I went snorkeling to see fish, and I was able to swim with a considerable number of honu (sea turtles)! The crew spoke Japanese, so I was able to enjoy the activity with peace of mind! One thing I felt was that changing clothes, which was optional, is actually a must. (It's cold to return on an air-conditioned bus in a swimsuit.)

魚をみるためのシュノーケリング目的で行ったのですが、かなりの数のホヌと一緒に泳ぐことができました！
クルーの方も日本語が通じたので安心してアクティビティを楽しめました！
ひとつ感じたことは、持ち物で任意だった着替えは必須です。(水着で冷房のきいたバスで帰るのは寒いです)

Thank you for the enjoyable tour. Everyone was very friendly and it felt great. I had a child with me, and they were very considerate, which was a big help. Thank you very much. However, I was a bit disappointed that the weather was cloudy and cold, and the tide wasn't fully out.

I'm glad we chose this for our family's first activity in Hawaii! ☺️ First, we listened intently to the explanations in English, and then we received a little bit of explanation in Japanese, which helped us get used to the English. We were also lucky to encounter sea turtles three times, which was amazing.

I was able to enjoy everything, including the ocean, coral, fish, and the honu (sea turtle). The staff's English was very fast, making it difficult for me to understand since I'm not very good at it, but they provided support in Japanese, which was very helpful. Additionally, they kindly guided us, and thanks to them, my parents were able to enjoy themselves and come back happy.

The duration of the stay was shorter compared to other tours, but it was just right since I was with my elderly parents. I definitely want to visit this place again when I go to Hawaii!

海も、サンゴも、魚も、ホヌもすべて楽しく体験することができました。
スタッフさんの英語はめちゃ早くて、あまり得意でない私には聞き取りが困難でしたが、日本語でのフォローもしてくれて、とても助かりました。
また、親切にガイドしてくれて、おかげで父母も楽しんで帰ることができました。

滞在時間がほかのツアーに比べて短めでしたが、高齢の父母を連れてでしたので、ちょうど良かったです。
ぜひ、ハワイに行った際には再度訪れたい場所です！！

The crew was very nice and friendly, helpful and very attentive , tour it was very organized, and would do again . saw turtles and the coral reef was viewable wide selection of options while snorkeling . would recommend.

If you really want to have a fun day, then this tour is for you. And, family friendly! I've done it the last 2 years and am going to book again for next year. The crew: Captain Cheyenne, and crew members Julia, Yuki, Yukiko and Cody are the best. Very friendly, and GREAT personalities.
Walking on this sandbar is an experience. And they even set up a water volleyball game. The water is perfect and the bluest I've ever seen.
After the sandbar, they fire up the grill for a nice hamburger/cheeseburger lunch with all the fixins. And they have meatless burgers also.
After lunch there is snorkeling. Due to recent knee replacement surgery I was unable to participate last year, but was able to and had a great time this year.
After snorkeling, you go turtle watching. There were plenty, and some of them are HUGE.
My one big recommendation: Bring reef friendly sunscreen because the sun will fool you. It was a bit overcast this year,, but the sun still managed to get me.

I participated with my 0-year-old child. Since there were many participants, we took two buses and two boats, dividing into a Japanese-speaking team and an English-speaking team for the boat ride. Everyone was very kind to the children, making it easy for us to join with kids! If the child wears a float, they can stand on the sandbar, and although snorkeling is in deeper water, as long as we ensure the waves don't hit the child's face, we were able to enjoy it without any issues! The staff attended to us in Japanese, making it easy to ask questions, and above all, the location was amazing. I'm really glad I participated!!!

