I was surprised to see two tour buses at the meeting place, with people from various countries. However, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, and the guided tour was also in Japanese. We gathered at the meeting place according to the schedule for each plan, and we experienced a total of three activities. Visiting filming locations is definitely a must. It was fun to see places from Jurassic World and more, and the magnificent scenery is truly wonderful. It mentioned that those with cardiovascular diseases should be cautious, but everything except the zip line was manageable. Long pants aren't necessarily required (though they might be for horseback riding). Since it's primarily a ranch, there is some smell, but there are also many animals. However, the lunch buffet wasn't very good, so I give it four stars.

集合場所へ行くと観光バスが2台でびっくり。各国の人がいました。しかし日本語を話すスタッフがいて、ガイドツアーも日本語でした。いくつかのプラン毎に牧場内の集合時間に集合場所に集まって、全部で３つ体験しました。やはりロケ地巡りは外せないでしょう。ジュラシックワールドやら色々、楽しかったし、とにかく壮大な景色が素晴らしいです。循環器疾患があるとダメだと書いてありましたが、ジップライン以外は余裕です。長ズボンとかも別に不要です（乗馬は要るのかも）基本牧場なので臭いはしますが、動物もたくさんいます。ただ、ランチビッフェは美味しくなかったので星4つです。

I was satisfied with everything.
From the transportation to the service on the boat,
seeing the sunset and Waikiki from the sea, and finally even spotting a whale made for a very enjoyable time.
The staff's response was also wonderful.

This boat trip was amazing! The captain was extremely knowledgeable and even looked out for dolphins and whales for us! We werent able to see any dolphins, but we were able to see a whale. We also saw some honu's, (green sea turtles) and some really cool fish. He also had a lot of great jokes, which made me smile! Well worth it!

I was worried because the day before was a cold, rainy day during the rainy season, but on the day of the trip, it was clear skies! The bus driver who picked us up was friendly, which lifted our spirits. We took off our beach sandals and boarded the boat barefoot. My son was worried about seasickness, but we arrived at the sandbar before he could feel sick (laughs). Even in shallow areas, the water was only up to our knees, and there was no beach, but the sunlit sea sparkled beautifully. We were able to see turtles while snorkeling as well.

After that, we had a great time playing with kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. Renting a kayak at the hotel costs several thousand yen, so I think this was a good deal.

I actually didn't have high expectations for the lunch buffet, but it was incredibly delicious. The bone-in short ribs and chicken were tender, and putting chili beans on rice was exquisite. There were also desserts and sweets, and whenever they ran low, they quickly refilled them, so I ended up going back for seconds!

During the meal, pufferfish and turtles came around the boat, and we were able to take pictures with them. The guides on the boat were very friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable.

On the way back, the bus had fluffy towels on the seats, making for a comfortable return. Thank you very much!

雨季の参加で、前日が寒い雨の日だったので、心配していたのですが、当日は快晴！
お迎えのバスの運転手さんも感じよく気分は上々。
ビーチサンダルを脱いで裸足で乗船。息子が船酔いを心配していたのですが酔う前に（笑）サンドバーに到着。浅い所でも膝下くらいで砂浜は出ていなかったのですが、陽が当たる海はキラキラしてとても綺麗でした。シュノーケルでもバッチリ亀を見ることができました。
そのあとも、カヤックやサップで遊んだり楽しい時間を過ごしました。ホテルでカヤックを借りるだけでも何千円もするので、お得だと思います。
実はあまり期待していなかったランチバイキングだったのですが、とーっても美味しかった。骨つきカルビも鶏肉も柔らかくて、ご飯にチリビーンズをかけて食べるのは絶品でした。デザートもスイーツもあり、少なくなるとすぐに足してくれてお代わりして食べてしまいました！
食事の時にも船の周りにふぐ？や亀がやってきて、一緒に写真も撮れました。
船のガイドのお姉さん達もとてもフレンドリーでとても気遣いがすばらしくあたのしかったです。
帰りのバスもシートにふかふかのタオルを敷いてあり、心地よく帰ることができました。

I went to one of the many Adventures at Kualoa Ranch with my grandson. I took him to the Hollywood Movie Site Tour and we love it! My grandson is 5 years old and he loves dinosaurs and was so excited to see the Jurassic Park movie site, and believe it or not he was so excited to see the sign that appears on the movie. Also, all that bones and of course the dinosaurs. He was so happy!!!
For me was much more then I expected, everything was so beautiful and the lady who was guiding us, I think her name is Fono, wow ... she was awesome!
Everything was so beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot! I highly recommend it!

