Just before boarding, the trip was canceled due to poor visibility in the water, which affected the next schedule, but I was able to board the next day. It was my first experience, so I was excited. It's a parade of activities that can only be done in Hawaii! Additionally, there is a photographer accompanying the tour, and if you request, they will edit the photos taken during the tour into a DVD and deliver it the next day! This way, the wonderful experiences of the day can be kept as souvenirs! Not only is the tour itself interesting, but the magnificent views of Hawaii's emerald green sea from the catamaran yacht are also remarkable! I absolutely recommend this tour! This was my fifth time in Hawaii, but it was my first visit to Sea Life Park. I had participated in dolphin watching tours before, but this tour was incredibly satisfying. I was able to see, touch, and even kiss the dolphins up close. At first, I thought, "This is a bit expensive," but considering the experience I had, I felt it was worth it. The staff hardly spoke any Japanese at all. They talked about the precautions when interacting with the dolphins, but I understood very little. Most of the participants were American, and I managed to follow along by mimicking them. One thing I learned was that you should not touch the dolphins' eyes. I was a bit confused at times, but the dolphins were so adorable. It made me feel very happy. Next time I go to Hawaii, I want to have even more experiences at Sea Life Park.

５回目のハワイでしたが初めてシーライフパークに行きました。以前にもイルカを見るツアーなどに参加した事がありましたがこのツアーは大満足でした。まじかにイルカを見れ、触れ、キスまで・・・。最初は”少し高いなー”と思っていましたがこれだけの体験をできるなら安いと思いました。飼育係りの方は全くと言うくらい日本語はできません。イルカと接する注意点などを話していましたがほとんど解りませんでした。参加者もほとんどアメリカ系の人でその人達の見よう見真似で何とかなりました。一つ解った事はイルカの目に触れてはいけないという事くらいでした。色々戸惑いましたがやはりイルカはとっても可愛かったです。とても幸せな気分になりました。今度ハワイに行ったらシーライフパークでもっと色々な体験をしてみたいです。

The parasailing staff were awesome! It was a first time experience for my mother and boyfriend and they made it wonderful. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They even offered a kamaaina rate to my father which allowed him to be on the boat with us. He really enjoyed that. We will definitely do it again someday and recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed the parasailing part of the activity and the transport bus was timely and clean, but the overally experience was tainted by the heavy handed demand for $20.00 tips. Like having dinner at a nice restaurant where the waiter recommends/demand to know the amount of your intended tip before he/she recommending the catch of the day.

the blatant tip demand unfortunately tainted an othewise nice activity. We did tip and would have without the demand for tip, but the demand made me feel unwelcome. wouldnt come back only because of that.

other than that it was as advertised and enjoyable. maybe you dont care or want repeat business. mike.

All of the staff at Hans Hedemann are just wonderful, from the driver, to the instructor at the shop, all the instructors in the ocean, and even the cameraman! Everyone was just so friendly, laughing and smiling, and making sure we were having a good time. My fiance and I had an awesome time and would recommend this surf school to everybody. The pictures came out great, thank you camera man!

Parasailing with X-treme Parasailing was a wonderful activity. I thought it would be scary, but in actuality it was a very relaxing experience that I'll never forget. If you listen to the instructions the crew give you, your ride up and back down will be smooth and comfortable. Once in the air, you will experience a wonderful peace as you float high above the water.
I would highly recommend this activity to a wide range of people. We had a 3rd grader and a 62 year old on our boat, and each of them LOVED their parasailing experience. The crew was fun and put every one who was a little nervous at ease with their years of experience and humorous comments. Tipping was optional, and in no way did the crew make me feel like I HAD to tip. I was, however, happy to tip them for the great job they did!

It was an early morning departure from a still chilly start, but when we reached the point, we were able to see an unexpected pod of dolphins even from the boat. There were mother and baby dolphins, and dolphins jumping out of the water.

Due to the sea conditions that day, we ended up sitting on the ladder of the boat and peering into the water for dolphin watching, but we were able to see the dolphins swimming alongside the boat up close, which was truly moving.

