We participated as a family. Since my family isn't very good at English, we were a bit anxious about going out to sea, but my fourth-grade son had a blast and we were able to create wonderful memories. There were staff members who spoke Japanese perfectly, which made us feel at ease. It has become a place we want to visit again. Thank you!

英語が得意ではない家族だったので、海に出る事が少し不安でしたが、
小学4年生の息子も思いっきり楽しめて、最高の思い出が作れました。
日本語バッチリのスタッフさんもいて安心できました。
また訪れたい場所になりました。

I went in December. It was a bit cold, but on sunny days, it was the best! Since it was far from Honolulu, I was unsure whether to use a shuttle bus or a taxi. I decided to take an Uber taxi. It took about 30 minutes from Honolulu.

When we arrived about 20 minutes before the park opened, the gates had English signs, so I was anxious because I didn't know where to line up for the ticket reservation. Then, a Japanese staff member came out and handed us the tickets based on our reservation name. They kindly explained everything I didn't understand, which made me feel relieved. Since it was December, there weren't many lines in the park, and my 10-year-old son was able to enjoy almost everything.

The locker usage was quite complicated, and I had to ask the English-speaking staff multiple times using a translation app. Some slides had deep pools, and my son almost drowned, but there were staff members at each attraction who quickly handed him a float.

Since it was the off-peak season, some attractions were operating from the morning, while others started in the afternoon or were closed all day, so it was necessary to check. On the day we visited, the lazy river was out of service, which was disappointing since it was the attraction I was looking forward to the most.

We had lunch around 2 PM. The fries that came with the pizza set were really delicious. In the end, we played until closing time. I had also booked an Uber taxi for the return trip, but it seemed there was a lot of traffic, and we waited about 40 minutes longer than planned. The return trip took about an hour and a half due to the congestion. I was hesitant about going, but my child seemed to have a great time, and it became a wonderful memory.

少し寒さはありましたが、晴れてる日は最高です！
ホノルルから遠いので、送迎バスを使うかタクシーを使うか迷いました。
Uberタクシーで行きました。ホノルルから30分くらいでつきました。
開園20分前くらいに着くとゲートも英語表記なので、チケット予約の並びがどこかわからなくて、不安でした。
すると、日本人スタッフの方が出て来て予約の名前でチケットを先に渡してくださいました。
わからない事も丁寧に教えて頂き安心できました。12月なのもあり、園内はそこまで並ばなくても遊べて10歳息子もほぼ制覇できました。
ロッカーの使い方が難しいすぎて、何度も英語対応のスタッフさんに翻訳アプリで聞きました。
スライダーによって、プールが深い場所もあるので、息子が溺れてしまいましたが各アトラクションにスタッフさんが配置されてるのですぐに浮き輪を渡してもらいました。
閑散期だったので、アトラクションも朝から運転してるのもあれば、昼から運転していたり、終日運休しているのもあるので、確認が必要です。私たちの日は流れるプールが運休していて、1番楽しみにしていたのに残念でした。
　お昼は、14時くらいに食べました。
ピザセットのポテトがすごく美味しかったです。
結局、閉園時間まで遊びました。
帰りもUberタクシーを予約していましたが、かなり道が渋滞していたみたいで予定時間より40分くらい待ちました。
帰りは混み混みで1時間30分くらいかかりました。行くか迷いましたが子どもはすごく楽しかったみたいで、いい思い出になりました。

This was my first time participating in a whale watching tour. I requested a hotel pickup, and the pickup location was at the Hyatt at 7:25 AM. We arrived at 7:10 AM. There were various tour buses coming and going, and starting around 7:20 AM, I began asking the drivers of the arriving buses if they were the one we were supposed to take.

The bus finally arrived at 7:35 AM, and I felt relieved. I informed an elderly couple who were also participating and we boarded the bus. However, we didn’t leave right away; it seemed the staff were waiting for other participants who hadn’t arrived yet. The missing participant showed up at 7:45 AM, and we finally departed. However, at two more pickup locations, we waited for additional participants, and we arrived at the port at 8:50 AM. I was impressed by the staff's dedication in waiting for everyone.

