Not enough kayaks or paddle boards for the amount of people there.
There needs to be some kind of system to check out the kayaks and the boards.
Three local girls were on the paddle boards for 2.5 hrs and didn't let anyone else use them.

Enjoyed it, it was nice. It's worth the money for the SUP and the kayaking. However, not the snorkeling.
Water is too murky for it.
I think it would be good to allow the swimmers to sign a release to not have to wear a life jacket. The area they give you to paddle and kayak on is limited and very close to the shore area.

We jumped into the Pacific Ocean from the boat to go snorkeling in search of dolphins, so children who can't snorkel won't be able to participate. Since they charge from the age of 2, I thought we would be able to see something, but my husband stayed on the boat to take care of the kids, and in the end, I was the only one who got to go into the water. I also read in a magazine that unlike other tours, this one is divided into two hours like a university class, and I thought we would get to see sea turtles properly. However, it wasn't actually divided that way, and we could only do marine activities near the point where we could see the sea turtles, so we only had 30-40 minutes to do both and couldn't manage to do everything. Additionally, they sell photos at the end, but charging USD 60 for just the data and USD 65 for a USB is too expensive. I don't even know how much of us is in the photos, and I wish they would offer a more reasonable price.

太平洋に船から”どぼん”と入ってシュノーケルでイルカを探しに行くので、シュノーケルのできない子は無理です。2歳からお金をしっかり取られるので見れるのかと思いましたが、うちはパパが子供の面倒を見るのに船に残り、結局、海に入って見れたのは私一人でした。また、雑誌で読んだのですが、他のツアーと違い、1時間目、2時間目と別れて大学の授業風になっており、ウミガメをしっかり見れるのかと思いましたが、実際にはそんな風に分かれておらず、ウミガメを見るポイントの近くでマリンアクティビティをできるとのことで両方やるには30-40分しかないので両方できませんでした。。。また、最後に写真を販売するのですがデータのみでUSD60ドル、USB付きでUSD65は高すぎと思います、自分たちがどのくらい映っているのかもわからず、もう少し良心的な値段にしてほしいです。

He was visiting Hawaii for the second time, while it was my first time in Hawaii and my first time snorkeling as well. I was excited but also anxious, worried about seasickness, but the crew really lifted my spirits and my worries disappeared! I hoped to see wild dolphins even just once, but I was amazed to see so many up close, even more than I expected. I also got to ride a kayak and took a lot of photos, which made for wonderful memories. I want to meet the dolphins again when I come back to Hawaii!

彼は2回目のハワイで私は初めてのハワイでシュノーケリングも初めてでした。
ワクワクしつつも、不安もあり、船酔いも心配でしたが、クルーの方々が盛り上げてくれて不安は一気にとびました！
一目でも野生のイルカを見れたらいいなぁと思っていましたが、予想以上に近くで沢山見れてすごく感動しました。
カヤックにも乗れて、写真を一杯撮っていただきすごく思い出に残りました。
また、ハワイに来た時にはイルカに会いたいです！

We participated as a family of five: two adults and three children, including an infant. My wife and the infant stayed on the boat to watch while the rest of us went into the sea. Our accommodation was at Aulani, a Disney Resort. We participated on July 26.

It took about 20 minutes by car from Aulani to the port.

There were no changing rooms at the port, just a dirty public restroom. I was glad we wore our swimsuits beforehand.

There were about 30 participants, all Japanese. The staff included a Japanese host, while the others were locals. The boat felt quite old.

Once we left the port and headed out to sea, we started to see wild dolphins and sea turtles, which really got us excited.

The boat continued to the point where the dolphins were. I learned that the way to see the dolphins was to first spot them from the boat, then maneuver the boat ahead of where the dolphins were swimming. When the captain shouted "GO! GO! GO!", everyone quickly jumped into the sea to see the dolphins swimming.

While I was okay with it, my 9-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter could only swim about 10 meters, so jumping into the sea from the boat was quite scary for them. I had to more or less push them in, and honestly, it seemed very frightening for them.

Additionally, during our first encounter with the dolphins, my daughter needed to use the restroom, which caused us to miss the timing to jump in. It’s better to take care of that beforehand.

