I waited for about 15 minutes for the pick-up. It was mentioned that there would be a "trolley with a logo to greet us," but no one came despite waiting... I kept an eye out every time a car stopped, but there was no sign of the right vehicle. After more than 15 minutes had passed, I started to feel anxious and decided to call. They told me, "It already passed." I hurriedly took a taxi to the location where the boat was departing and managed to make it in time for the tour.

When I spoke to a Japanese woman at the reception about the absence of the vehicle and the fact that we weren't called, she responded as if it was our fault, saying, "We don't call names, you know? Others have gotten on." The vehicle I saw was just an ordinary van without any logos.

Having participated in various tours before, I noticed that the pick-up staff usually have a list of participants. If it was just a regular van, at least they could have mentioned the tour name... The pick-up location in front of the Duke statue has many cars stopping, and since it also serves as a meeting point for other tours and a trolley stop, it is quite difficult to identify a non-logo vehicle as the tour vehicle without any guidance.

The guide on the boat was a local who entertained the participants well, but the fact that we made others wait and the unpleasant attitude from the Japanese woman at the reception turned what should have been a fun memory in Hawaii into a disappointing one.

車を見るとロゴも何もないただのワゴン車でした。
今まで色々なツアーに参加してきましたが送迎の方は必ず参加者のリストを持っていたし、普通のワゴン車なのであればせめてツアー名だけでも言ってくれれば良いのに...と思います。
Pick Up場所のデューク像前は止まる車も多く、他のツアーの待ち合わせ場所やトロリー乗り場にもなっているため、案内もなしにロゴの無い車をツアーの車だと判断するのはかなり難しいです。
船に乗ったガイドさんは現地の方で参加者を楽しませてくれましたが、他の参加者を待たせてしまったこと、受付の日本人女性にすごく感じの悪い態度を取られたことで、ハワイで楽しい思い出を作るはずが残念な思い出となりました。

The view while feeling the wind is amazing, unlike the scenery seen through the airplane window. I'm glad we chose to go as high as possible.

We went as a couple, but the kids who came in a group and rode in the three-seater seemed to be having a great time together.

You can take photos yourself, but it's also fine to take turns with the people you're riding with, so there's no need to worry about photos.

I saw a post saying that the pickup time wasn't kept, but when we arrived right on time, they were already waiting for us. It might be luck, but I think it should be fine.

Looking at past reviews, there are mentions of a high percentage of foreigners, and that was absolutely true. Even on the shuttle bus and at the venue, there was a strong sense of being in the minority (laughs). About 99% of the guests are foreigners, so just accept it.

I had no idea what the guide was saying or why everyone was so excited, but I enjoyed it anyway. They repeated the bus number several times, so as long as you catch that, you can definitely make it back to Waikiki.

After receiving my Mai Tai, I took a photo between a muscular guy and a beautiful lady at the entrance. The deluxe course is included in the price, so let's make sure to smile big for the photo. Once inside the venue, you'll be shown to your seats. Until the show starts, you can relax and enjoy some drinks or check out various activities.

You'll be given a card that can be used for payments inside the venue, so feel free to use it for drinks and souvenirs.

As for the level of the show, it felt like it was on par with others. Since it wasn't aimed at Japanese people, there was hardly any Japanese spoken. However, if you're interested in seeing a traditional hula show, I recommend checking out a luau show, not just here.

They serve more food than you can eat. With the deluxe course, the staff will serve you, so there's no need to worry. Others will have a buffet style. I was completely satisfied after finishing even the sweet desserts at the luau show.

It seems that foreigners, who are more accustomed to parties, were definitely more skilled at this kind of event than the Japanese.