After that, we boarded the boat, but it seemed we were the last ones from the bus, as the other participants had already finished their snacks. I looked for an available seat and took a moment to relax, but I didn’t know where the snack area was. I then noticed that others from our bus had snacks, which helped me find out where the snack area was.

The staff at the snack area were very polite, and when I later asked about the restroom, they kindly explained in English so I could understand. We set sail shortly after, and the other participants began heading to the deck, so I hurried to grab a snack and followed them.

Once on the deck, I was amazed by the views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the vastness of the ocean. Just that alone made me feel glad I participated. Thanks to the hard work of the captain and crew, we were able to see whales a few times, even from a distance. I would definitely like to do this again.

今回初めてホエールウォッチしたに参加しました
ホテル送迎でお願いして、ピックアップ場所はハイヤットで7:25でした、私達は7:10に到着しました
そこは様々なツアーバスが入れ替わり立ち替わり来ていて、7:20頃から到着したツアーバスの方に当該バスかを尋ねて行きました
7:35に当該バスが到着して、ほっとして、同じく参加される年配ご夫婦にも伝えてバスに乗り込みました、その後直ぐ出発しなくて、どうやらまだ来てないツアー参加者をスタッフが待っているようでした、7:45にその方が来て漸く出発しました、しかしその後の2か所のピックアップ場所で、来ない参加者を待ち、港に到着したのは8:50でした、スタッフの方の懸命に待つ姿に感銘しました
その後、船に乗船しましたが私達バス参加者が最後のようで、他の参加者は軽食を食べ終わっていました、空いている座る場所を探して、一息ついて軽食の場所が分からず、一緒のバス参加されるが軽食持っている事に気づいて、軽食の場所がわかりました
軽食場所のスタッフは丁寧に対応して下さり、その後にトイレの場所を聞いた時も丁寧に分かるように英語で説明して下さりました
その後直ぐ出航したので、他の参加者は、船のデッキへ向かい始めたので、急いで軽食頂いて後に続きました
デッキに上がるとワイキキの街並みやダイヤモンドヘッドや海の雄大さに感激しました
これだけでも参加して良かったと思いました
船長始め乗組員達の懸命な働きにより数度遠いながら鯨を見る事が出来ました
またリベンジしたいと思います

I signed up for the tour because I wanted to enjoy authentic hula. The hula dance and fire dance were spectacular and very impressive. In the impersonation show, there were performers resembling Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, and since I belong to the generation that grew up with Michael Jackson, it was great to enjoy both his songs and dance.

本場のフラが楽しめるということで、ツアーを申し込みしました。
フラダンスやファイヤーダンスは圧巻でとても良かったです。
モノマネショーではエルビスプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんがパフォーマンスをされていて、特にマイケルジャクソンはドンピシャ世代なので、歌とダンスが楽しめて良かったです。

I have seen Cirque du Soleil performances all over the world, but this one truly respected the local culture and elevated it to an art form, which was amazing. I was initially worried about the small size of the venue, but once the show started, I realized that the scale was actually perfect.

I now have more plays that I absolutely recommend to anyone going to Hawaii, and I will definitely go see this one again when I visit.

The entrance can be a bit tricky to find at first, but you go up the escalator located in the small rotary next to the hotel, and then turn right, and you will see the entrance right away. Show your ticket to the staff standing there, then go up the escalator again to reach the doors in front of the venue.

They sell popcorn and drinks that you can enjoy during the performance.

I definitely plan to go again.

