This tour was the highlight of the trip! Marshall, our guide, was so informative and he kept making sure I was doing ok. Our ages ranged from 17 to 67 and yes, I'm the 67 yr. old. He showed so much interest in making this such a fun experience as well as a learning experience. Thanks to the Kualoa Ranch for having someone like him to make sure us novice ATV riders had the best time ever. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

Since I was staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, the departure port was very close and convenient, and the staff were very cheerful and kind, so even if you don't understand much English, you can still enjoy yourself! However, I was quite anxious because I couldn't confirm my reservation. I made a reservation for the 10 AM departure the next day through VELTRA in the evening. I thought I would receive a confirmation via the web or a call to my mobile, but there was no news even after 9 AM on the day of. In the end, when I checked with the organizing company, they said I would receive a call from VELTRA shortly. After 30 minutes without any contact, I called the organizing company again, asked for VELTRA's contact information, and confirmed with them. It turned out that the 10 AM slot was fully booked. The 11 AM and 12 PM slots were also full, so they said there was availability at 1 PM, which I reluctantly accepted. After hanging up, I received a call saying that the 1 PM slot was also fully booked and that it would be after 2 PM. I wanted the kids to experience parasailing, so I agreed to 2 PM, but it was all quite hectic and tiring. Even if the initial reservation was just a request, if the web shows availability, I would have preferred to be informed about the status much earlier. I wonder if this is an issue with VELTRA's booking system. I think it's better to avoid making next-day reservations whenever possible.

ただ、予約確認ができず非常に気をもみました。VELTRA経由で翌日の10時発の予約を入れたのが夕方。Web経由や携帯への確定連絡があると思ったのですが、当日の9時を過ぎても音沙汰なし。結局、主催会社に確認したら、VELTRAからすぐ電話があるとのこと。30分経っても連絡がないので、再度主催会社に電話して、VERTRAの連絡先を聞いて電話して確認。結局10時からの便は満席とのこと。11時、12時は満席なので13時なら空いているとのことで、渋々13時に変更して電話を切ったら、すぐに電話がかかってきてやっぱり13時も満席なので14時以降になるとのこと。パラセーリングを子供たちに体験させたかったので、14時で了承しましたが、なんだかばたばたで疲れました。そもそも最初の予約自体がリクエストだとしても、Webで予約可能状態ならば、可・不可に関してはもっと早く連絡がほしかった。VELTRAの手配システムの問題なんでしょうか。予約を取る際は、なるべく翌日予約は避けたほうがよいと思います。

Depending on the wind, the parasail can come close to directly above the boat, reaching nearly 110 meters in height; if it drifts, it won't reach that height. During our participation, there was a north wind, so when we returned from offshore to Waikiki, we went higher compared to the members on the way out. However, since it feels like you are "floating" in the air, I don't think you'll feel scared. Since Waikiki is on the southern coast, if you want your face to look good in photos, I recommend boarding when heading out to sea. On the way back, the lighting is somewhat backlit, so your face may appear darker in the pictures. The crew took about 40 photos for a fee of $30, and this price applies whether you are a group of two or four. What I don't understand is the "tip." On the boat, there was a note in Japanese stating that "the fee does not include tips," which I believe means they want tips from Japanese customers. In such services, I’m not sure how much to give, and I ended up giving more than I intended. Many Americans did not seem to give tips, but it would be helpful to know the standard.

Absolutely AWESOME!!! The staff where very friendly with a great sense of humor. They knew what they were doing. Always checking in with every person on board to see if they needed anything. We saw tons of dolphins. The SNUBA was fantastic!! We saw so many fish and 2 turtles!! The food and drinks were great as well!!! Will do this again when we come back!!

I thought it might be tough due to my age, but my initial anxiety faded quickly, and I had a great time for a full two hours. The guide spoke English, so there were parts where I didn't fully understand the discussions about movie filming. The buggy itself requires quite a bit of use of the shoulder and back muscles, as well as the right thumb for the accelerator. We went on a course that can only be experienced in a buggy, and while we weren't going super fast, there was just the right amount of thrill, making it a great memory. They lend you goggles, but your face and hands will get covered in dust. I recommend bringing a backpack or something that leaves your hands free for your belongings.

