It was tough with the rain and high waves. We managed to see dolphins, but it seemed like more people didn't get to see them. The staff was very good, so it would have been perfect if the weather had cooperated.
We were supposed to have lunch on the boat, but after the activity, we waited on land for about 30 minutes and received a McDonald's cheeseburger to eat. I was disappointed because I chose this place over a middle school specifically to enjoy lunch.

The location tour was interesting and time passed quickly, but the next jungle tour? The guide was a foreigner and spoke only English. The places we visited felt similar to the location tour. I couldn't understand anything the guide was saying and we just rode around in a truck that had a bit more speed. If I had known the guide would only speak English, I wouldn't have gone.

We wasted about an hour and a half here, and the meal we finally returned to was terrible; it would have been better not to eat at all. The last taste farm had a Japanese guide who was easy to understand, which improved my mood a bit, but we spent almost the entire day going around similar environments and wasted precious time during our stay in Hawaii. I wish the Japanese site had mentioned in the notes that the guide would only speak English.

My long-awaited first trip to Hawaii! I went in mid-April. The day before was unfortunately rainy, so I was worried about rain on the day of my trip, but fortunately, the weather held up until the end. I was able to see a pod of dolphins, sea turtles swimming along the ocean floor, and schools of small fish, which made for an incredibly moving experience in the crystal-clear waters.

As for advice for those who will be participating, I tend to handle the cold well, but if you are sensitive to cold, be sure to bring a larger towel and a jacket, as it can get chilly, especially with the wind while moving on the boat! 4月中旬に行きました。前日があいにく雨模様だったので、当日雨が降るのが心配でしたが、幸い天気も最後まで崩れる事なく、予定通り？イルカの群れにも海底を泳ぐウミガメにも小さい魚の群れにも会う事ができて透き通るようなきれいな海中もともなって感動の体験でした。
これから参加される方へのアドバイス？ですが、私は寒さには強い方なのですが、寒さに弱い方は、船で移動中は特に風が吹くと寒いので、大きめのタオルとジャケットなど寒さ対策は忘れないように！
あと4月中旬は雨季の終わりという事で、今回も仕事が比較的落ち着いた時にお休みをもらってハワイに行く事ができましたが、もし又機会があれば、今度は是非、乾季に行きたいと思っています。

I had a reservation for the Star of Honolulu, but due to hull repairs, I was forced to cancel and quickly switched to the Majestic. However, even though it was just two docks away, I had quite a bit of trouble finding the boarding area. Because of that, I thought it might not compare well to the original cruise, but I believe the cost performance was actually better here. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, so I couldn't see the sunset, and I thought I might miss the fireworks too, but I was able to see them clearly, and they were not disappointing at all; I enjoyed them quite a bit. I thought the cocktail and light snacks were decent as well. More importantly, since I had planned to go directly to the boarding area, the outbound trip from the Kahala area would have been wasted, but thanks to VELTRA's negotiation, I was able to get a refund for one-way fare, which I was very grateful for. Because of that, my first ride back in a limousine was a fantastic experience.

Overall, the sunset cocktail cruise was excellent. The service staff was very attentive and would frequently go around the catamaran, refilling drinks and asking if you needed anything. The cruise itself did not take you very far from the pier, and stayed off the Waikiki coast, but still had an excellent view of diamond head and sunset. The appetizers were good, though not very substantial, consisting of chips, salsa, guacamole, salad, pasta salad, veggies, and rolls. Wouldn’t expect to get full from the food. The drinks were great, and basically free-flowing. Overall an excellent cocktail cruise

I was tired and my legs felt heavy from the fins I was wearing for the first time, but we were encouraged by the tour guide's words, "Let's keep trying a little longer!" As we started swimming again, the dolphins began to swim towards us, and in no time, they were right in front of us. They quickly swam away, but then another pod came close, and I think we encountered about 100 dolphins and were able to swim with them. The staff warmly welcomed us and took commemorative photos. After boarding, the 3rd floor has a dinner class, while the 2nd floor offers appetizers. We were able to enjoy a buffet of light snacks (like meatballs) on the 2nd floor, where there were few passengers and the spacious interior of the ship allowed us to relax. There was live music on board that we could enjoy until we docked. The staff's service was also good. We went around the back of Diamond Head and returned, but since it was a new ship, we didn't experience any seasickness and were able to dock smoothly. The price was reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to the office from the Sheraton.
I filled out the participation documents, rented a rash guard and shoes, and received a video explanation of the precautions.
The staff explains in English, but there are subtitles in the video, so it's okay if you don't understand English.
After that, we headed to the beach.
At the beach, we practiced paddling and standing on the sand.
They teach you precisely where to position yourself on the board.
Once the practice was over, we actually went into the sea.