これまで世界中のシルク・ドゥ・ソレイユを見てきましたが、それらの中でもその土地の文化を尊重し、芸術として昇華させている感じが最高でした。会場規模が小さくて最初不安だったのですが、始まったらその規模が最高に良かったんだということを実感しました。

ハワイに行ったら必ず見に行くし、ハワイに行く人に絶対に勧める演劇というものが増えました。

入口は最初は少し分かりにくいのですが、ホテル脇の小さいロータリーにあるエスカレーターを上がって、右に曲がると直ぐにエントランスです。立っている係員にチケットを見せて、エスカレーターをさらに上がって会場前の扉まで行きましょう。

観劇中に食べることのできるポップコーンや飲み物はそこで売っています。

また必ず行こうと思います。

I watched from a center seat. The aisle side might be more enjoyable since the performers come over there. It's in English, but I can understand the content as well. The acrobatic performances are impressive and wonderful.

センター席で鑑賞。通路側は、キャスターが横に来てくれるので、もっと楽しめるかも。
英語ですが、内容も理解できます。アクロバット演技は見応えありですばらしいです。

Although it was just a shuttle service, I really appreciated the effort to help us get in early to Hanauma Bay, which requires a specified entry time.

送迎だけですが、入場時間の指定が必要なハナウマベイへ早く入れるためにがんばってもらえて、とても助かりました。

The view from the second row was incredibly powerful. I was captivated by the performers' expressions. The staging was directed like a 3D movie, and I felt satisfied no matter where I looked. It felt like a fusion of musical and circus, with music and dance that evoked the spirit of Hawaii, stirring my emotions to the point of tears. I hope entertainment in Hawaii becomes more vibrant. I'm grateful for the opportunity to see 'Auwana' again; I definitely want to watch it once more!

前から2列目で迫力が凄かったです。演者さんの表情にも見とれてしまいました。舞台から3D映画のように演出されていてどこから見ても満足だと思いました。ミュージカルとサーカスが融合している感じでハワイを感じる音楽や踊りで感情が高ぶり涙が出ました。ハワイのエンタメが盛んになって欲しいです。又絶対観たいと思うアウアナに感謝！

I think the seats were good even within the same category. At first, I tried to make a reservation through the website, but it didn't go well, so I felt more comfortable making the reservation in Japanese after all. I feel like we waited quite a bit before entering the venue.

座席は、同じカテゴリーの中でも良い席だったと思います。
最初ホームページの方から予約しようとしましたが、上手くいかず、やっぱり日本語で予約する方が安心できます☆
会場に入るまでに、けっこう待った気がします。

The "O" and "Ka" shows in Las Vegas are nostalgic. They were wonderful performances that captured the essence of Hawaii. Both children and adults can enjoy them.

ラスベガスのオーとカーが懐かしい。
ハワイらしさの中にも素晴らしい演出でした。
こどもも大人も楽しめます。

I almost drowned a little and got a cut, but the response from our guide, Izumi, was great. Thank you very much.

The weather was rainy and cloudy, but the day was filled with adventure and family time. It made for a perfectly beautiful day. Captain Bobs was safe and comical and the lunch was great!

One amazing performance after another. There were breathtaking techniques and Hawaiian-style choreography, and before I knew it, it was already the end. I wanted to see it again and again. Please make sure to check it out at least once.

次から次へと素晴らしいパフォーマンスの連続です。息を吞む技やハワイらしい振り付けがあり、あっという間にラストになりました。何度でもみたいと思いました。是非一度ご覧下さい。

For my first trip to Hawaii, I didn't have a good sense of the area, and since it was a night show, I looked for something close to the hotel and booked this show.

I recommend it for those who want to see and enjoy Polynesian dance and hula dance (though I'm not quite sure of the difference). The performance features dancers and singers alternating while changing costumes.

The impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, who are well-known in America, performed their classic hits with impressive portrayals.

The venue was located inside a shopping center, so I was able to stroll through the center on my way back, and I felt safe enough that I didn't have to worry about security.

