Love the experience. Love the food. Will come back and visit again. We came with two small children’s 2 and 4. They love the show and the buffet. Love the boat ride and the theater show. Ac is very cold in the imax show. We took the boat ride and went the very back and visited all the villages back so it’s a one way trip to the buffet if the timing is right. And after the buffet we hang out by the market and listen to the live music.

I participated in parasailing at a height of 150 meters with my daughter. The staff who provided transportation to the hotel were very kind, which made us feel at ease. On the boat, the crew took many photos for us, and we enjoyed a wonderful time taking in the views of Waikiki from 150 meters high. I thought it might be a bit scary with the wind, but my daughter seemed to enjoy it more that way. The photos taken at the end are available on an SD card, but if you pay by card, it costs $35, which is $5 more than paying in cash. When I come to Hawaii again, I would like to participate once more.

Overall this was not one of the better snorkel experiences. The boat was too crowded, with 61 snorkelers. The right size for the boat should have been about 40. Especially crowded at the start where people were not allowed on the top deck when leaving port.

The crew try their best to provide a good time. They are energetic and enthusiastic.

Food option was another issue. Basically you get either a cheeseburger or veggie cheeseburger. No other choices. I hate cheese. Since food is pre-made, there is no opportunity for a simple hamburger. Drinks are either water or watered down lemonade, served in tiny cups. Should have had more variety and larger cups. You also can get a bag of chips.

Swimming with the dolphin is basically everyone jump in the water, look down to see a couple dolphins swim by, and then jump right back in the boat.

Snorkeling was not rushed, but the site did not have many fish or varieties of fish.

Water slide was fun. Much more fun than snorkeling.

Good zip line experience with a mix of short and long zip line runs. Was able to go up side down on the majority of the zip lines, although they prefer to save "tricks" for the last 2 zip lines as a surprise.

All lines are dual zip - so you go two at a time. Takes about 2 1/2 hours with 11 people in the group. Guides were fun, helpful, and took some good pictures (separate charge to buy their pictures). They encourage you to take your own pictures too.

They picked us up on time and took us straight to the yacht harbor. From there, we went quite far out on a cruiser, and that alone was a lot of fun! The tour guide spoke broken Japanese, but I could understand the explanations somewhat! Since it was a special occasion, we went for the 120m option, but it was so high that it was terrifying! However, it was a lot of fun and made for great memories. The view overlooking Waikiki was amazing, and I wanted to capture the scenery from above in photos! If I ever come back to Hawaii, I would definitely like to do it again. I gave a $10 tip to each of the two staff members. The two overseas guests who were with us seemed to have given $5 for both. I purchased the data from the photos taken with a DSLR on an SD card for $35 as a keepsake. I'm looking forward to seeing them on my PC when I get home!

I was worried about having booked with an English guide and not understanding the safety regulations at all, but I was relieved to find that there were guides who had spent time in Japan and I could select Japanese text on the iPad! All the guides were cheerful, and I had a great time on the zip line! I was also happy to ride a buggy to the top of the mountain! The bumpy road felt like an attraction, and I enjoyed the journey to the zip line as well! I'm glad I went!

I had no experience with surfing, but I participated with the feeling that it would be cool to surf in Hawaii. I can't speak English, but I think I was able to prepare the minimum necessary because the staff explained the precautions in Japanese during the video before the lesson. I could somewhat understand the lesson through English words. There were 8 of us with 2 instructors, but 4 of us were able to ride the waves right away, so it was effectively 1 instructor for every 2 people. My own performance wasn't great, but I had fun playing in the waves.

This was my first time participating with my mother and my children, aged 3 and 7. I thought my 3-year-old might not be able to handle the dolphin swimming, but when we arrived at the spot, everyone dove into the sea! The 3-year-old was held by a staff member and got to see dolphins and sea turtles, and even ride on a paddleboard, which made them incredibly happy! The staff were all friendly and kept the kids entertained. We encountered dozens of dolphins, many sea turtles, and even baby turtles, making it the best day of our lives. The kids are now excitedly saying they want to join the manta ray program next time! Thank you to all the staff! I will definitely participate again next time!

Then, a flashy bus with the "Dolphin & You" logo passed right in front of us, and thinking we had been left behind, we hurried to chase after it, but it just kept going. Since we had minimal luggage and didn't have our smartphones, we had no choice but to return to the hotel, where we received a call from the operating company... They said they had come to pick us up at the meeting point but since we weren't there, we could no longer participate in the tour.

