We all had a great time as a family. During the horseback riding, several staff members accompanied us and provided solid support for the children, which made us feel secure, and we were satisfied with the ample riding time. Additionally, we stopped by a few shopping spots recommended by our guide, where we were able to purchase some great deals. Even during the car ride, we had various conversations and were never bored. However, it would have been nice if they had spoken a bit more slowly. If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would love to participate once more.

As you check in and arrive to the pier, you will be entertained with a Hula performance. You will then be directed with a pleasantly helpful staff to seat you with your tossed salad ready to be consumed. Also you will then receive a welcome Mai Tai which is very addicting and may cause you to purchase more. I had 4 of them. The all you can eat crab legs, steak, and macadamia nut ice cream was amazing. As the sun started to set, I found myself in a very relaxing area of the top deck. I was taking in the views of the ocean, land, and skies as I was just about ready to call it a night. Until we just about to reach the dock, all their employees started a party and danced like crazy. My date is not much of a dancer, but she enjoyed watching me entertain everyone. This night was a night to remember especially the service provided the staff on board. They will make sure you are always satisfied.

The shuttle service to the hotel was convenient.
There were three groups of Japanese and one group of Americans, and we chose the 120m option.
On the way up, there was a strong wind, and it felt like we were over 120m high. I considered the 150m option, but the 120m was plenty of fun.

The final splash in the sea was nice, as it only reached my shins.

I declined the $30 photo shoot and asked a Japanese person to take pictures with my digital camera.

The boat rocked quite a bit, so it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication.

The boat staff were very friendly, which was reassuring.

While you could just rent a car for horseback riding, having a knowledgeable tour guide who knows everything about Hawaii makes the activity much more memorable.
Additionally, I am very grateful for how accommodating they were to our requests.

　乗馬の始まりは、ホテルを出たところから始まりますが、ツアーガイドの　「ナカマさん」という方にも恵まれました。
　乗馬だけならレンタカーで行けば事足りるのですが、やはり、ハワイのことならまかしとけ、というような物知りのツアーガイドの方と一緒にアクティビティをできることは、旅の想い出を何倍にも増やせますね。
　さらに、リクエストにも快く応えて大変感謝しております。
１　時間の配分が上手
２　ゲストに対するきめ細やかな心遣いが好感度大です。
３　知識が豊富なのと、知名人との裾野が広い
等々でした。
　私の記憶だと、ツアーガイドの「ナカマさん」はエビが好きでなかったように記憶していますが、ゲストのリクエストに応えてくれ、マッキーのガーリックシュリンプをみんなの分、テイクアウト注文してくれていて、時間を有意義に使えました。
　また次回も渓谷乗馬たのしみたいです。

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing...the most beautiful & picturesque sunset I have ever experienced in my life!
The buffet dinner was very nice, the fish was so fresh and just melted in your mouth, there were also pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, salad, veges and from memory Im sure there was rice. Unfortunately we did not experience the Hawaiian show nor the dessert (as the sunset captivated us for the time until the fireworks viewing!). My daughter (13 yrs old) and I thoroughly enjoyed our sunset dinner cruise.

Timely pick-up, great folks, and tasty food. Oh, and did I mention dolphins! I thoroughly enjoyed myself and can say that this is by far the best dolphin snorkel I've been on. I got my gear within 5 minutes of check-in and put in my lunch choice. Dolphin Excursions is an educationally based tour company and some of the people there are marine biologists. They seemed to read the behavior of the dolphins very well. The baby spinner dolphins are super cute! This is a great time of year because the dolphins are having babies so they are fun to watch. We went out about 3 times to snorkel, twice with the dolphins so close. I have never seen so many dolphins with me in the water, and you can even hear them 'singing' before you see them. When we got back, lunch was already made. The food is great at Spinner's Cafe, and the people are courteous. I had a great time and can say that many others did as well.

We had a great time. The staff was friendly, informative and helped settled the nerves of those that needed it. We were able to see sea turtles which was amazing. We saw, touched and fed the tropical fish. They took pictures of us underwater as well which will become a nice memory keepsake. A must do when visiting the island of O'ahu and so worth the money that we spent.

The sandbar, with its white sand emerging from the marine blue sea, was even more beautiful and mystical than I had imagined. It felt very strange to be walking on the water. The sea turtles swimming leisurely were adorable. Above all, the crew made a strong impression. They were friendly, cheerful, energetic, and had wonderful smiles, just like the sun and sea of Hawaii. I participated with my boyfriend and four friends. It was my first time paragliding, and it was amazing to soar over the beautiful ocean in Hawaii (^o^) When I was making the reservation, I was really torn about which height to choose, and I decided to go for the challenging 120 meters. However, when I actually flew, I thought there wasn't much difference between 120 meters and 80 meters. But my friends, who were watching from the boat, said it was completely different! (laughs) The male tour guides were very enthusiastic and fun, even playfully dropping us into the sea before we took off, which added to the excitement. We also requested photos for $30 for the four of us, and they took beautiful, clear pictures that we couldn't have captured with our smartphones, so we were very satisfied. The tour ended in an hour and a half, and having transportation included made it easy to plan our next activities.

