There are various pools, so both children and adults enjoyed themselves. The management is really thorough, so it seems like there won't be any injuries or unnecessary troubles, which provided a sense of security. However, considering the travel time and costs, it might be more enjoyable once the kids are in elementary school or older. With preschoolers, there are height restrictions that can be disappointing.

いろんなプールがあるので子供も大人も楽しめました。すごい管理もしっかりしてるので怪我や余計なトラブルもなさそうだし、その辺も安心感ありました。
でも移動時間やお金のことを考えると、子供が小学生以上になってからの方が、満喫できるかな。
幼稚園くらいだと身長制限でダメなのもあって、なんとなく残念な気持ちにもなりました。

I prepared myself for the coldness of the sea in January, but the weather was surprisingly perfect and even a bit hot. The pickup was on time, and the staff were all very good! Justin's guidance was excellent. The female staff member, Crystal, was beautiful and captivating. Captain Alan was also very kind! I'm glad I chose this tour. The lunch with the bone-in short ribs was delicious! There was plenty of free time, and you can rent beach gear, so you can fully enjoy the emerald-clear sea. I want to go again during low tide. Definitely planning to return!

1月で海の冷たさ寒さを覚悟して挑みましたが、なんとサイコーの天気で暑いくらいでした。
ピックアップも時間通りでスタッフさんたちもとても良かったです！
ジャスティンのガイドはサイコーでした。
女性スタッフクリスタルもキレイで見とれるほど。キャプテンのアランもとても親切でしたよ！このツアーを選んで良かったです。
ランチの骨付きカルビおいしかったです！
自由時間も長く、ビーチグッズもレンタルできるので、エメラルドな透き通った海を十分堪能できます。今度は干潮の時間に行って見たいです。リピ決定！

There were three adults and three children (ages 7, 5, and 1). We were able to check in without any crowding, and the crew's service was good, just like last time. However, the main attraction, the whales, were only spotted about three times from a distance, with just their spouts and backs visible. It seemed that the children didn't find it very interesting. The adults might be satisfied with the views of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea, but it seems the children would have preferred something more engaging. However, I think they would have been excited if we could have seen the whales up close.

大人三人と、子供三人（7.5.1歳）混み合うことも無く受付を済ませクルーの対応も、前回同様良かったのです。しかし、肝心のクジラは、船から離れた地点て、クジラの潮吹きと背中が3回程確認できたレベルでしたので、子供達には、あまり面白く無かったようです。大人は、海から眺めるワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッド等でも、満足すると思いますが、子供達には、確実に楽しめる物の方が良かった様です。でも、間近で見れたらテンション上がってくれると思いますが。

We went as a couple. There were many families there. The slides were of a type that you don't find in Japan, and they were a lot of fun. All the slides were easy to ride on. The summer beds were available in the morning, but by around noon, they were all taken. Since we went during New Year's, it was cold. After getting out of the pool, it was chilly, so I think it's better to bring a rash guard. They sell them at the shop at the entrance, but the selection is limited. Since it was a round-trip bus, it was easy to just sleep the whole way. I definitely want to go again when I visit Hawaii during a warmer season!

夫婦でいきました。ファミリーで来てる方が多かったです。スライダーは日本にはないようなタイプのものが多く、とても楽しかったです。
スライダーはどれもさほどならばずに乗れました。
サマーベッドは朝は空いてましたが、お昼頃には埋まっていました。
お正月に行ったので、寒かったです。プールから上がった後は寒いので、ラッシュガードは持って行ったほうがいいと思います。入り口のショップで売っていますが、種類は少ないです。
往復バスなのでずっと寝ていけるので、楽でした。次暖かい時期にハワイに行ったら、またぜひ行きたいです！！