First, we had some free time at the sandbar. We took pictures together, and the staff took photos with a GoPro. It seems we can get those photos from the website about a week later. After that, we went snorkeling to see fish and sea turtles. However, the water was quite murky, so there weren't many fish, and the turtles were only visible from a distance.

Afterward, we had lunch. There was meat, fruit, and snacks, along with warm tomato soup and coffee to help us warm up after being in the cold sea.

Then we had more free time, where we played with the paddleboards, floats, and beach volleyball. At the end, a turtle came close to the shallow water near the boat, allowing us to see it up close. It was a lot of fun!

まずはサンドバーで自由に過ごす時間がありました。みんなで写真を撮ったり、スタッフの方がゴープロで撮影してくれました。1週間後くらいにホームページからその写真ももらえるらしいです。そのあとは、シュノーケルで魚やウミガメを見ました。ただ、海が結構濁っていて、魚も少なく、ウミガメもぼんやり見えるくらいでした。
そのあとは昼食です。肉やフルーツ、お菓子もあって海で冷えた体にあったまるトマトスープやコーヒーなどもありました。
そのあとはまた自由時間で、ザップやうきわ、ビーチバレーをして遊びました。最後は船の近くの浅瀬までカメが寄ってきてくれて触れるような距離で見ることができました。とても楽しかったです！

There is another dinner cruise available, but since the hotel pickup is charged separately, I chose the Majestic, which includes the pickup fee. The hotel pickup was on time, which surprised me since it's usually late.

I was a bit concerned about the quality of the food with the free drinks, but I was satisfied with both the quantity and quality. The variety of drinks was comparable to business class.

Enjoying champagne and wine on the deck of the ship while gazing at Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head is the ultimate luxury. We even got to see whales.

As it gradually got darker, the sight of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head bathed in the sunset made me truly feel like I was in Hawaii.

もう一つ別のディナークルーズがありますが、ホテル送迎が有料なので、送迎料込みのマジェスティック号を選びました。ホテルの迎えは定刻通りで、遅れるのが普通なので、びっくりしました。
フリードリンクで食事の質がちょっと心配でしたが、量・質ともに満足できました。飲み物もビジネスクラス並みにいろんな種類がありました。
船のデッキでシャンパンやワインを飲みながら、ワイキキ海岸・ダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めるのは最高の贅沢ですね。鯨も見ることが出来ましたよ。
だんだん暗くなって、ワイキキ海岸・ダイヤモンドヘッドが夕日に染まる光景は、ハワイに来たことを実感させてくれます。

As soon as we left the port, without even having time to prepare, we encountered a pod of dolphins! After diving in and enjoying that, we also saw sea turtles and stingrays. I never expected to see a whale before heading back after playing on the SUP. When it was really time to go back, I realized that my digital camera, which the captain had around his neck, was missing... Even though I said, "It's okay," everyone helped look for it in the water. Within five minutes, Maiko found it, and everything was a surprise! Thank you, everyone.

港を出てすぐ、準備をする暇もなくイルカの群れがーっ！急いで飛び込み堪能したところでウミガメ、エイも登場。
SUPで遊んで帰港する前にクジラまで見られるなんて思いもしませんでした。
で、ホントに帰るとなった時にキャプテンが首からかけていた私のデジカメが無いことに気付いて…
「もういいよー」と言っているのに皆で海の中を探してくれました。
5分もしないうちにマイコーが見つけてくれて、何もかもがサプライズ！

The weather wasn't perfectly clear, but the sea was beautiful. I thought I had chosen a day with low water levels for the sandbar by researching in advance, but there was still water up to my knees. However, I was satisfied because I was able to see sea turtles while snorkeling. The guide was also great, getting everyone excited and actively taking photos, which was a nice service. The only point for improvement would be that since there were quite a few people on the tour, it took some time to gather everyone, and there were moments when we bumped into each other while snorkeling.

天気は快晴ではありませんでしたが、海は綺麗でした。肝心のサンドバーは事前に調べて水位が低い日を選んだつもりですが、膝下くらいまで水があったもののシュノーケリングでウミガメを見ることができ満足です。ガイドさんも盛り上げてくれ写真を積極的にとってくれるなどサービスがよかっったです。唯一改善点としては、ツアー人数がそれなりに多いので集合に時間がかかったりシュノーケリングの時にぶつかったりしたことでしょうか。

I encountered wild dolphins.
I found a mother and baby dolphin in the pod, and they were very cute.
The tour guide and the crew were incredibly cheerful and it was a lot of fun.
I was worried about getting seasick, but the enjoyable atmosphere made it completely fine.
The hamburger on the boat was also very delicious.
However, the water was colder than I expected.
I think it's a good idea to bring a rash guard.
It was a very good experience.