波を待っている間はコーチがボードを持ってくれて、タイミングを見て押し出してくれます。
英語しか話されない方でしたが、「コイデー」とカタコトの日本語で教えてくれます。
それをひたすら繰り返します。
初めてサーフィンをしましたが、幸い最初から立てたので、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
今回は一人で参加しましたが、他にも一人で参加されていた方がおり(日本人1人、アメリカ人のおばあちゃん!1人)仲良く話したりしたので、1人参加でも寂しくなかったです。
もっと上手になりたいと思いました。

他の方が書かれていた写真撮影はなく、せっかくサーフィンしたのに、何も形に残らないのはとても残念でした。
(有料でも写真は購入したかった。)
1人参加は撮影ないのかな？
必要ならオフィスで事前に聞いておくべきだと思います。

Hawaii! The ocean! Surfing! With that in mind, I chose this place based on the great reviews. I made a last-minute reservation, but I was able to participate without any issues. Although I made the mistake of being late for the meeting time, I truly appreciate the quick and generous response from the Veltra staff and the Hands Heedman staff that allowed me to join.

In the lesson, we first learn the basics of surfing through a slideshow. After that, we move to the beach for the actual lesson. All our belongings are stored in the office drawers. There are Japanese staff in the office, but communication during the beach lesson is primarily in English. However, they speak slowly, use body language, and even speak a little broken Japanese, so I think it's easy to understand.

For actual surfing, we use longboards, which provide a lot of stability. The instructor gives us instructions while pushing the board, allowing us beginners to stand up right from the start. We were able to catch waves multiple times after that. When I was able to ride properly, it felt amazing.

At the end, we rinsed off at the public shower on the beach and returned to the office. They also take photos during the surfing session. This time, we received them for free since there were two or more participants. They were provided on a CD. A person who participated alone purchased them for $10. I think the tip was around $10 to $20 per person. I regret not being able to give a tip because I was rushed in the morning and didn't prepare cash, even though they treated us very well. ハワイ！海！サーフィン！ということで、口コミの良かったこちらを選択しました。直前の申し込みでしたが、無事参加できました。また、集合時間に遅れてしまうという失態がありましたが、Veltraスタッフさん及び、ハンズヒーデマンのスタッフさんの迅速寛大な対応で無事参加できたこと、本当にありがとうございました。レッスンでは初めにスライドショーで、サーフィンの基本について学びます。その後、ビーチに移動して実際のレッスンへ、という流れになっています。荷物はオフィスの引き出しに全部しまいます。オフィスには日本人スタッフもいますが、ビーチでのレッスンは基本英語でのコミュニケーションになります。ただ、ゆっくり話してくれたり、ボディーランゲージであったり、カタコトですが日本語も少し話してくれるので、十分理解できる内容になっていると思います。実際のサーフィンでは、ロングボードを使うので、安定感はかなりあります。インストラクターさんが指示を出してくれながら、ボードを押し出してくれるので、初心者の私たちでも初めから立つことができました。その後も何回も波に乗ることができました。ちゃんと乗れた時は最高に気持ち良いです。最後はビーチにある公共シャワーで体を流して、オフィスに戻りました。また、サーフィン中は写真撮影をしてくれます。今回は2名以上の参加で無料でもらえました。CDでの受け取りでした。1名で参加されていた方は＄10で購入してました。チップは1人あたり＄10〜20だったと思います。大変良くしてもらったのに、朝バタバタしてしまい現金の準備ができなかったために渡せなかったのが後悔です。他の方々はだいたい払っていました。次ハワイでサーフィンする時も是非またここに参加したいと思いました。

If I had to sum up my experience in one word, it would be "amazing!" You can enjoy both the thrill of going higher and the beautiful scenery. This is truly a recommended activity. According to our shuttle driver, the captain of the boat is known as the "Hawaii No. 1 Captain," so I felt at ease. Right after boarding, there was an explanation in Japanese. The staff, although their Japanese was a bit broken, provided explanations in Japanese as well. They were cheerful, and I didn't have any particular concerns from start to finish. If you ask at the beginning, they will take photos for you. You can receive them on an SD card for $30. After the activity, they show you the photos, and you can purchase them if you like. If you start in the afternoon, depending on the time, the lighting may cause some backlighting, making the photos a bit dark. Great Trip... Saw turtles and Dolphins up close..and plenty of other marine life...all of the crew were exceptional... safety concious, engaging, and fun.. paticularly the Captain. Could tell he was experienced and loved what he was doing.. Will repeat this again, as I hsve been on this trip with other providers but didn’t have as good of experience..