Two years ago, I came here with my elementary school son, husband, and a female friend during summer vacation, and we had a great time, so this time I went again without my husband! Last time, it was quite crowded since it was during summer vacation, and we could only ride four types of slides, plus the ground was hot and walking was tough. However, this time we hardly had to wait for most of the slides and rode them twice! The weather was nice, but it was still quite cold... My super timid son seemed to enjoy the slides, but his favorite was the wave pool. I had a hard time staying on the float and got caught by the waves several times, so that night my knees and back were quite sore...汗

2年前の夏休みに小学生の息子とダンナ、女友達の4人で来て、すごく楽しかったので、今回はダンナ抜きでもう一度行ってきました！
前回は夏休み中だったこともあり、カナリ混雑していて、4種類しかスライダーに乗れなかったし、地面が暑くて歩くのが辛かったけど、今回は殆どのスライダーにあまり並ぶこともなく、2回ずつ乗りました！
ただ、天気は良かったけど、さすがに寒かったですが・・・
超ビビリの息子もスライダーには楽しく乗れたようですが、一番のお気に入りは波のプールでした。
私は浮き輪に上手く乗れなくて、何度も波に足を取られて、その日の夜は膝と腰がかなり痛かったです・・・汗

The weather was nice and the cruise was great, but the transportation information was insufficient. Even though I arrived before the meeting time, I couldn't get on the bus and had to use a taxi at my own expense.

天候もよくクルーズはよかったのですが送迎の案内が不十分で集合時間前に行ったにもかかわらずバスに乗れず実費でタクシーを利用した

Our entire group, including a friend with cebral palsy, had an incredible time! The crew taught us what we needed to know & provided us with everything we needed to have a great time except towels. They knew just where to go for us to see sea turtles!!!! We also saw several schools of colorful fish. We even had an impromptu boat party with music, snacks, drinks, pirate & viking hat! It was one of the best parts of our Hawaiian vacation! Worth every penny! If we come back to Hawaii, they will definitely be apart of our vacation plans!! Thank you Holokai crew

The Japanese staff explained everything in English, so there were parts I didn't understand, but I enjoyed it without any issues. They informed us when the turtles were swimming and lent us towels to dry off. However, the meeting time was quite a bit earlier than the departure time, so we had to wait for over 30 minutes.

日本人は自分たちだけで、英語での説明でしたので、一部分からないところがありましたが、問題なく楽しめました。
亀が泳いでいるときは教えてくれたり、体をふく為のタオルを貸してくれたりしました。
ただ、集合時間が出航時間よりもかなり前なので、３０分以上待たされました。

Absolutely amazing time! The crew of the Holokai was great! They provided everything needed for our snorkeling adventure, they knew just where to go to see wondrous underwater life, and everyone aboard saw sea turtles as well as several different schools of colorful fish!!! They knew just where to go! Such a great value for our money! Sun, music, snacks, sails, water, and beverages. Woohoo! If you must pick one activity while in Hawaii, this is it! You will not be disappointed

Easy transportation from the hotel with a shuttle service.
In December, it was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy all the slides without much waiting.
The steep slides, large slides, and many other slides left the children very satisfied.

送迎付きでホテルから楽に移動。
12月は空いていて、スライダーほとんど並ばず全て制覇できました。
急な傾斜のスライダー、大型スライダー、多くのスライダー子どもたち大満足でした。

The ship was large, and there was no rocking at all, but unfortunately, we didn't see any whales. It seems that it really depends a lot on luck...

船は大きく、揺れは全くありませんでしたが、肝心の鯨は見れませんでした。
やはり、運によるところが大きいのでしょう。。。

I had high expectations for the main event of my trip to Hawaii, but I didn't see any dolphins at all. I understand that it's a wild animal, so it's not surprising. Even when they said, "It's a whale!" it was too far away, and even with my contact lenses, I couldn't see it well. They worked hard to find dolphins, and since we waited on the boat for a long time, I ended up feeling seasick, even though I usually don't take motion sickness medication. I hoped to do a lot of snorkeling since I couldn't see any dolphins, but it ended rather quickly. I think it was a stroke of luck that I got to see a sea turtle! They took a lot of photos, but honestly, if you don't buy a USB, you won't see anything, so I recommend purchasing it on the bus if you want to keep those memories. For lunch, I think "light snack" is a better description than "lunch." Later, I received an email saying, "Here are today's photos," but there were no attachments... I didn't even know who to contact about it. I think I might have had too high expectations. I received a discount voucher for the next time since I didn't see any dolphins, but to be honest, I'm not sure if I would want to participate again.