Fortunately, we were able to jump in during the second dolphin encounter and saw dolphins swimming underwater, but it seemed that some other participants missed out.

After that, we had cheeseburgers on the boat for a break and headed to the sea turtle encounter point. Unfortunately, there were no sea turtles, but we had a lot of fun kayaking together with the kids.

Finally, we all danced a Hawaiian dance on the boat before returning to the port.

It was quite hard both mentally and physically, but we were able to see dolphins, and the kids said they had a great time. I think it was a wonderful experience. At the end, the kids received small dolphin plush toys as gifts, and they were really happy about that.

妻と乳児は海には入らず船の上で見学。
滞在先はディズニーアウラニ。
参加日は7/26。

アウラニから港までは車で20分程度でした。

港には更衣室等はなく、汚い公衆トイレがあるだけ。事前に水着を着用しておいてよかったです。

参加者は30名くらいで全員日本人でした。スタッフは司会進行(？)の方が日本人で、他は現地の方。船はわりと古い感じ。

港を出て沖に出ると、野生のイルカやウミガメがちらほら見えてきて、気分が盛り上がってきます。

そのまま船は進んでイルカがいるポイントへ。

その時知りましたが、イルカを見る方法というのは、
　まず船の上からイルカを目視で見つけて、
　イルカが泳ぐ先へ船で先回りし、
　船長が「GO!GO!GO!」と叫んだら
　みんなで大急ぎで海に飛び込み、
　イルカが泳ぐ姿を見る、
というものでした。

自分はいいとして、9歳の息子と7歳の娘はまだ10mくらいしか泳げないので、船の上から海に飛び込む、というのはかなり怖かったと思います。半分放り込むような形で飛び込ませたのですが、正直かなり怖かったみたいです。

あと娘が1回目のイルカ遭遇時、大きい方を催してトイレに行き、そのせいで飛び込むタイミングを逸してしまいました。トイレは事前に済ませておいたほうがいいです。

幸い我々は2回目のイルカ遭遇時に飛び込んで、海中を泳ぐイルカを見ることができましたが、他の参加者さんは見られなかった人もいたようです。

その後船上でチーズバーガーを食べて休憩し、ウミガメ遭遇ポイントへ。
残念ながらウミガメはいませんでしたが、子供たちと一緒にダブルカヤックでたのしくあそばせてもらいました。

最後に船上でみんなでハワイアンダンスを踊って港に戻りました。

精神的にも肉体的にもけっこうハードでしたが、イルカに会うことができて、子供たちはすごく楽しかったと言ってました。いい経験になったと思います。
最後に子供たちへのプレゼントで小さいイルカのぬいぐるみをもらってましたが、それもすごく喜んでました。

We participated as a family of four, including two children (a third-year middle school student and a fourth-year elementary school student). We joined a movie location tour and a visit to Secret Island.

During the movie location tour, a Japanese guide explained the places used for filming movies and commercials while showing us the breathtaking spots on Oahu. The view of the coastline from the mountains was particularly stunning.

At Secret Island, we were able to casually experience various ocean activities, and the kids were very satisfied. They tried sea kayaking and paddling on a longboard for the first time. While opinions may vary, I appreciated that it wasn't a system where someone teaches you; instead, the equipment was just laid out for us to use freely, making it a very relaxed experience.

映画ロケ地めぐりのツアーとシークレットアイランドに参加しました。
映画ロケ地めぐりは日本語ガイドさんが、映画・ＣＭ撮影などに使われた場所を説明しながら、オアフ島の絶景スポットを案内してくれました。特に、山から見る、海岸線の景色が最高でした
また、シークレットアイランドでは、色々な海のアクティビティーを気軽に体験できて、子供は大満足。シーカヤック、ロングボードを使ったパドリング等を初めて体験。人によって意見は分かれるかもしれませんが、誰かが教えてくれるというシステムではなく、道具がただおいてあるだけなので、それを使って自由に使いながら体験するといった大変気軽なシステムだったところも良かったです。

I think the sandbar is affected by the weather, but this time the weather was pretty good. We were able to see sea turtles and took a lot of photos. The provided meal was delicious, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The guide was entertaining, and everyone was able to spend time with smiles on their faces.