参加人数も多かったのでバスも船も2台で行きましたが、日本語チームと英語が話せるチームに分かれて船に乗りました
皆さん子どもを可愛がってくれて子連れでも気兼ねなく参加できました！子どもは浮き輪を付けていけばサンドバーは足が着くし、シュノーケリングは深い海ですが子どもの顔に波が当たらないようにすれば問題なく楽しむことができました！
日本語でアテンドしてくれるのでわからないことは聞きやすいですし何よりロケーション最高でほんとに参加して良かったです！！！

It was great! The crew and Captain were wonderful. We saw amazing fish and other things. Highly recommended this company. Amazing service and very nice. Love it so much

We participated as a family of three, including my husband and daughter. The staff supported my husband, who is not a good swimmer, allowing us to enjoy scuba diving. The hamburgers grilled on the boat were also excellent. We would love to participate again next year.

夫婦と娘の３人で参加しました。金槌の夫をスタッフ皆さんでサポートしてくださり、スキューバを楽しむことができました。船上で焼いたハンバーガーも抜群。来年も是非参加させてください。

The whole experience was wonderful, the barbecue was great. Snorking was amazing, the crew was amazing.

In the first half, we played with SUP boards and floaties in shallow water. In the second half, those who could swim put on life jackets and went snorkeling. Since we couldn't swim, we were pulled by the staff to explore underwater. We were very lucky to see four sea turtles. It was a great experience. However, since we couldn't swim, we couldn't move around freely. So, I think it would be more enjoyable for those who can swim, but of course, even non-swimmers can have fun.

前半は浅場でSUPや浮き輪で遊びました。
後半は、泳げる人は救命具を付けてシュノーケリングです。
私達は泳げないので、スタッフさんに引っ張ってもらって海中を散策。
ウミガメも4匹も見られて、とてもラッキーでした。
いい体験ができました。ただ私達は泳げないので自由に動き回れませんでした。なので泳げる方はもっと楽しいとおもいますので泳げる方におすすめです。もちろん泳げなくても楽しめます。

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, we enjoyed snorkeling at a sandbar, just like we did on our honeymoon. It was with a foreign tour company that has a name just one letter different from "Heaven," and all the staff were extremely friendly. A Japanese staff member was in charge of the tour, and the larger of the two boats that set sail was completely full of Japanese passengers.

After enjoying the sandbar, we had lunch with BBQ hamburgers prepared by the captain himself. Following that, we were able to snorkel for a full hour around the coral reef where sea turtles are found, and we returned to port while watching the sea turtles. It was a truly satisfying experience.

結婚３５周年の節目にあたり、新婚旅行で体験したサンドバーのシュノーケリングを楽しみました。「天国」さんと一字違いの外資系のツアー会社ですが、スタッフ全員が非常にフレンドリーで日本スタッフのお姉様がツアーを仕切っており、２隻出航した大きい方の船は乗客全員が日本人で満員でした。
サンドバーを楽しんでから船長自らBBQしたハンバーガーなどの昼食を食べた後は、ウミガメがいる珊瑚礁の周囲をたっぷり１時間シュノーケリングすることができ、ウミガメウォッチングをしながら帰港するなど大満足の体験でした。

The spam onigiri on the boat was delicious, and I was happy to try various snacks! There was plenty of free time, and I had a great time. During snorkeling, many fish came close, and I was able to take lots of great photos☆ I even saw three sea turtles, which was so lucky! Everyone leading the tour was kind, and it was a lot of fun. I want to go again!!

船ではスパムおにぎりおいしかったし、お菓子も色々食べれてうれしかった！

Everything was great. We saw turtles and enjoyed the reef. It was a little difficult to eat lunch on the boat as there were not really any good seats for it. But the burgers were delicious.

It was the tour I was looking forward to the most, and the weather was great, making it the best day ever!! It felt like heaven, and I was so happy!! Snorkeling and swimming with the fish was a wonderful experience!

On the day of the visit, there was a sandbar, so we could walk. However, because the tide was low, the paddle boat was too shallow and got stuck, making it difficult to ride. Snorkeling was great as we were able to see two turtles. It was allowed to bring in beer, so we brought two bottles and chilled them. It seemed that people from Taiwan brought a case of six. Enjoying beer while snacking was the best!