ハワイ旅行のメインイベント、くらいに思って期待しておりましたが、全くイルカに逢えませんでした。
野生の生き物なので仕方のないこととは思います。
鯨だよ！と言われてもかなり遠くてコンタクト着用していてもよく分からなかったです。
一生懸命イルカを探してくれて、長いこと船上で待機していたので普段は酔い止めを飲まない私でも船酔いしてしまいました。
イルカが見れなかった分、たくさんシュノーケリングができればと思いましたが、案外あっさり終わってしまいました。
ウミガメが見られたのは不幸中の幸いかなと思います！
写真を沢山撮ってもらいましたが、正直USBを買わない人は何も見られないので、思い出として欲しい方はバスの中で購入を希望しておいた方がいいと思います。
お昼もランチというか軽食という表現がベストかと思います。
後ほど、今日の写真です、とメールが届きましたが写真は添付されておらず…どこに問い合わせていいのかも分からず…
ちょっと期待し過ぎたかなと思いました。
イルカが見れなかったので次回割引券頂きましたが、次回も参加したいかと聞かれたら正直微妙なところです。

I woke up early, but it's disappointing that I couldn't see any whales. When you can't see them, you can get a re-boarding ticket, but the period is too short. Since I went on the last day of my trip, it ended up being a waste of money. My kids were also disappointed, which made me sad. I wonder if it's really true that there's a 95% chance of seeing them. If I ended up in that remaining 5%, that's just too unlucky.

朝早く起きたのに、くじらが見られず残念。。
見られないときは再乗船チケットもらえるけど、期間短すぎ。。
旅行最終日に行っちゃったから、結局お金の無駄になった。。
子供もがっかりしてて、悲しくなった。。
95%の確率で見られるって本当なのかな。
その残り5%になったなら、運悪すぎる。。

The morning of the day was a bit chilly, but as the sun came out, it warmed up and became the perfect day for a beach outing. The guide took photos for us, which we could download, allowing us to preserve our memories. The breakfast was also excellent, served buffet-style.

当日の朝はやや寒かったですが、日が照ってくると暖かくなり最高の海水浴日和でした。
ガイドの方が写真を撮ってくださり、それをダウンロードできるようになっており、思い出をかたちに残すことができました。
朝食もビュッフェ形式で最高です。

We were the only Japanese people on the tour. I couldn't understand Japanese, and I didn't know what the captain was saying, but it was okay, haha.

The tour description mentioned that they would lend us fins, but they only provided snorkeling gear and life jackets. I think the tour details need to be updated. Everyone else around us brought their own fins! It was fine without them, though.

Once we set out, we encountered a pod of dolphins!

There was only one snorkeling spot. We got to swim with five big turtles! If you have a GoPro, the staff will dive down to take pictures of the turtles for you.

We enjoyed drinks (for a fee) while listening to music and having fun. They said that if you jumped into the sea, beer was free! But it was too cold for me to do that.

We went further out to look for whales, but we couldn't find any and had to head back.

Although I couldn't understand Japanese, the staff lady was cheerful and friendly.

I usually don't get motion sickness, but I felt seasick this time. It was cold in January, so be prepared!

日本人は私達だけでした。日本語も通じませんし、船長は何言ってるかわかりませんでしたが大丈夫です笑
ツアー内容にフィンも貸してくれるとありましたが、シュノーケルと救命胴衣だけでした。ツアー内容に変更が必要かと思います。周りの外国人達はみんな持ってきてました！なしでも大丈夫です。

普段乗り物酔いしませんが、船酔い海酔いしました。1月で寒かったです。対策を！

This time, we went with my husband, myself, our third-grade daughter, our first-grade son, and our four-year-old son, a total of five people.