野生のイルカに出会えました。
群れの中に親子のイルカを見つけましたが、とてもかわいかったです。
ツアーガイドさんも船のクルーの方たちもすごぐ明るくて楽しかったです。
心配していた船酔いも楽しい雰囲気だったので全く大丈夫でした。
船の上でのハンバーガーもとてもおいしかったです。
ただ、海の中は思ってたより寒かったです。
ラッシュガードを持参した方がいいと思います。
とても良い体験でした。

There is a dock about an hour from the hotel by shuttle bus, where we take a boat to the sandbar.

The area where the boat arrives at the sandbar was about waist-deep, but in some places, it was shallow enough to reach just below the knees.

While the sand did not emerge above the water's surface, the view was absolutely stunning! It felt surreal to walk in the middle of the ocean.

As soon as we arrived, we were able to see sea turtles swimming near the anchored boats, and during snorkeling, we saw sea turtles resting on the coral and many fish.

The staff spoke Japanese and made the experience very enjoyable.

I’m really glad I participated in the tour.

One thing to note is that this activity is weather-dependent. I participated in February, which is not only the rainy season but also when the water can feel cold. If it’s not sunny, the view may not be as breathtaking. Additionally, the UV rays are strong.

I recommend applying sunscreen, wearing a rash guard, bringing a slightly larger towel to dry off after getting out of the boat, and bringing something like a hoodie to wear.

送迎バスでホテルから1時間ほどのところに船着き場があり、船でサンドバーに向かいます。

サンドバーは、船が到着する場所は腰ぐらいの深さでしたが、場所によっては膝下ぐらいまでになるところもあります。

砂が水面から顔を出すことはありませんでしたが、大絶景！です。
海の真ん中を歩く非日常感。

停泊している船の近くを泳ぐウミガメを到着してすぐに見ることができ、シュノーケリングでは海底のサンゴの上で休んでいるウミガメとたくさんの魚を見ることができました。

スタッフさんは日本語で盛上げてくれるのでとても楽しい時間が過ごせました。

ツアーに参加して本当に良かったです。

注意点としては、天候に左右されるアクティビティであることです。
2月に参加していますが、この時期は雨季であるばかりでなく、海に入ると寒く感じます。
晴れていない時は大絶景とまではいかないかもしれません。
そして、紫外線は強いです。

日焼け止めを塗り、ラッシュガードを着用することと、船から上がったら体をしっかり拭くことができるように少し大きめのタオルを用意すること、パーカー等の羽織る物を持参することをおすすめします。

The tour took place in Hawaii under unusually low and rough weather conditions. Right after departure, many people started feeling seasick, but it turned out to be a lucky day, as we encountered a large pod of dolphins that swam leisurely beside us and even surfaced, which the crew described as a miracle. During snorkeling after the dolphins, we also had the rare chance to see a ray.

The weather changed rapidly, with rain, sunshine, and clouds, but thanks to that, we were able to see a double rainbow. The strong winds made it difficult to stop shivering on the boat. There was no place to change out of wet swimsuits, so we had to dry off with towels and put on a jacket while still wet. Those who are not confident in the cold should be cautious on cloudy days. For those worried about seasickness, I recommend starting with a shorter dolphin tour.

ハワイでは滅多にない気温が低く荒れ気味の天候の元でのツアーでした。出航直後から船酔いする人続出でしたが、イルカの大群に出会えた上、イルカ達がずっと私達のそばを悠々と泳いだり、水面に浮かび上がって来たりすらクルー曰く奇跡のようなラッキーデーでした。イルカの後の亀とシュノーケリングの際も珍しくエイに出会えたりしました。
途中雨が降り、晴れ間が出たり曇ったりと目まぐるしく天気が変わりましたがお陰でダブルレインボーまで見られました。
風が強くて船上で体の震えが止まらず辛かったです。濡れた水着を着替える場所は無いのでタオルで拭いて濡れたまま上に上着を羽織るしかありません。寒さに自信のない人は曇りの日は要注意です。船酔いの心配な人はまずは時間の短いイルカ中学に入学する事をお勧めします。

The guide was supposed to be in English, but the Movie Tour was conducted in Japanese. However, the guide was very friendly, and we were very satisfied with the tour, including our 3-year-old child. I would like to participate again when I visit Hawaii.