After moving to a calm spot, we enjoyed plenty of snorkeling and encountered colorful fish and sea turtles. We also had fun playing with the kayak we brought on board, and the hamburgers and pineapples we ate on the boat were delicious!

The staff were all fun and considerate, keeping the participants engaged! I entrusted the camera to a local staff member for underwater dolphin photos, and we got a lot of great shots (laughs).

Finally, we even had a hula lesson, making it a wonderful experience. Despite being such a packed tour, it ended in half a day, allowing us to spend a meaningful day.

まだ肌寒い早朝からのの出航でしたが、ポイントに着くと、思いがけないほどのイルカの群れが船の上からでも確認できました。親子イルカや、海上にジャンプするイルカ・・。
この日は海のコンディションにより、船にかけたハシゴに腰掛け、水のなかに顔をつっこんでのドルフィンウォッチングとなりましたが、船と併走して泳ぐイルカ達の様子を、本当に間近で見ることができ、感動です。　
また、穏やかな場所に移動してから、たっぷりシュノーケリングもして、色とりどりの魚や海がめにも出会えました。他にも、船に積んできたカヤックで遊んだり、船上で食べたハンバーガーやパイナップルも美味しかったです☆　
スタッフが全員楽しく、気遣いのある方ばかりで、参加者を飽きさせません！
イルカの水中写真は、現地のスタッフの人にカメラを託して撮ってもらったら、いい写真が沢山撮れました（笑）。
最後にフラレッスンまでついて、いい経験になりましたよ。
こんな盛り沢山のツアーなのに半日で終わるので、１日有意義に過ごせました。

Since I went in March, the water was cold! Even with a wetsuit on, I shivered after being in for a long time. It was great to see a group of nearly 20 dolphins. However, I think it would have been even better if I had brought my own underwater camera.

I participated with three women on February 27.

The weather was nice, warm, and perfect for the beach.

The guides, Kayoko, Papa, Peter, Olli, Bobby, and Justin, were all unique and wonderful people! I especially appreciated Kayoko's help.

Fortunately, we were able to see whales and turtles. We also got a great view of dolphins, and even for someone like me who is scared of the ocean, it was so cute that I forgot all about my fears!

Kayaking was also fun♪

I would love to participate again!

We had a great time on the boat, with the crue (they made us feel so comfortable and were on top of the situation - it was our first experience parasailing) and especially in the air.

I tried parasailing for the first time, and it was amazing, like flying in the sky! My sister and I participated together, and it felt like we were in our own world; the scenery was fantastic and wonderful. There was a service where you could take 24 photos for $15, and it seems like they capture pictures during the parasailing. I took motion sickness medicine beforehand, but I got seasick while waiting for others to finish parasailing, so the medicine is a must! I would love to try it again!

妹と二人で参加しましたが、二人だけの世界のようで景色も最高で素晴らしかったです。

I requested a pick-up, and I was surprised when I got into the car! Everyone except us was a foreigner. English was flying around in the car, and it seemed like everyone was having a great time. I, who am completely hopeless with English, was just staring blankly the whole time... But once it started, everyone got really excited, and it was a lot of fun. It was a very valuable experience. I wonder if only Japanese people pay tips?? I wasn't really sure about that...

I participated in a course without pickup service, but it was no problem since I just had to show my voucher. I joined the Royal Swim, but perhaps due to the off-peak season, there were only five participants, including myself. Most of the others were from foreign countries like Australia and Canada, and since I was the only Japanese person, I felt a bit lonely. The female instructor initially said, "I can speak a little Japanese, so it's okay," but the only things she actually said in Japanese were "My name is ~" and "Are you okay?" along with "belly button," while the rest of the explanations were all in English. With my English skills, I could only understand about 30% of what was said, but since I watched a Japanese video beforehand, I had no particular issues swimming along.

The water temperature was indeed cold, but I got used to it after a while. However, when I got out of the water, I was cold and shivering. In a previous review, it was mentioned that there were only two changing rooms, but in reality, there were plenty, so I was able to change right away without waiting.

