I participated with my son this time. I was excited about being able to touch dolphins even before the tour, but it turned out to be an event that was even more fun than I expected. (You can see from the expressions in the photos.) I was surprised that dolphins have such smooth and soft bodies, and above all, I was amazed at how intelligent and cute they are. I had heard on TV that dolphins have a healing effect, and it was truly the case; they really calmed my mind. My wife, who was in charge of taking photos, kept regretting that she wanted to participate as well, so I highly recommend that everyone join in!

実際予想以上に楽しいイベントとなりました。

We participated as a family. It was our first experience in a submarine, and both my children and I were thrilled. We decided to join the premium tour, and we were able to see many beautiful fish underwater, as well as three turtles swimming by. It seems that the visibility in the ocean is best in the early morning, making it easier to see the fish. Our whole family was very satisfied.

This is my second time participating in the submarine tour. The kids were so happy that I decided to join again this time. We participated in the standard course. The deluxe participants were swinging souvenir bags, which caught the kids' attention.

I signed up at the last minute, and only the 11 AM slot was available, so we wasted the morning. If you want to make the most of your time, I recommend booking an earlier time. They mentioned that the water is clearer in the early morning. Unfortunately, since I booked last minute, the free admission for kids didn't apply, which was disappointing.

A trolley-style shuttle bus picks you up from a nearby hotel. It's easy to spot because it has a picture of the Atlantis submarine on it.

We took a ferry from the Hilton Hotel's pier, but first, we took the promised commemorative photo. They took our picture with Diamond Head in the background from the pier.

During the summer vacation, there were many participants, so all three submarines were fully operational. The recycled boarding tickets were divided into yellow, red, and green. First, the yellow ticket holders boarded the large boat, and then we, with the red tickets, boarded. Since we boarded last, when I descended the ladder from the hatch, there were no available seats! I was wondering why, but once they closed the hatch and cleared the ladder, seats appeared. Phew! However, water drips from under the hatch, so be careful.

Last time, it was a Japanese tour, but this time it was in English, so I listened to a Japanese tape through headphones while submerged. Since it was a tape, it didn't match the actual locations we were seeing, which was disappointing. I would prefer to have the Japanese tour. Last time, they showed us the model of the thick glass windows and reassured us about their safety, but this time, they just told us to put on the headphones.

To make matters worse, my wife was sitting next to a Korean person who was very kind and kept switching the channel from Japanese (channel 1) to Korean (channel 3). When she switched it back to channel 1, it would revert to channel 3 after a while. This happened about three times. By the way, my wife is Japanese.

Underwater, since it's a natural sea, it's expected that there aren't many fish while moving. The fish gather around the coral reefs and the wreckage of ships and planes along the way. If you expect an aquarium-like experience, you might be disappointed, so be prepared.

前回は日本語ツアーでしたが、今回は英語と言うことで、ヘッドホンからの日本語のテープを聴きながらの潜水です。テープなので、実際の場所の紹介とずれてしまっていて残念です。できれば、日本語ツアーにすべきです。前回は、窓ガラスのモデルも見せてくれて、こんなに厚い窓なんですから安心ですよと教えてくれましたが、今回はいきなりヘッドホンをつけてくださいで終わりでした。
さらに困った？ことには、妻の隣が韓国人の方で、とっても親切な人らしく、日本語は１チャンネルなのですが、ハングル語の３チャンネルに直してくれたんです。１チャンネルに戻すと、しばらくして、また３チャンネルにしてしまう。そんなやりとりが３回くらいあったそうです。ちなみに妻は日本人です。
海中は、自然の海なので当たり前ですが、移動中はほとんど魚がいません。魚は珊瑚礁や、途中途中の船や飛行機の残骸に集まっています。水族館のような感じを期待していくと裏切られますので、心して行きましょう。

We participated as a family of four this time. Although we were a bit anxious because our booking time was slightly delayed, we managed to join the tour without any issues. It was the first time for our children (6th grade and 2nd year of middle school) to ride a submarine that dives this deep, and they were wide-eyed with excitement. We visited five different reefs and were amazed by the colorful fish. By chance, we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle as well. It was a double luck since we also saw it at the North Shore. Compared to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, there were slightly fewer fish, but the water clarity was good, and the ride duration was long, making it a fulfilling experience. From the boat heading to the beach after the submarine ride, we had a breathtaking view of the hotel district in Waikiki and Diamond Head towering right in front of us.

