Even those who are not good at swimming can enjoy it!
I was amazed by the beautiful fish that were very close by. I saw angelfish and butterflyfish swimming over the coral, as well as a sea turtle popping its head out of the water and a stingray flapping its fins. Yukiko, who guided us in Japanese, was very interesting, and the captain and all the staff were kind. The hamburger lunch was also very delicious. It was the end of September, but it was quite cold, so it's a good idea to bring a warm jacket for comfort.

泳ぎが苦手な方でも楽しめます！
すごく近くに綺麗な魚がたくさんいて感動しました。エンゼルフィッシュ、チョウチョウウオが珊瑚の上を泳いでいたり、ウミガメが海から顔を出す姿、エイのピチピチ鰭を出す姿も見ることができました。日本語で案内をしてくれたユキコさんもとても面白くて、キャプテンやスタッフ皆さん親切でした。ハンバーガーランチもとても美味しかったです。9月末でしたが結構寒かったので暖かい上着も持っておくと安心です。

I went at the timing of the lowest tide during my stay, and it was about waist-deep. The staff mentioned it was shallow, so it might not be possible to see the sandy beach. However, even from a distance, the color of the sea here is completely different, which makes the journey exciting. I was wondering where we would do stand-up paddleboarding, so it was quite understandable.

The edge of this reef is a coral reef (with steep cliffs), and there are many sea turtles there. Everyone swims along with the staff, so it's safe to observe (though it gets a bit congested... (laughs)). Sometimes they come close to the surface for air! (The staff said I was lucky.) Of course, we shouldn't touch them.

Unfortunately, my camera malfunctioned halfway through, and I couldn't take any pictures of the sea turtles, which was disappointing, but I was able to remember it well, so that was enough for me.

The cheerful and energetic staff, delicious spam onigiri, and fun activities... I had a wonderful experience.

滞在中最も干潮になるタイミングで行きましたが、それで腰ぐらいの深さでした。スタッフさんは浅いよ〜っておっしゃっていたので砂浜が見えることは無いのかもしれません。ただ遠くから見てもここだけ全く海の色が違うので向かう途中からワクワクします。そもそもサップをどこでやるんだろう？と思っていたので、まあ納得でした。
この岩礁の縁は珊瑚礁になっていて（切立った崖）そこにウミガメが沢山います。スタッフさんについて皆並んで泳ぎますので危なげ無く見学できます（ちょっと渋滞しますが…（笑）)たまに呼吸で浮かんで近くに来ることも！（ラッキーだよとスタッフさんに言われました）もちろん触っちゃいけません。
今回途中でカメラの調子がおかしくなってウミガメを全く撮る事ができず残念でしたが、記憶にはしっかり残せたので十分です。
明るくて元気なスタッフさん達、美味しいスパムおにぎり、楽しいアクティビティ…素晴らしい経験をさせてもらえました。

I chose the day with the lowest tide during my trip to Hawaii and made a reservation, but at the lowest point, the water was up to my knees.

Since it was an early morning course, it was cold! The water felt quite cold until I got used to it.

We headed to the sandbar on two boats, and our boat spent about an hour taking photos and enjoying stand-up paddleboarding freely. The last hour was for snorkeling. We were able to see several sea turtles! They swam very close to us! It was a bit disappointing that the water where we were snorkeling was a little murky, but I was very satisfied because I got to see so many sea turtles. For those who can't swim, the guide provides solid support, so there are no issues.

On the boat, there were self-service rice balls, snacks, and drinks. I was very grateful for the hot drinks.

Most of the participants were Japanese. It became a wonderful memory!

ハワイ旅行の日程の中で1番潮の引いている日にちを選んで予約しましたが
1番浅い時で膝ぐらいまでありました。

早朝のコースだったので寒かったです！
水も慣れるまでは冷たく感じました。

2つのボートでサンドバーへ向かい、私達のボートは
最初に約1時間弱、サンドバーで写真を撮ったりSUPに乗ったりと各々自由に過ごしました。
後半の1時間弱がシュノーケリングでした。
海亀を何匹も見ることができました！すぐ近くで泳いでくれます！
シュノーケリングしていたところの海水は少し濁っていたのが残念でしたが
たくさん海亀を見ることができたので大満足です。
泳げない人はガイドさんがしっかりサポートしてくれるので問題ありません。

