I recently attended the Mauka Warriors Luau in Oahu and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the entertainment. Having been to many luaus throughout Hawaii, I can say that Mauka Luau stands out with its unique and special show. The Thrilling Fire Knife Dancing was the best and most impressive on the entire island!

In my opinion, what makes Mauka Luau truly distinctive is its interactive experience and engaging storytelling, The mesmerizing hula and fire performances narrate fascinating stories of the islands' history
Before the dinner and luau show, there is a great variety of different hands-on Polynesian activities to enjoy.

While the buffet might not have the widest variety compared to other luaus, the food at Mauka Luau is incredibly tasty and presented beautifully.

The venue itself offers stunning mountain and ocean views of Waikiki and Honolulu, and if you look carefully, you can even catch a glimpse of Diamond Head in the distance. They strive to offer a more intimate setting and there is plenty of space in between the tables, so you don't feel crowded.

Transportation from Waikiki is available, making it convenient for guests, and the prices are affordable, offering excellent value for the experience you receive at the Luau. Plus, all guests receive complimentary professional photos sent directly to their phones, which is a nice touch.

I highly recommend checking it out!

Despite the heavy rain, we went on the Raptor Tour.

It was great to explore the magnificent grounds without any dust.

I would love to go again on a nice day.

So much fun. the bbq burgers were good. The 1st stop is not worth it to snorkel, not much to see, just enjoy the sandbar and the volleyball. the 2nd spot was good snorkeling b/c it was at a reef. Don't swim over top of it though. just around it. you can make it all the way around it with plenty of time to spare. It was very fun. The water was a little cold, but not too bad but thats probably because I went the week of Thanksgiving. They give you the gear you need, my suggestion is to fit the mask before you get down to the water. they give you full foot fins to use. The crew was super helpful and really nice. I definitely recommend!!

The magic shows I attended in Hawaii (30 years ago and 10 years ago) were so wonderful that I tried to find and book one, but it seems the magician from back then has retired. This time, I saw a different Japanese magician for the first time, and he was an amazing performer, just as good as the previous ones, allowing me to have a very fulfilling time. It was great to watch up close, and the entertaining talk created a fantastic atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't figure out the right timing for when to go to the restroom or order additional drinks. Also, the introduction before the show started and the waiting time after the gathering was quite long. Furthermore, I found it inappropriate to be standing in line while being offered cocktails; it felt rather rude. If possible, drinks should be served at the venue.

これまでハワイに来た時に(30年前、10年前)観たマジックショーがあまりにもすばらしかったので、探して申込もうとしましたが、当時のマジシャンは引退されたようでした。今回初めて異なる日本人マジシャンを観ましたが、まさるとも劣らぬ素晴らしいマジシャンで、とても充実した時間を過ごせました。至近距離で観させて頂いた事、トークが面白く幻想的な雰囲気である事が良かったです。トイレに行きたい時や飲み物の追加注文等の可否のタイミングが良く分からなかったのは残念でした。又、本番が始まるまでの導入部と集合時間以降の待ち時間が長い。又立って並んで待っている時に飲み物のカクテルを飲ませるのは頂けない、寧ろ失礼かと思います。どうせなら飲み物は会場で。

The weather was nice and the sea was calm on the day of the event, so it felt really good to ascend high into the sky. The view of Waikiki Beach from the sea was also very beautiful. I felt like I got a great deal being able to see both Waikiki from the sky and the sea. Everyone who participated was friendly and we had enjoyable conversations; it was truly a wonderful experience. I would like to participate again next time I visit Hawaii.

当日は天気も良く海も穏やかだったので､空に向かって高く高く登って行く感じがとても気持ちよかったです。海のから見るワイキキビーチもとても綺麗でした。空から海から両方のワイキキが見れてお得感を感じました。一緒に参加した皆さんとも和気あいあいで楽しく会話して､ほんとに良い体験でした。ハワイに来た際は次回も参加したいと思います。

The reservation was canceled due to strong winds on the day of the activity. Being over 60 years old, I was quite sensitive to the weather and felt there were risks involved. If I could get a refund, I would have preferred to cancel, but since I came to Hawaii, I reconsidered and decided to rebook for the next day. Honestly, I was quite scared until the last minute, but the handsome local staff created a friendly atmosphere and guided us, allowing me to have a very safe, enjoyable, and thrilling experience. It was an activity that made me want to do it again if I had the chance.