In the summer of 2005, I participated in the Dolphin Discovery Swim at Sea Life Park. It included transportation.

Participants: 8 people in total (3 adults, 3 children, 1 observing adult, 1 toddler)
Children were aged 7, 5, 4, and 2.

10:00 AM - Gathering
11:00 AM - Arrival at Sea Life Park
11:15 AM - Observation of the sea lion show
11:45 AM - Lunch

We gathered at the bus stop of the Sheraton Waikiki. We boarded the bus after an uncle shouted, "Sea Life Park!! Mr. ○○!!" He also spoke Japanese. About half of the passengers were foreigners and half were Japanese, filling the large bus in about 8 minutes. Inside the bus, they kept the atmosphere light by alternating between speaking Japanese and English. We headed to Sea Life Park after stopping at two pickup locations.

After arriving, tickets, paper wristbands, and contracts were distributed, and we were dismissed. Some people immediately joined the activities. Since we had time until 1:15 PM, we first went to see the sea lion show. Because there were many small children, we brought our own lunch. We warmed up curry in a retort pouch and rice at the hotel and packed it in an insulated bag. We spread a sheet in the shade and enjoyed our lunch like a picnic. *Light snacks like hot dogs are sold inside Sea Life Park. Afterward, since we had time, we watched the dolphin pirate show.

Finally, the activities began. *We wore our swimsuits from the hotel. After submitting the contract, we watched a Japanese explanatory video. Then, we walked a short distance to the dolphin pool. *At this time, it is essential for observers to accompany the group. I traveled with my husband, but I participated in the Dolphin Adventure by myself. The dolphins were incredibly cute and smart, much more than I had imagined, and it was truly moving. I had three photos taken, and although I thought $16 for the largest one was really expensive, I decided to buy it. The DVD (about 10-15 minutes) was $49, which I thought was too high, so I didn't purchase it, but it seemed like the honeymooners were buying it. The tour lasted 5 hours and I was with the dolphins for about an hour, which went by so quickly. I wanted to spend a bit more time with them, but I guess this is the limit for their health. The person who picked us up was a foreigner, and there was no explanation. I thought I would be told about the meeting place and time for the return trip once we arrived, but instead, it was straight to check-in, changing, watching the dolphin explanation video, and then playing with the dolphins. After that, we were free to explore the park, but there was no explanation about the return meeting time or place, and I couldn't find anyone else who was on the shuttle bus with me, so I ended up taking the bus back to the hotel by myself. I wonder what happened to the others?

は想像よりめちゃくちゃ可愛くおりこうで感動でした。写真は３枚撮ってもらいそのうちの１枚（１番大きいサイズ）16ドルで凄く高いと思いましたがおもいきって購入しました。DVD（１０～１５分位）４９ドルこれは高すぎで購入しませんでしたが、ハネムーナーらしき人達は購入してました。５時間３０のツアーでイルカと一緒にいられるのは１時間位であっというまでした。もう少し一緒にいたいけど、イルカの体調のためにはこれくらいが限度なのですかね～、送迎してくれた方は外国のかたで、何も説明が無く、向こうについたら帰りの集合場所や時間など言われるのかと思いきや、到着後すぐ受付-着替え-イルカの説明ビデオ見て-イルカと遊んでという具合でその後は園内を自由散策でしたが、帰りの集合時間場所の説明はとうとう無く、一緒に送迎バスに乗った人もみつけられなかったので水族館から１人でThe　ｂｕｓに乗ってホテルまで帰りました。他の方々はどうなさったのでしょうか？