ボートにはセルフサービスでおにぎりとスナック、ドリンクがありました。
ホットドリンクがあったのがとてもありがたかったです。

参加者はほとんど日本人でした。
とっても良い思い出になりました！

The tour was mostly made up of Japanese people. There were a few crew members who could speak Japanese, and after the English explanation, there was also a Japanese explanation, so even someone like me, who is not good at English, was able to enjoy it with peace of mind. Even though I can't float with a life jacket, I was able to participate in snorkeling thanks to the life jackets provided! There was also practice time for those who are not good at swimming, so everyone, including those who said they were not good at swimming, participated. There were many fish, and I was able to swim with the honu, making it an amazing experience.

ツアーは日本人が大半でした。
クルーの人は日本語が話せる方が数名いて、英語の説明のあと、日本語の説明もあったので、英語が苦手なわたしでも安心して楽しむことが出来ました。
カナヅチで浮くことも出来ないわたしでも、ライフジャケットがあったのでシュノーケリングにも参加できました！泳ぎが苦手な人の為に練習時間もあったので、同じく泳ぎが苦手と言っていた方も含めて全員が参加していました。
魚もたくさんいて、ホヌと一緒に泳ぐことができて、最高な体験が出来ました。

The shuttle from the hotel was lively and filled with fun conversations, and we arrived at the port in no time! The weather was great, and the ocean was beautiful! We participated in snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding. During snorkeling, they taught us how to swim, and we were able to see many fish and sea turtles. The staff were very friendly, and it was a lot of fun! I will definitely join again when I come to Hawaii!

ホテルからの送迎もわきあいあい面白トーク炸裂であっという間に港に到着！天気も良く、海がとても綺麗！！私たちはシュノーケルとサップに参加しました。シュノーケルでは泳ぎ方から教えてくれ、たくさんの魚と海亀も見ることができました。スタッフの方がとても気さくでとても楽しかったです！またハワイに来た際は参加します！

Lots to do but equipment has seen better days. Bathrooms were portable

I participated in a tour at the end of August. We gathered at a hotel in Waikiki around 9 AM and moved by bus. From 11 AM to 1 PM, we enjoyed activities in the ocean. We arrived back at the hotel at 2 PM.

On the boat heading out to sea, we were provided with water and juice. There were also snacks and Spam rice balls, all for free. We went snorkeling and observed the fish in the ocean. The guide pointed out the locations of the fish and coral, and we were able to see beautiful fish. It felt like being in Nemo's world.

Although it was in the morning, the weather was nice, and we were able to stand on the sandbar. I was with my 10-year-old and 6-year-old children, and they were able to stand as well. There were no waves.

You can borrow floaties and stand-up paddleboarding equipment for free. There are also floaties available for children. While we were playing, a sea turtle swam by, and we were able to see it up close.

On the return boat ride, we could enjoy warm coffee, tea, and cocoa for free. There were also crew members who spoke Japanese, which was reassuring. There is a restroom on the boat as well.

My children were very satisfied.

Although the price seemed high, considering the high cost of living in Hawaii, I think the cost performance is good for participating in this tour at this price.

沖合いへ移動中の船の中は、水や、ジュースもらえます。
スナックやスパムおにぎりあり。すべて無料。
シュノーケリングで、海の魚観賞。魚の場所や珊瑚をガイドしてくれて、キレイな魚が見れました。ニモの世界でした。
午前中でしたが、天気良く、サンドバーに立つことできました。10歳と6歳の子供と一緒でしたが、子供も立つことできました。波はありませんでした。
浮き輪や、サップ道具など無料で借りれます。
子供用の浮き輪もあります。
遊んでいる横を、ウミガメが通っていき、近くで見ることができました。
帰りの船の中で、あたたかいコーヒーや、紅茶、ココアが無料で飲めました。
日本語で話してくれるクルーもいるので、安心です。
船内にトイレもあります。

子供も大満足でした。

値段が高いように見えましたが、物価が高いハワイで、この値段でツアー参加でき、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。

I think the staff made various efforts for us to enjoy the tour. The beach volleyball was fun. I would like to use this service again.