英語でのガイドということでしたが、Movie ツアーについては日本語でのガイドでした。また、とてもフレンドリーなガイドさんでしたので、3歳の子供含め大変満足なツアーでした。またハワイに行った際には参加してみたいと思います。

I participated in February, which is winter and the rainy season in Hawaii. Although the wind felt a bit chilly, the weather was pleasant and enjoyable. Our shuttle bus driver, Pete, had a friendly and relaxing talk in Japanese that made the ride to the port fun from the start.

My partner, who has had ear surgery in the past, was a bit scared of the water, but the supportive staff and the variety of activities helped ease those worries. They explained that the boat would sway due to the wind, and they sold anti-nausea products for those who didn't bring medication or couldn't take it. We purchased some, and they worked very well for us. On our return flight, the plane was quite bumpy, and many people felt nauseous, but thanks to the anti-nausea products we bought, we were fine. It turned out to be a surprisingly good purchase (it's a good idea to bring cash in dollars if you plan to buy).

Once on the boat, our Japanese guide, Izumi, began her explanation. Izumi's explanations were excellent, clearly outlining what to do and what not to do, which was very impressive. We were excited to be there, but she emphasized the importance of following proper etiquette, not putting ourselves in danger, and not enduring discomfort if we felt unwell. She also mentioned that touching sea turtles incurs a fine of 350,000 yen. It was truly educational, as she provided explanations not found in the guidebook about protecting the environment for future visits.

The captain also tried to keep the boat steady and moved slowly. After about 20 minutes on the boat, we arrived at the planned beach location. Unfortunately, it wasn't a beach, but the shallow waters were calm and very beautiful.

We chose not to participate in snorkeling and instead enjoyed activities on the sandy bottom. The staff was engaging and made it easy to communicate any needs or issues.

Moreover, two sea turtles came close to us!

We enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch on the boat, which was filling and a lot of fun!

From start to finish, it was an exciting and enjoyable experience! Thank you to all the staff.

ハワイでは真冬で雨季の2月に参加しました。
やや風が冷たく感じましたが、それも気持ちよく感じるような良いお天気でした。
お迎えバスのピートさんのトークは緊張をほぐしてくれるフレンドリーな日本語トークで朝から楽しく港まで到着しました。
過去に耳鼻の手術を受けている相方さんは、水に潜れなくはないのですが、少々水が怖いので楽しめるか心配だったのですが、そんな心配を吹き飛ばしてくれるスタッフの皆さんのサポーティプな対応と、アクティビティの豊富さでした。
風があるので船が揺れるから船酔いや、波酔いの説明があり、薬を持ってこなかった人や飲めない人用に酔い止めグッズを販売してくれてます。私たちは購入しました。
私たちにはとても効果がありこの日の酔い止め効果も抜群でしたが、帰国の飛行機がかなり揺れて酔ってる人が多かったのですが、購入した酔い止めグッズを使用して酔わずに済みました。思わぬ良い買い物までできました。(購入するなら現金ドルを持って行くといいですよ)

船に乗ると日本人ガイドのIzumiさんの説明が始まります。Izumiさんの説明が秀逸でしっかりと良いこと、ダメなことをわかりやすく教えてくれて感動ものです。
私たちは楽しみにここに来ていること。
でも、楽しむためにはしっかりとマナーを守り、自分を危険に晒さないことはもちろん、具合悪かったら我慢しないことや、海ガメに触ると罰金35万円かかることなど。また次も気持ちよく参加ように環境を守る。ことのガイドブックには載っていない説明など本当に勉強になりました。

キャプテンもできるだけ揺れないようにゆっくりと船を走らせてくれました。船に乗ること20分くらいでビーチ予定の場所に到着。
残念ながらビーチにはなってませんでしたが、浅瀬で波も穏やかなのでとっても綺麗でした。

シュノーケリングには参加せず砂地でアクティビティを楽しむ方を選びました。
スタッフのみなさんが楽しくもりあげてくれて、いつでも必要なものや困りごとを伝えられる状態になってます。

しかも、海ガメさんたちが2匹も寄ってきてくれました。

写真もスタッフの外国人のカッコいいお兄さんが撮ってくれました。

船上で食べるブッフェランチもお腹いっぱい美味しく食べて、最高に楽しかったです！

最初から最後までずっと楽しくワクワクでした！

It was cold, but beautiful! I think I could have enjoyed it even more if it were summer. I'm very satisfied because I got to see a sea turtle.