サンドバーは天気に左右されると思いますが、今回はまあまあな天気で良かったです。ウミガメも見ることができましたし、写真もたくさん撮れました。用意された食事も美味しかったし、とても素敵な体験になりました。ガイドの方がおもしろくてみんな笑顔でずっと過ごせました。

I got stuck in an unbelievable traffic jam on the way, spending several hours on the bus. However! The hospitality of our guide, who was determined to entertain us, was amazing!! They talked non-stop, and all their stories were incredibly interesting!! Normally, traffic jams are just exhausting, but I didn't get bored at all; instead, it turned into a great time where I could hear various stories.

That said, when I looked out at the sea from the long bus ride, I happened to see a whale spouting! What a lucky surprise!

On the boat, there was a wild singer who usually performs at luxury hotels, and a cute lady, around elementary school age, who was there just for this spring break, showing us adorable hula dances (her mother is a hula dancer, by the way!). It was a lot of fun! For lunch, the lady even drew a face with ketchup on my hamburger^^

Also, from what I could see, there was a handsome guy on board who seemed to be the best-looking in Hawaii, and a mermaid female photographer was accompanying us. The staff was so diverse, and I really enjoyed it!!

The highlight was the dolphin-calling "Mamma"! There's a superstition that if she boards, you'll get to see dolphins, and sure enough, within just 10 minutes of departure, we hit a pod of dolphins!! We quickly changed and jumped into the sea! The friendly group of dolphins played with the dead branches on the ocean floor, showing us their antics over and over again.

The dolphins we encountered were a type called spinner dolphins, which aren't found in Japan, and they even did spin jumps right in front of us! I was so moved by their acrobatics, it was like a dolphin show! I will never forget that sight, and I remember it every time I visit an aquarium!

When I looked up, I saw many dorsal fins jumping, and when I looked down into the water, I could hear the playful sounds of the dolphins. It was the best experience!

Even after we got out of the water, a pod of dozens of dolphins swam around the boat continuously.

It was such a great tour that I recommended it to my friends after returning home^^

行きが信じられないほどの渋滞にはまり、数時間バスに籠りきりになってしまいました。
しかし！とにかくガイドの方の「楽しませよう！」というホスピタリティがすごかった！！
ずーっと休むことなく喋ってくださり、またそのお話がどれもとっても面白かったです！！
普通はしんどいだけの渋滞ですが、
飽きることはもちろんなく、むしろ色々なお話が聞けてよかったと思う時間になりました。
とはいえ長旅だったバスの中から海を見やると、
たまたまですが潮を吹くクジラが見えました！ラッキー！

船上では、普段ラグジュアリーホテルで演奏しているというワイルドな歌い手さんと、
春休みのためこの時期だけいるという小学生くらいのCuteなLadyが
とっても可愛いフラダンスを見せてくれ(お母様がフラダンサーなのだそう！)
大いに盛り上がりました！
ランチのハンバーガーはLadyがケチャップで顔を描いてくれましたよ^^

また、私が見る限りハワイ随一のイケメンさんが乗船していたり、
マーメイドの女性カメラマンが同行していたり、
とにかくスタッフさんがバラエティに富んでいて、とっても楽しめました！！

極め付けはイルカを呼ぶマンマ！
この方が乗ってくれるとイルカに会えるというジンクスがあるそうなのですが、
出港なんと10分足らずでイルカの群れにヒット！！
急いで着替えて海にドボン！
とっても人懐こい群れで、海底の枯れ枝を手や口に引っ掛けて遊んでいる様を
何度も何度も私たちに見せてくれました。

会えたのは日本にはいないスピナードルフィンという種類のイルカなのだそうですが、
目の前でスピンジャンプまでしてくれました！
イルカショー並みの回転に感動〜！
あの光景は忘れませんし、水族館に行くたび思い出します！

顔を上げればたくさんの背びれにジャンプ、
水中に顔を下げれば遊び、鳴いているイルカの声。
最高でした！

海から上がった後もずっと数十頭の群れが、船の周りをぐるぐる泳いでくれていましたよ。

とっても良いツアーだったので、
帰国してから友人にもオススメしました^^

It was good. Beautiful. The light meal buffet is all-you-can-eat. I wish I had known more about the snorkeling participants before joining, and I wanted to know what activities were available.