スタッフのみなさんが我々がツアーを楽しむために様々工夫されていたと思います。海上バレーは楽しかったです。また利用したいと思います

This is the second time going to Captain Bob’s Kaneohe Sandbar excursion. We went with friends last year and had such an amazing experience. We definitely had to take the kids to experience it. Kids had an amazing time playing volleyball and snorkeling around the reef. We even saw some turtles. Burgers were delish! The crew were professional and caring. While snorkeling my daughter was stung by two jellyfishes and the crew were so attentive to her. Major props to them. Definitely a 5 star!

We had a great time. The crew were friendly and fun, and they ensured everyone was enjoying the experience. We were lucky to see so many turtles on the sail out to the reef and then magically we saw one while snorkeling. I will never forget that experience! The reef was full of fish; one of the best snorkeling excursions we've done. The sandbar was beautiful too. I'm so glad we did this, and we highly recommend it!

I participated in a snow boat tour due to the children's wish to swim in the beautiful sea. Although I wasn't very enthusiastic since I'm not good at swimming, I was thrilled to be able to swim with sea turtles while snorkeling. The children, who have strong core and leg muscles, were able to stand up on the SUP right away, but I, having passed my sixtieth birthday and with weakened legs, couldn't stand until the end, which was quite frustrating. However, before I knew it, I was completely absorbed in playing until the very last moment. The spam sushi made by the staff was delicious when I got a little hungry.

きれいな海で泳ぎたいという子どもたちの希望でスノーバーツアーに参加しました。泳ぎの得意でない私は乗り気ではありませんでしたが、行ってみるとシュノーケリングではウミガメと泳ぐことができて大興奮。SUPは体幹があって足腰がしっかりしている子どもたちはすぐに立つことができたのに還暦を過ぎて足腰が弱った私は最後まで立つことができず、大変悔しい思いをしましたが、気がつけば時間ギリギリまで夢中で遊んでしまいました。小腹が減った時に食べたスタッフさんお手製のスパム握りがおいしかったです。

I experienced two types of snorkeling tours with my wife, one at Hanauma Bay and the other at Sandbar, but the Sandbar tour was somewhat disappointing. The reason is that the water clarity is inferior compared to Hanauma Bay, and there were hardly any fish, which was unfortunate. Additionally, unlike the guide at Hanauma Bay, you have to take your own photos and videos, which brings the risk of losing or damaging your smartphone and adds extra hassle. On the positive side, it is easy to encounter sea turtles, and there are activities other than snorkeling, which was a nice aspect.

私は妻とシュノーケリングツアーを2種類それぞれハナウマ湾とサンドバーを体験させていただきましたがこちらのサンドバーツアーはいまいちでした。
理由としては海の透明感がハナウマ湾に比べ劣っている事や魚が全然居ないので残念です。
また、ハナウマ湾のガイドと違い写真や動画はご自身で撮らないといけないのでスマホの紛失や故障のリスクもつきまとったり手間がかかる点も残念ポイントです。
良い点としては海亀に会いやすい事やシュノーケリング以外の遊びがあるのでそれは良いポイントでした。

Thank you for a truly wonderful time! The driver's explanations during the trip were clear in Japanese, and the vehicle was cool and comfortable. Once we arrived, I just took care of the restroom (they even pointed out the cleaner one) and off we went!

On the way to the points in a larger boat, we saw turtles and were shown a spot where the sea looks heart-shaped! The water's clarity was amazing, and the staff's teamwork in providing explanations in both English and Japanese, sticking to the schedule, and their overall hospitality was outstanding. The snorkeling was taught kindly to me, who struggles with swimming, and I was able to participate successfully, and guess what! I even got to swim with turtles! Thank you so much.

At one point, someone dropped their GoPro, and the staff worked hard to dive and search for it (which they later found), and they took photos for us on the boat. Everything was just perfect. If I were richer, I would have loved to give even more tips!!! I look forward to doing this again.