Since it was our first time at a water park, we discussed as a couple that it would be safer to go with an optional tour, so we decided to sign up.

First, for lunch:
We hesitated until the last minute about the BBQ lunch plan, but we felt that our three kids wouldn't eat much in front of the pool (they would be too focused on playing), so we opted for a plan with transportation only and bought hot dogs to eat ourselves. We brought our own water, so lunch cost about $10 per person. We had checked reviews in advance, so we observed the store (there was only one) and decided to have lunch around 11:30 after we arrived. There are tables and benches in front of the store. There was a bit of a line after 12:00, but it wasn't as long as we expected, though it might depend on the season. By the way, my daughter ordered pizza, but it seemed she didn't like it much and hardly ate any.

Now, for the activities:
Both kids and adults can enjoy it!! The pool with regular waves was a hit with our family!! Our four-year-old son also had fun riding on a float. There are various zones suitable for different ages, which is great. This time we came with a family friend, so our elementary school daughter and son took turns enjoying the water slide with their family, while my husband and I were able to enjoy the slide with our four-year-old son being looked after by our friends. If it had just been our family, we probably would have split up to play in groups of two and three...

I visited on December 30, and people of all ages were having fun! If I had to say something, the water felt cold to me ( ;∀; ) Maybe it was because of the wind. I would like to go on a sunny day!

今回、夫・私・小3娘・小１息子・4歳息子の5人で行ってきました。


初めてのウェット～だったので、
オプショナルツアーで行くのが確実かなと夫婦で話し合い、
思い切って申し込みました。


まずは【昼食】
ギリギリまで昼食ＢＢＱ付プランも迷いましたが、
子どもたち3人がプールを前にしてお腹いっぱい食べないような気がして(遊びに夢中になって)、あえて送迎付きプランのみにして自分たちでホットドッグを買って食べました。
昼食代は水を持参していたので、１人約１０ドルぐらいでした。
あらかじめこちらで口コミをチェックしていたので、
お店(１店舗だけでした)の様子を見ながら、
ついてしばらくして１１：３０ぐらいには昼食タイムにしました。
お店の前にテーブルとベンチがあります。
１２時以降はちょっとした列ができていましたが、
時期にもよるのでしょうが、
思っていたよりかは並んでいませんでした。
ちなみに娘はピザを頼みましたが、口に合わなかったみたいでほとんど食べませんでした。


そして、【アクティビティー】
子どもも大人も楽しめる！！
定期的に波が起きるプールは家族ではまりました！！
４歳の息子も浮き輪に乗って楽しみました。
子どもの年齢に応じて様々なゾーンがあるのでいいですね～。
今回は友人家族ときていたので、
小学生の娘や息子は交代しながら友人家族とウォータースライダーを楽しみ、
私たち夫婦も４歳の息子を友人家族に見てもらって、
スライダーを楽しむことができました。
家族だけだったらきっと２人と３人で分かれて遊んでいたかも…と思います。



私は１２月３０日に利用しましたが、
老若男女遊んでいました！
強いて言えば、私には水が冷たく感じました～( ;∀;)
風もあったからかな。
天気のいい日に行ってみたいです！

I had heard that encounters are quite rare, but I was satisfied to see the tail fin come out of the water and spouts several times. However, they were only visible from a distance, so I wish I had brought binoculars. It would be great if they could offer binoculars for rent on the boat, even on a deposit basis. I recommend that future participants bring their own binoculars.

なかなか出会えないと聞いていましたが、尾びれが水面から出たのや潮吹きも何回も見られて、それ自体は満足でした。しかし、遠くに小さくしか見えなかったので、双眼鏡を持っていったらよかったと思いました。船内でデポジット式で良いので、貸し出ししてもらえるとありがたいです。これから参加される方には双眼鏡持参をお奨めします。

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, not too long, not too short. Worth the dollars. If same company, I took a Capt. Bob zodiac adventure Kauai about 30+ years ago, great time then as well. I think Capt. Bob was the actual Capt. of our zodiac.

