There were sudden changes, but we received polite communication in advance, and we were upgraded without any additional cost. We had a great time swimming with dolphins and sea turtles. The snorkeling experience allowed us to see beautiful fish, making it a very satisfying experience.

In addition to the tour, our guide, Minako, shared various stories and even listened to life advice, allowing us to share a genuinely human experience. It was a fulfilling time. The sandwiches for lunch were also delicious.

Everyone was cheerful, and we had a fun time, creating wonderful memories. I want to recommend this to my friends, and I would love to participate again with my daughter.

The transportation and everything else was taken care of perfectly. It's reassuring that there is always someone who can speak Japanese, and there were plenty of turtles to see, so it felt like we had a turtle tour as well. 🤣

Meals and drinks were included, and there were plenty of activities besides snorkeling, which was great. On the bus ride there, they provided explanations of the tourist spots (in English, but it's simple enough to understand), so I think it's a good idea to go on the first day. ☺︎

The water was about waist-deep, but it was beautiful. I was glad to see both sleeping and swimming sea turtles while snorkeling in the coral reef. On the boat, there were spam rice balls, snacks, coffee, miso soup, and soft drinks, which were a nice treat for my tired body.

On the way back, we encountered a pod of spinner dolphins and even saw a baby dolphin. According to the guide, they had worked at Dolphin University for two years and said, "There hasn't been a day when I didn't see them." We visited in November again, just like last year, but this year we faced terrible weather with strong waves and cold temperatures, which made it quite challenging. However, my two elementary school-aged sons remembered last year's experience and chatted a lot with the crew! This year, it seems that the honu (sea turtles) came very close to us often! I didn't snorkel with my face in the water, but while playing and taking photos in the shallow area, they came right up close to me!

At SAP, the rain and wind were strong, and my son said, "This year is tough!" (laughs) Still, we had a valuable experience, enjoyed warm drinks and chatted on the boat, and even ate spam musubi, which was fun! Our family promised the ladies that we would come back next year!

Captain Nick and crew showed us a great time on our fourth consecutive annual November sunset cruise. Each one is a little different vibe. Sunday appears to be the best day for a more peaceful vibe. Great interaction with Captain and crew. The food is OK (catered boxes) but we started scheduling a post-cruise restaurant dinner last year at nearby Fresco and enjoyed that again this year. We plan to take this cruise every year!

This is the first luau that our family has been to and they did not disappoint. Our driver was happy and funny. The entire evening was fabulous. The pick up was easy. The games and crafts were fun. We got pictures taken and they turned out great. My son is a culinary student and loved seeing how they prepared the pig. The show was amazing. It was wonderful to see the different styles of dancing from different cultures. The food was great. The desserts were a bit of a letdown as they were either dry or had very little flavor. It was expensive but compared to other luau’s they charge the same thing. This is definitely the one to go to if you want a cultural experience.

My child drank a lot of seawater during their first snorkeling experience and kept saying it was cold, but thanks to their favorite miso soup, they were able to finish the tour feeling happy. The staff were very polite and kind, making our time there very comfortable.

The sandbar trip was amazing. Really friendly crew made us feel like Ohana, and provided everything we could ask for. Even though it rained while we were there, our guide found a great place to snorkel and helped the less experienced folks acclimate to their gear. Great experience. We were blessed with good weather and departed from the hotel around 10:40 AM on a shuttle bus. Before setting sail, we encountered seals, which already filled us with excitement as the dolphin experience began. While cruising around West Oahu, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the vast ocean, the mountains that remain untouched by nature, and the stunning horizon.

We had an encounter with sea turtles on the second deck!! They will surely bring us happiness. During the underwater viewing experience, we were able to see the beauty of the ocean that we want to preserve for future generations and the state of the Earth's environment.

A special thanks to the Japanese staff member, Ryuichi, for his thoughtful consideration in entertaining the children and for all the other assistance provided. Thank you very much to all the other staff members as well.