We used this opportunity to create memories since we came to Hawaii for our honeymoon! I thought it would be tough to do activities after getting tired, so I made a reservation for the first day. However, since we were still unfamiliar with Hawaii, I carefully confirmed the meeting place and prepared with plenty of time!

We were staying at the Sheraton Waikiki, so the meeting point was easy to find at the QuickSilver Blue Trolley stop, but no pickup car arrived no matter how long we waited... 30 minutes passed... I tried to confirm with a car that looked similar, but they kept saying it was a different company. My husband was getting frustrated, insisting that we should just go back to the hotel! I didn't know what to do, and although the confirmation phone number was listed in the email, there wasn't even a public phone nearby. We went back to the hotel, consulted at the Japanese counter, and they finally made the call for us. It turned out the pickup was delayed. I wish we had received an email about the delay. If we hadn't known anything, we would have thought they weren't coming and would have just gone home.

In the shuttle, there was an awkward atmosphere with my sulking husband. We shared the ride with two other Japanese women and headed to the site! Once we arrived, it seemed we were the ones waiting, as several foreign tourists were happily chatting while waiting, but since I couldn't speak English, I couldn't apologize... I mean, it wasn't our fault that we were late, so it would have been nice to hear something from the driver.

But the foreign tourists were kind and welcoming, which was great!!! The parasailing was very exciting, and we had a fun time waiting on the boat. All the instructions were in English, but I managed to have a wonderful time by mimicking what the previous person did! However, even though I took motion sickness medicine, I still felt a bit queasy due to the boat's rocking combined with the parasailing! A Japanese girl on the same boat also looked very uncomfortable, but there were no words of comfort, probably because they are used to it! I think it's a good idea to bring water or something to distract yourself!

From the boat, we saw a rainbow after the rain, and we were able to take beautiful photos of the rainbow and parasailing! As fellow travelers, I think we could take photos with our smartphones under waterproof covers without needing to buy any! Next time I go, I definitely want to try other activities, but it would have been nice to have at least one way to communicate, like through LINE, in a Wi-Fi environment!

疲れも溜まってからのアクティビティだと辛さもあると思い初日に予約をしましたが、まだハワイに不慣れな部分もあり、待ち合わせ場所など入念に確認し、時間に余裕を持って準備をしました！
今回はシェラトンワイキキに宿泊していたので待ち合わせはクイックシルバーのブルートロリーの乗り場とわかりやすい場所だったのですが、いくら待っても迎えの車がなく、、そのまま３０分経過、、、。それっぽい車に、不慣れな英語で確認を取るも別の会社だよと断れるばかり。さすがの旦那もイライラが募り、今日はもう仕方ないからホテルに帰る！！と一点張りでどうしたらよいか分からず、確認用の電話番号がメールに記載されているものの、近くに公衆電話すらなく、いったんホテルにもどり、日本語カウンターに相談し、そこから電話をかけてもらい、やっと、送迎が遅れているということがわかりました。遅れているならメールでも連絡がほしかったです。なにも知らなければもう来ないのかと思い、仕方ないから帰ろうと思っていたところでした。送迎の車の中ではムスっとする旦那と気まずい空気。他に日本人の女性2人と同乗し現場へ！着いてからは私たち待ちだったのか、外国人の旅行客が何名かわいわいと待っていましたが、英語も話せないので謝ることもできず、、てゆうか遅れたのは私たちじゃないので、運転手からとか一言あればいいのに何もない。
でも外国人たちは優しく受け入れてくれてよかったです！！！
パラセーリングはとても盛り上がった船上の中で待ち時間もたのしく過ごせましたし、説明は全て英語でしたが、前の人の見よう見まねでとても素晴らしい時間をすごせました！
ただ、船酔いプラスパラセーリングの揺れで酔い止めを飲んでいても私は危うかったです！
同じ船に乗った日本人の女の子もとても辛そうでしたがなんの言葉掛けもなく、きっといつものことだから慣れてるんでしょうね！お水とか、気晴らしになるもの持参した方がいいと思います！
船からは雨上がりの虹も出ていて、虹とパラセーリングのとても綺麗な写真も撮ることができました！同じ旅行者同士、防水カバーをかけてスマホでとりあえば写真も買わなくても良いと思います！次行った時はほかのアクティビティもぜひやってみたいとおもいましたが、wifi の環境下でラインなど、連絡を取りあえる手段がひとつでもあればよかったです！