良かったです。綺麗。軽食ビュッフェは食べ放題。もっと、シュノーケリングの対象者を、参加前に知っていたかったし、できる事も知っていたかった。

We participated as a couple. We were impressed by the service spirit of the three crew members. Their conversations included exquisite wit, and their hospitality was on par with that of the Japanese. With about 20 customers, I believe everyone was satisfied.

夫婦で参加。3人いたクルーのサービス精神に感動。絶妙なウイットを盛り込んだ会話、おもてなしの心も日本人顔負け。20人ほどのお客様、誰もが満足したと思う。

I took my best friend and 14 year old son on this dinner cruise. We arrived early, got good seats. The dinner was delicious, the staff was very friendly and informative, and the view was gorgeous and priceless!! We went on the cruise on Friday evening so we were able to enjoy the fireworks as well as the beautiful ocean, sunset and view of O'ahu from the sea. Everyone definitely must add this to their to do list even if born and raised in Honolulu!!

Since deciding to go to Hawaii in July a year ago, I searched for the day with the lowest tide during my itinerary and made a reservation. The water level dropped to my ankles, and it truly felt like a heavenly sea! I was warmly welcomed by many honu (sea turtles) of all sizes! I even spotted a honu resting among the corals while snorkeling. I also enjoyed paddle surfing and canoeing! The sandwiches for lunch were delicious!

くるぶし位まで海面が下がり、ホントに天国の海！
ホヌにも大歓迎され大小たくさん会いに来てくれました！
シュノーケリングでも、珊瑚の間で寝ている？ホヌを見かけました。
パドルサーフィン・カヌーも楽しめました！
お昼のサンドイッチ美味しかった！

I participated at the beginning of July! The sea was clear that day, and I was overwhelmed with joy as I encountered dolphins multiple times! The Hawaiian staff were friendly, and I had a great time.

However, one thing I was dissatisfied with was the photos. There was a dedicated photographer on the boat who took most of the pictures (since we had to store valuables below deck to avoid getting them wet). Because of that, we didn't take any photos ourselves, thinking we could purchase them later. However, just before the tour ended... all the photos were bundled together for a total of $65! What?! That's way too expensive!!! It's almost half the cost of the tour. Most of the photos were probably unnecessary, and I couldn't justify spending that much (although quite a few people did buy them). It felt like a rip-off, and that was really disappointing since I ended up with almost no photos. If it weren't for that, I would have given it five stars.

7月頭に参加しました！
海がその日は澄んでいて、しかもイルカにも何度も巡り会えて感無量でした！ハワイアンのスタッフの方も気さくで、
楽しい時間を過ごせました。

ただ、一つ不満だったのが写真です。船の上では専属のカメラマンがいて、ほとんどの写真をカメラマンが収めてくれます(船の上では濡れるといけないのでデッキの下に貴重品等はしまいます)。そのため、自分たちで全然写真を撮っていなかったし、
あとで購入できるから…とばかり思っていました。しかし、ツアー終了間際…写真は全てセットになっていて全部で65ドル、
、！？？高すぎ！！！ツアー代金の半額近いですよね。きっと不要な写真がほとんどなのに、そんな金額掛けられませんでした(結構買ってる方いらっしゃいましたが)。ぼったくり感満載で、それだけが残念でした、手元に残った写真ほぼなしですからね。それさえなければ星５個でした。

Best snorkeling and snuba ever!!! Been in this boat three times. Crew is wonderful and so is the lunch!!! Highly recommend.

I used this for my honeymoon and overseas wedding—this is seriously recommended! It's featured in various information magazines, so I thought, "Well, the big companies must be paying for ads, so it probably isn't that great," but I was wrong! The staff is fun, and seeing sea turtles in the ocean is something you only get to do once in a lifetime, so definitely sign up!!! Plus, there are wild rays too. By the way, since there are a lot of women, it might be a good idea to go just with the guys as well ♡

I participated with my 3-year-old son and my mother. I was a bit anxious about joining since my son was with me, but he was really happy. We encountered a few rain showers, but the weather was generally good, and the sandbar was shallow enough to our knees, with beautiful water.