I have experience with large ships, but at that time, I was crammed in so tightly that the distance between the table and my neighbor was too close, making it a very suffocating memory. However, this time it was very spacious. That was really nice, but unfortunately, the food just didn't suit my taste at all, and I think I would have been better off with just the appetizers.

大型船も経験ありますが、あのときはぎゅうぎゅう詰めに入れられてテーブルとの距離も隣との距離も近すぎてとても息苦しい思い出がありましたが、こちらはとてもゆったりとしていました。それは凄く良いのですが、いかんせん料理が全く口に合わず、アペタイザーのみで良かったと思います。

This is about my fifth time participating. Each time, the season, weather, temperature, and companions are different, so I have memories from each visit. This time, it was a trip with my two children. The weather wasn't very favorable, and we experienced a chilly sandbar, but the usual scenery welcomed us. I'll come again.

天候にちょっと恵まれず、肌寒い中でのサンドバーとなりましたが、
いつも通りの景色が私たちを迎えてくれました。

I didn't know that the Heaven's Sea tour had to be booked in advance, and after regretting it for a few years, I finally went back for a revenge trip.

As a result, I had a really great time! I’ve always liked turtles, but even my wife, who isn’t a fan, was excited when she saw them. Turtles are so cute!

Since it was early February, it was a bit cold on the boat when it was cloudy, but the sun came out, so it was manageable. The water was honestly cold, but once you get used to it, you can tolerate it. They offered free wetsuit rentals.

I thought I could manage with just a regular hoodie, but since you wear a suit in the water and walk on the sand for about 30 minutes, marine shoes would be better. Some people got hurt on their feet.

At the sandbar, wearing a T-shirt is actually warmer, but for photos, swimsuits might look warmer and more picturesque.

The boat ride was slow, about 10 minutes, so personally, I didn't need motion sickness medication. However, it was a very windy day, so if you're unsure, it might be a good idea to have some. (They sell motion sickness medication and sandals at a reasonable price.)

I wish I had bought an underwater camera. I never expected turtles to come so close! Well, since they swim in shallow water, you can still take good photos from above the water.

Once you get out of the water, it’s cold, so having a larger bath towel would be good. The BBQ on the boat was quite delicious.

There were about three staff members, including the guide, and we were able to play beach volleyball together with others. That was a lot of fun!

They were very considerate of small children and the elderly, showing great hospitality. You can feel safe bringing your parents along.

There were also people doing other marine activities, and they offered free rentals.

Snorkeling is easy to practice, so even those who are not good at it can give it a try. Even if you don’t snorkel, you can see turtles at the sandbar, so it’s okay to take it easy.

天国の海はツアーでないといけないのを知らず、以前は悔しい思いをして数年、リベンジで行ってきました。

結果、行って本当に楽しかったです！
元から亀は好きでしたが、亀好きでない奥さんでも、見たときは興奮していました。
亀ってかわいいですね。

2月初旬なので、曇ったら船上は寒いのはありますが、太陽も出てきてなんとかなりました。
海の中は正直冷たく、慣れれば一応我慢はできるレベル。ウェットスーツの無料貸出もしていました。
普通のパーカーでなんとかなると思って軽く見てましたが、海中でも着れるスーツや、砂の上を30分ほど歩くので、マリンシューズがあればベターです。足に怪我する人もいたので。

サンドバーではTシャツを着てたほうが実際寒くないですが、写真では水着のほうが暖かそうで絵になるかも。

船はジェットでもなくゆっくりで、10分ほどなので、酔い止めは個人的には不要です。
風がかなり強い日で、自信がない人はあったほうがいいかも。
(酔い止めわサンダル等、有料でそこまで高くない価格で販売はしています)

水中カメラは買っておけばよかったです。あそこまで目の前に亀が来るなんて思ってもなかったので。まあ、浅瀬を泳いでるので、海の上からでもちゃんと撮れますが。

海から上がったら寒いので、大きめのバスタオルもあったほうが良いです。
船上のBBQも、なかなか美味しかったです。

ガイドさん含め3人ほどスタッフがいましたが、他の人たちも含め、一緒にビーチバレーできました。これがかなり楽しかったです！

小さいお子さんや老人への配慮もしっかりしていて、ホスピタリティーあります。親を連れてきても安心できますね。

他のマリンアクティビティーをしている人もおり、無料で貸し出ししていました。

シュノーケリングは無理なく練習できるので、苦手な人もいけると思います。シュノーケリングをしなくとも、サンドバー上で亀も見れますし、無理せずOK

I was worried about whether I would be able to see any animals since they are wild, but I was surprised to encounter so many dolphins. I was hoping to be lucky and see whales as well, given the season, but unfortunately, I didn't see any.
At this time of year, it can be cold while moving on the boat, so it's better to have something to wear over your clothes.
Next time, I want to challenge myself to see whales.