We were the only Japanese guests, but the crew was fluent in Japanese, which was very helpful. The sea was incredibly beautiful, and others were jumping in and swimming. It became a lifelong memory.

日本人の客は、私たち夫婦だけでしてが、クルーの方が日本語も堪能で、助かりました。
海の上は、最高に美しく、他の方で海に飛び込んで泳いだりしていました。
一生の思い出になりました。

We gathered at Aloha Tower in the morning. The shuttle costs $14, so we took THE BUS, which was fine. A whale seemed to appear for a moment, but we couldn't see it due to the boat's location. Still, we enjoyed the beautiful views of Diamond Head and the hotels. It was a bit disappointing, though...

朝からアロハタワー集合です。送迎は１４ドルかかりますのでTHE BUSで行きましたが問題なく行けますよ。一瞬クジラは現われたようですが、船の場所の関係で見れませんでした。それでも、ダイヤモンドヘッドやホテルの美しい景色は楽しめました。残念でしたが・・・

We participated with a friend to relieve the fatigue from the Honolulu Marathon. We had a great time taking videos and photos, and interacting with others who participated in the marathon. The ship was luxuriously designed for its size (it’s not that big, so it can sway easily). The night view of Honolulu from the sea was beautiful.

I had low expectations for the food and was prepared for the possibility of seasickness, which is why I thought, "It was as I expected." I believe it's important to read various experiences carefully and think about them, which I will elaborate on later.

Above all, newlyweds should be particularly cautious, as seasickness and the night view can be greatly affected by the weather. The day we boarded was cloudy, and the ship swayed more than I anticipated (it was unsteady enough to make walking difficult). We enjoyed ourselves without getting seasick, but I saw newlyweds who were both feeling unwell, and one was down while the other was supporting them. Depending on the weather, it could turn into a terrible tour, and it was sad to see.

Regarding the food, it was "quite disappointing." I can't say it was delicious. The cake was "just sweet" (buffet style). We chose the second-highest lobster course, but it felt more like "Instagram-worthy." I think it would be wiser to have a slightly fancy dinner at a hotel for the price we paid. I recommend going without expecting much from the food. We were satisfied to eat lobster, which we rarely have the chance to enjoy, but... expectations should be kept low.

Upon boarding, a welcome drink was provided, but the deep blue cocktail had a very disappointing taste. I regretted not choosing the pink juice.

The dress code was relatively casual. We went in dresses suitable for going out, enjoying a bit of style, but a cardigan is essential (in December). It gets a bit chilly with the night breeze.

The number of participants was quite large, possibly due to the timing of the Honolulu Marathon, which was a bit disappointing as it didn’t create a relaxed atmosphere.

私達はホノルルマラソンの疲れを癒すために友達と2人で参加しました 私達は動画や写真を撮影したり、ホノルルマラソンに同じように参加した人との交流など楽しい時間となりました。船の中は大きさの割に豪華な作りになっていました（そこまで大きな船ではありません。つまり、揺れやすいです。）

「思っていた通りだった」というのは、食事を期待しなかったことと、船酔いしてしまう可能性を覚悟していたからでした。後ほど詳しく書きますが様々な体験談をしっかり読んで考えるべきだと思います。

なによりも、新婚旅行の人は特に注意が必要です船酔いも夜景も天気に大きく左右されるからです。私達が乗船した日は曇りで思った以上に船が揺れました。（歩くのはフラフラするくらい）私達は酔わずに楽しめましたが、新婚旅行で来られていた方々が2人ともダウンしていたり、片方がダウンして寄り添っていたりと天気次第では最悪なツアーになる可能性があります。見ていても可哀想な状態でした