予約した当日は突風のために中止に。60歳過ぎの老人という事もあり、気候にデリケートでリスクをはらみそうで、返金されるならいっその事キャンセルしても良かったのですが、ハワイに来たからには、らしいアクティビティをと思い直し、やむなく翌日に再予約。直前までは正直怖怖でしたが、イケメンの現地スタッフの方々が和気あいあいとしたムードで手解きしてくれましたので大変安全に楽しくスリルある体験をさせて頂きました。余裕があればリピしたいと思わせしめるアクティビティでした。

In the past, I had made reservations twice in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, but both times I had to cancel due to weather conditions, which made me anxious. However, this time the weather was favorable, and I was finally able to experience the thrilling ride I had longed for.

After setting sail, we were rocked by the waves during the transfer to the experience location, and some people felt seasick. I felt a bit anxious when I heard screams during takeoff, but I felt reassured after hearing about the experience during the flight and the feedback after returning to the boat.

When it was our turn, we were fully prepared and were able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. During the flight, we were able to take photos (no videos), which became a wonderful keepsake. Thank you!

過去にハワイカイ、ホノルルで過去2回予約するも、どちらも天候等でやむなくキャンセルとなり不安でしたが、今回は天候にも恵まれ、念願イリングイリングを体験できました。
出航後、体験場所への移動中は波に揺られ、船酔いする方もおられましたが、最初の方が離陸？する際の悲鳴に少し不安な気持ちを持ちましたが、フライト中の様子や帰船後に感想を聞いたりして安心しました。
自分達の順になり、準備万端で思い切り楽しむことが出来ました。
フライト中には写真（動画はなし）撮影もしていただき、良い記念となりありがとうございました。

The UTV Jurassic adventure was one of the most unique, fun things we’ve ever done. It’s a must do if in Hawaii, don’t let rain deter you, it makes it so much better

I am very satisfied!! It was so much fun that I would like to try ziplining at another location if there is one.

First, it was mentioned that only English-speaking staff would be present, but there was a Japanese staff member at the information desk! After arriving at the site by shuttle bus, they gathered only the Japanese participants and provided an explanation of the facilities (restrooms, lockers, etc.) and handed out the tickets.

There was a waiting area before the zipline check-in, but if you speak up before the time, you will be instructed to sign a consent form (available in Japanese) before waiting. When the time comes, a guide will arrive. The driver provided an explanation about the zipline in English, but it was too fast for me to catch everything. It seems they were explaining various things while we were on the way to the base camp. The scenery alone was enjoyable enough.

After arriving at the base camp, the accompanying staff asked if we were Japanese, and upon answering, they showed us a guidance video in Japanese, so there was no lack of information regarding precautions and how to use the zipline. There were 10 participants (only two of us were Japanese) and 5 staff members. Everyone seemed to understand a little Japanese, so we were able to have enjoyable conversations.

The lockers are free and use a four-digit code. You can bring your mobile phone at your own risk. There were also people with GoPros. There are restrooms available, and you can get water.

After walking up a considerable incline for about 5 minutes from the base camp, you reach the first zipline. For the second and third ziplines, you walk about 20 meters. After finishing the third zipline, there is a water station. The fourth and fifth ziplines require about a 3-minute walk and there is a suspension bridge. I found the suspension bridge scary.

大満足です!!とっても楽しかったので、別の場所でもジップラインがあったらチャレンジしてみたいなと思います。

まず英語スタッフだけと記載がありましたが、インフォメーションに日本人スタッフの方がいらっしゃいました！送迎バスで現地到着後、日本人だけ集めていただき、施設の説明(トイレ、ロッカー等)とチケットの受け渡しをしてくださいました。

ジップラインの受付前には待機場所がありましたが、時間前に声をかけると同意書(日本語あり)にサインをしてから待機するよう指示があります。時間になると迎えがきます。ここで運転手さんから英語でジップラインについて説明があったのですが早くて聞き取れませんでした。車でベースキャンプに向かっている最中も色々なことを説明してくれていたようです。景色だけでも充分たのしめました。

ベースキャンプに到着後、同行するスタッフさんから日本人か聞かれ答えると日本語の案内動画を見せていただいたので注意事項やジップラインのやり方については不足はなかったです。
参加者は10人(日本人は自分たち2人のみ)スタッフは5人。みなさん少しずつ日本語が分かるようで楽しく会話できました。

ロッカーは無料で4桁の番号式です。
携帯は自己責任で持ち込み可能でした。ゴープロを持ち込んでる方もいらっしゃいました。
トイレもあるし、お水もいただけます。

ベースキャンプから結構な上り坂を5分進むと1本目のジップラインがあります。2本目～3本目も20mほど歩きます。3本目が終わると給水ポイントがあります。4本目～5本目が3分ほど歩くのと吊り橋がありました。私は吊り橋が恐かったです。

The water was up to my chest, so it didn't really feel like a sandbar, but I had checked the tide schedule beforehand and knew it wouldn't recede much during the day, so I accepted it. I enjoyed kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, and all the staff were fun and friendly, which made for a great experience. The music on the boat was also nice. I would love to see a real sandbar, which you can only see a few times a year.

