It was an awesome experience for my children and myself....to see the turtles was incredible and I would not hesitate to recommend to other families:)

There are so many fun water slides that I've never experienced before! I played all day long and had a great time♪ However, most of the attractions require you to climb up hills and stairs, and many of them involve carrying large and heavy inner tubes yourself to slide down, so I was completely exhausted, more than during any other part of my trip to Hawaii. It might be tough for those who aren't very fit. But it's definitely worth a visit; I had so much fun!!

今までに経験したことのない楽しいウォータースライダーが沢山！１日いっぱい、遊び通しました。とっても楽しかった♪ただ、ほとんどのアトラクションが坂道＆階段をかけのぼらなくてはいけなく、浮き輪も大きくて重たいものを自分達で運んで滑りおりてくるものがおおいので、ハワイ旅行の中でもダントツでグッタリしました。体力のない人には辛いかもー
でも、一度は言ってみるべきですね、とっても楽しかったです！！

I participated in December. Since it was the beginning of the season, I thought the chances of seeing anything were low, and indeed, I didn't see much. I think I caught a glimpse of a dolphin. The boat was comfortable. For those who didn't see anything, they seem to offer retry tickets valid until April (during this season), but since I can't come to Hawaii that often, I hope they can make it valid for next year as well...

シーズンの初めだったので、見られる可能性は低いと思っていましたが、
やはり見られませんでした。
いるかがちょっと見えたような。
船は快適でした。
見られなかった人には、4月まで（今シーズン中）のリトライのチケットをくれるようですが、
そんなに頻繁にはハワイにこられないので、
来年も使えるようにしてくれるとよいと思うのですが・・・

The sea was not as beautiful as I expected, and there were too many Japanese staff and customers, so it didn't feel foreign at all. However, the staff were kind, and the lunch was delicious.

思ったより海もきれくなくて、スタッフも日本人でお客さんも日本人多すぎて外国感がなかったです。
でもスタッフも優しく昼食はおいしかったです。

I had a great time! In beach volleyball, I was able to assist well and forgot my age while mingling with the young people. I also got to see turtles and there were many beautiful fish, which was wonderful.

楽しめました!!ビーチバレーでは、アシストが上手く若者に混じって年を忘れさせてくれました。亀も見れたし、キレイな魚も沢山いてたし、良かったです。

My 79-year-old mother also participated. Although we signed up after arriving at the location, we were able to make a reservation smoothly. Other than the meeting point being a bit hard to find, there were no problems at all. We were surrounded by beautiful sea and sky, and we had a wonderful time; my mother was very satisfied! Also, the captain was incredibly cool!

79歳の母も一緒に参加しました。現地に着いてからの申込みでしたが、スムーズに予約も取れました。
当日は集合場所が少しわかりにくい他は何も問題もなく、とにかく綺麗な海と空に囲まれ、素敵な時間を過ごすことができ、母も大満足でした！
あと、船長さんはものすごくカッコ良いです！

The experience at the sandbar was precious, but I was surprised when a sea turtle came close while I was snorkeling. I also had a great time trying paddle surfing! Next time, I want to participate with my family!

サンドバーでの体験も貴重ですが、シュノーケリングをして、すぐそばまでウミガメが近づいてきてくるのにはびっくりしました。また、パドルサーフィンの体験もさせて頂きとっても楽しかったです！！今度は家族でも参加したいです！！

From the moment we got on the boat we knew this would be a great trip. We only had 9 people on a boat that holds 50!!!I have been on many Snorkeling excursions that are over crowded so this was quite the treat to have so much room. We had a wonderful time on the trip ! The staff was very attentive and helpful and made you feel very comfortable the whole day. We got to see lots of turtles! The food was great and there was plenty of it to go around. The guys were constantly asking if they could get you anything or do anything to make the trip more comfortable for you. Weather was perfect and the water was nice and warm. It does not get much better than this. I would highly recommend this excursion!

The bus tour guide was great but quite disappointed in the Center. Did not seem authentic Polynesian at all. The best time was the fire dance part of the show. The rest I could've skipped. Didn't feel like I learned anything real about the different cultures which was disappointing.

Don't just settle for the ocean in Hawaii! I was greedy and went to the pool. Since there was a shuttle service, we went straight from the hotel to the pool. Choosing the plan that included meals and drinks on-site was definitely the right choice!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a large-sized juice holder as a gift, which was great for carrying around. Also, my partner's first bodyboarding experience was hilarious! In the end, they managed to ride the board well (^o^).