また、食事に関しては「かなりイマイチ」です。美味しいとは言えません。特にケーキは「甘いだけ」でした。（バイキング）私たちは上から2番目のロブスターのコースにしたのですが、「写真映えする」と言った感じですこの金額を払うのならば、ホテルで少し豪華なディナーを食べる方が賢いと私は思います。
行く方は食事は期待しないで行くことをお勧めします。私達は滅多に食べる機会のないロブスターを食べられて満足でしたが、、、期待はしてはいけません。
乗船するとウェルカムドリンクが用意されていますが、濃いブルーのカクテルはとてもイマイチな味ですピンクのジュースを選べば良かったと後悔しました。

服装は割と自由でした。私達はお出かけ用のワンピースでオシャレを少し楽しむ感覚で行きました羽織るカーディガンなどは欠かせません。（12月）夜風を浴びるので少し寒いです。

参加人数はホノルルマラソンの時期だったからかとても多く、ゆったりとした雰囲気ではなかったのは少し残念でした。

I was able to experience the sliders and other attractions. I recommend going in the morning when it's not too crowded. Once you go, you'll be satisfied.

スライダーやその他のアトラクションをひと通り体験できた。それほど混まない午前中がオススメ。一度行けば満足。

A long time ago when I visited Waikiki, I took a catamaran ride, so I requested it again this time. The boat was sturdier than before, and I think it was quite fast just with the sails. Everyone was cheerful, and it was a fun 90 minutes.

ずいぶん以前にワイキキに来た時に、カタマランに乗船したので、今回も頼みました。
以前より、しっかりした船で、帆だけでもかなりのスピードが出ていたと思います。皆さん陽気で、楽しい90分でした。

This was our second time using the service with my family of three. Unfortunately, it started to rain lightly just as we set sail, and it was cold and windy, so our spirits weren't very high. However, since this is an activity that involves nature, we tried to shift our mindset and enjoy it. The crew was kind, lending out bath towels to protect us from the cold and rain.

今回家族３人で２回目の利用でした。生憎出港と同時に小雨が降り始め風も強く寒い中でのセーリングでしたのでテンションは上がりませんでしたが自然が相手のアクティビティなので気持ちを切り替えて楽しむようにしました。クルーの方は寒さ・雨よけにバスタオルを貸し出し配ってくれたり親切でしたよ。

I had a lot of fun on a boat like the one in the movie Moana, which was also fast. This time, I participated with my family, but there were no other Japanese people besides us. The guide only spoke English. It was a very satisfying tour.

I recommend that those who are prone to motion sickness take anti-nausea medication in advance.

映画モアナに出てる様な船で、スピードもあって凄く楽しめました。
今回、家族での参加でしたが自分達以外に日本人がいなかったです。
ガイドも英語のみです。すごく満足出来るツアーです。

Food, service, entertainment, timing, and organization were all outstanding!! Loved our first luau!

I participated in this tour with my 16-year-old son. The backstage tour allowed us to experience a bit of the behind-the-scenes world and the view from the stage to the audience, which was a very luxurious time. The show featuring Elvis and Michael was incredibly impressive, and my son enjoyed it even though he didn't know the songs. Especially, the fire dance was intense, and being in the front row added to the excitement.

The meals were generous and delicious; the American couple sitting next to us also mentioned how good the meat was. (Personally, I really enjoyed the conversation in English with that couple.) While you can enjoy just watching the show, this tour allowed us to have a total experience.

息子（16歳）との二人旅で今回のツアーに参加しました。バックステージツアーで舞台裏、ステージ上からの観客席展望と演出者達の世界を少し体験でき、またショーも最前列で鑑賞と大変贅沢な時間となります。
ショーもエルビス、マイケルと非常に見ごたえがあり、息子も曲が分からなくてもノリノリで楽しんでいました。特に、ファイヤーダンスは最前列ならではの熱気も感じ緊張感がハンパありません。
食事もボリュームがあり全て美味しかったです、隣に座ったアメリカ人夫婦もお肉が美味しいと言ってました。（個人的には、その夫婦との英語での会話も非常に楽しかったです）
ショーを観るだけでも楽しめますが、このツアーでトータル的に楽しむ事ができました。