The price is high, but it's a valuable experience, so I recommend it.

送迎なしのコースに参加しましたが、バウチャーを見せるだけなので問題なしでした。ロイヤルスイムに参加しましたが閑散期のせいか、私を含め5人しか参加者がいませんでした。オーストラリアやカナダなど外国から来た方ばっかりでしたがみなさん英語圏の人ばかりで、私だけ日本人だったのでちょっとさみしかったです。インストラクターの女性は｢少し日本語が話せるから大丈夫よ｣と初めに言っていましたが、実際喋ったのは｢私の名前は～です｣｢大丈夫？｣｢おへそ｣くらいであとは全部英語による説明でした。私の英語力では3割くらいしか聞き取れませんでしたが、事前に日本語のビデオを見るので一緒に泳いだりする分には特に問題はありませんでした。
水温は確かに冷たいですがしばらくすると慣れて来ます。でも水からあがると寒くて震えてしまいました。以前の書き込みで更衣室が二つしかないと書かれていましたが、実際は沢山あったので、待つことなくすぐに着替えられました。
お値段は高いですが貴重な体験ができるのでおすすめです

I participated in the Dolphin Encounter with my 5-year-old son. We checked in at the guest counter inside Seaside Park. There were Japanese staff members, which made me, as a beginner, feel at ease.

We put on life vests and listened to a brief explanation from the trainer (in English) before heading straight to the pool. There were about 20 participants.

First, we were allowed to touch the dolphin's back and belly. My son was a bit hesitant at first, but he gradually got used to it. Following the trainer's instructions, the dolphin gave me a kiss on my cheek and lips. It was my first time interacting with a dolphin so closely, and I was truly moved.

The experience lasted about 45 minutes, but it didn't feel short at all. At the end, they were selling photos of us being kissed by the dolphin and DVDs. Sadly, we ended up buying them as a keepsake...

シーサイドパーク内のゲストカウンターにて受付をしました。日本人のスタッフもいて、初心者の私にも安心できました。
ライフベストを装着し、トレーナーから簡単な説明（ここは英語）を聞き、早速プールへ。参加者は２０名程度でした。
まずイルカの背中とお腹を触らせてくれます。息子も最初はおそるおそるでしたが、次第になれてきました。

It was early in the morning, so I was a bit sleepy, but our local guide, YURIKO, greeted us with such brightness and energy. On the bus, she explained the activities in a fun and easy-to-understand way while playing a DVD, and before we knew it, we arrived at the port! On the boat, there were crew members and coincidentally, a reporter and photographer from a Japanese Hawaii magazine, so we boarded with a large group and set sail! We explored the beautiful sea at dawn while searching for dolphins. Just when we were feeling a bit disappointed because we couldn't find any dolphins, we spotted a whale spouting! After that, dolphins were still elusive, so we temporarily stopped the boat to experience snorkeling in a spot known for its abundant tropical fish! It was my first time snorkeling, and I was amazed by the beautiful, colorful tropical fish, starfish, and sea urchins. Just then, a large group of dolphins swam right by us!!! Everyone's excitement skyrocketed, and we made a U-turn towards the direction the dolphins were swimming. I struggled a bit with snorkeling since it was my first time and fell behind. However, the staff quickly noticed and kindly supported me. Just as I was catching my breath and getting ready to go, the dolphins came over, and I was able to swim alongside them up close. When I dove into the water, I could hear the adorable sounds of the dolphins, which was truly moving! I also saw a sea turtle, and at the end, there was a beautiful rainbow! On top of that, there was a double rainbow, which is said to bring good luck☆ The crew and the photographer were all smiles, saying that such a thing is rare. I definitely want to see everyone again! 朝早かったので少し眠かったのですが、現地ガイドのＹＵＲＩＫＯさんがとっても明るく元気に出迎えてくれました。バスの中ではアクティビティの内容を分り易く楽しくＤＶＤを流しながら説明してくださりあっという間に港に到着！船にはクルーとたまたま日本のハワイ雑誌の取材の記者とカメラマンが来ており大所帯で乗り込みいざ出航！まだ朝焼けが綺麗な海をイルカを探しながらあちこち回りました。なかなかイルカが見つからず少し落胆してきたら偶然鯨の潮吹きが！その後もイルカはなかなか現れず、一旦船を止めて熱帯魚がたくさんいるという場所でシュノーケリングを体験！初体験でしたがすごく綺麗で色とりどりの熱帯魚や、ひとで、うになどを見れて感動してると・・・イルカの大群が真横を横切りました！！！みんな一気にテンションが上がりイルカの泳ぐ方向へＵターン。私は始めてのシュノーケリングでうまく進めず疲れて遅れをとってしまいました。でもすぐにスタッフの方が気づいてくれて優しくサポートしてくださり、息が整っていざ向かおうとしたらイルカがこっちへ来てくれてすぐ近くで一緒に泳ぐことができました。海に潜るとイルカの「きゅーきゅー」と言う可愛い鳴き声が聞けて本当に大感動でした！ウミガメも見れて最後には綺麗な虹が！その上に更に虹がかかり幸運を招くというダブルレインボウに☆こんなことは珍しいよと、クルーとカメラマンもニコニコ笑顔でした。またみんなに絶対会いたいです！ありがとうＹＵＲＩＫＯさん＆クルーの皆様！