胸あたりまで海水があったのでサンドバーって感じはしなかったですが事前に潮の満ち引きを調べてみたら昼間はそんなに引かないのがわかっていたのでまあ仕方ないという感じでした。
カヤックやサップが楽しめてスタッフさんがみんな楽しくいい方達だったので楽しく参加できました。船の中の音楽も良かったです。
年に何度しか見れない本物のサンドバーをみてみたいです。

Headphones and MP3 pre-download are essential! Since I stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village, it was great that the meeting place was nearby. It was a valuable experience to go underwater in a submarine.

The guide only spoke English, but they were very kind and spoke to me in broken Japanese. They were considerate of safety, and I had a great time.

The view was amazing.

What surprised me was that at an altitude of about 120 meters, the three companions I was with were able to have a normal conversation with each other.

Also, we took off from the back deck of the boat and were able to land there beautifully again.
(I had expected that since we were required to wear swimsuits, we would have to plunge into the seawater when landing and be pulled up, but I was wonderfully surprised.)

I highly recommend this experience.

眺め最高でした。

驚いたのが、上空120メートル位？の地点で、一緒に上がった仲間計3人が普通のボリュームで互いに会話が出来た事です。

それと、船の後ろ甲板から飛び立ち、またそこに見事に降り立つことが出来た事です。
（水着着用義務となっていたので、降りるときは海水にジャボンと浸かり引き揚げて貰うのかと予想していましたが見事裏切られました。）

この経験はお薦めです。

You can see both the sea and the mountains at the same time, and the breeze from the buggy made for a refreshing drive. The steep slopes were thrilling, but the buggy was stable, so I felt safe riding it. Two hours was longer than I expected, and I took turns driving with my friends, but I got tired and dozed off in the back seat during the second half.

It was good that the weather was clear, but there was a lot of dust, and my white T-shirt got dirty. I regretted not checking the reviews more carefully before going.

海と山が同時に見えて、
バギーの風も爽快なドライブした。
急な坂道もスリルあるけど、バギーが安定していて、安心して乗れました。
２時間は思ってたより長く、友達と交代して運転しましたが、疲れて後半は後部座席でウトウトzZZ

晴天でまだ良かったですが、砂ぼこりがかかり、
白いTシャツは汚れてしまい、レビューをよく見て行けば良かったと後悔。

Second time in Hawaii.
Since the day I arrived in Honolulu, it has been raining continuously, and even on the day I had reserved, it rained (tears).
I didn't expect it to rain this much during the rainy season! I wore a water-repellent windbreaker for the rain, but since I'm particularly sensitive to the cold, I felt like I wanted to wear a fleece underneath.
For those participating on rainy days, the ground is muddy and slippery, so while it may add to your luggage, I think it's a good idea to bring a change of clothes for when you get dirty and to find ways to stay warm to avoid getting cold.
I was able to enjoy each activity even with the bad weather.
I love plants, so seeing plants I've never seen before, drenched in rain and vibrant, was exciting.

If it had been sunny, I would have been able to see the ocean in the distance, so I would like to try again if I have the chance.

2度目のハワイ。
ホノルル到着した日から雨続きで、
予約していたこの日も雨（涙）。
雨季は雨季でもこんなに降るか！っていうくらいのタイミング。
雨用に撥水加工のウインドブレーカーを着て行ったのですが、特に寒がりの私なので中にフリース着たいくらいでした。
雨の日に参加する方には、地面がぬかるんでいて滑りやすいので
荷物は増えますが
汚れた時用の着替えとか
とにかく体を冷やさないように
暖かく過ごせる工夫をされるといいと思います。
各アクティビティはお天気が悪くても十分楽しめました。
植物が大好きなので
見たこともない植物が雨に濡れて鮮やかでワクワクしました。

晴れていたら遠くの海まで見渡せるので
また機会があったらリベンジしたいです。

According to the captain, if you're lucky, you might see dolphins. We were in Honolulu the day before, and a whale appeared, which heightened our spirits and allowed us to have an unexpectedly wonderful time.