Actually, the bus we chased after was a different bus picking up Western guests, while Japanese guests were supposed to be picked up by a smaller van (a plain white bus without the operating company's name or logo), which apparently arrived quite late on the day of the tour. Despite this, the operating company said, "Since this is a cancellation on your part, we cannot issue a refund. If you want to participate, please take a taxi to the harbor." I thought it was unreasonable to ask us to take a taxi to a location that takes an hour by car, and when I expressed my frustration asking, "Is this really our responsibility???" they reluctantly agreed to send someone to pick us up.

・・・にも関わらず、運営会社がいうには、「そちらの都合のキャンセルなので、返金には応じられない。参加したければ、タクシーでハーバーまで来てください。」とのことでした。
車で1時間もかかるところに、タクシーで来いというのもどうかと思いますし、さすがに「それってこちらの責任なのですか？？？」と憤ったところ、渋々なんとか迎えにきてくれました。

当日の朝に確認の電話がホテルに掛かってきますが、そのときのスタッフは日本語が堪能ではなく、事前の電話でそこまで詳細な情報までは教えてはくれませんでした。
ですので、当日はどんなバスが迎えにくるのかを必ず確認された方がいいと思います。
　
船に乗ってからは、スタッフの皆さんとても親切で良かったと思います。
日本語がとても流暢なスタッフもいました。
とてもハイテンションなので、気分が悪くなるとちょっとしんどいかもしれません。
私の場合は、結構風が強かったのも原因かと思いますが、シュノーケリングは小さいお子さんは厳しいかも・・・という印象でした。
うちの子は、1回目で大泣きでダメでした。
イルカは水中で見ても、黒い影のようにしか見えないので、子供は船上で見た方がいいかもしれません。
あと水中カメラを持っていきましたが、泳ぎが得意な方でないとなかなか難しいです。
あと服装ですが、私はラッシュカードとタイツをはいて行きましたが、ウエットスーツ（貸しウエットスーツは短パンタイプです）を借りなくても、これで十分だと思いました。
荷物としては、バスタオルはホテルで借りて必ず持っていくべきでしょう。やはり帰りはちょっと寒いので、ぬれたラッシュガードなどは脱いで、バスタオルで体を拭って、乾いたシャツ等を着る方がいいと思います。

日本人が戸惑うチップですが、そんなにきっちり払っている感じはなかったです。運営会社HPのQ&Aにも書いてありますが、気持ち程度でいいと思います。

He was so enthusiastic and pointed so many amazing things to see in the night sky. My favorite was seeing Saturn! The GPS telescope was very impressive.
It was a beautiful location to learn about the stars, planets, and our solar galaxy as the sun went down over the horizon.
We will be back!

Among the various OP tours I participated in, I felt the most anxious at the meeting point. This was because there were two large buses lined up, and a huge crowd was waiting, with Japanese people clearly being the only ones there. The departure time was approaching, and I wondered, where is the pick-up? I thought it was unlikely, but when I went to the front of the first bus, it turned out that these two buses were indeed heading to Paradise Cove. After presenting my voucher and confirming my name, I took a seat in an empty spot, but unlike everyone else who was excitedly chatting with the guide's fun explanations, I felt out of place. Still, the guide, who distributed cards usable within the facility, tried to explain using the translation function on their smartphone screen. After passing Waikele and entering the Ko Olina Resort area, we reached a famous spot for wedding photos! We crossed the tracks of the tourist train, and soon arrived. Participants lined up to receive welcome drinks and had their photos taken one group at a time (you'll get them back on the return bus!). Until the show started, we could enjoy ourselves freely. You can experience various events with the card you received, such as making flower leis and bracelets, riding canoes, getting designs painted on your arms like tattoos, and participating in paid photo shoots. You can also shop for souvenirs, tropical drinks, and shaved ice. As it got darker, the excitement grew, and while taking photos here and there, it seemed the whole roasted pig was ready too. The staff, boat, and experience was awesome! The only thing I wish was a bit more clear is the check in time is actually 30 minutes before you load the boat. We walked and had to kill 30 minutes in the heat.

The first time I learned to surf was at Ala Moana, the second time in Lahaina on Maui, and this time I took lessons in Waikiki. It was my first experience with zip-lining. There were no other Japanese people in the team I zip-lined with.

I thought since it was an English guide, maybe I could get by with some Japanese since we were in Hawaii, but there was only one lady who could speak a little Japanese. Well, we managed somehow (laughs).

I was a bit worried because I'm not good with heights, but it wasn't that high, so it was okay.

The price was a bit high, so I wish it were a little cheaper. Also, I think it would be nice to have a waterproof cover to hang around your neck so you can take photos.

I was looking forward to visiting Manoa Falls, but I couldn't go due to road closures. Instead, I went to the Lion Arboretum, which was a worthwhile place to visit. It was full of negative ions, and the occasional passing rain shower felt refreshing. Hawaii has great beaches, but hiking in the mountains is also wonderful!