自然の生き物なので観れるかどうか不安でしたがびっくりするほどたくさんのイルカと出会えました。季節柄クジラも見られるとラッキーだと期待してましたが残念ながら観られませんでした。
いまの時期は船上での移動中は寒いので羽織ものがあった方が良いです。
次はクジラにチャレンジしたいと思ってます。

We participated with a group of six women. A few minutes after departure, a whale came to greet us. The sunset was incredibly beautiful as well.

出航して数分後にクジラがご挨拶に来てくれました。
サンセットもめちゃくちゃ綺麗でした。

Last year, I participated in a tour swimming with dolphins from another company, but this time I joined Dolphin University.

On this day, it was quite difficult to find a spot where the dolphin pod was gathering, but once the snorkeling point was confirmed, I enjoyed watching the dolphins swim right by my feet.

During snorkeling, the staff guides you to where the dolphins are, but those who swim slowly might not make it in time. My fourth-grade son was able to keep up easily.

The slide set up from the boat after snorkeling was also fun, and we got to play on it multiple times.

It's a good idea to bring an action cam for underwater filming.

去年は他社のイルカと一緒に泳ぐツアーに参加しましたが、今回はイルカ大学に参加しました。

この日はイルカの群れが集まっている場所がなかなか見つかりませんでしたが、シュノーケリングポイントが確定してからはイルカの群れが足元を泳いでいくのが楽しめました。

シュノーケリング中にイルカのいる場所までスタッフのみなさんが誘導してくれますが、泳ぎの遅い方は間に合わないかもしれません。
小学４年生の息子は余裕で間に合っていました。

シュノーケリング後にボートから設営されるスライダーも楽しく何度も遊ばせてもらいました。

水中で撮影できるアクションカムを持っていくと良いですよ。

I participated with my 7-year-old son.
While experiencing the nature and culture of Hawaii from the boat, we encountered three teachers: the dolphin, the whale, and the sea turtle.
My son was super excited by the whale teacher's splash.
We also met many of our favorite green sea turtle teachers.
We had a hard time finding the dolphin teacher, but we finally met just before returning to the harbor and swam with it, even though it was a bit far away.
Thanks to the staff, my son was able to experience all the activities.
I lack physical strength, but thanks to the staff, my son had an unforgettable experience.
I don't know when the next time will be, but I want to build my stamina for a re-enrollment at Dolphin University.

船上からのハワイの自然、文化に触れながら先生たちの元へ、
イルカ。クジラ。ウミガメ。三先生に出会えました。
クジラ先生のスプラッシュに息子大興奮。
大好きなアオウミガメ先生にもたくさんであいました。
イルカ先生にはなかなか会えず帰港間際に出会え、少々遠いながらも一緒にドルフィンスイム。
息子、アクティビティーもスタッフの皆様のおかげですべて体験できました。
私は体力がなくスタッフ皆様のおかげで息子が一生の思い出となる経験ができました。
次回はいつになるかわかりませんがイルカ大学再入学のために母は体力をつけたいと思います。

I attended with my two children, one in first grade and the other in fourth grade, and the staff provided support, allowing us to participate with peace of mind. After searching for a while, we were able to see many wild dolphins.

*I recommend motion sickness medication for those who are prone to seasickness.*

小1、小4の2人の子連れでしたが、スタッフの方々にも、サポートいただき安心して参加できました。しばらくイルカ探しした後、沢山の野生イルカに会えました。

※酔い易い方は酔い止めをお勧めします。

- The weather was cloudy, but when the sun broke through, the color of the sea changed dramatically and was beautiful.
- I participated in January, and it was very cold with strong winds. Warm clothing is a MUST.
- Reef shoes are convenient to have.
- I thought the prices were a bit high for what was offered.

・天気が曇っていたのですが、晴れ間が指したときに、海の色が一気に変わって綺麗でした。
・1月に参加しましたが、風が強く、非常に寒かったです。防寒着はMUSTです。
・リーフシューズがあると便利です
・料金については内容については少し高いかなと思いました

On January 25th (Friday), I participated in the "Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Majestic with Live Music and Buffet/Fireworks Viewing + All-You-Can-Eat Appetizers (with Free Drinks) <Friday Only/Participation until March 31, 2019>" course with a group of seven. It was everyone's first time participating.