Not only did they take us to the beautiful Angel's Sea, but the tour guides also kept the atmosphere lively with their talks during the cruise, which made it so much fun. Snorkeling in the stunningly beautiful sea was an incredible experience! Next time, I want to try a tour that allows for even more marine sports!

Since I was in Hawaii, enjoying the beautiful tropical sea, I decided to try the classic activity of parasailing! I went for the extreme ride at 150 meters! It was thrilling when we were deliberately dropped into the sea as we left the boat! The vast blue ocean and the distant view of Honolulu were breathtaking, making me feel at ease despite the height. I highly recommend this experience if you visit a southern island.

However, I was disappointed that the photo service provided by the staff did not include the pictures I was hoping for on the CD-R we received at the end.

どうせなら、と言うことで150メートルのエキストリームライドにアタック！

However, with the instructor's kind support, she was able to jump and it seemed like she really enjoyed it, saying she wants to go again. So, we plan to jump again next time!

Since my child is small, I was a bit anxious about interacting with wild dolphins, so we participated in this tour. We were able to touch the dolphins and even received kisses from them, making it a fun experience without any fear. While waiting, we could take photos in front of the pool, so even the older brothers who didn't sign up for the dolphin interaction tour were not bored. It was also nice that we could freely explore the park afterward.

However, the boat for this tour was larger, which meant it had a restroom and we could take breaks during snorkeling. Since I was with my children, I ended up thinking it was a good choice. For lunch, I enjoyed a hamburger that was grilled on the boat, customized with my favorite toppings. The burger I made was delicious, and I was very satisfied. I was anxious because I couldn't speak English, but the person explaining things was able to communicate in Japanese, so I was able to understand everything without any issues. After that, we headed straight to the beach! The lesson was right in front of us on the beach! Although the lesson was in English, it was fine with gestures! They quickly taught me the tips to stand up, and I was able to ride the waves multiple times. They even took photos of me riding the waves, which became the best memories! I highly recommend it!

We signed up as a family of four with our 4-year-old and 7-year-old children. At Angel's Beach, the water was shallow enough for our 4-year-old to enjoy safely. The clarity of the seawater was so remarkable that it showed clearly in our phone photos.

The BBQ hamburgers for lunch were well-seasoned, and even our picky eaters enjoyed them, happily declaring them delicious!

Snorkeling took place in quite deep water, but the kids quickly got used to their life jackets, which they were initially scared of, and ended up having a great time. We were also able to see several sea turtles, which was very satisfying.

Since our guide was Japanese, the explanations were very clear, and they provided thorough information about the ocean, which can be intimidating. This was our first time in Hawaii, and we are glad we signed up for this experience.

I've been on the Heaven's Sea tour before, but if you want to relax, I think this tour is better! My child seemed to really enjoy snorkeling ^o^

For children under kindergarten age, if they are not very comfortable in the water, snorkeling might be scary and difficult. There were some kids crying, and we also cried when we were little.

Due to a pickup trouble from another parasailing experience, we were an hour late and participated with my 14-year-old son. He was satisfied as he was able to stand up and ride the waves early on. Since we were an hour late, I think we only had about an hour left for the lesson, but after the other participants left, it turned into almost a private lesson, and we were able to enjoy an extended time. Thank you to the Japanese staff member, Aiko? (I hope I’m not mistaken ^_^) for handling the pickup trouble. I definitely recommend this tour. As for me, I had to give up after 30 minutes due to a recurrence of back pain! (It was because of the hotel’s too soft bed! Just an excuse ^_^;) It's a shame I don't have any photos.

別のパラセーリングの体験談に投稿させていただいたピックアップのトラブルで、1時間遅れで、14歳の長男と参加。長男は、早々に立って波に乗ることができて満足そうでした。1時間遅れだったので、本当はレッスン時間あと1時間ぐらいしかなかったと思いますが、他のレッスンの皆さんが帰ったあとも、ほぼプライベートレッスン状態で、時間延長で楽しませていただきました。日本人スタッフのアイコさん？(だったかな。間違えてたらすみません^_^)ピックアップのトラブルから対応ありがとうございました。ぜひ、オススメのツアーです。最後に、私は？というと、腰痛再発のため、30分でgive up!(ホテルの柔らかすぎるベッドのせいだぁ！言い訳でした^_^;)写真がないのが残念。