初ハワイ旅行で土地勘がないこと、ナイトショーなので、帰路を考慮してホテルから近い場所で探してこちらのショーを予約しました。

ポリネシアンダンス、フラダンス(違いがよく分かってませんが)をとりあえず見てみたい、楽しみたい方におすすめです。
ダンスとシンガーが交代で衣装を変えつつ演目を進める形です。
アメリカでは知らない人はいないエルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのモノマネさんが往年のヒット曲を披露、特徴を捉えた演出でした。

会場はショッピングセンターの中でしたので、帰りはショッピングセンター内を散策しながら帰ることができましたし、治安は心配するほどではなかったのでよかったです。

There are many water slide attractions that even adults can enjoy. This time, I didn't try the bodyboarding attraction, but it also looked interesting. I only had about 4 to 5 hours to stay because of the bus schedule, but I wanted to play more.

ウォータースライダー系のアトラクションが多く、大人でも楽しめる。今回、ボディボードのアトラクションはやらなかったが、これも面白そうでした。バスの時間があったので4~5時間しか滞在出来なかったが、もっと遊びたかった。

The venue was located in Waikiki, and although it was small and within walking distance from the hotel, we were able to see everything up close, which made it very impressive. It was definitely worth the high price to see! The performance, which involved the audience, was also a lot of fun.

場所もWaikikiで、ホテルから歩いて行ける場所で会場は狭いのですがその分近くで見られてとても迫力がありました。
高いお金を出しても見る価値ありました！観客も巻き込んでのパフォーマンスも楽しかったです。

I used the first flight on the morning of December 30th for the New Year's holiday. The captain spoke in English, but then a female staff member named Izumi kindly explained everything in Japanese, which made my first snorkeling experience worry-free.

The weather was a bit cold, and it rained partway through, but not only were we able to see many sea turtles, we also got to swim with them.

There were other tours with various options that I considered, but I'm glad I chose Captain Cruise!

年末年始（12月30日）の朝一便を利用しました。
キャプテンは英語を使用されますがその後で女性スタッフのイズミさんが日本語で丁寧に説明してくださり、初めてのシュノーケリングも不安なく体験できました。

天候は少し寒く、雨も途中降ったりしましたが、ウミガメを沢山見ることができただけでなく、一緒に泳ぐことも出来ました。

色んなオプションが付く他社ツアーもあり、悩みましたが、キャプテンクルーズを選んでよかったです！

It was fun, but it was cold. The winter on December 30th was chilly. I recommend bringing extra clothes that can get wet. I want to go in the summer.

The food was average, or rather, it was just ordinary and sufficient. However, the show was incredibly powerful, and the dancing and singing were at a pro level, which moved me deeply. I definitely want you to see it.

食事は普通というか、ありきたりで満たせればいいかなぐらいですがショーは大迫力で踊りと歌唱力はブロレベルで感動しました。
ぜひ観てもらいたいです。

I used a good seat in the center, but the venue was compact, so it felt like you could see well from any seat! The show itself was enjoyable and satisfying. However, the air conditioning in the venue was quite strong. I was wearing a windbreaker, but since I had on shorts, it was too cold, and I started to feel the urge to go to the restroom, which made it hard to concentrate as the show went on. 😫

In conclusion, it's best to bring long sleeves, long pants, a windbreaker, and a scarf!

席は中央の良い席を利用しましたが、
会場はコンパクトでどの席でもよく見れる感じでした！
ショー自体は楽しく満足いく内容です♪
会場はかなり空調がキツく、ウィンドブレーカーは着ていましたが半パンだったので
寒過ぎてトイレに行きたくなり、途中から集中力が切れがちになりました😫

I have seen Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, Macau, and Tokyo, but the venue here was smaller, allowing us to see everything up close and experience the intensity. The quality of the performers was also high, and everyone, including us, was moved. I highly recommend it!