（そうそう、９時１５分からのスタートなのでホテルから
事前に水着を来て参加された方がいいですよ）
日本人の参加者は我が家（大人２名、子供１名）と
もう一組の家族３名の計６名でした。
中では契約書にサインをしてから説明ビデオを鑑賞します。
それから日本語担当の担当者：ＫＥＩＫＯさんが追加の説明を行って、
いよいよイルカプールへ移動します。
現場に着くと早速ライフジャケットを着ます。スプラッシュＵの時は
おしりの下程度の水深までしか入りませんでしたが、
今回は胸くらいまでつかる水深の所にまで入っていきます。
子供は両家族ともに小さく（我が家は５歳）親に抱っこされての参加です。
内容はイルカに触れたり、餌を与えたり、自分たちの合図でイルカが
目の前でジャンプしたり、水をかけられたりします（笑）
子供達は大きなイルカにビビリまくっていましたが、イルカに
触れてとても満足そうでした。

記念撮影時にはイルカとキスをしたり、握手をした時を撮ってくれます。
また今回は写真だけでなく映像（ＤＶＤ）も同時に撮影してくれていますので
記念に写真とＤＶＤの両方を購入してきました。

ちょっと残念なのはスプラッシュＵの時は「アカデミー」だったので
卒業証書がもらえたのですが、今回はありませんでした。
しかし、内容自体は本当にパワーアップと言うよりも
全てが変わっている感じです。スプラッシュＵに参加した時は
満足していました

I went on June 2nd. It was my first experience on my third trip to Hawaii. Even though I'm not a good swimmer, I felt safe and enjoyed myself wearing a life jacket. The tour guide was Japanese and provided simultaneous interpretation, so I was able to understand the explanations clearly. Each person got to kiss a dolphin, swim while holding onto its fin, and I even heard the dolphin's "kikiki" sound. I was truly satisfied and felt healed. ^^

ハワイ３度目にしてはじめての経験。泳ぎの苦手な私でもライフジャケットを着てだったので安心して楽しめました。ツアーガイドの方は日本の方で同時通訳をしながらだったので、説明もきちんと受けられました。一人一人イルカとキスしたり、ヒレにつかまって泳ぐことが出来たり、イルカの『キキキ』という声も聞くことが出来たし、本当に大満足で癒されました^^
ただ、難点は、体験して「これじゃ、撮ることは無理だな」とは思ったけど、写真が撮れないこと。スタッフの方が、３枚（イルカがほっぺにチュー、おかえしに口にチュー、ヒレにつかまって泳ぐ）を撮ってくれるのですが、あまり上手ではなく･･･。友達は全く顔が映っていなかったり、私はとったはずなのにお返しに口にチューした写真が無いと言われ･･･。泣く泣くあきらめ２枚だけ買って帰りました。体験中のDVDもありましたがちょっとお高め。。。
ま、写真なんてどうでもいい！イルカととにかく触れたいという方は満足行くと思います。

I think participating in this tour was a great decision. The underwater exploration in Hawaii, with its clear and beautiful cobalt blue waters, is truly unique to Hawaii. We were also lucky to see resting and swimming turtles, which was a wonderful experience. It became a great memory for both of us.

However, I found out that (1) if you book this tour locally, it costs around $65 to $66, which is significantly cheaper than what we paid through the company. (2) After disembarking, we were taken to a place with coral, but it turned out to be a jewelry sales pitch, which felt a bit off. I think everyone would have had a better impression if we had gone directly to our intended destination without that stop.

本ツアーに参加し大変良かったと思います。
ハワイの海底探検、澄み切ったきれいなコバルトブルー、の中これはハワイならではと思います。
そして運良く、休んでいる亀、泳いでいる亀が見られた事ラッキーでした。
夫婦共良い思い出となりました。
ただ（１）本ツアーは現地で申し込むと６５~６６ドルと当社よりはるかに安い事判明した。
（２）下船後さんごの所へ連れて行ってもらいましたが行った先はジュエリーの
売りつけ、何か釈然としません、これがなく直接行きたい所迄の送迎の方が皆さん
印象良かったと思いますが・・・・。