Although my son and I didn't participate in snorkeling, we were happy because they lent us a boat while we waited, so we didn't get bored. We were able to see sea turtles several times, but it was hard for my son to see them, and he said he couldn't see the turtles, which was disappointing.

I would like to participate again when I go to Hawaii.

息子が一緒だったので参加するまでは不安でしたが、かなり喜んでいました。何回かスコールにはあいましたが、それでも天気は良くサンドバーも膝下で海もきれいでした。
私と息子はシュノーケリングに参加しなかったのですが、待っている間ボートを貸してくれたため喜んでおり暇することもなかったです。
ウミガメは何度か見ることができましたが息子には分かりづらくカメ見えないと言っていたのが残念でした。
またハワイに行く際には参加したいと思います。

Despite the children's criticism about the silly name, I trusted the positive reviews and decided to participate! It was a great decision! The kids who were complaining ended up getting completely absorbed in learning to snorkel for the first time, and with the help of the fun staff, they lost track of time chasing dolphins. The one reaching for the turtle is my son! It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it!

名前がふざけてるーとの、子供達の批判に負けず、こちらの口コミで好評だったのを信じ、参加させて頂きました！
大正解でした！
文句を言っていた子供達も、夢中で初シュノーケルを習得し、楽しいスタッフさん達に上手く乗せられ〜時間を忘れて、イルカを追っかけてました。

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful cruise. Do not waste your time with the additional City Lights tour, though. Better to drive on your own to see these.

When I went to Hawaii, I definitely wanted to interact with wild dolphins! So I decided to join this tour.

There’s a reason why the morning gathering is so early.

I was truly moved when a pod of dolphins appeared right in front of me!

The sea turtles were adorable too!

The local staff kept us entertained until we got off the boat, and I was very satisfied!

So, I booked other tours as well.

I was a bit concerned about participating with children, but I was grateful for the various accommodations made for us. The dolphins swam from all directions, and it was truly mystical and moving! Since it was a university program, it felt like a class, and the fact that we could graduate at the end was quite interesting!

子供との参加だったので、どうなるかと思いましたが、色々と対応してくださり助かりました。
イルカが本当にあっちから、こっちからとたくさん泳いできてくれて、神秘的で感動しました！
大学というだけあって授業になってて最後は卒業できるというのがなかなか面白かったです♫

THIS WAS A 3 HR BEACH ADVENTURE WE WENT ON THE GLASS BOTTOM BOAT RIDE AND SAW THE LARGE TURTLE THE GRANDCHILDREN LOVED THE OTHER ACTIVIES ON THE BEACH

I arrived in Honolulu and went shopping at Ala Moana before heading out! However, the trolley didn't come at all, and I ended up being late. I thought, "Oh no!!" but since this was my fifth time in Hawaii, I knew where the meeting point was, so I got off the bus and sprinted! They were waiting for me. The breeze felt nice, the ocean was beautiful, and the calm atmosphere made me truly appreciate Hawaii. Everyone, starting with the captain, was fun, and we enjoyed snacks while chatting over juice; the hour flew by. On the day of arrival, I was able to fully enjoy Hawaii at a leisurely pace, which was fantastic.

ホノルルに到着し、アラモアナでショッピングしてから出発！が、なんとトローリーが全く来なくて遅刻してしまいました。アウト！！と思ったけれどハワイ5回目の私は、集合場所がわかっていたため、バス停を降り全力疾走！！！ちゃんと待っていてくれました。風が気持ちよく、海が綺麗、穏やかな時間がハワイを実感させてくれました。キャプテンを始めみんな楽しい人達で、ジュースを飲みながらスナックのお菓子を食べ、楽しいトークであっという間の１時間でした。到着日は、ゆっくりハワイを満喫でき最高でした。

The boat was nice and the buffet was fair, but the entertainment went down hill fast. The evening started with Hula dancers tat were very good and entertaining, but once the Japanese guitarist took over and started singing contemporary pop music, I couldn't get out of the cabin fast enough...And he went on, and on...and on. It was as if they were intentionally trying to chase us outside. Painful.