I highly recommend this for families with small children. Sunscreen and comfortable beach sandals are essential items.

ハワイの海だけではもったいない！と欲張ってプールへ。送迎付きなのでホテルからプールまで直行。施設内の食事＆飲み物付プランを選んで正解！
なんとラージサイズ以上のジュースホルダーがプレゼントされ、どこへでも持ち運びできるのが良かったです。
また、相方の初ボディーボード体験は爆笑！最後は上手に乗れてましたよ(^o^)
小さなお子様や、家族連れの方には絶対おすすめです。
日焼け止めと、歩きやすいビーチサンダルは必須アイテムです。

Great boat, Great food we had the steak and lobster. Beautiful dancing and entertainment.If your in the area I recommend this for any one.

As you check in and arrive to the pier, you will be entertained with a Hula performance. You will then be directed with a pleasantly helpful staff to seat you with your tossed salad ready to be consumed. Also you will then receive a welcome Mai Tai which is very addicting and may cause you to purchase more. I had 4 of them. The all you can eat crab legs, steak, and macadamia nut ice cream was amazing. As the sun started to set, I found myself in a very relaxing area of the top deck. I was taking in the views of the ocean, land, and skies as I was just about ready to call it a night. Until we just about to reach the dock, all their employees started a party and danced like crazy. My date is not much of a dancer, but she enjoyed watching me entertain everyone. This night was a night to remember especially the service provided the staff on board. They will make sure you are always satisfied.

This was a great and informative guide. Our tour guide knew more about the island then I ever did. Kids got tired on bus so they fell asleep near the end. I was very happy and enjoyed it very much.recommend to bring something for small children to snack on and drink aswell as somwthing to do while on the bus. Over great time.

If you go on this tour, ask for bus 738. Patrick was our driver and guide and he was awesome. He was very knowledgable and showed us a lot of interesting things and explained to us what we were being shown. When it came time for the tour Patrick had a handle on the process and made sure we knew what was expected during the actual memorial tour. Great job Royal Star!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing...the most beautiful & picturesque sunset I have ever experienced in my life!
The buffet dinner was very nice, the fish was so fresh and just melted in your mouth, there were also pulled pork, teriyaki chicken, salad, veges and from memory Im sure there was rice. Unfortunately we did not experience the Hawaiian show nor the dessert (as the sunset captivated us for the time until the fireworks viewing!). My daughter (13 yrs old) and I thoroughly enjoyed our sunset dinner cruise.

First let me say that this cruise, the crew, and the food and drinks are all amazing, and that you should not hesitate in booking! I was looking for something fun for my husband and I to do for our 3 year anniversary, and I'm glad we picked this. Going through the process of actually ordering the tickets was a bit of a pain. We live here, but the website kept asking about our flights and hotel, so that was a bit annoying. But, we finally got our voucher for the sail and it was confirmed very quickly. The company even called a few times to make sure we were all set. When we got onboard the crew was fantastic and started serving up the drinks and food immediately. Woohoo! The water was absolutely beautiful, and I got to see some marine life that I haven't seen before in my 4 years as a Hawai'i resident. The crew was also very good about making sure we were safe at all times, which made us feel like we were in good hands. All in all, it was a great experience and we would happily pay to go again.

This time, I entered early. Thanks to that, I was able to ski a lot without waiting! By around noon, there was a line, so I was glad I managed my time well.

My boyfriend and I came across this website while vacationing in Oahu. We were looking online for snorkeling tours, but most were out of our budget. When we came across this website we were excited that we had found a good deal. The process was super easy! All we did was input the date we wanted to go and purchased our tickets. When we arrived at the boat harbor we had no problem presenting our online confirmation and getting right on the boat. The crew on the boat were very hospitable and made sure we had a memorable experience. The snorkel spot was breathtaking! Especially vein so close to the endangered green sea turtles. We saw well over a dozen of them and sometimes they came rather close to us. After snorkeling for a little over an hour we hopped back on the boat and the crew served us lunch and drinks (including alcohol). There was no charge for anything on the boat, including the alcohol. We then went for a scenic sail around Diamond Head and relaxed out on the front of the catamaran. This was one of the best days of our vacation! We would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Oahu and looking for some great snorkeling!