当日はサンドバーが出ていて歩けました　逆に潮が引いていたためパドルボートが浅すぎて引っかかって上手く乗れなかった　シュノーケリングは亀が2匹も見れて良かったです　ビール持ち込みOKとなっていたので2本持っていって冷やしていただきました　台湾からの人は6本ケースで持ってきていたようです　スナックを食べながらのビール最高でした

My wife can't swim, but the staff member Jenny warmly supported us until the end. Mahalo! I want to go to the sandbar again!

Our family had an amazing time!! The crew was super friendly and fun!! The captain was great and the grill master the burgers were amazing!! Tyson was great answering our questions about the area.
Julia was funny and very informative about the area.
The drive over to the marina was absolutely amazing the view was incredible. I’ve never snorkeled before but felt super safe we saw sea turtles and all kinds of fish!! Would highly recommend this outing ️☀️ it was one of the highlights of our trip.
We thought it was really cool that some of our favorite movies were filmed around the area also.
Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean and 50 frost dates. Great memories were made for me and my kids thanks until next time Oahu. Mahalo

The staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, which made for a wonderful experience. I got to see sea turtles in the beautiful ocean, and it was the best experience. I would love to participate again.

綺麗な海でウミガメにも会えましたし、最高の体験が出来ました。また参加したいです。

A bus will pick you up near the hotel and take you to the port where the boat is located. From there, you can board the boat and head out to sea! When we went, it was raining a bit and the weather was bad, and it was quite cold, but we were still very satisfied because we got to see sea turtles! The boat provides drinks and snacks. It was really cold, so having warm hot chocolate was a lifesaver!

We also had our children (11 and 6 years old) with us, and it was helpful that we could borrow child-sized floaties and snorkeling gear. There was one guide who spoke both English and Japanese. Since we live in the United States, we didn't necessarily need a Japanese tour, but this tour was cheaper compared to local tours, and having Japanese staff made us feel more at ease. It also seemed like many of the participants were quite reasonable people.

ホテルの近くまでバスが迎えに来てくれます。バスに乗って船がある港まで連れて行ってくれます。それから、船に乗って海へ！私たちの時は雨が少し降っており天候が悪く、かなり寒かったですが、それでもウミガメさんを見れたので大満足でした！船では飲み物やスナックを提供してくれます。かなり寒かったので、温かいホットチョコレートがあって助かりました！

私たちは子供たち（11歳と6歳）も一緒だったのですが、子供サイズの浮き輪やスノーケリングのグッズを借してもらえたので助かりました。ガイドの方々は英語・日本語どっちも話せる方が１名いました。私たちはアメリカ在住なので、日本語ツアーじゃなくても良かったのですが、現地のツアーに比べてもこのツアーは安かったですし、やっぱり日本人の方が安心できますし、参加される方々も常識がある方が多い気がします。

We were blessed with good weather and had a wonderful tour. Our kind guide provided various pieces of advice in Japanese. Snorkeling was a fun experience, as we got to see a honu right in front of us. Next time, I will be bringing my grandchild in July. Thank you!

Loved that I booked it for the family. We had a fun time snorkeling. Pick up from hotel was great, liked that the shuttle bus driver looked for us since we stood on the wrong bus stop. The crew was amazing and very friendly. The co-captain lady was the best. She took her time to show us how to use the snorkel, fit our life vest, gave us drinks. The captain was super friendly as well. The water was warm and clean. The boat was clean, restrooms to use and to change in were clean. Snorkels were clean and easy to use. Burgers was the best and we even had hot chocolate at the end of the swim. They took us to the shallow area first which was great, and then the deeper area, we saw coral reefs, lots of fish, and even sea turtles. It was amazing thing to see.
Only thing is, they didn’t have enough seats to sit outside, so we stayed inside during boat ride, and towards the end of the ride, everyone was cold so mostly everyone went inside, so we had to stand, which is ok, about 10 mins only. Overall, still a very awesome trip and would definitely go again!