Before boarding, we presented the WEB voucher (coupon) displayed on our smartphones at the office on the pier to obtain our boarding tickets.

After boarding, we were welcomed with champagne, and then asked about the number of people in our group, after which we were assigned a table.

Once seated, a staff member came to take our drink orders within 5 to 10 minutes. At this time, we were informed that alcohol was not included in the free drinks. I mistakenly thought that while drinks were free, alcohol would incur a charge due to my reservation.

After ordering a bottle of wine and beer, I checked the WEB voucher on my smartphone again and saw that it stated "Free Alcohol." I then filed a complaint and had all the alcohol provided for free.

If the voucher had been in paper form like in the past, it would have been collected at check-in on the pier, and I wouldn't have been able to file a complaint on board.

Unfortunately, due to cloudy weather, we couldn't see the sunset, but the meal was decent. The live music was good.

In addition to the above, I would like to mention the following:
During the live performance, there was a dance time, but it was held at the entrance of the live music floor (2nd floor), making it inconvenient to move between floors. I thought the live music should be on the opposite side.
Since we were a group of seven, we did not use the shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Hotel (which costs $15 per person round trip, additional charge) and instead took a taxi from the hotel. The fare to the pier was $38 (including tip) due to evening traffic, and the return trip was $24 (including tip). A taxi can accommodate five passengers in its three-row seating.
The Majestic is docked at "Aloha Tower Marketplace Pier 6. It is located on the right side when walking east along Ala Moana Boulevard from Aloha Tower." This information was correct, but we got a bit lost on-site. The reason was that the ship's operating company, "ATLANTIC CRUISES," was prominently displayed on the hull, but we didn't pay attention to the company name and took a while to notice the smaller "MAJESTIC" written elsewhere. Google Maps directed us to the west side of the Star of Honolulu. Ultimately, we were guided by the office of the Star of Honolulu.

インターネットを利用して１月２５日（金曜日）に「サンセット・ディナークルーズ　マジェスティック号　生演奏とビュッフェ付き/花火鑑賞＋アペタイザー食べ放題（フリードリンク付き）＜金曜日限定/2019年3月31日までのご参加＞コースに７名で参加しました。全員が今回初めての参加です。

船の出航前に桟橋のオフィスにおいて、スマートフォンに記載されている　WEBヴァウチャー(クーポン券)を提示して乗船券を入手しました。

乗船後、ウェルカムシャンパンをいただき、続いてグループの人数を質問され、着席するテーブルを指定されました。

テーブルに着席後、担当者が５～１０分でドリンクの注文に現れました。この際にアルコールは有料であると案内されました。この時は予約を確保した私の間違いで、フリードリンクだがアルコールは有料なのかと思ってしまいました。

ボトルワインやビールを注文した後に、今一度スマートフォンに記載されているWEBヴァウチャーを確認すると「Free Alcohol」と記載されています。そこで、クレームを申し出てアルコールをすべて無料にしていただきました。

WEBヴァウチャーで無く、昔のように紙媒体のヴァウチャーであったなら桟橋のチェックイン時に紙は回収されており、船内でクレームを申し出ることができなかったと思います。

あいにくの曇り空でサンセットは見えませんでしたが、食事はまずまずでした。
生演奏は良かったです。

上記以外に下記をご案内させていただきます。
　生演奏最中にダンスタイムがあるのですが、生演奏フロア（２階）の出入り口で行っている為に他のフロアへの出入りに不便です。反対側で生演奏すべきと思いました。
　我々は７名で参加しましたので、ハイアットリージェンシーワイキキホテルからの送迎（お一人往復＄１５。別料金。）は利用せず。ホテルからタクシーを利用しました。往路は夕方の渋滞料金で一台＄３８（チップ込）、帰路は一台＄２４（チップ込）。タクシーは３列シートなので一台で５名乗車できます。
　マジェスティック号は「アロハタワー・マーケットプレース・ピア６に係留されています。アロハタワーからアラモアナ通りに沿って東に向かって歩き右側にあります。」と案内されています。この案内に間違いありませんでしたが我々は現地で少し迷いました。その理由は、船体に大きく船の運航会社である「ATLANTIC CRUISES」と記載されているのですが、船会社に注目していなかった為、別の所に小さい文字で「MAJESTIC」と記載されていることになかなか気づきませんでした。グーグル地図ではスターオブホノルル号の西側を案内します。最終的にはスターオブホノルルの事務所で教えていただきました。

The crew was engaging in conversation the whole time, and it was lively and fun on the ship! They took many friendly photos with us in the sea, creating unforgettable memories! The BBQ that was prepared in advance was incredibly delicious, and I went back for seconds! I highly recommend participating!