ラスベガス、マカオ、東京などでもシルクドソレイユを見ましたが、会場が狭かったので目前に見れ迫力があり、また演技者の質も高く私たちを含め皆感動していました。是非お勧めです。

We had an incredible experience. It was early in the season so we didn’t think we were going to see anything. The crew told us to hurry and board as some other boats had said they saw some whales out there. We had been out for maybe 20 minutes and we saw a couple of spouts in the distance between two boats. We were all looking way out at those spouts when all of a sudden, out of nowhere, a male humpback jumped straight up out of the water and breached about 15 yards in front of our boat!!! No one got a picture because we weren’t expecting it and we all just watched it unbelievably in that moment! It doesn’t get any better than that! The captains were so helpful and knowledgeable!

This is a great option for anyone looking for a convenient way to explore Manoa Falls without the hassle of driving.

The Polynesian show was super entertaining feeling very luau esque! Also sailing along the Waikiki coastline at sunset was beautiful, and the Friday night fireworks were the perfect finale!

We had a great time. All the performances at the islands were perfect. The food was good, but next time we will try to get there earlier so that the line isn’t as long. Ha was stunningly beautiful!

I use this place every time I go to Hawaii. The food is delicious, of course, but I recommend it because there's no hassle with tips and such. There is gelato on the menu, but when I checked, they said it wasn't available right now, and I was told it was a problem with Veltra, which was disappointing.

I’m not good at online booking. I did booked because of all you can eat buffet but when we got there , says I didn’t signed in for food. The web pages not clearly says that it has to be separated account.
I still don’t know how I missed it

It was special date for my niece’ wedding present but end up couldn’t feed them.

I ended up confirming with the staff from a seat further up than I had imagined 💦 As mentioned in other reviews, it's easy to see from anywhere, so sitting in the back is fine. Moreover, even though I chose a Category 3 seat, I ended up in the fourth row from the front (though it was a side seat).

As for the content, I’d say just go see it! The energy of shows abroad is much higher than in Japan, and the atmosphere is so much fun! At the end, there was a standing ovation, and I thought, "Wow, this is overseas!"

想像してなかった前の方の席で、スタッフの方に確認してしまいました💦
他の方の口コミにもあったように、どこからでもみやすいので、後ろの席でも大丈夫。ましてや、カテゴリー3席を選んだのに前から4列目でした（サイドの席ではあるが）

内容は、まぁまずはみてください！という感じですが、海外で観るショーは、日本で観るよりテンション高くて、雰囲気が楽しい！
最後スタンディングオベーションがおきてて、おおー海外!と思いました

I made a reservation the day before, and I was able to watch the show from the second row on the left, which was impressive and fun. The venue was a bit cold, so it might be good to have a light jacket.

前日に予約しましたが、左の2列目でショーを見ることができて迫力もあり、楽しかったです。
ショーは、少し会場が寒いので薄手の上着があるといいかも。

Although the weather was unfortunate with rain, I was able to see turtles and manta rays (just their fins, though...) and was once again amazed by the size of the manta rays. The rain made the sea murky, so the coral wasn't visible in its beauty, and I couldn't enjoy the beach due to the tides and changing weather. However, the cheerful Japanese female staff and other staff brightened my mood. All the participants were also cheerful, which made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. There were many English speakers, and I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy conversations due to my lack of English skills; it made me think I should study English. On the way back, the captain came to greet us, making it a tour that didn't let the rain get us down.

天候に恵まれず生憎の雨天でしたが、亀やマンタのひれ（ひれのみでしたが・・・）を見ることができマンタの大きさに改めてびっくりしました。
雨で海も濁ってしまい、サンゴはきれいには見えず、ビーチも潮のかげんや天候の変動でか見ることはできませんでしたが、日本人の女性スタッフや他のスタッフも明るく、気持ちが明るくなりました。
参加者も皆さん明るく、南国だな～と思いました。
英語圏の方が多く、会話を楽しみたかったのに英語が出来ず残念、英語を勉強しようかな・・・と感じました。帰りには船長さんがあいさつに来てくれて、雨にも負けずというツアーでした。