本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました！行き帰りの運転手さんの説明も途中日本語で分かりやすく、移動車の中も涼しくて快適。着いたらおトイレだけ済ませて(これも綺麗な方のトイレを教えていただいた)レッツゴー！
大きめのボートでポイントに行く途中、亀が見れて、ハート形に海の中が見えるスポットも教えてもらいました！
水の透明度は素晴らしく、またスタッフの方々の連携プレーで英語、日本語での説明、スケジュール通りの進行、ホスピタリティ全てが素晴らしかったです。シュノーケリングは泳ぎの苦手な私に優しく教えてくださり、無事参加することができ、なんと！亀と泳ぐことも出来ました！本当にありがとうございました。
途中goproを落とした方がいて、その方のために一生懸命スタッフの方が潜って探されていたり(のちに見つかった)、ボート上で写真を撮ってくれたりなど、本当にどれをとっても最高でした。私がもっとリッチならもっともっとチップを渡したかったです！！！またよろしくお願いします。

シュノーケリングは、あまり透明度が高いところではないので、少しお魚が見にくいです。

The crews of the tour were very professional, helped us enjoy the snorkeling around the coral reef.

We arrived at the sandbar in about 15 minutes by boat. The seawater is a bit cold. While enjoying the transparent sea, we leisurely played for about 45 minutes with SUP (one per group), snorkeling, and floaties. During that time, we had snacks like drinks, Spam rolls (one per person), and chips on the boat, and we were able to enjoy cola, which we hesitated to buy due to the weak yen.

They took us to the snorkeling point, where we could see plenty of fish up close. Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles, but it was beautiful and fun. There was a woman who spoke Japanese, so we had no trouble communicating. We went in the afternoon, but we were able to return around 4 PM, which allows for some evening fun around Waikiki, making it worthwhile whether you go in the morning or afternoon.

少し海水は冷たいです。
透き通る海に感動しながらSUP(1組にひとつ)シュノーケル、浮き輪などのんびり45分ほど遊びます。その間船ではドリンクやスパム巻き(1人ひとつ)ポテチ等のスナックが食べられ、円安で躊躇していたコーラなど堪能できました。
シュノーケルポイントまで連れて行ってくれ、手に触れるほどに魚がたくさん見れます。亀は残念ながら見れませんでしたが、綺麗で楽しいです。
日本語の話せる女性がおり、困ることはありません。午後の部で行きましたが4時ころには帰れるので夜もワイキキ周辺で遊べて時間的にも午前でも午後でも有意義で良いと思います。

The water was about waist-deep, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sea. The ocean at Waikiki is also lovely, with waves and a lively crowd, but the sea at the sandbar was quiet, calm, and refreshing, with only tour participants around, making it truly wonderful!

The staff took many photos for us, and we enjoyed playing beach volleyball and having a hamburger lunch. After lunch, we went to see sea turtles and snorkeled around the coral reefs, enjoying plenty of activities. Many people brought waterproof bags to use their smartphones underwater, which is recommended for taking underwater photos. However, there was a girl who lost her credit card and room key because her bag was open, and her smartphone got submerged (it seemed to be waterproof), so please be careful.

水深は腰くらいあったけと、とても美しい海を堪能しました。ワイキキの海もきれいで波があり人もにぎわっていますが、サンドバーの海はツアーの人しかいなくて静かで穏やかで爽快な素敵な海でとても素晴らしかったです！！
写真もスタッフの方がたくさん撮ってくださったり、ビーチバレーを楽しんだり、ハンバーガーランチを楽しんだり。ランチの後も、ウミガメを見に行ったり、サンゴ礁周りをシュノーケリングしたり、たくさんアクティビティを楽しめました。水中でスマホを使える防水袋を持ってきている方がたくさんおられ、水中写真が撮れてお勧めです。ただ袋が空いて、クレジットカードとルームカードキーを無くされ、スマホが水没された女の子がいたので（防水仕様で大丈夫だったようです）、要注意してください。

This is my child's favorite tour, so we use it every time we go to Hawaii (about the 6th time?). This time, there were no restroom breaks or turtle watching on the way there. Maybe that meant we had more time to play? It was our first time going on a Saturday, so that might be why.