キャプテンによると、運が良ければイルカが見れるとのこと。私たちはホノルル前日であったが、クジラがあらわれ、機運が高まったことから予想以上に素晴らしい時間を過ごせた。

Perfect pick up bus ride in AM just about 50ft from ilikai hotel , make sure you have copy print out voucher proof of purchase to show driver , bus ride about an hour ride to Kaneohe Bay , there were two boats , one Japanese speaking , boat ride wonderfully exhilarating around Kaneohe Bay to sandbar spot , perfect weather on sandbar volleyball play , grilled burgers with toppings and sides tasty with having second servings offered , kids and family members had a blast snorkeling at barrier reef spot lots of fish and sea life , boat ride back to dock saw many sea turtle’s swimming above water nature at its best !!! Staff and boat Captain , Fun , Funny , and HelpFul !!! Will recommend & do again in future

Perfect Parking , Perfect Seats , Perfect Food , Perfect Entertainment !!!

I used this service for my honeymoon. We started by going out to sea on a boat, first heading to the sandbar where we enjoyed beach volleyball, snorkeling practice, and taking photos. After that, we had hamburgers on the boat and moved to a snorkeling spot.

The luggage could be stored under the seats on the boat. Since you'll be getting wet when taking towels or accessing your belongings after coming out of the water, I recommend bringing a bag that can get wet. For changing, I wore my swimsuit underneath, so I stored the clothes I wore on the boat under the seat. A bag that can hold clothes without getting them wet would be ideal.

The water at the sandbar was waist-deep, and I had a great time. The color of the water clearly distinguished between the sandbar and the deeper areas, which made it easy to enjoy. The crew really pumped up the excitement during beach volleyball, making it a lot of fun. The hamburgers were delicious and served BBQ style. Soft drinks were unlimited as part of the tour fee, while alcohol was $8 per drink, and those who had drinks settled their bills at the end of the tour.

We were able to see many sea turtles and mantas during our travels. It seems that mantas might not be visible at certain times, so we were lucky to see them twice. We snorkeled near the coral and saw many beautifully colored fish. Although I didn't see any, some people did spot turtles. The crew's explanation of snorkeling was very easy to understand, so even beginners will be fine.

After getting off the boat, we had to return to it on our own, so I think it's safer for anyone not confident in their stamina to wear a life jacket to enjoy the experience without worry. After returning from snorkeling, the crew pours warm water over you. There are no changing rooms or showers after the tour, so it's a good idea to quickly change in the restroom before it gets cold or to wrap yourself in a thicker towel.

ハネムーンで利用しました。
船で海に出て最初はサンドバーへ行き、ビーチバレーや、シュノーケリングの練習、写真撮影等楽しみました。そのあと船の上でハンバーガーを食べ、シュノーケリングスポットに移動しました。
荷物は船の座席の下に収納できるようになっていました。
海から上がってきて濡れた状態でタオルをとったり荷物を出し入れするので濡れてもいいカバンを持って行くのがいいと思います。
着替えは下に水着を着て行くので船の上で着ていた服を脱いで席の下に収納します。濡れないように服も入れられる大きさのカバンがいいと思います。
サンドバーは水面が腰あたりでしたがとても楽しめました。水の色がサンドバーのところと深いところとはっきりわかれているので安心して楽しめました。
ビーチバレーはクルーの方がとても盛り上げてくれ楽しかったです。
ハンバーガーはBBQスタイルで美味しかったです。
ソフトドリンクはツアーの料金内で飲み放題、アルコールは1杯8ドルで飲んだ方はツアーの最後にまとめてお会計されていました。
移動中にウミガメやマンタをたくさん見ることができました。
マンタは時期によっては見れないこともあるそうで2回も見れてラッキーとのことでした。
シュノーケリングはサンゴの近くに行って行いました。
キレイな色のお魚がたくさん見れました。
私は見れませんでしたがカメが見れた人もいました。
クルーの方のシュノーケリングの説明はとてもわかりやすかったので初めてでも大丈夫です。
船から出てからは自分たちで船に戻らないといけないので体力に自信がある方以外はライフジャケットを着た方が安心して楽しめると思います。
シュノーケリングから戻ったらクルーの方が温かいお湯を上からかけてくれます。
終了後更衣室やシャワー室はないので寒くなる前にトイレ等でささっと着替えるか上から厚めのバスタオルを羽織るといいと思います。