I had learned about the sandbar from magazines and television, and I was really looking forward to visiting it at least once. Initially, I had signed up with a different tour company, but since it was fully booked, I switched to this tour, and it was the right decision. The sandbar, with its white sand emerging from the marine blue sea, was even more beautiful and mystical than I had imagined. It felt very strange to be walking on the water. The sea turtles swimming leisurely were adorable. Above all, the crew made a strong impression. They were friendly, cheerful, energetic, and had wonderful smiles, just like the sun and sea of Hawaii. There was an old man with white hair and a bald head among us guests, and they seemed to feel sorry for him, treating him with care. Thank you, Yukiko. I will come to see you again, so please remember me.

雑誌やテレビでサンドバーを知り、一度は行ってみたいと思っていましたのでとても楽しみにしていました。当初は別のツアー会社に申し込みましたが満員ということでこちらのツアーに変えたのですが、大正解でした。サンドバーはマリンブルーの海の中に白い砂が現れて想像以上に美しく神秘的、海の上を歩いている感じがとても不思議でした。ウミガメはのんびりと泳いでる姿が愛らしかった。なんといっても印象的だったクルーのみんな。フレンドリーで明るくて元気、笑顔がとても素敵な、ハワイの太陽と海のようなクルーたちでした。私たちゲストの中で浮いていた白髪とはげのおじさん、かわいそうに思ったのでしょう、介護してくれるように接してくれました、ゆきこさんありがとう。また会いに行きますので覚えていてくださいね。

The staff were friendly, and I was able to have a great time. I enjoyed both the sandbar and snorkeling. Thank you.

Not only did they take us to the beautiful Angel's Sea, but the tour guides also kept the atmosphere lively with their talks during the cruise, which made it so much fun. Snorkeling in the stunningly beautiful sea was an incredible experience! Next time, I want to try a tour that allows for even more marine sports!

ただ天使の海へ連れて行ってくれるだけでなく、クルージング中も添乗員の方々がトークで盛り上げてくれてとっても楽しめました。綺麗すぎる海でのシュノーケリングは楽しすぎて…！！次回はもっとマリンスポーツを楽しめるツアーにチャレンジしてみたくなりました！

We had so much fun on this snorkel sail. Actually the day before the sail was supposed to happen the company called and said there was an issue with the boat and that that particular cruise was not going to be running that day. I had no other day that we could do it as it was a birthday surprise for my friend and our schedules were way too busy after that day to fit it in. They quickly offered to change our reservation for the dolphin snorkel sail that same day with no charge to us. It worked out perfect! The crew was totally awesome and we got to snorkel so close to dolphins. THe entire vibe on the boat was so much fun with jokes from the crew and their service was great. AMazing lunch and breakfast. I would definitely go again!

Five adults were very satisfied (^o^)
It was three times more fun than we expected!
Next time, I want to ride during the sunset ^_^
We couldn't jump in because it was full on the day, so making an online reservation was definitely the right choice ^_^

This is my fourth time in Hawaii, and I've used this service three times. I recommend it for the afternoon of the first day. It's a large catamaran, so there's not much rocking, which makes it安心 (safe).

Originally, I wanted to join a private charter boat tour, but I couldn't make a reservation, so I participated in this tour instead. However, the boat for this tour was larger, which meant it had a restroom and we could take breaks during snorkeling. Since I was with my children, I ended up thinking it was a good choice. For lunch, I enjoyed a hamburger that was grilled on the boat, customized with my favorite toppings. The burger I made was delicious, and I was very satisfied. The scenery was, of course, amazing, and swimming with sea turtles made it the best tour ever.

本当は、貸し切りのチャーター船ツアーで参加したかったんですが、予約出来ずこちらのツアーで参加させて頂きました。
でも、こちらのツアーの船の方が、大きい船だったので、トイレもあり、シュノーケリングの途中でも、休憩出来たりと、子供達との参加だったので、結果、良かったなと思いました。
お昼ご飯には、船上で焼いてくれたハンバーグを自分の好みの具と一緒に挟んで頂きました。
自分で、作ったハンバーガー美味しくて大満足でした。
景色は、もちろん、海ガメと一緒に泳げたりと最高のツアーでした。

We participated with our 4-year-old and 7-year-old children, as a couple in our 30s. The 7-year-old was able to enjoy many large attractions. There were plenty of thrilling slides that are perfect for kids who love roller coasters. The 4-year-old also had a great time without getting bored, thanks to the wave pool, lazy river, and a pool specifically for small children.