年齢的に厳しいかなとも思ったのですが、不安だったのは最初だけで、２時間たっぷり楽しめました。ガイドさんは英語なので、ところどころで映画撮影の話をされた時には、わからないことも多かったです。バギー自体は、肩と背中の筋肉と、アクセルである右の親指を結構使います。バギーでしか味わえないようなコースを最後に回ったり、そんなにスピードを出しているわけではないけれど適度なスリルもあっていい思い出になりました。ゴーグルを貸してくれますが、顔や手は土ぼこりで真っ黒になります。荷物はリュックなと手のあくものがおすすめ。

Everyone except us spoke English!! In the bus and on the boat, it was filled with fast-paced English, and even the English I thought I could understand was completely incomprehensible, but I managed to go with the flow. Since we're all human, we somehow made it work.

With an upbeat energy that you don't find in Japan, let's fly!! She was screaming in fear and kept her eyes mostly closed, but that really got a laugh from everyone else. It was a fun adventure! It was 90 meters, but there was plenty of time, and I was completely satisfied. I recommend getting the photos (an additional $30). They ask if you want to take pictures just before you fly or if you need an SD card.

I said, "Sure!! So many pictures please!!" When I got back, there were 150 photos!! Amazing. There are some black spots in the images, possibly from sand or water droplets, but the quality is top-notch. When zoomed in, you could even see each hair on my shins (laughs).

I definitely want to participate again when I go back to Hawaii, but she says she doesn't want to do it anymore! (laughs) Since tips are not included, I gave $10 to the boat staff and $5 to the shuttle driver, but I wonder if that was too little. I was a bit broke and didn't have much cash on hand...

Wow, what an experience! It's the only way to describe the feeling. Out of the choices we did 1000ft. Now it sounded pretty high but that's the only way to do it! Go big or go home! The views of the bay and diamond head were so awesome. The driver kills the engine a few times and it feels like a roller coaster ride. When you're in the air, it doesn't matter that you are so far in the sky and the boat looks so tiny. Such a rush! The guys are super cool and do offer to take pictures for you for a cost. It was like $30 for almost 200 pics. I had a waterproof camera and snapped some pics but not the same. Whatever floats your boat. Also remember that the longer the line, the longer the ride! And when you come back to the boat, you get dunked in the ocean, so refreshing! I was lucky to ride again with a single guy who was doing 300ft. Not even close to the same feeling when you're so much higher. I hope this review helps.

You can interact with dolphins, and the children seemed to have a great time. Since I was accompanied by an elderly person and a child, I booked a submarine tour where we could enjoy the underwater scenery without getting wet.

We took a boat from the beach out to sea and approached the submarine to board it. Although the sea was a bit murky due to the storm, we were still able to fully enjoy the underwater views. It seemed that the scenery was better on the left side than on the right side of the submarine. We did the VIP box seating, we were a little disappointed in that. we were up higher but way at the back and the way they have the table if you are not at the end of the table you have to try and see through everyone in front of you. Next time we would do front row seating, I think they would be better seats

Among the trip to Hawaii with five guys, this activity was particularly memorable and truly addictive. The view of Hawaii from 150 meters above is indescribable, and I highly recommend experiencing it at least once!

I got lost on the way to the meeting point and ended up being late, but they quickly accommodated me by rescheduling to another time.

My childern, ages 16 and 21, and I had the best time on the Sunset Cruise! It was one the top highlights of our vacation in Hawaii! The crew members were awesome! They took care of all of our needs. They took many pictures of me and my children and a couple of "selfies"! They were so much fun!! Everyone on the cruise seemed to be having a blast! The even caught a huge mahi mahi while fishing! We saw a beautiful rainbow and a little of another one to make a double rainbow! We had so much fun, we didn't want it to end! Thanks for a fantastic time!!

The meeting point at the harbor is just a short distance from the Hilton Hotel. It's a bit hard to find, so I recommend arriving early. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable activity.

We went snorkeling and saw a lot of turtles above the water. Water wasnt clear enough to see anything with snorkeling gear so they offered free open bar, free sandwiches and cookie.