Overall, we enjoyed it as usual! (*^^*)

子供がお気に入りのツアーなので、ハワイに行くたびに利用させて頂いてます、(6回目くらい？)
今回いつもと違ったのが行きのトイレ休憩と亀ウォッチングがありませんでした。
その分遊ぶ時間が長かったのかな？
土曜日に行ったのは初めてだったのでそのためかもしれません。

全体的にはいつも通りに楽しめました(*^^*)

I went on my honeymoon.
There were many people from overseas around, and I was anxious because I couldn't speak English, but there was a friendly Japanese guide, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
While the tour explanations were in English, the Japanese guide provided clear explanations separately.
When we arrived at the sandbar, I was surprised by how beautiful the sea was, even more than I had imagined. It was my first time snorkeling, and the water's clarity was amazing, allowing us to see the fish and coral reefs clearly, which was a lot of fun!
The hamburgers we ate on the boat were exceptional!
When boarding the boat, we secured our luggage and seating, but it felt nice to place our things outside during the ride with the refreshing wind. The restroom is inside the boat, so it's not very clean, but it can't be helped.
Of course, you'll get sunburned, so it's best to take proper precautions.
It became a wonderful memory of my trip, and I would love to go again if I visit Hawaii!

ハネムーンで行きました。
周りは、海外の方が多く、英語もできないので不安もありましたが、日本人の気さくなガイドさんがいて、安心して楽しめました。
英語でツアーの説明がある中、別で日本人のガイドさんが分かりやすく説明してくださいました。
サンドバーに着くと、想像していたより海がとても綺麗で驚きました。初めてのシュノーケリングでしたが、海の透明度がすごいので魚やサンゴ礁がはっきりと見えて楽しかったです！
船の上で食べるハンバーガーも格別でした！
船に乗ると自分たちが荷物を置く場所や座る場所を確保するのですが、船の中ではなく、外に置くと移動中風が気持ち良いです。トイレは船の中なので、綺麗とは言えませんが、仕方ないですね
日焼けももちろんするので、しっかり対策した方がいいです。
旅行中の素敵な思い出になりました、またハワイに行ったら行きたいと思います！

This was the highlight of our island hopping experience!.. family of 6.. ages 9, 12, 17 and 21 and they all said this was the best part of our travel time in Oahu and the big island!.. looking forward to doing it again on our next visit!!! Directions were clear to meet at harbor, check in with ease and lunch was delicious!. Crew is so helpful and fun. Will recommend to anyone who visits.. family and friends including those fb groups for tips on travel here..

The crew and the team were awesome. The excursion was truly memorable.

My 20-year-old daughter is shy and dislikes the ocean, so she was adamant about not wanting to try snorkeling. The entire crew encouraged her, saying they would help her along, but she still refused. However, the way they maintained a respectful distance was really nice. They told us that it was okay not to go and that we didn't have to force ourselves, which made us feel like we didn't miss out. In the end, despite her initial reluctance, my daughter had a great time and created wonderful memories. They also took some really beautiful photos.

娘20歳はシャイで海が嫌いなのですが、シュノーケル体験は頑なにしたくないと。
クルーの方全員が、引っ張ってあげるから行こうと誘ってくださいました。それでも拒否、でも無理矢理でない距離感がすごく良かったです。
行かなかった私達に行けなくて、無理しなくてよかったね。と声をかけてくれて、損をした感じがしなかったです。
結果、娘はあんなに嫌がっていたのにとても楽かったと、よい思い出が作れました。
写真もすごく素敵に撮ってくれました。

Eight years ago when I participated, the weather was good, and the sandbar was at knee height, which made it very enjoyable.

The snorkeling felt like swimming in a line, and the staff was right there with us in the water, which was reassuring.

Now that my child has grown a bit, we participated again, but this time the water was at adult chest height, and my child couldn't enjoy it. The snorkeling spot was murky, and we couldn't see many fish.

Previously, the staff entered the water with us and kept an eye on us, but this time they just watched from the boat.

It was quite scary when we drifted off course due to the waves.

I participated this time because I felt safe before, but while it seems like anyone, even beginners or those who aren't good swimmers, can join, it's challenging when dealing with nature.

Personally, I think I would have skipped snorkeling today because it was quite frightening. It would have been better to have some information about the sea conditions today, like if there were more waves than usual.

There wasn't much confirmation of the number of people before and after entering the water, so I was left wondering about the safety measures in place.

I wouldn't really recommend this for people who don't have much experience in the sea.

