (like the ocean views near Diamond Head). Final thoughts are that it is definitely worth it and please consider supporting this business and others that bring the beauty of nature and the immersion of technology and imagination together!

I saw Auwana for the first time. It was wonderful. Three generations of our family enjoyed it together. I had seen a Cirque du Soleil performance in Japan before. The theater is small, so you can enjoy a great sense of presence from any seat. It was cool, but it wasn't too cold even without a jacket.

日本でシルク・ドゥ・ソレイユの公演はみたことがありました。
劇場のサイズが小さいのでどの席でも臨場感たっぷりで楽しめます。
涼しかったけど、上着がなくてもそこまで寒くはなかったです。

During my visit to Pearl Harbor National Memorial, I was struck by the powerful sense of history and reflection that filled the site. Walking through the museum exhibits, I learned about the events of December 7, 1941, and saw artifacts, photos, and personal stories that brought the day to life. Taking the boat ride out to the USS Arizona Memorial was especially moving, as I stood above the sunken battleship and honored the lives lost. The experience was both educational and emotional, offering a deep reminder of the sacrifices made and the importance of peace.

Once it started, the performances continued non-stop. There were parts that engaged the audience and created a lively atmosphere, making it a very enjoyable and quick experience!

I participated in the Haleiwa walking tour.
The flow was from Dole Plantation to exploring Haleiwa. Due to multiple courses sharing the same shuttle, the stay at Dole Plantation was only 30 minutes. I hurried through shopping and had some soft serve ice cream, so it would have been nice to have about 15 more minutes there.
The time spent exploring Haleiwa was a generous 4 hours, which was just right for enjoying the ocean, visiting cafes, and having lunch.
Gem, who provided the shuttle service, was very knowledgeable and shared information about Hawaii's history, climate, and other interesting facts along the way, which was extremely educational!

ハレイワ散策コースに参加しました。
Dole プランテーション→ハレイワ散策という流れでした。同じ送迎車複数のコースの方がいらっしゃる関係でDole プランテーションの滞在時間が30分でした。駆け足でショッピングをしソフトクリームを食べたので、あと15分くらい滞在時間があったらよかったです。
ハレイワ散策はたっぷり4時間あり、海を見たりカフェに行ったり、ランチをしたりして過ごすとちょうど良かったです。
送迎をしてくださったGemさんはとでも知識豊富でハワイの歴史や気候、そのほか他人に教えてくなるようなハワイについての情報を道中で教えてくださり、非常に勉強になりました！

I went horseback riding. The horse was calm, and the instructor was very friendly. They primarily communicate in English, but for those who are not comfortable with English, they provide important instructions (like the horse's seating position) in Japanese. The scenery was also wonderful, and I felt it was worth participating.

If there are few activities, the waiting time for the return bus can be long, but if you inform the reception, you can take the city bus back to the Waikiki area. There is a bus stop about a 4-5 minute walk from Kualoa Ranch, and the travel time is about the same as the shuttle, around one hour. It costs $3 per person, but if horseback riding is the only activity and you have to wait nearly three hours for the shuttle, taking the city bus is a good way to make effective use of your time. For those who find the city bus a bit daunting, you can also call an Uber or a taxi, which might be another option.

乗馬をしました。馬は大人しく、インストラクターさんは非常に気さくで基本的には英語対応ですが、英語が苦手な方には、重要な点(馬の座り位置など)は日本語で指示を出してくれます。景色も素晴らしく参加して良かったと思いました。

アクティビティが少ないと帰りのバスまでの待ち時間が長いのですが、受付に申し出れば市バスでワイキキエリアへ帰ることが可能です。クアロア牧場から歩いて4-5分のところにバス停があり、移動時間は送迎と同じ1時間程度でした。3USD/人かかりますが、アクティビティが乗馬だけで送迎のバスまで3時間近く待つ日程だったので時間を有効活用したい方は市バスで帰るのはありかと思います。
市バスがハードルが高い方はUber、タクシーも呼べるのでそれもありかもしれないです。

I couldn't find the sign listed on the website, but there was a similar sign for "Hawaii Polo Oceanfront Trail Rides" nearby. When I went inside to ask, they confirmed that this was the right place. It might be better to aim for this name from the start.

I had heard from reviews that there would be Japanese guidance available, but I couldn't find any, and all the explanations were in English. I was quite anxious since there were only foreign customers, but the operation was easy, and the staff were kind, so I was able to ride without any worries.

We walked through the pine forest right next to the coast, and occasionally, we got to walk on the beach, making for a fantastic location throughout the experience. They also take photos when you reach the beach.

I think this is an activity that you absolutely must experience when you come to Hawaii. I highly recommend it! (However, I think it may not be suitable for those who are experienced riders and want to run or perform advanced maneuvers, as it is a slow-paced ride.)

サイトに載っている看板は見当たらず、よく似た名前の「Hawaii Polo Oceanfront Trail Rides」という看板がすぐ近くにあり、中に入って聞いてみるとここで合っているとの事。最初からこの名前の看板を目掛けて行った方がいいかもしれません。
あと口コミで日本語の案内が置いてあると聞いていましたがどこにも無く、説明も全てオールイングリッシュ、外国のお客さんばかりで不安でいっぱいでしたが、操作も簡単でスタッフの方も優しく、何も心配なく乗ることができました。
海岸すぐ横の松林を歩き、たまに広いビーチになるとビーチを歩く瞬間もあり、終始最高のロケーションの中楽しく過ごすことができました。
途中ビーチに出た時に写真も撮ってくれます。
ハワイに来たら絶対に体験した方がいいアクティビティだと思います。
本当にオススメです！！(但し乗馬に慣れていて自分で走らせたり上級の操作をしたい方には不向きだと思います…終始ゆっくりゆっくり歩くだけなので^^;)