I participated with my mother on our first trip to Hawaii. It was a bit cloudy, but we had a great time. The snacks were very delicious, and everyone was friendly, which made my mother very happy.

初めてのハワイで、母と参加しました。ちょっと曇り気味だったけど、とても楽しかったです。軽食もとてもおいしく、皆さんフレンドリーで母もとても喜んでいました。

We have a family of 7 and everyone was extremely excited to go. 3 of us had experienced the Snuba back in March. It was awesome that the crew remembered us. We were treated exceptionally well. The crew sat with those that were a bit apprehensive about the Snuba and created a relaxed atmosphere and worked with them and made it just as enjoyable for them. It was awesome! We have two 12 year olds and they did a wonderful job. We saw Dolphins, turtles and tons of fish. We would recommend this adventure to anyone and would gladly do it again and again. Hats off to the crew!!

I participated with my five-year-old son. The staff were very friendly and entertaining. This is my third time participating, and every time, it's amazing to see my son’s skills improving. Thank you so much! We were able to see a sea turtle again this time (my five-year-old son was very excited, as he always is).

The lunch served on the boat was also very delicious! There were ham sandwiches, cookie potato chips, fruits, waffles, and salad—much more luxurious than I expected! We couldn't go snorkeling yet, so we stayed behind, but they lent us floaties and allowed us to play leisurely after snorkeling. They even provided a bodyboard for kids that lets you see underwater, and my son had a great time playing with it! Meanwhile, I enjoyed my lunch while watching them.

I highly recommend this! I believe families with small children can enjoy it thoroughly!

スタッフの方はとっても気さくで楽しませてくれます。
三回目の参加ですが参加する度に当たり前の事ですが息子のできる事が増えていくのでいつもとっても楽しませて頂いてます。ありがとうございます！

シュノーケリングはまだ出来なかったのでわたし達は残り組でしたが……
浮き輪を貸してくれたり、シュノーケリングが終わったあともゆっくりと遊ぶ時間もあり、子供用の海の中が見えるボディーボード？
を貸してくださり息子と遊んでくれました！
その間私はそれを眺めながらゆっくりlunchを……

小さなお子様連れでも、十分に楽しめると思います！

I was able to see sea turtles five times! The guide was also enjoyable! The tide was just right, and the water at the sandbar was about 20 cm deep, so I am very satisfied.

However, couples on their honeymoon should be cautious.

After arriving at the sandbar, we were made to take group photos. I was surprised to find myself waiting in line at the sandbar.

I rated it two stars, but overall, I would like to give it five stars; however, I had to rate it this way because I really disliked this particular point.

ウミガメは5回会えました！ガイドの人も楽しかったです！
潮の具合もよくサンドバーでは足元20cmぐらいの深さでしたので大変満足してます。

ですが、2人きりのハネムーナーの方は注意してください。

サンドバー到着後に団体ごとに集合写真を撮らされます。
サンドバーで行列に並ばされたことには驚きました。

星評価２にしてますが総合的には5をつけたいぐらいですが、
どうしてもこの点だけが嫌でしたのでつけました。

I wanted to see that beautiful heavenly sea once more, so this time I joined the morning tour. The sandbar had quite a bit of water up to my waist before high tide, and there were few fish for snorkeling, plus I didn't see any sea turtles... I think the early morning tour I took last time was better, even though it was a bit colder; the water level was lower, there were more fish, and I was able to see sea turtles, which was really moving! However, I thought the staff's service and Captain Bruce's meals were good.

もう1度あの美しい天国の海をみたくて今回は午前ツアーに参加しました。サンドバーも満潮前で割と腰迄水が有りシュノーケリングも魚は少なくホヌも見れず…前回の早朝ツアーの方が多少寒くても水位が低く魚も多くホヌもみれて感動したかな⁈でもスタッフの対応やキャプテンブルースの食事は良かったと思います。

We did SNUBA with Cam and had a great time. The boat is beautiful and the crew are all really nice and fun to spend the time with. We also met lots of other nice people from around the world. Next time I think we would drive ourselves from Waikiki to Ko Olina just to give ourselves more flexibility. The shuttle was fine, but we wished we had driven ourselves. We didn't see any turtles, but we did see a big group of dolphins and lots of beautiful fish.