I participated in June 2023. The pick-up from the hotel during my stay was convenient, and if you choose an activity with lunch included, the morning schedule isn't too early, which I recommend.

After about an hour's drive by bus, we arrived at Kaneohe Bay for boarding. There are restrooms at the dock, but it can get crowded with participants. Don't worry, there are also restrooms on the boat.

When boarding, there were separate boats for Japanese guests and guests from other countries, so the boat I boarded was filled with Japanese tourists. The guide spoke only Japanese, so there were no issues.

The sandy beach of the heavenly sea is more like a shallow area, with the water reaching up to my waist. We also had time to practice snorkeling.

As for the lunch, the hamburgers were freshly grilled on the boat, and the meat was quite delicious, which made me very satisfied.

After lunch, we moved by boat while watching the honu (sea turtles) and snorkeled for about an hour at a snorkeling spot before returning to the port and taking the bus back. I think we arrived at the hotel around 4 PM.

I was able to see the honu from the boat, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any while snorkeling.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Just be careful about sunburn.

2023年6月に参加しました。滞在中のホテルからのピックアップで、昼食付きアクティビティであれば朝もそこまで早くないのでおすすめです。
バスで1時間ほど走ったらカネオヘ湾に到着、乗船となります。船着き場にはトイレもありますが、参加客で混雑します。船の中にもトイレはありますのでご安心を。
乗船の際は、日本人客の船と、それ以外の国の客とに分かれて船が用意されているので、乗った船はすべて日本人観光客でした。ガイドも全て日本語でしたので問題ございません。
天国の海の砂浜は、砂浜というか浅瀬になっており、腰まで海水が届きます。シュノーケリングの練習時間も兼ねておりました。
昼食のハンバーガーですが、船内でお肉が焼かれた出来たてのもので、肉もかなり美味しく満足できました。
昼食後に船で移動して、移動しながらホヌをウォッチングしつつ、シュノーケリングスポットで1時間ほどシュノーケリング、帰港、バスで送迎となります。ホテル到着は16時ぐらいだったと思います。
ホヌは船から見れましたが、シュノーケリング中は残念ながら会えませんでした。
全体を通してかなり満足のいくものでした。ただ日焼けにはご注意を。

As we crossed the mountain, it was raining in the valley, and I hoped that once we got over the mountain, it would clear up, but above the sea, there were clouds, clouds, and more clouds.

The moment we got off the shuttle and arrived at the dock, a downpour hit us ☔️. It stopped quickly, but it started raining again while we were on the boat..☔️. However, when we arrived at the sandbar, the rain stopped, and we all went snorkeling in the cloudy weather. We were able to see lots of fish and turtles! ☺️

It got a bit chilly, so we all got out of the water and enjoyed the rice balls, snacks, and drinks that were prepared on the boat during our break.

While we were resting, the sun peeked out ☀️!! In no time, the deep blue sea turned into an emerald color! I was lucky to see such a beautiful sea! After that, everyone enjoyed activities like stand-up paddleboarding and playing with floaties.

One slight disappointment was that we had to wear life jackets while snorkeling, which meant we couldn't dive down. However, since there were many corals, I think it was a necessary precaution to keep us floating and not touching the bottom. Also, since we were all snorkeling together, there were quite a few bumps and kicks throughout the experience, which was amusing. I recommend keeping some distance from each other while enjoying the activity!

The boat also provided warm drinks, so even though it was cold, it was surprisingly comfortable, and above all, I had a great time!