クルーの皆さんが終始会話をして下さり船の中もワイワイと楽しかったです！海の中では気さくに写真もたくさん撮って頂き、一生に残る思い出が出来ました！あらかじめ焼いているBBQも凄く美味しくておかわりしました！ぜひ参加をおススメします！

There is a shuttle service to nearby hotels, so it's安心 at night. The appetizer buffet came with free drinks, and while the buffet was on the second floor, we were on the third floor, which had a great view. There weren't many types of appetizers, but it was fine since we had eaten a little beforehand. The beer, sparkling wine, and wine were all-you-can-drink, which was a great deal. The staff was friendly, coming to take our orders and even taking photos for us. We could also access the second floor, where we could listen to live music. The sunset was beautiful.

近くのホテルへの送迎があるので，夜も安心。フリードリンク付きのアペタイザー食べ放題でしたが，ビュッフェの人は2階で，我々は3階で，景色が良く見えて良かったです。アペタイザーはあまり種類がありませんが，ちょっと食べてから行ったので問題なし。ビールやスパークリングワイン，ワインなどは飲み放題だったのでお得でした。スタッフは気持よくオーダーを取りに来てくれたり，写真を撮ってくれたり，親切でした。2階にも入れるので，生演奏も聞くことができました。夕日がきれいでした。

This was my first time participating. I chose this dinner cruise because I wanted to experience an overseas atmosphere, and there were fewer Japanese people on it. The content of the cruising was as I imagined; we enjoyed a buffet at the beginning and then each of us enjoyed the scenery, as well as Hawaiian dance and music at the bar. The taste of the food was just average.

The problem was the shuttle service to the hotel. We were staying at the Prince Waikiki, and during the pickup, we were the first to be picked up, followed by stops at other hotels. Considering that they drive on the right side and the route to the destination, it was a logical order. However, on the way back, we passed by the Prince Waikiki first but for some reason, we just went straight past it. In the end, we were left until the very last, and ultimately dropped off about 100 meters away from the Prince Waikiki, being told to walk back. It didn’t make sense since other hotels were dropped off at their pickup locations.

Additionally, it seemed that the arrangements for the return bus were poor, and we had to wait for about 30 minutes. Because of that, what was supposed to be a tour ending at 7:30 PM ended up with us getting back to the hotel at 9 PM. Given that this tour operates daily, the poor arrangements and inefficient shuttle route make it hard to recommend. It might be better to meet on-site. I will not participate in this tour again.

今回初めて参加しました。海外の雰囲気を感じたかったので、日本人が少ないこのディナークルーズを選びました。クルージングの中身については想像通りで、最初にビュッフェを楽しんであとはそれぞれ景色を見たり、バーでハワイアンダンスやハワイアンミュージックを楽しむ内容でした。料理の味は普通といったところ。
問題はホテルまでの送迎サービスでした。
私たちはプリンスワイキキに宿泊していたのですが、迎えの時は最初にピックアップされて他のホテルを回るルート。右側通行であること、目的地へのルートを考えると合理的な順番です。そう考えると、帰りのルートはプリンスワイキキを1番最初に通過するのですが、なぜかそのまま真横を通過。結局最後まで残されて、挙げ句の果てにプリンスワイキキから100メートルほど離れたところに降ろされて、あとは歩いて帰れと言われる。他のホテルはピックアップした場所で下ろしているのに意味が分からない。
この日はさらに、帰りのバスの段取りが悪かったようで30分ほど待たされる。
それも重なり19時30分に終了するツアーのはずが、ホテルに帰り着いたのは21時でした。
毎日運行しているツアーなのに段取りが悪い点や非効率的な送迎ルートを考えるとあまりおすすめはしません。
現地集合がいいかもしれませんね。
私はもうこのツアーには参加しません。

I participated in the English tour alone, but everyone was friendly and I had a great time. The lunch buffet was delicious, and all three activities were wonderful.

英語ツアーに一人で参加しましたが皆さんフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。昼食のビュッフェも美味しく、３つのアクティビティー全て良かったです。