I noticed that the lifeguards were very strict, blowing their whistles loudly to warn against even minor dangerous behaviors (like small children going into deep areas). It seemed that a life jacket was mandatory for the 4-year-old in slightly deeper areas, and they were scolded for not wearing one. I think this contributes to fewer accidents (although it was a bit scary).

As for the slides, I usually struggle with roller coasters, but I rode some that were quite powerful and thrilling, and they were over in an instant (laughs). There wasn't even time to feel scared.

Since the sun is quite strong, I think it's especially important for small children to wear sunscreen and rash guards, or they could get burned (my husband had a tough time with sunburn afterward). Overall, it was a very good experience.

４歳と７歳の子供と、30代の夫婦で参加しました。
７歳の子供は、たくさんの大きなアトラクションに参加することが出来ました。
ジェットコースターなどが好きなお子様には、ぴったりのスリル満点の滑り台などが多かったです。
４歳の子供も、波のプールや、流れるプール、小さな子供専用のプールがあったので、退屈せずに楽しめました。
気がついたことは、プールの監視員がとても厳しく、少しの危険行為でもピー‼︎と大きく笛で注意していました。(小さな子供が深い所に行くなど)
４歳の子供も、少し深い所ではライフジャケットが必須のようで、怒られました。
その分、事故が少ないんだろうと思いました。(多少怖かったですが…)
滑り台も、普段ジェットコースターなどが苦手ですが、かなり迫力とスリルがあるものに乗りましたが、一瞬で終わるほどのスピードでした(笑)
怖さを感じる時間もありませんでした。
日差しがやはり強いので、日焼け止めやラッシュガードを着ていないと、火傷をしてしまう位ですので、小さなお子様は特に注意した方が良いと思いました。(主人がその後日焼けが大変でした)
総合的に、とても良かったです。

We signed up as a family of four with our 4-year-old and 7-year-old children. At Angel's Beach, the water was shallow enough for our 4-year-old to enjoy safely. The clarity of the seawater was so remarkable that it showed clearly in our phone photos.

The BBQ hamburgers for lunch were well-seasoned, and even our picky eaters enjoyed them, happily declaring them delicious!

Snorkeling took place in quite deep water, but the kids quickly got used to their life jackets, which they were initially scared of, and ended up having a great time. We were also able to see several sea turtles, which was very satisfying.

Since our guide was Japanese, the explanations were very clear, and they provided thorough information about the ocean, which can be intimidating. This was our first time in Hawaii, and we are glad we signed up for this experience.

４歳と７歳の子供と、夫婦の４人で申し込みしました。
天使の海では、４歳の子供でも足のつく位の深さで、十分に楽しめました。
海水の綺麗さは、携帯の写真で撮ってもはっきりわかるほどです。
昼食のBBQハンバーグも、ハンバーグにしっかり味がついていて、ソースなどの好き嫌いの多い子供も、美味しい！と喜んで食べていました。
シュノーケリングは、とても深い所で行われましたが、初めてつけたライフジャケットで、初めは怯えていた子供達もすぐに慣れて、楽しむことが出来ました。
ウミガメも何匹も見ることが出来て、大満足です。
案内の方が日本人の方だったので、とても分かりやすく、怖い海のこともしっかりと説明してくれました。
初めてのハワイでしたが、申し込んで良かったです。

I've been on the Heaven's Sea tour before, but if you want to relax, I think this tour is better! My child seemed to really enjoy snorkeling ^o^

For children under kindergarten age, if they are not very comfortable in the water, snorkeling might be scary and difficult. There were some kids crying, and we also cried when we were little.

It seems that snorkeling in areas where they can't touch the bottom feels frightening.

天国の海ツアーにも行ったことがありますが、のんびりしたいのであれば、こちらのツアーの方が良いと思います！
子供はシュノーケリングがとても楽しかったようです^o^

幼稚園以下のお子さんだと、相当水に慣れていないとシュノーケリングは怖くて無理かもしれません。
泣いている子がいましたし、うちも小さい頃は同じように泣いていました。

足が届かないところでシュノーケリングをするのが恐怖に感じるようです。

We had a GREAT day on the water with Hawaii Nautical -- Josh, Barry and Nick. We felt like family -- it was like we'd known the crew for years. Especially great was getting 1-on-1 attention for 7-year old Jack during the snorkeling session -- made Jack feel very comfortable and confident in the big water despite the waves and the massive sea life below!

This tour is "Spectacular". It was way beyond expectation. The views from above are really breathtaking, and well worth the cost. You will not be disappointed!! This was my first helicopter tour and I couldn't be happier with it:)