I challenged the 150-meter course!
The other three groups with us were all foreigners! But there was not a single uncomfortable moment!
I didn't request any photos since they cost money!
I went pretty high up, and the drop was slow enough that it wasn't scary, but when I was submerged in the water and came up quickly, it was really scary, but I had fun! Haha
Maybe it was a honeymoon service, or maybe because it was the last one, but they let us go under twice (><) Haha
Even someone like me who can't handle roller coasters was able to do it!
And although I have a fear of heights, if I just zoned out and didn't look down, it was a bit scary but I managed to be okay!
Since I had such a great time, I gave a $10 tip to each of the two staff members!

My daughter (6 years old) was super excited to ride a four-wheeler for the first time. We were caught in an unexpected downpour halfway through, but the thrill of splashing through the puddles was amazing, making it a unique experience. She also said she had a great time and was very satisfied!

初めて乗る四輪バギーに大興奮の娘（6歳）。
途中から想定外の大雨に見舞われましたが、それはそれで水溜まりを跳ね上げる迫力がすごくて、なかなか出来ない体験になりました。
娘も、楽しかったー！！と大満足でした。

We participated as a family with our 6-year-old daughter. Seeing the dolphins swim and jump according to the trainer's commands right in front of us was incredibly exciting for her. We also had the opportunity to touch the dolphins, which was a very valuable experience. The photo with the dolphins captured the best smiles!

目の前でイルカが調教師の指示通りに泳いだり飛んだりする光景を見れて娘も大興奮。
イルカに触れさせてもらうことも出来、とても貴重な体験が出来ました。

It was a very fun atmosphere! It was a bit cold, and we ended up leaving early, but they gave us warm cocoa and poured hot water on us, which helped ease the chill a bit! We also got to see sea turtles and manta rays! It was enjoyable to see small fish up close too! It turned out to be a great honeymoon! Thank you! Lastly, there was a tip box at the end, so it felt like we should put in a little something.

The path to Manoa Falls had a slope, but our guide Anoi took breaks at just the right times, and at the photo spots, he helped us take artistic pictures, making it a very satisfying tour. I had a great time. The sandwich we had at Tantalus was also delicious, and I think it was a very good value tour. I would like to participate in a different activity next time. However, I gave it 4 stars because the bracelet I bought from the tour company broke the next day. I was very disappointed because I liked the design.

マノアの滝に向かう道は勾配があったけど、ガイドのアノイさんが適度に休憩してくれて、フォトスポットでは芸術的な写真を撮ってくれて大満足のツアーでした。とても楽しめました。またタンタラスで食べたサンドイッチも美味しくてとてもお得なツアーだと思います。次回はこちらの違うアクティビティに参加したいと思いました。
ただ、ツアー前にツアー会社で買ったブレスレットが翌日壊れてしまったので⭐︎4つにしました。気に入ったデザインだったのでとても残念です。

The weather was wonderful, and it was a horseback riding experience while looking at the beautiful cobalt blue sea. I'm glad I was able to spend such a lovely time. I think it would have been even better if I had a little more time in Haleiwa Town.

お天気に恵まれ、美しいコバルトブルーの海を見ながらの乗馬体験でしたとてもステキな時間を過ごす事が出来て良かったです。ハレイワタウンでの時間がもう少しあれば尚、良かったと思います。

First, the staff arrived about 20 minutes late from the meeting time! Well, since the other participants didn't complain, I'll take it as a good sign.

Also, once we got on the boat, there was a long explanation, but it was all in English! (By the way, the email we received right before also came in English, so I used a translation app to understand the content.)

Anyway, after listening to the explanation, we dove in! We saw so many turtles, it was amazing!

On the way back, we even encountered dolphins. It would have been perfect if I understood English, but I still had a great time!

It was my family's first time visiting Oahu Hawaii AND our first time riding horseback. And what a way to lose our horseback riding virginity! The Ranch was amazing, our guides were amazing and there's even a little petting Zoo that you can feed the goats while you wait for your tour to commence. Highly recommended!

It was my family's first trip to Oahu, Hawaii. This was recommended to us by a friend. And it most certainly didn't disappoint. The drive there was amazing, the actual Ranch is incredible & our tour guides were so much fun and a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended. You can also do horse back riding, cycling and a few other activities, but the self drive ATV has to be the most fun!
