I participated in this tour because it departs from Waikiki Beach, making it convenient and time-efficient. Although I don't understand much English, I received a Japanese notice after departure. I was able to see dolphins in the distance and multiple sea turtles. The sea turtles up close are very cute! The view of Diamond Head from the sea while sailing was also wonderful! I was lucky to be with a Japanese person who spoke English, so I got help with things I didn't understand. The staff were all friendly, and I had a great experience.

It was a wonderful experience! This wasn't our first in Captain Bob's Kaneohe sandbar snorkeling adventure and it's always perfect ! My family enjoyed so much the food was great and all the crews were very nice they will assist you in anyway special mentioned to Yukikosan you rock! I used the shuttle service to Hanauma Bay. The driver was English-speaking and provided a thorough guide, which made me feel at ease. They also lent me a snorkeling set, so I could go hands-free. It was totally fine even if you're not good at English!

This is the second time I go in this tour, since the first time was awesome!
This time the tour was delayed due to staffing issues: we didn’t have a captain and no one to take photos. The remaining of the tour was great once we got going, however the tour was cut short by 30 mins due to the initial delay, for 3 hours instead of 3.5 hours was described.
This is overall a great tour, however staffing issues can be a concern.
In the midst of rising prices, the all-you-can-drink service was a delightful offering! We were the only Japanese people there, and the number of guests was just right, so we could relax without feeling cramped. We chose a catamaran with a restroom just in case since we had children with us, but we didn't use it even once. The kids had a great time too!