マイタイを受け取り、入り口でマッチョなお兄さんと綺麗なお姉さんに挟まれ写真を
撮ります。デラックスコースは、料金に含まれてますので、最高の笑顔で写りましょう。
会場内に入ると、席の案内をされます。その後、ショーが始まるまでは席でのんびりアルコールを楽しむも良し、色々な催しを見て楽しむも良しです。
会場内での支払に使えるカードを渡されますので、飲み物代お土産代に使って下さい。

ショー自体のレベルは、まぁどこも同じくらいなのかな？って感じです。日本人を対象として無いので日本語は殆どありませんでした。それでも伝統あるフラショーを見たいって方は、是非ここに限らずルアウしょーに行かれてはいかがかと思います。

食べ物は食べきれ無いほど出されます。デラックスコースは、スタッフが配膳してくれますので何のしんぱいも要りません。他の方はバイキング形式になります。
甘々デサートまで完食して大満足なルアウショーでした。

やはりこの手のものは日本人よりもパーティ慣れしている外人さんの方が一枚も二枚も上手でした。

I have a significant fear of heights, but I had no problems at all!! The reason I decided to challenge myself to jump from 150 meters was because I saw everyone's experiences.

Since I participated alone, I jumped with others. Everyone was supposed to jump from different heights, but from the boat, they all looked like they were at the same height. The price varies depending on the height, so I'm really unsure if the person I jumped with was actually at the same height as me. Was it possible they were lower than 150 meters? Did the person I jumped with not actually want to jump from 150 meters? If that could be clarified, it would have been incredibly fun☆

I definitely recommend taking photos. I think they make for great memories. If they could also provide photos (or videos) from above while jumping, that would be even better. I want to jump again when I go to Hawaii!! The staff made it enjoyable, so I created wonderful memories.

１人で参加のため、他の人と飛びました。みなさん飛ぶ高さが違う・・・はずですが、
船から見ていると全部同じ位の高さに見えました。

実は１５０メートルより低かったんじゃないか？

I always go snorkeling, but I booked this tour because I wanted to swim with dolphins. It takes a little time to get to the location, but the sea is clear. When we spotted the dolphins, we all jumped into the water. The dolphins swam gracefully in the deep water.

It might be a bit different from what you imagine when you see it on TV, but wild dolphins are amazing. We also got to go canoeing, which was fantastic. The hamburger we had at the end was the best for the kids.

The seating is arranged in two rows in a U-shape with the stage in the center. The front row seems to be reserved for guests, so you can't sit there even if you arrive early.
You have to wait until the people in the front row finish before you can go to the buffet.
It's expensive for what you get, but since it's the Hilton, I suppose that's to be expected.
It became a memorable family trip.

I made a reservation because I wanted to see hula (since it feels like Hawaii). The food was quite delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. Additionally, it was fun to see various Polynesian dances, not just hula. The Tahitian performance was the most exciting, and my dad was invited on stage to dance, which made for a fun experience. Since we chose the standard seating, the stage was a bit far, but they danced facing different directions, so it was enjoyable even from the side. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth the cost.

I initially made a reservation for 9/7 at 10:00, but when I arrived at the port, thunder started, and due to the captain's judgment, the trip was unfortunately canceled. I was able to rebook for the earliest available time at 13:00, and this time we were able to fly! I experienced this twice in Bali, but in Hawaii, we went much further out and climbed really high, so all three of us were very satisfied. The motorboat experience from the port to the open sea was also fun. I often hear about the pickup taking a while, but in our case, we were surprised to find the bus waiting for us as soon as we stepped outside. However, the return of the boat seemed to be delayed, so if you have a tight schedule, it might be frustrating. The tip was displayed as $8 on the boat, and since I wasn't prepared with $1 bills, I panicked and ended up giving more, which meant I didn't have any tip left for Yano, our driver. Thank you, Yano, for the fun conversation and drink service. I'm sorry I couldn't give you a tip. I was worried about my valuables and only brought minimal cash, not taking my card, but I should have brought a bit more to buy an SD card.

I signed up for the trip to Hawaii just before departure because my daughter said she really wanted to try it. On the day of the event, it was drizzling occasionally, and while I was worried, we waited for the shuttle. As we waited longer and felt anxious, a staff member from Japan called to let us know we were at the wrong pickup location, and after that, we were successfully picked up. The parasailing experience was more refreshing than I had expected and turned out to be a valuable experience. My daughter says it’s her favorite memory from the trip!