Majestic Sunset Cocktail Lounge Bar Cruise with One Drink & Live Music

We are repeat visitors to Navatek. The entertainment is far superior to any other dinner cruise ship. These people really can sing and play their instruments very well. The singers are awesome. They don't just do a typical luau type show, they also sing a wide variety of music for listening or dancing. I told one of the singers that she is every bit as good or better than any of those American Idol people! We had a great time! The dancers are beautiful. The crew was very friendly and down to earth.
I've been on all the other dinner cruise ships as I am a repeat visitor to Hawaii. We don't have an ocean where I live, so I always want to experience it when I'm there. All the other cruise ships(Alii Kai, Star of Honolulu and Starlet)were horrible. Nothing can beat the smooth ride on Navatek and the unobstructed views of the sunset that Navatek offers. I believe I have heard that no other dinner cruise ship goes past Diamond Head to Kahala and beyond -- and I believe it. Every time I've

We decided to try the ambassador package which included premium seats to the luau and the all day tour with a guide. I am so glad we decided on this. The food at the luau was ok, but the show was incredible! The tour around the grounds was fantastic too, because our tour guide, Cousin Bianca, knew exactly when all the shows were starting and when we would need to get there in order to get decent seats! We even got this incredble dessert to go along with it and they were so good! Some sort of fruity type of ice cream. YUM! I highly recommend this!

Honolulu X-Treme Parasailing Tour Adventure [700ft, 850ft, 1000ft or 1200ft Rides]

We paid for the Deluxe package which is $20 more than the Standard package in order to go up to a higher height, and for 5 minutes more of flying (than the standard's 8 min). Well when we went out no matter what package you purchased, you only got 5 minutes in the air. TOTAL RIP OFF!! AND to top it off, by the end of the trip the 2 workers ASKED FOR $20 tips from everyone!! The actual flying was fun, but they should give you what you pay for.

Honolulu X-Treme Parasailing Tour Adventure [700ft, 850ft, 1000ft or 1200ft Rides]

This was the first activity we had planned on Oahu. The actual Parasailing time was wonderful!!! The time spent on the boat with the workers was horrible. To start they wanted us to pay them $15 to take pictures of us (even though the other people in our group were going to do it). When we declined their offer the crew made rude comments almost constantly during the boat ride. (Is he always this cheap? Must be they are saving their money for a sunny day!!! Not good Aloha.) The boat has writing all over it that, "Good karma starts with good tips" and "Tipping is WELCOME." There are $20bills taped all up the handrail as a "suggestion" on how much to tip. Don't forget the 3 times that the crew mentioned that we should not forget to tip them for their hard work! The time spent on the boat was very uncomfortable but parasailing was awesome. In the end I did tip them (only because I felt so uncomfortable) and I am still regretting it.