以前（8年前に）参加した時は天候も良く、サンドバーも膝ぐらいの高さでとても楽しめました。

シュノーケルも列になって泳ぐという感じで
スタッフの方が一緒に海に入ってすぐ側にいて
安心できました。

子供が出来て少し大きくなったので
また参加したのですが

今回は大人の胸ぐらいの高さで
子供は楽しめずでした。
シュノーケルの場所も海は濁っていて
魚はあんまり見えませんでした。

またシュノーケルも以前はスタッフの方が
一緒に海に入って見守ってくれてましたが
船の上から見てるだけでした。

波に流されてコースから外れると結構怖くて、、

以前が安心して参加出来たので
今回参加したのですが

初心者だったり、泳ぎが得意じゃなくても
参加できます！という雰囲気ですが

自然相手なので難しいとは思いますが

個人的には今日はシュノーケルはやらずにいたと思います。結構怖かったので。
いつもより波があるよ今日の海の情報とかがあると
もう少し説明があると良かったと思います。

海に入る前後の
人数確認とかも特にされてなかったので
安全対策とかどうしているのかは謎ででした。


海の経験がそんなにない人にはあまりおすすめできません。。

This was my first time participating. The ocean was, of course, wonderful, and even though it was an early morning tour, I was able to participate comfortably. Above all, the hospitality of the staff and their attention to safety were outstanding. I would like to participate again.

海は当然素晴らしいし、早朝ツアーでしたが、快適に参加できました。何よりスタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティー、安全を配慮した対応が素晴らしかったです。また参加したいと思います。

The turtle was swimming. The shuttle driver was very friendly and nice. However, the water temperature was surprisingly low, and my wife and daughter seemed to be quite cold.

亀泳いでました。　送迎の運転手さんからしてフレンドリーで大変良いです　ただ以外と水温低くて　妻と娘はかなり寒かったようです

I made a reservation about three days before the experience. On the day of the event, I wondered why there were so few people, and it turned out that there was no beach visible at all. The water was cold, and after snorkeling, I quickly returned to the boat. The high encounter rate with sea turtles was fantastic.

体験日の3日前くらいに思いついて予約をしました。当日なぜこんなに人が少ないのかなと思っていたら何と全然砂浜は見れない日でした。水も冷たくシュノーケリングの後、すぐに船に戻ってしまいました。海亀の遭遇率が高いのは最高でした。

As we sailed, we suddenly came across a sandy shallow area offshore. SUP was fun there, but moving to a slightly deeper spot for snorkeling was the best! I was moved to see tropical fish and sea turtles swimming right next to me.

Actually, I had a bit of a trauma from almost drowning while snorkeling in the past, but the captain practiced with me by holding my hand beforehand, and the staff members watched over me closely, which made me feel safe while swimming.

They also provided warm drinks on the boat, which was very nice for my slightly chilled body.

船を走らせて行くと、沖の方に突如現れた砂浜の浅瀬。そこでのSUPも楽しかったですが、その後少し深いところに移動してのシュノーケリングが最高！自分のすぐ近くを熱帯魚やホヌが泳いでいく姿を見ることができて感動しました。
実は昔シュノーケリングで溺れかけたことがありちょっとトラウマがあったのですが、事前にキャプテンが手を持って練習してくれたこと、スタッフの方々がすぐそばで複数で見守ってくださったことで安心して泳げました。
船上の飲み物も温かいものを用意してくださり、少し冷えた身体にはとても嬉しかったです。

I felt very reassured to participate with the Japanese staff present. Thank you, Yukiko, for a great time. The sandbar was beautiful, and we were lucky to see both turtles and manta rays while searching for turtles. During the last snorkeling around the coral reef, I happened to see a big turtle up close, which was a shocking experience that I have never experienced before. サンドバーの綺麗さ、亀探しでは亀もマンタも見ることが出来てラッキーでした。
最後のサンゴの周りでのシュノーケリングは、偶然にも大きな亀を間近で見ることが出来て、今まで体験したことが無い、衝撃的な感動をする事ができました。
船長も含めて、全てのスタッフさんが親切でした。

The sandbar was beautiful and we were lucky to see both turtles and manta rays when we were looking for turtles.
The last snorkeling around the coral reef, I happened to see a big turtle up close, which was a shocking experience that I have never experienced before.

I was miraculously able to see a manta ray, and I was so happy! Of course, I also saw many honu (sea turtles). The volleyball and snorkeling activities with the staff were a lot of fun, and the kids were thrilled! The burger for lunch was really delicious, just as the reviews said. All the staff were wonderful, and it was a fantastic tour!