We participated as a family: my mother, my 13-year-old and 10-year-old children, and their father accompanied us as a videographer (though it seems the video didn't turn out well because the boat was shaking...). We requested photo shooting for $30, and the pictures turned out great. I think it was because the staff were used to the swaying. It was a really good tour. When I emailed to request a three-person ride, I received a polite response saying that depending on the weather and other conditions, it might be a two-person ride, but I decided to go ahead and book anyway. In reality, it was a three-person ride!! The kids were thrilled and really felt like they were flying. I would love to do it again. I think the height of 110 meters was sufficient. The flying time was longer than I expected. I thought it would end quickly... After arriving by car, we waited for about 15 minutes for the boat to reach the port, but I think this depends on the number of people in the previous group. Each group is set for an hour, but if there are fewer people in the previous group, they return sooner, allowing us to board earlier. If there are more people, it takes longer, which inevitably delays our start... But I think that's just how it is, depending on the reservation situation. In our group, we were the only Japanese, and there were three other groups. My children and I flew first. We had a great time with two handsome captains who spoke Japanese well and the other passengers. The boat sways quite a bit. I was glad I took motion sickness medication based on this experience. It was swaying even while others were flying, and it really kept swaying the whole time. Definitely take precautions against motion sickness!! (Especially for children). In the end, we got back to the port and into the car at 12:16. Since we booked a group that started at 11:00, the ending time was slightly delayed (due to the aforementioned late start). 家族で参加しました。母である私と、１３歳と１０歳の子供たち。父親はビデオ撮影者として同行しました。（ボートが揺れてあまりよく撮れなかったらしい…）。写真撮影は３０ドルでお願いしました。ばっちり撮れてました。揺れに慣れているスタッフだからこそかなと思いました。とても良いツアーでしたよ。予約時に３人乗りをリクエストする旨のメールを送ったところ、天候などの状況によっては２人乗りになってしまうとの返答を頂きましたが、丁寧な返答だったので、それでも予約しようと決めました。実際は３人乗りでした！！子供たちも大喜びで、本当に鳥になった気分でした。またやりたいです。高さとしては１１０メートルで十分だったと思います。思ったよりも飛んでいた時間は長かったです。すぐ終わるかとおもっていたので…。車で現地に着いたあと、ボートが港に着くまで待ちます。１５分くらいだったけど、これは前のグループの人数にもよると思います。一時間ずつ設定されていますが、前のグループの人数が少なければ早く帰ってくるから早く乗れるし、多ければその分時間もかかっているはずなので帰りが遅く、必然的に自分たちのスタートも遅れていく…。でも仕方ないかとも思います。そのときの予約状況次第なので…。私たちのグループは日本人は私たちだけ、あとは３組いました。私と子供たちは最初に飛びました。日本語の上手なイケメン船長ら２人やその他の乗客たちとも楽しく過ごせました。ボートはかなり揺れます。この体験談を参考に酔い止め薬を飲んでよかったと思いました。他の方たちが飛んでいる間も揺れてるし、ほんとにずーっと揺れてます。酔い対策は是非！！（特にお子様は）。結局港に戻って車に乗り込んだのは１２時１６分でした。１１時スタートのグループに予約したので終了時間は少しずれ込みました。（スタートが前述通り遅れたため）。でも、こればかりは仕方ないことだと思うので、スケジュールには余裕を持ったほうが良いです。終了時間（スタート時間）がある程度遅れることは念頭に、是非この素晴らしい体験を！！VELTRAの皆さん、ありがとうございました。毎回お世話になってますが、また来年ハワイに行きますので（懲りないな～）、良いツアーをじっくり探させて頂きますね。その時は宜しくお願い致します！

I participated in parasailing at my 65-year-old mother's request! Although it was said that only English was spoken, the staff spoke to us in broken Japanese, so there were no problems at all.

The parasailing itself was simply amazing!! The weather was great, and there was even a rainbow, which made my mother very happy. I definitely want to participate again when we go to Hawaii! 😊

I've been to Oahu many times. This trip is a must. Snorkeling with the green sea turtles is amazing! They pop up right under you and you have to back up a bit. There is nothing quite like being one with nature.

I would recommend this to any age group.