山を越えるので山の中は雨が降っていて、山を越えればと思いましたが海の上は雲、雲、雲。
そして送迎車を降りて船着場に着いた瞬間スコール☔️
すぐ止みましたが、船で移動中また雨が..☔️
でもサンドバーに着くと雨が止んでくれたので曇りの中みんなでシュノーケリング
魚や亀がたくさん見れました☺️！

寒くなってみんなでシュノーケリングから上がり、船で用意されたおにぎりやお菓子、飲み物を食べ飲みして休憩。


休憩していると晴れ間が☀️！！
あっという間に濃い青の海がエメラルドカラーに！
運が良かったのか、とても綺麗な海が見れてよかったです！
そのあとは各自SUPや浮き輪遊びなどで楽しめました。


ちょっと残念だったのはライフジャケットを着てのシュノーケリングなので潜れないことですかね。ただサンゴも多いので浮かせて足をつかせないようになどの配慮もあると思うのでそこは仕方ないと思いました。それから全員でシュノーケリングするので終始人にぶつかる、蹴られるが多かったです笑
各自で感覚を空けながら楽しむことをお勧めします笑


船では暖かい飲み物も用意してくれてるので寒くても案外平気ですし、なによりすごく楽しめてよかったです！

This is the 2nd year in a row my family and I have booked this snorkel cruise. We loved it each time. We loved being in the middle of the ocean snorkeling and being on the sand bar. We felt safe each time and had a lot of fun. The staff was wonderful and the food was great as well. Anytime we come to Oahu, Captain Bobs is our go to!

The hamburger with grilled meat that they made on the ship was delicious. The lady's conversation was enjoyable, and perhaps because the weather was nice, the ship didn't sway at all, so I didn't feel seasick. The sea was incredibly beautiful; there's no way it wouldn't look great in photos, all of them turned out amazing. I even got to see a sea turtle, so I was very satisfied.

船上で焼いて貰える肉が挟まったハンバーガーが美味しかった。
お姉さんの喋りも楽しく、気候が良かったのか全く船も揺れず、船酔いもありませんでした。
海も綺麗過ぎる、映えないわけがない、写真が全部神。
ウミガメにも会えたし大満足です。

I was anxious because I wasn't confident in my swimming skills, but several staff members who spoke Japanese provided solid support, allowing me to enjoy myself without worry. The waves were minimal, and since it was snorkeling in shallow waters, I was able to have fun safely! I felt like there were fewer fish to see, but I would recommend it for beginners. I also got to see a turtle!

They took a lot of photos for us, and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time!

泳ぎに自信がないので不安でしたが、日本語が話せるスタッフ数人がしっかりサポートしてくださり、安心して遊べました。
波もあまりなく、浅瀬でのシュノーケリング だったので、安全に楽しめました！
その分、見れる魚は少なかった気もしますが、初心者にはおすすめです。

The underwater scenery I saw while snorkeling was breathtaking. I enjoyed paddleboarding during my free time as well. Even when it was cold, there were warm drinks and light snacks available, which was great. I also got to see sea turtles. I heard that this location is only accessible through Captain Bruce's tours, so I believe Captain Bruce's tour is the best option. There were also Japanese-speaking staff, which was helpful for understanding.

シュノーケリングでみた海中が感激でした。フリータイムにサップをしたりして楽しめました。寒かった時も暖かい飲み物や軽食があり良かったです。ウミガメもみられました。キャプテンブルースじゃなければこのロケーションは出来ないそうなのでやはりキャプテンブルースのツアーが一番いいと思います。日本語のスタッフの方もいて理解に助かりました。

I participated in mid-May. The weather was nice, and I checked the low tide in advance, which was great. I'm not good at swimming and initially thought about skipping snorkeling, but the staff swam with me, allowing me to join in. I was happy to see the honu underwater. There were also inflatable toys available for rent, and even though it was just half a day, I had plenty of fun! Thank you! ♪

5月中旬に参加しました。
天気も良く、干潮を予め調べて参加したので良かったです。
泳ぐのが苦手でシュノーケリングも初めはやめようと思っていたのですが、スタッフさんが一緒に泳いでくださり参加することができました。
ホヌも水中で見ることが出来たので、嬉しかったです。
浮輪などの遊具も貸出しがあり、半日でしたが十分楽しめました！
